具体实施方式
请参照图1,本实用新型的一种按摩器,包括超薄按摩机芯100和机壳200, 所述超薄按摩机芯100安装在所述机壳200内。
请参照图2至图5,所述超薄按摩机芯100包括揉捏按摩机构20、行走机构40、敲击按摩机构60及壳体80。壳体80上设有两个支撑座82,所述两个支撑座82之间具有一向下方凹陷的容置空间84。
所述揉捏按摩机构20包括揉捏转轴22、揉捏驱动装置24和两个偏摆式揉捏按摩件26。两个揉捏按摩件26分别靠近揉捏转轴22的两个端部设置。揉捏转轴22的两个端部分别安装在两个支撑座82上。所述揉捏驱动装置24包括揉捏电机242和揉捏减速器244。揉捏电机242设在容置空间84上,所述揉捏转轴22位于揉捏电机242正上方且二者垂直交错。揉捏电机242的输出轴具有一第一输出端,揉捏电机242输出轴的第一输出端通过揉捏减速器244与揉捏转轴22传动连接。
请参照图6,所述揉捏减速器244包括第一减速组件、第二减速组件和过渡转轴241,第一减速组件和第二减速组件通过过渡转轴241连接,所述揉捏减速器大体形成U形的传动结构,过渡转轴241安装在壳体80上。
所述第一减速组件包括蜗轮243和蜗杆245,蜗杆245设在揉捏电机242的第一输出端上,蜗轮245设在过渡转轴241的一端部。第二减速组件包括初级齿轮246、次级齿轮247和过渡齿轮248,次级齿轮247设在揉捏转轴22上,初级齿轮246设在过渡转轴241的另一端部,所述初级齿轮246和次级齿轮247之间通过过渡齿轮248传动连接。
请参照图4和图5,行走机构包括行走电机42、行走减速器44和行走轮46,行走电机42输出端通过行走减速器44与行走轮46传动连接。
请参照图4、图5和图6,敲击按摩机构60包括敲击电机62、敲击传动组件64、敲击转轴66、摆动件68、敲击连杆69。敲击转轴66位于过渡转轴241上方且二 者平行。所述敲击传动组件64包括主动轮642、被动轮644和传动带646,主动轮642安装在敲击电机62的输出轴上,被动轮644安装在敲击转轴66上,被动轮644和第二减速组件相互平行且交错设置。敲击转轴66上设有偏心转子28,偏心转子28的轴线偏移出敲击转轴66的轴线之外,敲击转轴66转动时,偏心转子28的轴线绕敲击转轴66的轴线旋转,使偏心转子28产生偏心式运动,本实施例中的偏心转子28位于敲击转轴66的端部,可以是安装在敲击转轴66上的零部件,也可以直接在敲击转轴66的端部加工而成(参看图6),只要保证其轴线和敲击转轴66的轴线不一致即可。摆动件68装于偏心转子28上并受驱周向摆动,摆动件68通过偏心轴承29安装在偏心转子28上,偏心转子28转动过程中,摆动件68随之在周向摆动。敲击连杆69桥接按摩件和摆动件68,敲击连杆69的一端通过销轴活动连接摆动件68,另一端通过球头关节活动连接按摩件,摆动件68。摆动时,敲击连杆69拉动按摩件在轴向摆动产生敲击按摩动作。
所述摆动件68为两个偏心轴套分别连接在该敲击转轴66的两端,敲击转轴66转动时驱动偏心轴套68偏心转动。每一根敲击连杆69连接一个偏心轴套68和一个揉捏按摩组件26,这样,偏心轴套68在高速偏心转动时,就能够驱动揉捏按摩组件26产生抖动按摩效果。所述的敲击电机62与揉捏电机242垂直交错设置,所述的敲击电机62、敲击转轴66、揉捏转轴22三者之间均平行设置。
请参照图7,图7绘示了本实用新型另一种结构的按摩机芯的示意图,图7所示的按摩机芯100a与上述按摩机芯100的区别在于:行走机构40a包括行走轮46和行走减速器44a;所述揉捏电机242a的输出轴还具有第二输出端,第二输出端通过行走减速器44a与行走轮46传动连接。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本实用新型实 施的范围,即依本实用新型专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型涵盖的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种超薄按摩机芯,包括壳体和揉捏按摩机构,所述揉捏按摩机构包括揉捏转轴、揉捏驱动装置和两个偏摆式揉捏按摩件,壳体上设有两个支撑座,揉捏转轴的端部分别安装在支撑座上,揉捏按摩件靠近揉捏转轴的端部设置,所述揉捏驱动装置包括揉捏电机和揉捏减速器;其特征在于,所述两个支撑座之间具有一向下方凹陷的容置空间,揉捏电机设在容置空间上,所述揉捏转轴位于揉捏电机正上方且二者垂直交错,揉捏电机输出轴的第一输出端通过揉捏减速器与揉捏转轴传动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄按摩机芯,其特征在于:所述揉捏减速器包括第一减速组件、第二减速组件和过渡转轴,第一减速组件和第二减速组件通过过渡转轴连接,过渡转轴安装在壳体上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种超薄按摩机芯,其特征在于:所述第一减速组件包括蜗轮和蜗杆,蜗杆设在第一输出端上,蜗轮设在过渡转轴的一端部,第二减速组件包括初级齿轮和次级齿轮,次级齿轮设在揉捏转轴上,初级齿轮设在过渡转轴的另一端部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种超薄按摩机芯,其特征在于:所述初级齿轮和次级齿轮之间通过过渡齿轮传动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄按摩机芯,其特征在于:所述按摩机芯还包括行走机构,行走机构包括行走轮和行走减速器,所述揉捏电机输出轴具有第二输出端,第二输出端通过行走减速器与行走轮传动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄按摩机芯,其特征在于:所述按摩机芯还包括行走机构,行走机构包括行走电机、行走减速器和行走轮,行走电机输出端通过行走减速器与行走轮传动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2至6任一项所述的一种超薄按摩机芯,其特征在于:所 述按摩机芯还包括敲击按摩机构,敲击按摩机构包括敲击电机、敲击传动组件和敲击转轴,敲击转轴位于过渡转轴上方且二者平行。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种超薄按摩机芯,其特征在于:所述敲击传动组件包括主动轮、被动轮和传动带,主动轮安装在敲击电机的输出轴上,被动轮安装在敲击转轴上,被动轮和第二减速组件相互平行且交错设置。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种超薄按摩机芯,其特征在于:所述的敲击电机与揉捏电机垂直交错设置,所述的敲击电机、敲击转轴、揉捏转轴三者之间均平行设置。
  10. 一种按摩器,其包括机壳,其特征在于,所述机壳内安装如权利要求1至9任一项按摩机芯。
