本发明涉及一种医疗设备,特别是涉及用于妇科检查的妇科检查台。
背景技术
妇科检查包括盆腔检查、外阴检查、阴道检查和卵巢及子宫检查等,其中大多项目都需要女性患者张开双腿进行。目前的检查方法主要有两种,一种是患者躺在病床上,此时需要检查医生弯腰甚至是趴在病床边进行操作,这导致操作极其不便,检查医生容易疲累,长时间工作后甚至容易造成身体损伤或病痛;另一种方法是患者坐在椅子上,但在坐姿状态下患者需要较大的气力才能保持双腿张开,而且患者此时需要直面在检查操作中的医生,容易对患者的心理造成负担,再者,一来椅子的高度较低,二来患者的阴户部位露出不太明显,都会增加医生的操作难度。
技术问题
本发明旨在提供一种便于医生对患者进行妇科检查的全自动妇科检查台,以提高检查操作的便利性,同时降低对患者的心理影响。
技术解决方案
本发明所述的妇科检查台,包括底架组件、供患者坐卧的椅座,和承托人体腿部的托腿板,椅座通过可沿垂直平面旋转的翻转机构安装在底架组件上,两托腿板通过可带动其沿水平面靠拢或分离的张合机构安装在椅座的坐垫的下方。
有益效果
本发明所述的妇科检查台,椅座可通过翻转机构绕底架组件转动,当椅座位于垂直方向上时相当于普通椅子,当椅座转动至水平方向上时相当于病床,这可以满足不同检查项目的使用需求,极大地提高了检查的便利性;此外,椅座还可以旋转至倾斜状态,此时患者的脸部朝向前上方,这既不会影响医生的操作,又可以避免患者直面操作中的医生,可有效降低患者的心理负担。该妇科检查台还设有托腿板,两托腿板设置于椅座坐垫的下方,患者的双腿直接放置于托腿板上,通过张合机构打开,这一来可以对患者的双腿添加承托,降低其疲劳程度并提高舒适性;二来可方便地将双腿打开至所需的检查状态,便于医生的操作;三来患者的双腿随着设备自动地缓慢打开,避免人工操作,可以降低患者的心理抵触和负担,提高其舒适性。

本发明的实施方式
一种妇科检查台,包括底架组件1、供患者坐卧的椅座2,和承托人体腿部的托腿板3,椅座通过可沿垂直平面旋转的翻转机构4安装在底架组件上,两托腿板通过可带动其沿水平面靠拢或分离的张合机构5安装在椅座的坐垫21的下方;坐垫21的外侧中部设有向内凹陷的凹孔23,凹孔连通坐垫的上、下两端,凹孔的下方还装有可盛放物品的清洗盆7。坐垫的外侧中部设有凹孔,下方相应地设有清洗盆,可以便于妇科检查的操作。
如图3、4所示,翻转机构4包括可伸缩的伸缩杆41,伸缩杆的两端分别铰接在底架组件1和椅座2的靠背22背部,且两铰接点均沿同一垂直平面转动,伸缩杆与底架组件的铰接点的高度较低;椅座上位于椅座靠背与伸缩杆的铰接点的下方处也铰接于底架组件上,且该铰接点的高度高于伸缩杆与底架组件的铰接点。伸缩杆的两端均铰接可转动,当其收缩时,带动椅座转动,因椅座与底架组件的铰接点的高于伸缩杆与底架组件的铰接点,故而可使椅座翻转至水平位置,使得椅座形成平躺的效果,其通过简单的伸缩和转动结构即可实现椅座的大幅度翻转,可以更好地配合检查医生的操作。
如图5、6、7所示,张合机构5包括一端分别铰接在椅座坐垫21底部两侧的左连杆51和右连杆52,左、右连杆的另一端分别铰接有左支撑杆53、右支撑杆54,两托腿板3分别装在左、右支撑杆上,可伸缩的第二伸缩杆55的两端分别铰接在其中一根支撑杆上和椅座坐垫的底部,弧形的左右连接杆56的两端分别铰接左、右支撑杆,且上述左、右连杆和左、右支撑杆和第二伸缩杆的铰接点均沿同一水平面转动,第二伸缩杆伸缩时带动左、右支撑杆及其上的托腿板相互合拢或张开;第二伸缩杆55和未与其直接铰接的另一支撑杆,均铰接在底架组件1的同一位置。第二伸缩杆分别与左连杆和右支撑杆铰接,当其伸缩运动时,带动右支撑杆运动,右支撑杆带动与其相连的托腿板运动,同时通过左右连接杆带动左支撑杆运动,左支撑杆再带动与其相连的托腿板运动,且形成的运动使得两侧的托腿板运动方向相反。该结构简单、耐用,运动过程顺畅。
如图8所示,张合机构5还可以包括一端分别铰接在椅座坐垫21底部两侧的左连杆51和右连杆52,左、右连杆的另一端分别铰接有左支撑杆53、右支撑杆54,且左、右支撑杆为向两侧外突出的弧形,托腿板3连接在弧形支撑杆向外的一端,左右连接杆56的两端分别连接左、右支撑杆向内的一端,第二伸缩杆55的固定端连接在椅座2上,而自由端与左右连接杆的中部连接。第二伸缩杆通过左右连接杆同时带动左、右支撑杆运动,左、右支撑杆再同时分别带动两托腿板运动。该结构左右对称,有着更好的结构稳固性,且双腿同步打开的精度较高。
托腿板3的表面是向内凹陷的弧形。弧形设置的托腿板一来更加贴合人体的腿部形状,可以带来更好的舒适性;二来,向内凹陷的部分可以从两侧对腿部形成有力的承托,进一步提高其检查和操作的便利性。
如图3、4所示,底座组件1包括底架11,和可垂直升降的升降柱12,升降柱的底部安装在底架上,顶部分别与椅座2和翻转机构铰接。升降柱的设置可以带动椅座升降,使其位于不同的高度,以便于不同医生对定位高度的要求,方便检查项目的操作,极大地增加了其适用性。
如图9、10、11所示,底座组件1上装有带其移动的行走机构,包括两根安装在底座组件1上并可绕其自身轴线转动的转轴61,两转轴位于同一水平面并互相平行,两转轴上固定装有联动块62,与两转轴不在同一平面的运动连杆63的两端分别与两转轴上的联动块铰接;两转轴的下方均装有滚轮64,滚轮随着转轴的转动收拢于底座组件的内部或突出于底座组件的下方将底座组件顶起;有收缩时将滚轮收拢于底座组件内部的气弹簧65,气弹簧的两端分别与滚轮和底座组件铰接;一根或两根转轴的端部固定装有可供脚踏的脚踏板66,脚踏板66设置于底座组件1的侧边之外;底座组件1上还设有限制滚轮64的转动行程并使其保持位于底座组件顶面之下的限位块67。行走机构的设置可以更加方便地移动设备,该装置结构简单、安全可靠,滚轮可收拢于底座组件之内而以底座组件作为固定支撑结构,使得工作时的检查台更加稳固、安全。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种妇科检查台,包括底架组件(1)、供患者坐卧的椅座(2),其特征在于:有承托人体腿部的托腿板(3),椅座通过可沿垂直平面旋转的翻转机构(4)安装在底架组件上,两托腿板通过可带动其沿水平面靠拢或分离的张合机构(5)安装在椅座的坐垫(21)的下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的妇科检查台,其特征在于:翻转机构(4)包括可伸缩的伸缩杆(41),伸缩杆的两端分别铰接在底架组件(1)和椅座(2)的靠背(22)背部,且两铰接点均沿同一垂直平面转动,伸缩杆与底架组件的铰接点的高度较低。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的妇科检查台,其特征在于:椅座(2)上位于椅座靠背(22)与伸缩杆(41)的铰接点的下方处也铰接于底架组件(1)上,且该铰接点的高度高于伸缩杆与底架组件的铰接点。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的妇科检查台,其特征在于:张合机构(5)包括一端分别铰接在椅座坐垫(21)底部两侧的左连杆(51)和右连杆(52),左、右连杆的另一端分别铰接有左支撑杆(53)、右支撑杆(54),两托腿板(3)分别装在左、右支撑杆上,可伸缩的第二伸缩杆(55)的两端分别铰接在其中一根支撑杆上和椅座坐垫的底部,弧形的左右连接杆(56)的两端分别铰接左、右支撑杆,且上述左、右连杆和左、右支撑杆和第二伸缩杆的铰接点均沿同一水平面转动,第二伸缩杆伸缩时带动左、右支撑杆及其上的托腿板相互合拢或张开。
