Description

一种可更换的汽车内后视镜支架 技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车配件领域,更具体地说,涉及一种可更换的汽车内后视镜支架。
背景技术
现有的部分汽车内后视镜,虽然装有各种支架,但很难互换,在汽车配件后装市场领域,有时人们想要去掉原厂的支架,而选装更好的大范围地调整角度的后视镜支架。原厂的支架一般有两类,一类为单球头支架,如图1所示,支架底座在汽车内后视镜的上方,针对这类支架,市面上已有可通过互换支架后面部分来解决的方案。另一类原厂的后视镜支架有双球头支架和三球头支架,如图2-3所示,此类支架底座一般在汽车内后视镜的前方,针对这类支架的更换市面上一直无完美解决方案。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能保障汽车内后视镜抗冲击性好、安全系数高、调整角度大,可对支架进行更换的汽车内后视镜支架,通过与夹球装置的调整,从而解决传统产品不能更换支架的问题,实现汽车内后视镜的不同角度的调整。为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:
一种可更换的汽车内后视镜支架,其包括设于汽车内后视镜内的支架座和设于汽车挡风玻璃上的原厂底座,其还包括设于支架座与原厂底座之间的可更换支架,所述可更换支架包括球头底座、支架管以及转接头,所述球头底座与原厂底座固定,所述支架座上设有连接头,所述连接头与可更换支架上的转接头相连接,所述连接头与所述可更换支架之间通过紧固螺丝固定。
所述可更换支架的支架管内设有弹簧和球垫。
所述连接头的中心部位设有带圆形凹槽的螺孔。
所述转接头的中心部位设有通孔。
所述连接头与所述转接头连接的一端设有带圆形凹槽的两边内斜角。
所述转接头与所述连接头连接的一端设有与所述连接头两边斜角匹配的两边外斜角。
本实用新型由于采用了上述结构,与汽车内后视镜可灵活搭配,连接头设计为与汽车内后视镜内的支架座匹配的结构,可更换支架设计为与原厂底座匹配的结构,连接头与可转换支架通过紧固螺丝固定,从而可使支架座、连接头、带转接头的可更换支架连接为一个整体,使本实用新型与汽车内后视镜装配成一个一体化的产品,不仅能很好地解决传统原厂的双球头支架和三球头支架没法更换的问题,而且拆装方便。本实用新型将连接头和转接头通过紧固螺丝锁紧,保证两部分不会在径向位置出现松动,为了防止两部分在轴向位置的松动,本实用新型采用了斜角与斜角装配的设计,在两部分的装配位置,连接头的部分,是带有圆形凹槽的两边斜角,而转接头部分,是端面两边斜角,转接头斜角部分插入连接头的带凹槽的斜角内,斜角与斜角的接触,再配合螺丝的锁紧,达到了装配简单实用牢固的目的。另外,本实用新型创造性地通过紧固螺丝从可更换支架内部并通过弹簧进行紧固,将螺丝隐藏在可更换支架内而不被人眼所看到,既美观又安全可靠。

具体实施方式
下面以一个实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明,但应当说明,本实用新型的保护范围不仅仅限于此。
实施例1:
如图4-11所示,一种可更换的汽车内后视镜支架,其包括设于汽车内后视镜本体6内的支架座1和设于汽车挡风玻璃7上的原厂底座2及设于原厂底座2下方的底座固定块21,以及设于支架座1与原厂底座2之间的可更换支架3,所述可更换支架3包括球头底座31、支架管32、球垫33、弹簧34以及转接头35,所述球头底座31与原厂底座2固定,所述支架座1上设有连接头4,连接头4与可更换支架上的转接头35相连接,一紧固螺丝5穿过可更换支架3的球头底座31、支架管32、球垫33、弹簧34、转接头35与连接头4锁紧固定。所述连接头4的中心部位设有螺孔41,底部设有与支架座1匹配的固定柱42,顶部设有带圆形凹槽的两边内斜角43;所述转接头35的中心部位设有通孔351,转接头35与连接头4连接的一端设有与连接头4两边内斜角43对应的两边外斜角352,另一端设有转接球头353。
本实施例为针对原厂双球头支架的更换,如图1所示,原厂的单球头支架由于是装配在汽车内后视镜的支架座内,由于支架座装有强力铁环,很难将单球头支架取出来并进行更换,为了解决此问题,有的厂商对单球头支架进行了分离设计达到互换,但对于双球头支架,市面上无好的方案进行更换,本实用新型通过设计一个后视镜内连接头和一个可更换支架转接头来解决此问题。在装配时先将后视镜内连接头4与后视镜内的支架座1用螺钉锁紧,然后将转接头35对准后视镜内连接头4,最后将紧固螺丝5通过支架管32内的球垫33与弹簧34,将后视镜内连接头4锁紧就可,这样整个双球支架与汽车内后视镜就形成了一个一体化的产品,如要更换,只需将紧固螺钉拧松,换上其它的双球支架即可。
实施例2:
如图8、图12-18所示,一种可更换的汽车内后视镜支架,其包括设于汽车内后视镜内的支架座1和设于汽车挡风玻璃7上的原厂底座2,以及设于支架座1与原厂底座2之间的可更换支架3,所述可更换支架3包括球头底座31、支架管32、球垫33、弹簧34以及转接头35,所述球头底座31与原厂底座2固定,所述支架座1上设有连接头4,连接头4与可更换支架上的转接头35相连接,一紧固螺丝5穿过可更换支架3的球头底座31、支架管32、球垫33、弹簧34、转接头35与连接头4锁紧固定。所述连接头4的中心部位设有螺孔41,底部设有与支架座1匹配的连接球头44,顶部设有带圆形凹槽的两边内斜角43;所述转接头35的中心部位设有通孔351,转接头35与连接头4连接的一端设有与连接头4两边内斜角43对应的两边外斜角352,另一端设有转接球头353。
本实施例为针对三球头支架的更换,本实施例设有的连接头4底部为设于后视镜内的连接球头44,由于传统的三球头支架在与汽车内后视镜相连的部分设有球头,双球头的一端与支架座相连,另一端与三球支架相连,由于支架座的强力挤压,很难通过手轻松地进行支架的更换。本实用新型进行了分离设计,即将三球支架变成两部分,一部分为后视镜内连接头4,另一部分为转接头35。安装时,先通过治具将后视镜内连接头4压入汽车内后视镜的支架座1内,如要更换三球头支架时,先将带双球头的可更换支架3与后视镜内连接头4相连,然后将紧固螺钉穿过支架管32内的的球垫33与弹簧34,然后将带转接头35的可更换支架3与后视镜内连接头4锁紧,锁紧后再将球头底座31与原厂底座2装配好,这样即完成了三球头支架的更换。为了提高整个组合支架的的强度,本实用新型中的可更换支架3采用锌合金压铸工艺,既环保又坚硬,且有一定的强度,其中原厂底座2为原车所配,通过紧固螺丝将带转接头35的可更换支架3与置于汽车内后视镜内的连接头4固定在一起。
虽然结合附图描述了本实用新型的实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员可以在所附权利要求的范围之内作出各种变形或修改,只要不超过本实用新型的权利要求所描述的保护范围,都应当在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种可更换的汽车内后视镜支架,其包括设于汽车内后视镜内的支架座和设于汽车挡风玻璃上的原厂底座,其特征在于:其还包括设于支架座与原厂底座之间的可更换支架,所述可更换支架包括球头底座、支架管以及转接头,所述球头底座与原厂底座固定,所述支架座上设有连接头,所述连接头与可更换支架上的转接头相连接,所述连接头与所述可更换支架之间通过紧固螺丝固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可更换的汽车内后视镜支架,其特征在于:所述可更换支架的支架管内设有弹簧和球垫。
