电话呼叫识别方法及装置
本申请基于申请号为201410347054.5、申请日为2014年7月18日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种电话呼叫识别方法及装置。
背景技术
伪装号码的电话来电,是指不法分子借助电信运营体系的漏洞,伪装成任意一个号码给别人打电话,以进行欺诈。
不法分子利用的主要技术,是利用宽带电话(Voice over Internet Protocol,简称VOIP)(又名网络电话)的电话接口,发送给运营商一个虚假的身份,比如“110”(匪警),而运营商会将这个身份直接作为来电号码转达给接电话的一方。对接电话的一方来说,这个来电直接就会显示成“110”,使得无法判断其背后是正常电话还是欺诈电话。目前,防止来电欺诈的相关技术是从号码编码规则方面加以控制。比如一些欺诈电话是通过VOIP从境外接入,这种方式可能导致在传输过程中为来电号码增加前缀如“00192”。相关技术通过识别这种前缀,可以判断来电是否是伪装号码的电话来电。
相关技术中,由于一个前缀为“00192”的来电,可能是伪造号码的电话来电,也可能是正常的国外电话来电,因此通过前缀来识别伪装号码的电话来电的方式会出现错误识别;并且,假若不法分子使用的伪装号码为符合大陆内部号码规则的号码,例如“01095555”(招商银行),通过前缀这种号码规则来识别伪装号码的电话来电的方式将无法进行判断,存在一定的局限性。
发明内容
为了克服相关技术错误识别伪装号码的电话来电、以及有一定的局限性的问题,本公开提供了一种电话呼叫识别方法及装置。所述技术方案如下:
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种电话呼叫识别方法,所述方法包括:
在电话呼叫方呼叫第一电话设备的电话号码时,判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的归属单位的第二电话设备是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码;所述第二电话设备的电话号码为所述电话呼叫方的电话号码;
当所述第二电话设备未呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码时,输出提示信息,所述提示信息用于指示所述电话呼叫方的电话呼叫是伪装号码的电话呼叫。
在第一种可能的实现方式中,所述判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的归属单位的第二电话设备是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码,采用如下方式:
在预置的电话号码与归属单位的对应关系中,查询与所述电话呼叫方的电话号码对应的归属单位;
获得所述第一电话设备的电话号码;
将所述电话呼叫方的电话号码和所述第一电话设备的电话号码发送至所述归属单位的第一服务器,所述第一服务器用于查询所述第二电话设备当前是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码;
接收所述第一服务器返回的查询结果,所述查询结果为所述第二电话设备当前正在呼叫或所述第二电话设备当前未呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码。
在第二种可能的实现方式中,所述判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的归属单位的第二电话设备是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码,采用如下方式:

当电话呼叫方的电话号码不是第一电话设备的通讯录中存储的电话号码时,执行步骤202;当电话呼叫方的电话号码是第一电话设备的通讯录中存储的电话号码时,执行步骤209。
其中,通讯录中存储了用户信任的电话号码。当电话号码不是通讯录中存储的电话号码时,可以认为该电话号码是陌生电话号码,执行步骤202。
在步骤202中,第一电话设备判断电话呼叫方的电话号码的编码规则是否符合预置编码规则。
当电话呼叫方的电话号码的编码规则符合预置编码规则时,执行步骤203,当电话呼叫方的电话号码的编码规则不符合预置编码规则时,执行步骤210。
其中,预置编码规则可以采用运营商制定的境外、境内电话的编码规则。当电话号码的编码规则不符合预置编码规则时,比如一串连续数字构成的电话号码(如“0123456789”),执行步骤210。
在步骤203中,第一电话设备在预置的电话号码与归属单位的对应关系中,查询与电话呼叫方的电话号码对应的归属单位。
首先,第一电话设备在预置的电话号码与归属单位的对应关系中,查询与电话呼叫方的电话号码相匹配的电话号码。其次,当查询到与电话呼叫方的电话号码相匹配的电话号码时,确定出与电话呼叫方的电话号码相匹配的电话号码对应的归属单位;当未查询到与电话呼叫方的电话号码相匹配的电话号码时,退出本次流程。
其中,电话号码与归属单位的对应关系中涵盖了单位对公众开放的电话号码,比如各地警察局、法院等事业单位、以及著名企业对公众开放的电话号码。不法分子经常伪装这些单位的电话号码进行诈骗。
其中,第一电话设备可以从指定服务器下载电话号码与归属单位的对应关系。可以采取人工采集和录入的方式在指定服务器中存储电话号码与归属单位的对应关系。
在步骤204中,第一电话设备获得第一电话设备的电话号码。
其中,第一电话设备可以从SIM卡中读取本机电话号码,也可以采用相关技术中读取本机电话号码的方式,在本实施例中不作限定。
在步骤205中,第一电话设备将电话呼叫方的电话号码和第一电话设备的电话号码发送至归属单位的第一服务器。
其中,该第一服务器用于查询第二电话设备当前是否正在呼叫第一电话设备的电话号码。第二电话设备的电话号码为电话呼叫方的电话号码。
其中,第一电话设备在获得归属单位后,就可以获得归属单位的第一服务器的地址,并可以通过互联网将电话呼叫方的电话号码和第一电话设备的电话号码发送至归属单位的第一服务器。
在步骤206中,第一服务器接收电话呼叫方的电话号码和第一电话设备的电话号码, 并查询第二电话设备当前是否正在呼叫第一电话设备的电话号码,得到查询结果。
其中,该查询结果为第二电话设备当前正在呼叫或第二电话设备当前未呼叫第一电话设备的电话号码。
其中,第一服务器用于管理归属单位中所有电话设备的工作。第一服务器可以检测到管理的电话设备中处于工作状态的电话设备,以及检测到处于工作状态的电话设备当前是否正在呼叫其他电话设备的电话号码。
这里的“当前”,可以是第一服务器接收到电话呼叫方的电话号码和第一电话设备的电话号码的接收时间。

在本实施例的第一实施方式中,第一判断模块501包括查询单元5011、第一获取单元5012、第一发送单元5013和第一接收单元5014。
查询单元5011用于,在预置的电话号码与归属单位的对应关系中,查询与电话呼叫方的电话号码对应的归属单位。
第一获取单元5012用于,获得第一电话设备的电话号码。
第一发送单元5013用于,将电话呼叫方的电话号码和第一电话设备的电话号码发送至归属单位的第一服务器,第一服务器用于查询第二电话设备当前是否正在呼叫第一电话设备的电话号码。
第一接收单元5014用于,接收第一服务器返回的查询结果,该查询结果为第二电话设备当前正在呼叫或第二电话设备当前未呼叫第一电话设备的电话号码。
在本实施例的第二实施方式中,该装置还包括第二判断模块503。
该第二判断模块503被配置为,用于在接到电话呼叫方的电话呼叫时,判断电话呼叫方的电话号码是否是第一电话设备的通讯录中存储的电话号码;当电话呼叫方的电话号码是第一电话设备的通讯录中存储的电话号码时,确定电话呼叫方的电话呼叫不为伪装号码的电话呼叫。
在本实施例的第三实施方式中,该装置还包括第三判断模块504。

参照图7,装置800可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件802,存储器804,电源组件806,多媒体组件808,音频组件810,输入/输出(I/O)的接口812,传感器组件814,以及通信组件816。

多媒体组件808包括在所述装置800和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件808包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备800处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。

  1. 一种电话呼叫识别方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    在电话呼叫方呼叫第一电话设备的电话号码时,判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的归属单位的第二电话设备是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码;所述第二电话设备的电话号码为所述电话呼叫方的电话号码;
    当所述第二电话设备未呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码时,输出提示信息,所述提示信息用于指示所述电话呼叫方的电话呼叫是伪装号码的电话呼叫。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的归属单位的第二电话设备是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码,采用如下方式:
    在预置的电话号码与归属单位的对应关系中,查询与所述电话呼叫方的电话号码对应的归属单位;
    获得所述第一电话设备的电话号码;
    将所述电话呼叫方的电话号码和所述第一电话设备的电话号码发送至所述归属单位的第一服务器,所述第一服务器用于查询所述第二电话设备当前是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码;
    接收所述第一服务器返回的查询结果,所述查询结果为所述第二电话设备当前正在呼叫或所述第二电话设备当前未呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的归属单位的第二电话设备是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码,采用如下方式:
    获得所述第一电话设备的电话号码;
    将所述电话呼叫方的电话号码和所述第一电话设备的电话号码发送给第二服务器,所述第二服务器用于判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的归属单位的第二电话设备当前是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码;
    接收所述第二服务器返回的查询结果,所述查询结果为所述第二电话设备当前正在呼叫或所述第二电话设备当前未呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在接到所述电话呼叫方的电话呼叫时,判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码是否是所述第一电话设备的通讯录中存储的电话号码;
    当所述电话呼叫方的电话号码是所述第一电话设备的通讯录中存储的电话号码时,确定所述电话呼叫方的电话呼叫不为伪装号码的电话呼叫。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述电话呼叫方的电话号码不是所述第一电话设备的通讯录中存储的电话号码时,判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的编码规则是否符合预置编码规则;
    当所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的编码规则不符合所述预置编码规则时,输出所述提示信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的归属单位的第二电话设备是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码,采用如下方式:
    当所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的编码规则符合所述预置编码规则时,判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的归属单位的第二电话设备是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码。
  7. 一种电话呼叫识别装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一判断模块,用于在电话呼叫方呼叫第一电话设备的电话号码时,判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的归属单位的第二电话设备是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码;所述第二电话设备的电话号码为所述电话呼叫方的电话号码;
    输出模块,用于当所述第二电话设备未呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码时,输出提示信息,所述提示信息用于指示所述电话呼叫方的电话呼叫是伪装号码的电话呼叫。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一判断模块包括:
    查询单元,用于在预置的电话号码与归属单位的对应关系中,查询与所述电话呼叫方的电话号码对应的归属单位;
    第一获取单元,用于获得所述第一电话设备的电话号码;
    第一发送单元,用于将所述电话呼叫方的电话号码和所述第一电话设备的电话号码发送至所述归属单位的第一服务器,所述第一服务器用于查询所述第二电话设备当前是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码;
    第一接收单元,用于接收所述第一服务器返回的查询结果,所述查询结果为所述第二电话设备当前正在呼叫或所述第二电话设备当前未呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一判断模块包括:
    第二获取单元,用于获得所述第一电话设备的电话号码;
    第二发送单元,用于将所述电话呼叫方的电话号码和所述第一电话设备的电话号码发送给第二服务器,所述第二服务器用于判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的归属单位的第二电话设备是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码;
    第二接收单元,用于接收所述第二服务器返回的查询结果,所述查询结果为所述第二电话设备当前正在呼叫或所述第二电话设备当前未呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括第二判断模块,
    所述第二判断模块用于,在接到所述电话呼叫方的电话呼叫时,判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码是否是所述第一电话设备的通讯录中存储的电话号码;
    当所述电话呼叫方的电话号码是所述第一电话设备的通讯录中存储的电话号码时,确定所述电话呼叫方的电话呼叫不为伪装号码的电话呼叫。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括第三判断模块,
    所述第三判断模块用于,当所述电话呼叫方的电话号码不是所述第一电话设备的通讯录中存储的电话号码时,判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的编码规则是否符合预置编码规 则;
    当所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的编码规则不符合所述预置编码规则时,输出所述提示信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一判断模块还用于,
    当所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的编码规则符合所述预置编码规则时,判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的归属单位的第二电话设备是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码。
  13. 一种电话呼叫识别装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    在电话呼叫方呼叫第一电话设备的电话号码时,判断所述电话呼叫方的电话号码的归属单位的第二电话设备是否正在呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码;所述第二电话设备的电话号码为所述电话呼叫方的电话号码;
    当所述第二电话设备未呼叫所述第一电话设备的电话号码时,输出提示信息,所述提示信息用于指示所述电话呼叫方的电话呼叫是伪装号码的电话呼叫。
