Abstract

La presente descripción se refiere a un método y a un dispositivo para identificar una llamada telefónica, que pertenece al campo de la comunicación; el método incluye: determinar si un segundo aparato telefónico de una entidad asignada, con cuya entidad está afiliado un número telefónico de una parte que realiza la llamada, está llamando a un número telefónico de un primer aparato telefónico, cuando la parte que realiza la llamada está llamando al número telefónico del primer aparato telefónico, en donde el número telefónico del segundo aparato telefónico es el número telefónico de la parte que realiza la llamada; cuando el segundo aparato telefónico no está llamando al número telefónico del primer aparato telefónico, sacar la información de entrada, en donde la información de entrada es para indicar que la llamada telefónica de la parte que realiza la llamada telefónica es una llamada telefónica de número falsificado; el dispositivo incluye un primer módulo de determinación y un módulo de salida; la presente invención puede identificar de manera correcta si una llamada telefónica es una llamada telefónica de número falsificado y mientras el método es aplicable para la identificación de todos los números telefónicos; además, se da una entrada para evitar que se engañe a una parte que realiza la llamada telefónica.
