Description
本发明涉及机械领域,更具体地涉及一种支架系统。
一些价位区间的汽车由于成本要求不会为客户提供原厂的导航选配件,但希望向客户提供一个能够夹持各尺寸手机或导航设备的支架。
现有技术的这种支架,例如US D594357S1,借助一个保持装置通过吸盘被固定在机动车的挡风玻璃上,将不可避免地导致遮挡驾驶员视线,降低行驶的安全性;同时,由于一般汽车挡风玻璃附近没有电源接口,用户只能从仪表板下部的点烟器接口处取电,暴露在外过长的线束会影响对其他车内控制按钮的操作,进一步影响驾驶的安全性,并且挡风玻璃与驾驶员的距离过远也可能使导航设备过于远离驾驶员,导致了驾驶员操作设备时更多分神,增加驾驶的危险。
例如CN 102700473,基座使用多个吸盘吸附安装于仪表板上,由于汽车仪表板表面由于造型不同呈现各种弧形,并且有凹凸不平用于消除光泽的纹理,吸盘无法可靠地吸附在仪表板表面,以致导航支架无法可靠地安装。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的安装可靠性而且存在安全性风险的问题,本发明旨在提供一种支架系统。
本发明提供一种支架系统,所述支架系统包括可拆卸连接的设备支架和安装基座,所述设备支架包括相互连接的夹持装置和悬臂,所述悬臂从所述夹持装置的背面开始延伸并与所述安装基座连接,所述悬臂包括悬臂骨架和设置于所述悬臂骨架下的悬臂按钮;所述悬臂骨架具有后部分,该后部分具有三角形的截面,其底端设有设备支架凹槽结构,所述设备支架凹槽结构为沿着推入方向逐渐靠近的朝向彼此凹陷的两凹槽;所述安装基座具有三角形的截面,其顶端设有安装基座突出结构,所述安装基座突出结构为沿着推入方向逐渐靠近的朝向彼此伸出的两突出条;所述设备支架凹槽结构和所述安装基座突出结构相互配合;所述悬臂按钮的底部具有悬臂按钮锁舌;所述安装基座具有止挡部;所述按钮锁舌与所述止挡部配合。
所述悬臂具有贯穿所述悬臂的上下表面的线束收纳凹槽,所述安装基座的顶面具有USB/AUX/充电接口。

本发明的支架系统,通过安装基座使支架系统安装在汽车仪表板上,位置便于驾驶员/副驾驶观看并使用单手操作,通过夹持装置能够便捷地夹持/移除各种常见尺寸的智能手机与导航设备,能够上下/左右旋转调节设备的方向,能够调整夹持范围以适应不同尺寸的设备并锁定夹持范围,并且保证在车辆颠簸/发生事故时夹持的可靠性。安装基座上的具有USB/AUX/充电接口让使用者能够方便地为设备充电和数据传输,并在设备支架上提供了线束收纳凹槽以收纳多余长度的线束;在不需要使用设备支架的情况下,能够将支架整体从安装基座上取下并收纳。另外,本发明还提供了闷盖为安装基座上的USB/AUX接口遮挡灰尘及杂物;并且安装基座设计有弱化结构使设备支架在受到过大载荷时能够脱落以保
护使用者的安全。

图1是根据本发明的第一实施例的支架系统的爆炸图,其中,该支架系统包括可拆卸连接的设备支架1和安装基座2。其中,该设备支架1包括相互连接的夹持装置11和悬臂12,该夹持装置11用于固定待夹持设备,例如手机,该悬臂12从该夹持装置11的背面开始延伸。该悬臂12的与夹持装置11相对的自由端的底部具有设备支架凹槽结构13,相对应地,该安装基座2的顶部具有安装基座突出结构21,该设备支架凹槽结构13和安装基座突出结构21相互配合,从而可以将设备支架1和安装基座2组装在一起。可选地,图1的实施例中的支架系统还包括有独立的闷盖3,该闷盖3的底部具有闷盖凹槽结构31,该闷盖凹槽结构31和安装基座突出结构21相互配合可以将闷盖3和安装基座2组装在一起。该悬臂12具有线束收纳凹槽15,该线束收纳凹槽15贯穿所述悬臂12的上下表面,安装基座2的顶面具有USB/AUX/充电接口243(即通串线接口或音频输入接口或充电接口),如此,当待夹持设备被夹持装置11夹持在既定位置时,该待夹持设备的线束可以自由地从上而下穿过该悬臂延伸,从而与安装基座2上的USB/AUX/充电接口243进行连接。更进一步地,线束收纳凹槽15可以根据需要进行设置,例如设置为可以容纳多余长度的线束而不会使线束散乱地分布于设备支架1的外侧。
图2-图3示出了根据本发明的第一实施例的支架系统的设备支架的悬臂,其中,该悬臂12包括悬臂骨架121、悬臂壳体122、悬臂按钮123和悬臂按钮弹簧124。悬臂骨架121大体呈现为马蹄仿形,具有宽度保持恒定的前部分1211和宽度逐渐变小的后部分1212。
其中,该前部分1211的高度逐渐增大,而后部分1212的高度逐渐减小,如此,在前部分1211和后部分1212的过渡段具有最大的高度。另外,前部分1211的顶面与后部分1212的顶面平滑过渡形成一体的曲面,而前部分1211的底面为弧形面,而后部分1212的底面为平面。该特定的形状为悬臂12提供稳定性的同时兼具美观的效果。悬臂壳体122包括彼此对称的两半部,分别从悬臂骨架121的两侧包围住悬臂骨架121的两侧而形成一个整体。悬臂按钮123设置于悬臂骨架121的底面与悬臂壳体122之间,而悬臂按钮弹簧124设置于悬臂骨架121与悬臂按钮123之间,为悬臂按钮123提供复位力。具体地,由于悬臂骨架121的特定的形状,该悬臂按钮123具有贴合前部分1211的弧形部1231和贴合后部分1212的平面部1232,该弧形部1231的远离平面部1232的一端形成按压部1231a,而该平面部1232的临近弧形部1231的一端形成有悬臂按钮锁舌1232a,而远离弧形部1231的一端形成为悬臂按钮转轴1232b,该悬臂按钮123围绕着该悬臂按钮转轴1232b旋转,当向上按压按压部1231a时,平面部1232的锁舌1232a相应向上运动,从而与基座2解锁,这一点在下文将会详细阐述。从图3的仰视图可以看出,该悬臂骨架121的后部分1212具有三角形的截面,其底端设有设备支架凹槽结构13,该设备支架凹槽结构13示出为沿着推入方向逐渐靠近的朝向彼此凹陷的两凹槽,参见图10。
以上详细说明了根据本发明的优选实施例的悬臂12的结构,相应地,与该悬臂12相连的夹持装置11的结构可以根据需要进行调整,在此并不做进一步限定,该夹持装置11只要能够将待夹持设备固定在既定位置并实现本发明的目的即可。当然,夹持装置11和悬臂12的具体连接方式也可以根据需要进行调整,现有技术中凡是能够将两者连接起来的元件都可考虑用于本发明中。为了更好地实现本发明的目的,以下仅提供一种具有上下翻转和左右移动功能的连接机构作为示例,该连接机构14包括上下翻转机构141和铰链机构142。
图4-图5示出了根据本发明的第一实施例的车载支架系统的设备支架的连接机构的上下翻转机构,该上下翻转机构141包括夹持装置后盖1411、螺栓衬套1412、铰链外壳1413和螺栓螺母1414,其中,夹持装置后盖1411固定于夹持装置11的背面,螺栓衬套1412设置于夹持装置后盖1411与夹持装置11之间,而螺栓螺母1414依次贯穿螺栓衬套1412、夹持装置后盖1411和铰链外壳1413,该螺栓螺母1414的自由端通过垫片和法兰螺母旋紧。具体地,夹持装置后盖1411的中部为具有开口的横置的薄壁圆柱形,其内外壁分别与螺栓衬套1412的后表面及铰链外壳1413的前表面贴合。螺栓衬套1412的中部具有定位凸台,铰链外壳1413的中部具有定位沉台,螺栓衬套1412的定位凸台穿过夹持装置后盖1411中部的开口与铰链外壳1413的定位沉台紧配合。当螺栓螺母1414锁紧时,螺栓衬套1412与铰链外壳1413对被其压紧在中间的夹持装置后盖1411的圆柱面施加摩擦力,如此,夹持装置11相对铰链外壳1413获得有摩擦锁止的上下翻转功能。如图5所示,夹持装置后盖1411的转动中心1415位于夹持装置11的表面,即待加持设备(例如手机)的背侧。夹持装置后盖1411中部的开口与螺栓衬套1412的定位凸台上下表面之间各有一定间隙,从
而允许夹持装置后盖1411以转动中心1415进行一定角度范围内的上下翻转。
图6-图7示出了根据本发明的第一实施例的车载支架系统的设备支架的连接机构的铰链机构,该铰链机构142包括悬臂轴瓦结构1421、C形卡环1422和铰链轴销1423,其中,悬臂轴瓦结构1421固定于悬臂12,例如固定于悬臂12的悬臂骨架的前端位置,铰链轴销1423固定于铰链外壳1413,悬臂轴瓦结构1421本身由彼此对称的半部形成,铰链轴销1423容置于该悬臂轴瓦结构1421内,而C形卡环1422围绕着该悬臂轴瓦结构1421设置。具体地,C形卡环1422由金属制成,其内径略小于悬臂轴瓦结构1421的外径,当C形卡1422环套于悬臂轴瓦结构1421外时,会向悬臂轴瓦结构1421施加抱紧力,当铰链轴销1423穿入悬臂轴瓦结构1421时,所述抱紧力作用在铰链轴销1423与悬臂轴瓦结构1421之间,使铰链轴销1423获得转动方向的摩擦锁止力。由于铰链轴销1423与铰链外壳1413之间设置为防转键槽配合,因此铰链外壳1413可以与铰链轴销1423一同相对悬臂12有摩擦锁止地转动。
图9示出了根据本发明的第一实施例的支架系统的安装基座2的正视图。为了达到既能保证设备支架1与安装基座2之间尽可能强壮的连接,又保证安装结构的易理解和易操作性,安装基座2的轮廓与设备支架1的底部都设计为三角形,安装基座突出结构21沿三角形的两对称边设置,并且设备支架凹槽结构13同样为沿三角形的两边对称设置,当将设备支架装配至安装基座2上时,只需要将其向前(此图上沿-X向)推动较短的距离,所述沿三角形两边设置的设备支架凹槽结构13与安装基座突出结构21整体嵌合地连接,从而使设备支架1与安装基座2之间获得在X向与Y向都有一定跨度的三角形轮廓的连接界面,使设备支架1为设备提供稳固的支持。三角形轮廓同时具有自导向性,用户在安装设备支架1时不需要特意对准安装槽的位置,只需手持设备支架1在大致位置向前(此图上沿-X向)和向下(此图上垂直图纸向里)同时推动,便可将设备支架安装到位。当需要拆卸设备时,只需要使设备支架1在X向反向移动相同的距离,即可完全分离两个部件。
图8-图9示出了根据本发明的第一实施例的支架系统的安装基座,该安装基座2包括USB/AUX/充电接口模块24(即通串线接口模块或音频输入接口模块或充电接口模块)、安装基座闷盖22和安装基座壳23。其中,USB/AUX/充电接口模块24示出为圆柱形并具有分别从侧面径向向外突伸出的凸缘241和卡扣242,该凸缘241和卡扣242在轴向上彼此间隔开。另外,该USB/AUX/充电接口模块24的顶面上设有USB/AUX/充电接口243。安装基座壳23包括底面231和从该底面大体垂直延伸侧面232,所述底面231具有位于中心的安装基座壳贯穿孔2311,USB/AUX/充电接口模块24穿过该安装基座壳贯穿孔2311,并通过凸缘241和卡扣242与安装基座壳23保持固定,即使得安装基座壳23的底面231位于凸缘241和卡扣242之间。安装基座闷盖22覆盖在安装基座壳23的底面231上(参见图9),该安装基座闷盖22示出为板状并具有位于中心的安装基座闷盖贯穿孔221,USB/AUX/充电接口模块24的顶面的USB/AUX/充电接口243从该安装基座闷盖贯穿孔221中暴露出来(参见图9),并不会被安装基座闷盖22所遮挡。在实际应用过程中,使
用者首先将线束的一端与该USB/AUX/充电接口243连接,然后使线束穿过悬臂12的线束收纳凹槽15,并使线束的另一端与待夹持设备(例如手机)连接,根据确定的实际所需的线束长度,多余长度的线束可折叠卷绕塞进线束收纳凹槽15中,确保整洁和行车安全。安装基座壳23通过安装基座螺钉222直接固定于仪表板4上,然后扣上安装基座闷盖22(参见图11-12),从而实现安装基座的整体固定。在安装到位后,该安装基座闷盖22优选低于仪表板4的表面。具体地,安装基座闷盖22与安装基座壳23具有大体相同的三角形的截面,从而使得两者能够完美地彼此贴合而设置于汽车仪表板的平面的下方。另外,安装基座壳23的侧面232上设有安装基座突出结构21,由于安装基座壳23具有大体三角形的截面,该突出结构21示出为沿着推入方向逐渐靠近的朝向彼此伸出的两突出条,参见图10。
图10是根据本发明的第一实施例的支架系统的设备支架和安装基座的装配截面图,其中,安装基座2的安装基座突出结构21与设备支架1的设备支架凹槽结构13配合,从而将设备支架1夹持于安装基座2。由于安装基座突出结构21与设备支架凹槽结构13均为沿着推入方向(在图10中示出为垂直于纸面的方向)彼此靠近的设置方式,当使用者将设备支架1沿着推入方向(在图9中示出为向上的方向)推入安装基座2时,设备支架凹槽结构13与安装基座突出结构21完全嵌合组装在一起。
图11-图12是根据本发明的第一实施例的支架系统的设备支架和安装基座的装配的另一截面图,其中,图11示出两者的锁止状态,而图12示出了两者的解锁状态。与图10综合起来考虑,当使用者沿着推入方向(在图11中示出为向左的方向)推入设备支架1至图11所示的位置时,悬臂12的悬臂按钮123的悬臂按钮锁舌1232a在悬臂按钮弹簧124的作用下落入安装基座2的相应的凹槽内,并被止挡部244所止挡而无法沿着向右的方向退出,这也就对设备支架1进行了锁止,防止其从安装基座2上不自主的脱落。当使用者利用外力向上按压悬臂按钮123的按压部1231a时,悬臂按钮123的平面部1232相应上抬,如图12所示,则悬臂按钮锁舌1232a向上运动而摆脱止挡部244的束缚,此时设备支架1可以沿着向右的方向退出,从而实现设备支架与安装基座的分离。
图13-图14示出了根据本发明的第一实施例的支架系统的闷盖,其中,该闷盖3包括闷盖制动装置32、闷盖本体33和闷盖弹簧34。其中,闷盖制动装置32的闷盖制动装置连接端321固定于闷盖本体33的内侧,闷盖制动装置32的自由端形成为闷盖制动装置锁舌结构322,该闷盖制动装置锁舌结构322与闷盖本体33之间设置有所述闷盖弹簧34,所述闷盖制动装置连接端321和所述闷盖制动装置锁舌结构322之间设置有减薄区域323,所述闷盖制动装置锁舌结构322在闷盖弹簧34的弹簧力的作用下可以发生摆动。所述闷盖制动装置锁舌结构322与安装基座壳23的接触面322a与闷盖3的推入/滑出方向夹角小于90°,因此当闷盖3受到向滑出方向的趋势时,所述闷盖制动装置锁舌结构322的接触面322a能将闷盖弹簧34的弹力转化为推入方向的保持力,抵抗闷盖3滑出的趋势;仅当闷盖3受到滑出方向的力大于闷盖制动装置锁舌结构322造成的保持力时,闷盖3能够从
安装基座壳23中滑出。参见图1可知,该闷盖3具有闷盖本体凹陷部331(参见图15),通过该闷盖本体凹陷部331可以直接对闷盖制动装置锁舌结构322施加向右的作用力,从而便于该闷盖制动装置锁舌结构322滑出。从图14的仰视图可以看出,该闷盖本体33具有三角形的截面,其底端设有闷盖凹槽结构31,该闷盖凹槽结构31示出为沿着推入方向逐渐靠近的朝向彼此凹陷的两凹槽。安装基座2的安装基座突出结构21与闷盖3的闷盖凹槽结构31配合,从而将闷盖3夹持于安装基座2。由于安装基座突出结构21与闷盖凹槽结构31均为彼此靠近的设置方式,当使用者将闷盖3沿着推入方向推入安装基座2时,闷盖凹槽结构31与安装基座突出结构21完全嵌合组装在一起。
图15是根据本发明的第一实施例的支架系统的设备支架和安装基座的装配截面图当使用者沿着推入方向(在图15中示出为向左的方向)推入闷盖3至图15所示的位置时,闷盖制动装置锁舌结构322在闷盖弹簧34的作用下落入安装基座2的相应的凹槽内,并被止挡部244所止挡而无法沿着向右的方向退出,这也就对闷盖3进行了锁止,防止其从安装基座2上不自主的脱落。当使用者利用外力通过闷盖本体凹陷部331向右推动闷盖本体33,带动闷盖制动装置锁舌结构322同步向右运动时,则闷盖制动装置锁舌结构322沿着接触面322a向上运动而摆脱止挡部244的束缚,此时闷盖3可以沿着向右的方向退出,从而实现闷盖与安装基座的分离。
图16是根据本发明的第一实施例的安装基座的安装基座壳的仰视图。该安装基座壳23’包括中心区域233和围绕着该中心区域233设置的边缘区域234,该中心区域233和边缘区域234通过弱化结构235进行连接,该弱化结构235示出为连接桥结构,均匀地围绕着中心区域233的周长进行分布。当安装基座2受到足够的外力的时候,弱化结构235发生断裂,边缘区域234与中心区域233彼此分离。其中,该中心区域233通过螺钉222固定于仪表板4,而安装基座壳的侧面则全部位于该边缘区域234。图17是根据本发明的第一实施例的安装基座的安装基座壳的弱化结构断裂后脱离仪表板部分的透视图。此时,安装基座壳23’的边缘区域234依然与悬臂12连接在一起。图18是根据本发明的第一实施例的安装基座的安装基座壳的弱化结构断裂后残留在仪表板上结构的透视图。此时,安装基座壳23’的中心区域233仍被固定在仪表板4上。而且,由于剩余结构的高度低于仪表板4上的凹陷,如图11-12所示,如此保护使用者不被突出物所伤害。
以上所述的,仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非用以限定本发明的范围,本发明的上述实施例还可以做出各种变化。即凡是依据本发明申请的权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单、等效变化与修饰,皆落入本发明专利的权利要求保护范围。本发明未详尽描述的均为常规技术内容。
Claims (13)
- 一种支架系统,所述支架系统包括可拆卸连接的设备支架(1)和安装基座(2),所述设备支架(1)包括相互连接的夹持装置(11)和悬臂(12),所述悬臂(12)从所述夹持装置(11)的背面开始延伸并与所述安装基座(2)连接,其特征在于,所述悬臂(12)包括悬臂骨架(121)和设置于所述悬臂骨架(121)下的悬臂按钮(123);所述悬臂骨架(121)具有后部分(1212),该后部分(1212)具有三角形的截面,其底端设有设备支架凹槽结构(13),所述设备支架凹槽结构(13)为沿着推入方向逐渐靠近的朝向彼此凹陷的两凹槽;所述安装基座(2)具有三角形的截面,其顶端设有安装基座突出结构(21),所述安装基座突出结构(21)为沿着推入方向逐渐靠近的朝向彼此伸出的两突出条;所述设备支架凹槽结构(13)和所述安装基座突出结构(21)相互配合;所述悬臂按钮(123)的底部具有悬臂按钮锁舌(1232a);所述安装基座(2)具有止挡部(244);所述按钮锁舌(1232a)与所述止挡部(244)配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的支架系统,其特征在于,所述悬臂(12)具有贯穿所述悬臂(12)的上下表面的线束收纳凹槽(15),所述安装基座(2)的顶面具有USB/AUX/充电接口(243)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的支架系统,其特征在于,所述悬臂骨架(121)具有宽度保持恒定的前部分(1211)和宽度逐渐变小的所述后部分(1212),其中,所述前部分(1211)的高度逐渐增大,而所述后部分(1212)的高度逐渐减小,所述前部分(1211)的顶面与所述后部分(1212)的顶面平滑过渡形成一体的曲面,所述前部分(1211)的底面为弧形面,所述后部分(1212)的底面为平面。
- 根据权利要求3所述的支架系统,其特征在于,所述悬臂按钮(123)具有贴合所述前部分(1211)的弧形部(1231)和贴合所述后部分(1212)的平面部(1232),所述平面部(1232)的临近所述弧形部(1231)的一端形成有所述悬臂按钮锁舌(1232a),而远离弧形部(1231)的一端形成为悬臂按钮转轴(1232b)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的支架系统,其特征在于,所述支架系统还包括独立的闷盖(3),所述闷盖(3)具有三角形的截面,其底端设有闷盖凹槽结构(31),所述闷盖凹槽结构(31)为沿着推入方向逐渐靠近的朝向彼此凹陷的两凹槽;所述闷盖凹槽结构(31)和所述安装基座突出结构(21)相互配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的支架系统,其特征在于,所述闷盖(3)包括闷盖制动装置 (32)、闷盖本体(33)和闷盖弹簧(34);所述闷盖制动装置(32)的闷盖制动装置连接端(321)固定于闷盖本体(33)的内侧,所述闷盖制动装置(32)的自由端形成为闷盖制动装置锁舌结构(322),该闷盖制动装置锁舌结构(322)与闷盖本体(33)之间设置有所述闷盖弹簧(34)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的支架系统,其特征在于,所述闷盖制动装置连接端(321)和所述闷盖制动装置锁舌结构(322)之间设置有减薄区域(323)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的支架系统,其特征在于,所述闷盖制动装置锁舌结构(322)与所述安装基座(2)的接触面(322a)与所述闷盖(3)的推入方向夹角小于90°。
- 根据权利要求8所述的支架系统,其特征在于,所述闷盖(3)包括闷盖本体凹陷部(331)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的支架系统,其特征在于,所述夹持装置(11)和悬臂(12)通过连接机构(14)相连,所述连接机构(14)包括铰链机构(142),所述铰链机构(142)包括悬臂轴瓦结构(1421)、C形卡环(1422)和铰链轴销(1423),其中,所述悬臂轴瓦结构(1421)固定于悬臂(12),铰链轴销(1423)固定于铰链外壳(1413),悬臂轴瓦结构(1421)本身由彼此对称的半部形成,铰链轴销(1423)容置于该悬臂轴瓦结构(1421)内,而C形卡环(1422)围绕着该悬臂轴瓦结构(1421)设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的支架系统,其特征在于,所述安装基座(2)包括USB/AUX/充电接口模块(24)、安装基座闷盖(22)和安装基座壳(23),所述USB/AUX/充电接口模块(24)为圆柱形,所述USB/AUX/充电接口模块(24)的顶面上设有所述USB/AUX/充电接口(243),所述底面231具有位于中心的安装基座壳贯穿孔(2311);USB/AUX/充电接口模块(24)穿过该安装基座壳贯穿孔(2311)延伸;所述安装基座闷盖(22)为板状并具有位于中心的安装基座闷盖贯穿孔(221),所述USB/AUX/充电接口(243)从该安装基座闷盖贯穿孔(221)中暴露出来;所述安装基座(2)通过所述安装基座壳(23)固定于仪表板(4)。
- 根据权利要11所述的支架系统,其特征在于,所述安装基座壳(23)包括中心区域(233)和围绕着该中心区域(233)设置的边缘区域(234),该中心区域(233)和边缘区域(234)通过弱化结构(235)进行连接。
- 根据权利要12所述的支架系统,其特征在于,所述弱化结构(235)为连接桥结构并均匀地围绕着所述中心区域(233)的周长进行分布。
