一种动态影像的拍摄方法,包括如下步骤:
在照片的预览界面上选择动态对象,选择完多个动态对象后,拍摄多张照片;
根据拍摄的多张所述照片和选择出的多个动态对象合成动态影像。
可选地,所述在照片的预览界面上选择动态对象的步骤包括:
根据用户操作指令,在一张照片的预览界面上生成选择图形;
将所述选择图形所限定的区域选择为一个动态对象。
可选地,所述根据拍摄的多张所述照片和选择出的多个动态对象合成动态影像的步骤包括:
从拍摄的多张所述照片中选择一张作为参考照片,提取出所述参考照片 中所述动态对象所在区域之外的图像作为背景图像;
将选择出的多个所述动态对象分别与所述背景图像生成多张新照片;
将所述多张新照片合成为所述动态影像。
可选地,所述参考照片为拍摄的多张所述照片中的第一张或最后一张,或者用户预先设定的第n张,其中,n为大于0的正整数。
可选地,所述背景图像中有一空白区域,该空白区域为所述参考照片的动态对象所在区域。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例的动态影像的拍摄方法,允许用户在预览界面上自定义选择动态对象,选择完毕后拍摄多张照片,根据拍摄的多张照片和选择的动态对象合成动态影像。具体流程如以下实施例。
参见图1,提出本发明的动态影像的拍摄方法第一实施例,所述拍摄方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S101:根据用户操作指令,在照片的预览界面上生成选择图形。
拍摄装置可提供若干选择图形供用户选择,所述选择图形可以呈矩形、圆形、多边形等。拍摄装置在预览界面上生成用户选择的选择图形。用户也可以自定义绘制选择图形,如用户直接在预览界面上划动,拍摄装置根据划动轨迹生成选择图形。
用户还可以对选择图形进行编辑。如调节选择图形的位置、大小、颜色、边框、透明度等属性。
步骤S102:将选择图形所限定的区域选择为动态对象。
记录动态对象在预览界面上的坐标位置,此时动态对象的位置是固定的。
动态对象是指照片中将呈动态变化的对象。该步骤中,可以从多张供预览的照片中提取动态对象,这样就可以提取出多个动态对象。动态对象所在区域在所有照片,包括供预览的照片和后续拍摄的供提取背景图像的照片中的位置是一样的,由固定的坐标位置和面积大小确定。
步骤S103:拍摄多张照片。
拍摄照片的数量可以预先由用户自定义设置。拍摄装置可以连续拍摄,或每隔预设时间拍摄一次。
步骤S104:从拍摄的照片中选择一张作为参考照片,提取出参考照片中动态对象以外的图像作为背景图像。
参考照片可以由用户手动选择,或者由拍摄装置自动选择。拍摄装置可以任选一张,或默认选择第一张或最后一张,或者用户预先设定选择第几张作为参考照片。
提取出的背景图像中有一空白区域,该空白区域即为原参考照片的动态对象所在区域。
步骤S105:将所选择的多个动态对象分别与所述背景图像生成多张新照片。
具体的,将提取出的每个动态对象,分别置于背景图像的空白区域,与背景图像合成为新照片。每张新照片的背景图像相同,但动态对象的图像各不相同。
提取动态对象时,可以根据动态对象的坐标位置和面积大小从每张照片中进行提取;或者在拍摄时,即根据动态对象的坐标位置和面积大小予以标注,提取时则直接根据照片上的标注予以提取。
步骤S106:将多张新照片合成为动态影像。
由于每张新照片的背景图像相同,但动态对象处的图像却不同,因此,合成之后,只有动态对象处的图像呈动态变化,其余区域则呈静态,形成了区域动态影像。所述动态影像可以是动态图片或动态视频。
参见图2,提出本发明的动态影像的拍摄方法第二实施例,所述拍摄方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S201:获取用户选择的颜色。
用户可以在选色盘上选择一种颜色,也可以在预览界面上选取(如点击或触摸某一位置)一种颜色。
步骤S202:将预览界面上与用户选择的颜色相匹配的对象选择为动态对象。
拍摄装置在预览界面上寻找与用户选择的颜色相同或相近(相似度达阈值)的对象,将该对象作为动态对象,此时的动态对象可能是移动的物体、人物或动物。用户可以调整颜色匹配范围的大小,以此来限定动态对象的数量或大小。当动态对象移动时,拍摄装置根据动态对象的颜色和面积来对其进行追踪。
步骤S203:拍摄多张照片。
步骤S204:从拍摄的照片中选择一张作为第一参考照片,再选择一张作为第二参考照片,且第二参考照片与第一参考照片中的动态对象不相重合或重合度最小
由于动态对象在移动,因此每张照片中动态对象的位置不同,优选两张动态对象不相重合的照片作为参考照片,若没有不相重合的,则选择重合度最小的。对于动态对象往同一方向移动的情况,拍摄装置自动选取第一张照片和最后一张照片作为参考照片。
步骤S205:从第二参考照片中提取出与第一参考照片的动态对象的位置相对应处的图像,并将该图像覆盖于第一参考照片的动态对象而合成为背景图像。
具体的,拍摄装置获取第一参考照片中动态对象的坐标位置和面积大小, 然后在第二参考照片的相同坐标位置处提取一张与动态对象的面积大小相同的图像,最后将提取的图像覆盖在第一参考照片的动态对象上而合成一张新的图像,将该新的图像作为背景图像,此时背景图像中就没有动态对象,使得背景更加真实。
在某些实施例中,也可以从第一参考照片中提取出与第二参考照片的动态对象的位置相对应处的图像,并将该图像覆盖于第二参考照片的动态对象而合成为背景图像。
步骤S206:提取出拍摄的多张照片中的动态对象分别与背景图像生成多张新照片。
具体的,提取出每张照片中的动态对象,并记录该动态对象在照片中的坐标位置,然后将该动态对象覆盖于背景图像的相应位置处而合成为一张新照片。每张新照片中动态对象的位置或/和形态各异。
步骤S207:将多张新照片合成为动态影像。
合成的动态影像中,只有指定的动态对象在发生动态变化,其余图像保持静态,因此形成区域动态影像。
参见图3,提出本发明的动态影像的拍摄方法第三实施例,所述拍摄方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S301:将用户在预览界面上触摸或点击的对象选择为动态对象。
用户可以在预览界面上触摸或点击人或物,拍摄装置根据相关技术中的人脸识别或边缘识别等技术对其自动锁定,将其作为动态对象,并对其进行追踪。此时的动态对象也是移动的。
步骤S302:拍摄多张照片。
步骤S303:从拍摄的照片中选择一张作为第一参考照片,再选择一张作为第二参考照片,且第二参考照片与第一参考照片中的动态对象不相重合或重合度最小。
步骤S304:从第二参考照片中提取出与第一参考照片的动态对象的位置相对应处的图像,并将该图像覆盖于第一参考照片的动态对象而合成为背景 图像。
步骤S305:提取出拍摄的多张照片中的动态对象分别与背景图像生成多张新照片。
步骤S306:将多张新照片合成为动态影像。
现举一实例进行说明:
进入相机模块后,选择动态影像拍摄功能,然后提供“固定区域选择”、“颜色自动匹配”、“人物自动识别”等选项。当用户选择“固定区域选择”时,用户在预览界面上限定一个区域,然后长按拍照键进行拍照,松开拍照键,即可停止拍照,拍摄装置则自动合成只有该区域动态变化的动态影像;若用户选择“颜色自动匹配”,用户点击预览界面中某个位置,拍摄装置则会根据选中位置的颜色自动匹配出一个对象,然后长按拍照键即可进行拍照,松开拍照键,拍摄装置自动合成只有该对象动态变化的动态影像;若用户选择“人物自动识别”,用户点击预览界面中某个位置,拍摄装置则会自动选中该位置处的对象,然后长按拍照键即可进行拍照,松开拍照键,拍摄装置自动合成只有该对象动态变化的动态影像。

参见图4,提出本发明的拍摄装置的一实施例,所述拍摄装置包括选择模块401、拍摄模块402和合成模块403。
选择模块401设置成:在预览界面上选择动态对象。该动态对象可能在预览界面上的固定位置,也可能在预览界面上动态移动。
选择模块401可以根据用户操作指令,在预览界面上生成选择图形,将选择图形所限定的区域选择为动态对象,此时的动态对象在预览界面上的固 定位置处。
选择模块401也可以获取用户选择的颜色,将预览界面上与用户选择的颜色相匹配的对象选择为动态对象;还可以将用户在预览界面上触摸或点击的对象选择为动态对象,此时的动态对象则在预览界面上动态移动,选择模块401需对该动态对象进行追踪。
拍摄模块402设置成:拍摄多张照片。拍摄照片的数量可以预先由用户自定义设置。拍摄模块可以连续拍摄,或每隔预设时间拍摄一次。
合成模块403设置成:根据拍摄的多张照片和选择的动态对象合成动态影像。
当动态对象固定于预览界面的某一位置时,合成模块403从拍摄的照片中选择一张作为参考照片,提取出参考照片中动态对象之外的图像作为背景图像;提取出拍摄的多张照片中的动态对象分别与背景图像生成多张新照片;将多张新照片合成为动态影像。
该合成模块设置成按照如下方式选择参考照片:将所述参考照片选择为拍摄的多张所述照片中的第一张或最后一张,或者用户预先设定的第n张,其中,n为大于0的正整数。
其中,所述背景图像中有一空白区域,该空白区域为所述参考照片的动态对象所在区域。

合成模块403设置成按照如下方式将选择出的所述动态对象分别与所述背景图像生成多张新照片:

  11. 根据权利要求9所述的动态影像的拍摄方法,其中,从所述第二参考照片中提取出与所述第一参考照片的动态对象的位置相对应处的图像,并将该图像覆盖于所述第一参考照片的动态对象处,从而合成为背景图像的步骤包括:
    获取所述第一参考照片中动态对象的坐标位置和面积大小,然后在所述 第二参考照片的相同坐标位置处提取一张与所述第一参考照片中的该动态对象的面积和大小均相同的图像,将该图像覆盖在所述第一参考照片的动态对象所在区域上而合成一张新的图像,将该新的图像作为所述背景图像。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的动态影像的拍摄方法,其中,将选择出的所述动态对象分别与所述背景图像生成多张新照片的步骤包括:
    提取出供预览的照片中的动态对象,并记录该动态对象在该供预览的照片中的坐标位置,然后将该动态对象覆盖于所述背景图像的相应位置处而合成为一张新照片。
  13. 一种拍摄装置,包括选择模块、拍摄模块和合成模块,其中:
    所述选择模块设置成:在照片的预览界面上选择动态对象;
    所述拍摄模块设置成:拍摄多张照片;
    所述合成模块设置成:根据拍摄的多张所述照片和选择出的多个动态对象合成动态影像。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的拍摄装置,其中,所述选择模块设置成按照如下方式在预览界面上选择动态对象:
    根据用户操作指令,在一张照片的预览界面上生成选择图形;
    将所述选择图形所限定的区域选择为一个动态对象。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的拍摄装置,所述合成模块设置成按照如下方式根据拍摄的多张所述照片和选择出的动态对象合成动态影像:
    从拍摄的多张所述照片中选择一张作为参考照片,提取出所述参考照片中所述动态对象所在区域之外的图像作为背景图像;
    将选择出的动态对象分别与所述背景图像生成多张新照片;
    将所述多张新照片合成为所述动态影像。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的拍摄装置,其中,所述选择模块设置成按照如下方式在预览界面上选择动态对象:
    获取用户选择的颜色,将预览界面上与用户选择的颜色相匹配的对象选择为所述动态对象;或,
    将用户在预览界面上触摸或点击的对象选择为所述动态对象。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的拍摄装置,其中,所述合成模块设置成按照如下方式根据拍摄的多张所述照片和选择出的动态对象合成动态影像:
    从拍摄的多张所述照片中选择一张作为第一参考照片,再选择一张作为第二参考照片,且所述第二参考照片与所述第一参考照片中的动态对象不相重合或重合度最小;
    从所述第二参考照片中提取出与所述第一参考照片的动态对象的位置相对应处的图像,并将该图像覆盖于所述第一参考照片的动态对象处,从而合成为背景图像;
    将选择出的动态对象分别与所述背景图像生成多张新照片;
    将所述多张新照片合成为所述动态影像。
  18. 一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被计算机执行时,使得该计算机可执行如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的动态影像的拍摄方法。
  19. 一种载有如权利要求18所述计算机程序的载体。
