根据选取的图像生成图片并储存,其中,当对焦区域为一个时,将选取的一个图像直接生成图片;当对焦区域为多个时,对选取的多个图像进行合成处理,生成一张各对焦区域均最清晰的图片。

在所述预览图上生成对焦区域选择图案,以供用户选择一个或多个对焦区域;

本发明所提供的一种拍摄方法,通过连续拍摄至少两景深范围的图像,将拍摄的图像合成为一张图像文件供用户预览,然后既允许用户在图像文件上随意选取对焦区域进行先拍摄后对焦而生成用户满意的图片,以另一种方式实现了先拍摄后对焦;又允许用户对图像文件进行全面合成而生成各个区域均清晰的图片,最终得到既清晰又极具艺术效果的照片,满足了用户的自主选择和个性化需求。本发明还允许用户选取多个对焦区域,允许对对焦区域以外的其它区域进行模糊处理,从而获得具有特殊艺术效果的照片,满足了用户的创作需求,极大的提升了用户体验。

步骤S101、连续拍摄至少两景深范围的至少两图像
拍摄装置接收到拍摄指令(如按下拍摄按键)后,驱动其摄像头向前或向后移动,连续拍摄至少两景深范围的至少两图像,即每一景深范围至少拍 摄一张图像。所述摄像头由拍摄装置的驱动装置如马达等驱动,经校对后,马达的运动参数与拍摄装置的景深表相对应,马达运动相应的步数或转数,就带动摄像头移动到相应的位置而拍摄出相应景深范围的图像。拍摄多少景深范围的图像可以根据用户需要进行调整,如两个景深范围的图像、多个景深范围的图像甚至所有景深范围的图像;每一景深范围至少拍摄一张图像,也可以根据用户需要进行设置而拍摄两张或者多张。
步骤S102、将拍摄的图像合成为一张图像文件并显示
所述图像文件为至少两张图像合成的预览图,其呈现于拍摄装置的预览窗口供用户查看和操作。
换句话说,所述图像文件是拍摄的多张图像及其合成图像组成的一图像组,并从中选取一张图像或合成图像作为预览图以供用户选择对焦区域。
步骤S103、接收到对图像文件进行对焦的指令后,在图像文件上确定一对焦区域
拍摄装置实时接收用户触发的对图像文件的操作指令并执行。所述对图像文件的操作指令包括对图像文件进行对焦的指令、对图像文件进行全面合成的指令等。对于触控屏,用户可以通过在屏幕上触摸或点击图像文件等手势动作来触发对图像文件进行对焦的指令,拍摄装置随即将图像文件被触摸或点击的区域确定为对焦区域。对于非触控屏,也可以通过功能键或调用菜单来触发对图像文件进行对焦的指令,随即图像文件上生成一个选择图案让用户通过按键选择对焦区域,拍摄装置随即将选择图案所在的区域作为对焦区域。

步骤S104、从图像文件中选取一张对焦区域最清晰的图像,将该图像生成图片
拍摄装置对图像文件中的众多图像进行比较运算,选出一张对焦区域最清晰的图像,然后将该图像生成为图片,从而得到一张效果最佳的照片。
参见图2,提出本发明的拍摄方法第二实施例,所述拍摄方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S201、连续拍摄所有景深范围的多张图像
拍摄装置接收到拍摄指令(如按下拍摄按键)后,驱动其摄像头向前或向后移动,连续拍摄所有景深范围的多张图像,每一景深范围至少拍摄一张图像,也可以根据用户需要进行设置而拍摄两张或者多张。所述摄像头由拍摄装置的驱动装置如马达等驱动,经校对后,马达的运动参数与拍摄装置的景深表相对应,马达运动相应的步数或转数,就带动摄像头移动到相应的位置而拍摄出相应景深范围的图像。
步骤S202、将拍摄的图像合成为一张图像文件并显示
所述图像文件为多张图像合成的预览图,该预览图是从图像文件中的多张图像中随机选取的一张,其呈现于拍摄装置的预览窗口供用户查看和操作,其余图像则予以隐藏,供后续随时调用。
换句话说,所述图像文件是拍摄的多张图像及其合成图像组成的一图像组,并从中选取一张图像或合成图像作为预览图以供用户选择对焦区域。
步骤S203、接收到对图像文件进行对焦的指令后,在图像文件上确定至少两对焦区域
拍摄装置实时接收用户触发的对图像文件的操作指令并执行。所述对图像文件的操作指令包括对图像文件进行对焦的指令、对图像文件进行全面合成的指令等。对于触控屏,用户可以直接触摸或点击图像文件来触发对图像文件进行对焦的指令,拍摄装置随即将图像文件被触摸或点击的区域确定为对焦区域。对于非触控屏,也可以通过功能键或调用菜单来触发对图像文件进行对焦的指令,随即图像文件上生成一个选择图案让用户通过按键选择对焦区域,拍摄装置随即将选择图案所在的区域作为对焦区域。本实施例允许用户选择至少两个对焦区域,用户可以根据需要选择两个或多个对焦区域。
在某些实施例中,拍摄装置实时接收用户触发的对预览图的操作指令并执行。所述对预览图的操作指令包括对预览图进行对焦的指令、对图像进行全面合成的指令等。对于触控屏,用户可以通过在屏幕上触摸或点击预览图 等手势动作来触发对预览图进行对焦的指令,拍摄装置随即将预览图被触摸或点击的区域确定为对焦区域。对于非触控屏,也可以通过功能键或调用菜单来触发对预览图进行对焦的指令,随即预览图上生成一个选择图案让用户通过按键选择对焦区域,拍摄装置随即将选择图案所在的区域作为对焦区域。用户可以根据需要选择两个或多个对焦区域。
步骤S204、针对每一对焦区域,从图像文件中选取一张该对焦区域最清晰的图像
拍摄装置对图像文件中的众多图像进行比较运算,针对每一对焦区域,选出一张该对焦区域最清晰的图像。例如,用户选取了对焦区域1、对焦区域2和对焦区域3共三个对焦区域,则拍摄装置相应的选出对焦区域1处最清晰的图像1,对焦区域2处最清晰的图像2以及对焦区域3处最清晰的图像3共三张图像。
步骤S205、将选取的至少两张图像合成为一张各对焦区域均最清晰的图片
拍摄装置将选出的至少两张图像生成为一张图片,从而得到一张至少两个对焦区域最清晰的图片。该图片具有特殊的艺术效果。
参见图3,提出本发明的拍摄方法第三实施例,所述拍摄方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S301、连续拍摄所有景深范围的多张图像
步骤S302、将拍摄的图像合成为一张图像文件并显示

将对焦区域以外的其它区域进行模糊处理后,能够更加突出的显示对焦区域的图像,从而获得极具艺术效果的图片。
此外,也可以对第二实施例中选取的多张图像进行相应的模糊处理,使得最终生成的图片不但具有多个清晰的对焦区域,而且多个对焦区域以外的其它区域均被模糊处理,突出显示了多个对焦区域的图像,从而获得具有特 殊艺术效果的照片。
参见图4,提出本发明的拍摄方法第四实施例,所述拍摄方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S401、连续拍摄所有景深范围的多张图像
步骤S402、将拍摄的图像合成为一张图像文件并显示

拍摄装置接收到对图像进行全面合成的指令后,确定对焦区域为覆盖预览图的所有区域,随即将图像组中的所有图像合成为一张各个区域均最清晰的图片。
上述第一至第四实施例中,可以反复对图像文件进行操作来生成多张各种效果的图片,也可以将所述图像文件存储起来,随时调出来进行操作而生成图片。

接收模块100:设置为接收各种指令,其中包括拍摄指令和对图像文件的操作指令,并将各种指令发送给拍摄模块。
所述拍摄指令在用户按下拍摄按键后触发,所述拍摄按键是实体按键或虚拟按键。所述对图像文件的操作指令包括对图像文件进行对焦的指令、对图像文件进行全面合成的指令等。对于触控屏,用户可以通过在屏幕上触摸或点击图像文件等手势动作来触发对图像文件进行对焦的指令,通过在屏幕上划拨、长按或点击图像文件等手势动作来触发对图像文件进行全面合成的指令。对于非触控屏,可以通过功能键或调用菜单来触发对图像文件进行对焦或进行全面合成的指令。
显示模块300:设置为显示各种影像。包括图片、照片、图像文件、预览图像等。所述显示模块300包括一显示屏,所述显示屏可以是触控屏或非触控屏。
拍摄模块200,设置为拍摄图像、处理各种指令。拍摄模块200在接收到拍摄指令后,连续拍摄至少两景深范围的至少两图像,将至少两图像合成为一图像文件,并执行对图像文件的操作指令。
所述图像文件是由拍摄模块将拍摄的多张图像及其合成图像组成的一图像组,拍摄模块对该图像组进行临时存储,并从中选取一张图像或合成图像作为预览图以供用户选择对焦区域。
拍摄模块200包括处理单元230、摄像头220和驱动单元210,其中:
驱动单元210,设置为驱动摄像头220向前或向后移动使得摄像头220连续拍摄至少两景深范围的图像。
摄像头220,设置为连续拍摄图像,在每一景深范围至少拍摄一张图像。
所述驱动单元210包括一马达,经校对后,马达的运动参数与拍摄装置的景深表相对应,马达运动相应的步数或转数,就带动摄像头220移动到相应的位置而拍摄出相应景深范围的图像。拍摄多少景深范围的图像可以根据用户需要进行调整,如两个景深范围的图像、多个景深范围的图像甚至所有景深范围的图像;每一景深范围至少拍摄一张图像,也可以根据用户需要进行设置而拍摄两张或者多张。
处理单元230,设置为在接收到对图像文件的操作指令后,执行该操作指令。其中,包括执行对图像文件进行对焦的指令、对图像文件进行全面合成 的指令等。
处理单元230接收到对图像文件进行全面合成的指令后,对图像文件进行全面合成,将图像文件中的所有图像合成为一张各个区域均最清晰的图片。
处理单元230接收到对图像文件进行对焦的指令后,根据该指令,在图像文件上确定对焦区域,然后从图像文件中选取对焦区域最清晰的图像,最后将选取的图像生成图片。对于触控屏,处理单元230将图像文件被触摸或点击的区域确定为对焦区域;对于非触控屏,显示模块300显示一对焦区域选择图案,处理单元230将选择图案所在的区域确定为对焦区域。
进一步地,处理单元230可以根据用户的选择确定两个或多个对焦区域,然后对图像文件中的众多图像进行比较运算,针对每一对焦区域,选出一张该对焦区域最清晰的图像。例如,用户选取了对焦区域1、对焦区域2和对焦区域3共三个对焦区域,则拍摄装置相应的选取对焦区域1处最清晰的图像1,对焦区域2处最清晰的图像2以及对焦区域3处最清晰的图像3共三张图像。处理单元230最后将选取的两张或多张图像合成为一张各对焦区域均最清晰的图片。该图片具有特殊的艺术效果。
进一步地,处理单元230还可以对选取的图像的对焦区域以外的其它区域进行模糊处理,然后再将处理后的图像生成为图片,从而能够更加突出的显示对焦区域的图像,获得极具艺术效果的图片。特别是在因选择了多个对焦区域而选取了多张图像的情况下,最终生成的图片不但具有多个清晰的对焦区域,而且多个对焦区域以外的其它区域均被模糊处理,突出显示了多个对焦区域的图像,获得具有特殊艺术效果的照片。
拍摄装置可以反复对图像文件进行操作来生成多张各种效果的图片,也可以将所述图像文件存储起来,随时调出来进行操作而生成图片。
本发明中所述的最清晰是相比较而言的,如确定了对焦区域A,图像文件中有10张图像,在10张图像中,图像5相对于其它9张图像来说对焦区域A是最清晰的。

  1. 一种拍摄方法,包括步骤:
    接收到拍摄指令后,连续拍摄至少两景深范围的图像,其中每一所述景深范围拍摄至少一图像;
    将拍摄的所有图像合成为一图像文件并显示;
    根据用户的操作指令确定对焦区域,从所述图像文件中选取所述对焦区域最清晰的图像;
    根据选取的图像生成图片并存储,其中,当对焦区域为一个时,将选取的一个图像直接生成图片;当对焦区域为多个时,对选取的多个图像进行合成处理,生成一张各对焦区域均最清晰的图片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拍摄方法,其中,所述根据用户的操作指令确定对焦区域包括:将用户触摸或点击图像文件的区域确定为对焦区域。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拍摄方法,其中,所述从图像文件中选取所述对焦区域最清晰的图像的步骤之后还包括:对选取的图像的对焦区域以外的其它区域进行模糊处理。

  5. 一种拍摄方法,包括步骤:
    接收到拍摄指令后,连续拍摄至少两景深范围的至少两图像,并组成一图像组;
    显示所述图像中的一张或其合成图像作为预览图以供用户选择对焦区域;
    根据用户的操作指令确定对焦区域,从所述图像组中选取所述对焦区域最清晰的图像,并将选取的图像生成图片。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的拍摄方法,其中,所述操作指令包括对所述预览图进行对焦的指令,所述根据用户的操作指令确定对焦区域包括:
    将用户触摸或点击所述预览图的操作指令作为对所述预览图进行对焦的指令,根据所述指令将所述预览图被触摸或点击的区域确定为对焦区域。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的拍摄方法,其中,所述从所述图像组中选取所述对焦区域最清晰的图像的步骤之后还包括:
    对选取的图像的对焦区域以外的其它区域进行模糊处理。

    拍摄模块,设置为连续拍摄至少两景深范围的至少两图像,将所述至少两图像合成为一图像文件,根据对所述图像文件的操作指令进行图片生成;
    显示模块,设置为显示所述图像文件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的拍摄装置,其中,所述拍摄模块包括一处理单元,所述对图像文件的操作指令包括对所述图像文件进行对焦的指令,所述处理单元设置为:

    从所述图像文件中选取所述对焦区域最清晰的图像;
    将选取的图像生成图片。

  13. 根据权利要求11所述的拍摄装置,其中,所述处理单元设置为:确定至少两个对焦区域,据此选取至少两张图像,将选取的至少两张图像合成为一张各对焦区域均最清晰的图片。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的拍摄装置,其中,所述对图像文件的操作指 令包括对所述对图像文件进行全面合成的指令,所述处理单元设置为:在接收到对所述对图像文件进行全面合成的指令后,将所述图像文件中的所有图像合成为一张各个区域均最清晰的图片。
  15. 一种拍摄方法,包括步骤:
    接收到拍摄指令后,连续拍摄多个景深范围的图像,其中每一所述景深范围拍摄至少一图像;
    显示预览图以供用户确定对焦区域;
    根据用户指令确定对焦区域;
    从所述图象中选取所述对焦区域最清晰的图像;
    根据选取的图像生成图片并储存,其中,当对焦区域为一个时,将选取的一个图像直接生成图片;当对焦区域为多个时,对选取的多个图像进行合成处理,生成一张各对焦区域均最清晰的图片。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的拍摄方法,其中,所述根据用户指令确定对焦区域包括:
    在所述预览图上生成对焦区域选择图案,以供用户选择一个或多个对焦区域;
    根据用户选择确定对焦区域。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的拍摄方法,其中,所述根据选取的图像生成图片的步骤中还包括:
    将所述对焦区域以外的其它区域进行模糊处理。
