一种移动终端 技术领域
本发明涉及移动终端技术领域,尤其是涉及一种触摸屏带有感应识别模组的移动终端。
背景技术
目前,国内外最新一代的智能手持设备的按压式电容型感应识别模组均为触摸屏挖孔将感应识别模组外露以便手指接触模式。触摸屏或表面/机壳挖孔外露感应装置的方式,不只增加了触摸屏加工难度,同时从视觉上和触觉上了增大了感应识别模组单独组装带来的差异感,影响了整体设备结构、外观和用户体验。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。
为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种移动终端,将感应识别模组集成在触摸屏上,从视觉上和触觉上解决了感应识别模组单独组装带来的差异感问题,减少加工程序,提高了生产和利用效率,提高了用户的满意度。
本发明是这样实现的:一种移动终端,包括触摸屏,所述触摸屏包括触摸盖板,还包括感应识别模组,所述触摸盖板覆盖在所述感应识别模组上。
具体地,所述触摸盖板包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第二部分的厚度小于所述第一部分的厚度,所述第二部分全部或部分覆盖在所述感应识别模组 上。

本实施例中,触摸盖板10包括第一部分101和第二部分102,第二部分102的厚度小于第一部分101的厚度,第二部分102全部或部分覆盖在感应识别模组11上,这样设计的目的是降低感应识别模组11所在区域的触摸盖板10的厚度,提升信号强度,方便感应识别模组11采集数据,同时亦可提示用于感应识别模组所在的位置,便于用户操作。
如图3所示,触摸盖板10的下表面还设有加强层14。一种实施例中,加强层14的上表面和下表面之间设置有通孔,感应识别模组11放置于该通孔内。
触摸盖板10的下表面还设有丝印层(未标号),用于提示感应识别模组11所在的位置,方便用户操作。
下面具体介绍触摸盖板的几种实施方式。
实施例一
如图4和图5所示,触摸盖板10的第二部分102为触摸盖板10上表面部分向下凹陷所形成,凹陷部以外的部分为第一部分101,感应识别模组11位于所述的第二部分102的正下方,降低感应识别模组所在区域的触摸盖板的厚度,提升信号强度,方便感应识别模组11采集数据。
实施例二
如图6和图7所示,触摸盖板10上的第二部分102也可以是触摸盖板10的下表面部分向上凹陷形成,凹陷部以外的部分为第一部分101,感应识别模组11部分或者全部收容于第二部分102内。
如图8和图9所示,触摸屏还包括触摸传感器12,触摸传感器12位于触摸盖板10下方。优选地,可以再传感器12的上表面和下表面之间设置通孔13,将感应识别模组11放置于通孔内。当然,传感器12还可以与感应识别模组11并排放在触摸盖板10的下方。
需要说明的是,感应识别模组11内部可以集成所有控制电路、感应电路、存储电路、滤波和升压电路全部集成在感应识别模组11内部。对于感应识别模组11的位置不做具体限定,例如感应识别模组11可以设在智能手机中接近物理Home键或者虚拟Home键的主控板位置。
触摸屏盖板10可以由具有高介电常数、硬度大、耐过材料制成,例如触摸屏盖板10可以由钢化玻璃或蓝宝石玻璃片制成。
本发明实施例通过将感应识别模组11集成在触摸屏组件上,采用全触摸面板,从视觉上和触觉上解决了感应识别模组11单独组装带来的差异感问题,减少加工程序,提高了生产和利用效率,提高了用户的满意度。
此外,需要注意的是,对于触摸屏盖板10厚度需要根据材料特性来权衡,因为如果触摸屏盖板10的厚度过薄,会影响传感器12的触摸性能。
对于感应识别模组是指纹识别模组的情况,指纹识别模组包含一系列复杂的电路:指纹识别传感器电路,控制电路,存储电路,滤波电路等能实现指纹图像采集的装置。指纹识别传感器电路,由一系列具有信号收集功能的模拟电路矩阵组成。指纹识别模组内部还设有防尘垫,用于固定指纹识别模组,隔绝灰尘、汗液、水等进入指纹识别模组内部。
指纹识别模组采用多芯片封装技术(SiP),并通过电路基板实现互联。整个指纹识别模组正面是指纹识别传感器电路,后面的控制电路等全部被塑封体填充保护,该塑封体可以是完整的mold制程,也可以是滴胶保护工艺。在塑 封工艺过程中可以采用环氧树脂(compound)或其它类似耐高温、耐刮材质。当然,塑封工艺过程并不限于此,其只要能够保护电路不受损伤即可。
需要说明的是,移动终端可以是手机、平板电脑或者其他具有触摸功能的设备。

工业实用性
本发明通过将触摸和感应识别模组集成在触摸屏上,采用全触摸面板,从视觉上和触觉上解决了感应识别模组单独组装带来的差异感问题,减少加工程序,提高了生产和利用效率,提高了用户的满意度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种移动终端,包括触摸屏,所述触摸屏包括触摸盖板,还包括感应识别模组,所述触摸盖板覆盖在所述感应识别模组上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述触摸盖板包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第二部分的厚度小于所述第一部分的厚度,所述第二部分全部或部分覆盖在所述感应识别模组上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述第二部分具体为由触摸盖板上表面部分向下凹陷形成。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述第二部分具体为由触摸盖板下表面部分向上凹陷形成,所述感应识别模组部分或全部位于所述第二部分内。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的移动终端,其中,所述触摸屏还包括触摸传感器,所述触摸传感器位于所述触摸盖板下方。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的移动终端,其中,所述触摸传感器的上表面和下表面之间设置有通孔,所述感应识别模组放置于所述通孔内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述触摸屏还包括加强层,所述加强层位于所述触摸盖板下方。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的移动终端,其中,所述加强层的上表面和下表面之间设置有通孔,所述感应识别模组放置于所述通孔内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述触摸盖板的下表面还设有丝印层。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述感应识别模组为指纹识别模组、心跳识别模组、血氧识别模组中的一种或多种。
