Description

终端管理方法及系统、 服务器、 终端 技术领域
本发明涉及终端管理技术领域, 尤其涉及一种终端管理方法及系统、 服 务器、 终端。 背景技术 在终端管理任务中, 由设备、 用户或者是服务器发起管理任务, 设备连 接服务器发起会话, 服务器经过鉴权客户端后, 由服务器下发一系列的管理 命令, 比如 Get (釆集设备参数)、 Replace (配置设备参数)和 Exec (执行升级) 等命令。在此过程中, 服务器可能会下发一些通知 (Alert)来提示用户。相关技 术中, OMA-DM (开放移动联盟规定的终端管理)协议中的提示方式都是基于 纯文本的通知方式, 仅仅可以满足比较简单的用户提示需求, 比如提示用户 当前没有可用更新、 需要升级 2次才能够更新到最新状态、 升级需要重启手 机是否愿意升级等等。
但目前基于 Alert通知方式的服务器仅仅只能向用户推送一些简单的纯 文本信息进行用户提示, 无法向用户推送带有格式的文字信息、 图片信息或 视频信息进行用户提示, 满足不了多样化和人性化的用户提示需求。 比如: 当有 SD升级包或者是 ROM包发布时,无法向用户发布带有图片和文字的介 绍信息、 带有格式的用户评论信息, 让用户可以更友好地体验升级功能; 或 者当运营商有新的业务, 特色功能无法以文字、 图片或者是视频信息向用户 推送时; 或者当用户在升级过程中遇到问题导致升级无法成功时, 运营商无 法向用户发送带格式的文字收集反馈信息等等。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种终端管理方法及系统、 服务器、 终端, 解决了在 对终端管理的过程中服务器无法向用户发送带有格式的文字信息、 图片信息 或视频信息进行用户提示的问题。 本发明实施例提供的终端管理方法, 包括:
服务器为终端配置用于提示用户的富文本信息;
服务器根据当前管理的终端的标识信息, 选择对应的富文本信息添加到
OMA-DM协议的通知命令新增的扩展字段中,并将所述通知命令发送给所述 终端, 以供所述终端根据所述富文本信息提示用户。
较佳地, 上述方法还包括:
在将所述富文本信息添加到所述扩展字段之前, 对所述富文本信息进行 编码; 将对所述富文本信息编码的编码格式信息添加到所述扩展字段中, 供 所述终端对富文本信息进行解码;
或者 在将所述富文本信息添加到所述扩展字段之前, 对所述富文本信息进行 加密; 将对所述富文本信息加密的加密算法信息添加到所述扩展字段中, 供 所述终端对富文本信息进行解密; 或者

实施例一:
考虑到现有通知提示方法服务器只能向终端设备发送简单的文字信息用 来提示用户, 无法向终端发送图片信息、 视频信息或者带格式的文字信息提 示用户的问题, 本实施例提供了一种终端管理方法, 执行主体为服务器, 如 图 1所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 101 : 服务器为终端配置用于提示用户的富文本信息。
本实施例方法中服务器可以针对不同的终端配置不同的富文本信息, 在 管理过程中, 将与被管理终端对应的富文本信息发送给该被管理终端。
本实施例中富文本信息包括富文本格式数据,其可以至少包括图片信息、 视频信息、 带格式的文字信息中的至少一种信息, 本实施例富文本信息还可 以包括其他形式的信息。
本实施例方法中可以根据实际需求在服务器上配置符合用户需求的富文 本信息, 例如配置接收新业务的图片信息或视频信息。
步骤 102: 服务器根据当前管理的终端的标识信息选择对应的富文本信 息添加到 OMA-DM协议的通知命令新增的扩展字段中, 并将所述通知命令 发送给所述终端。
本实施例的方法可以应用在服务器对终端进行管理的过程中, 此时, 由 服务器下发用于提示用户的富文本信息给终端, 终端根据富文本信息提示用 户。 在本实施例方法中可以由终端发起当前的管理任务, 也可以是由服务器 发起当前的管理任务。
由于服务器中针对不同终端配置了不同的富文本信息, 所以在对终端管 理的过程中需要选择与当前被管理终端对应的富文本信息下发给终端。 本实 施例方法通过终端的标识信息来选择终端对应的富文本信息。
本实施例中终端的标识信息可以包括: 终端设备的型号和终端设备的版 本号, 或者其他可以区分终端的标识信息。 息添加到该命令中下发给终端, 可以节省资源。 较佳地, 可以扩展 OMA-DM 协议中的 Alert命令,在 Alert命令中增加一个 Data字段用来携带富文本信息; 通过 Alert命令将原先 Alert命令中文字信息和新增的富文本信息发送给终端, 供终端提示用户。
本实施例提供的终端管理方法通过 Alert命令下发富文本信息给终端提 示用户, 由于富文本格式的特性, 其可以包括带格式的文字信息、 图片信息 或者视频信息, 所以釆用本实施例的信息发送方法服务器可以向用户推送带 有格式的文字、 图片、 视频等信息进行提示, 不在仅仅是提示一些简单的文 字信息, 与现有技术相比, 可使得服务器灵活下发通知消息, 可以极大程度 上改善用户在终端管理过程中的体验, 并能够更好地帮助用户使用终端管理 任务。
为了便于数据传输或者满足 OMA-DM协议要求, 本实施例终端管理方 法在将所述富文本信息添加到所述扩展字段之前还可以包括: 对所述富文本 信息进行编码; 为了能够使得终端侧可以进行解码, 本实施例方法还可以将 对所述富文本信息编码的编码格式信息添加到所述扩展字段中, 供所述终端 对富文本信息进行解码。
考虑到数据传输的安全性, 本实施终端管理方法在对所述富文本信息进 行编码之后, 将所述富文本信息添加到所述扩展字段之前, 还可以包括: 对 所述富文本信息进行加密; 为了能够使得终端侧可以进行解码获得富文本信 息, 本实施例方法还可以包括: 将对所述富文本信息加密的加密算法信息添 加到所述扩展字段中, 供所述终端对解码后的富文本信息进行解密。
本实施例终端管理方法还可以对在将所述富文本信息添加到所述扩展字 段之前对所述富文本信息进行加密和编码; 然后将对所述富文本信息进行编 码的编码格式信息以及对所述富文本信息进行加密的加密算法信息添加到所 述扩展字段中添加到所述扩展字段中, 供所述终端对富文本信息进行解码和 解密。
优先地, 本实施例还可以在扩展字段中添加富文本信息的类型, 用以提 示终端。 本实施例中富文本信息可以包括: HTML (超文本标记语言)格式数据 或者网址; 当包括 HTML格式数据时终端接收到 HTML格式数据会调用本地 浏览器控件实现 HTML格式数据; 当包括网址时, 终端接收到网址后会调用 本地浏览器控件打开该网址, 将网址对应的网页内容呈现给用户, 这样用户 可以直接看到网址里面的文本, 图片, 视频等提示信息, 用户也可以在网站 里面做一些交互, 比如查看一些评论信息, 提交一些升级问题等操作; 极大 地提高了用户体验。
下面介绍本实施例扩展 Alert命令的详细过程:
1、扩展 OMA-DM协议中的 Alert命令,在 Alert命令中增加 Data字段用 来携带富文本信息。
2、增加 Alert中 data字段的内容,其可以包括: DATATYPE(数据类型 )、 ENCODE (数据编码格式)、 ENCRYPT (数据的加密算法)和 DATA数据 (即 富文本数据) 。
只有在对富文本信息进行编码和加密后, 才可以添加到 ENCODE 和 ENCRYPT,如果没有对富文本信息进行编码和加密,就不需要添加 ENCODE 和 ENCRYPT。
3、 服务器根据需要, 当向终端下发 HTML格式的富文本数据时, 定义 DATATYPE=RICHTEXT; 当终端接收到数据后, 判断 DATATYPE 为 RICHTEXT, 之后才艮据 ENCODE (数据编码格式 )和 ENCRYPT (数据的加密 算法)对 DATA数据进行相应的解码解密得到 HTML格式数据, 然后直接调 用本地的浏览器控件进行显示, 不需要做额外的开发。 以下为下发 HTML格 式数据时, data字段定义内容:

如图 2所示, 本实施例提供了一种终端管理方法, 执行主体为服务器和 终端, 所述方法包括:
步骤 201: 服务器为终端配置用于提示用户的富文本信息。
步骤 202: 服务器根据当前管理的终端的标识信息选择对应的富文本信 息添加到 OMA-DM协议的通知命令新增的扩展字段中, 并将所述通知命令 发送给所述被管理终端;
步骤 203:所述被管理终端从 OMA-DM协议的通知命令新增的扩展字段 中提取富文本信息, 根据所述富文本信息提示用户。
本实施例的终端管理方法通过 OMA-DM协议的通知命令下发富文本信 息给终端提示用户, 由于富文本格式的特性, 其可以包括带格式的文字信息、 图片信息或者视频信息, 所以釆用本发明提示方法服务器可以向用户推送带 有格式的文字、 图片、 视频等信息进行提示, 不在仅仅是提示一些简单的文 字信息, 与现有技术相比, 可使得服务器灵活下发通知消息, 可以极大程度 上改善用户在终端管理过程中的体验, 并能够更好地帮助用户使用终端管理 任务。 另外, 由于本实施例方法只需对原有的 OMA-DM协议的通知命令进 行修改, 实施简单, 成本较低。
下面具体介绍本实施例终端管理方法, 如图 3所示:
步骤 301 : 服务器上为终端配置需要推送的用于提示用户的富文本信息。 步骤 302: 终端或服务器发起管理任务, 所述终端连接服务器。
步骤 303: 服务器对所述终端进行鉴权并获取终端的型号和版本号。 步骤 304: 服务器根据获取的型号和版本号数据, 将对应的预先配置好 的富文本信息添加到 Alert命令中扩展字段中下发给终端。
具体可以对富文本信息进行编码和 /或加密后再添加到 Alert命令, 然后 将编码的编码格式信息和 /或加密的加密算法信息同时添加到 Alert命令中发 送给终端。
步骤 305: 终端收到通知命令后提取富文本信息, 进行解码解密后, 利 用本地的浏览器控件进行显示。
其中, 终端接收到 Alert命令后, 从 Alert命令提取富文本信息, 然后提 取编码格式信息和加密算法信息对富文本信息进行解码解密, 最后, 调用本 地的浏览器控件进行显示。 当富文本信息为 HTML格式数据时直接调用本地 浏览器控件显示 HTML格式数据; 当富文本信息为网址时调用本地浏览器控 件打开网址, 将网址对应的网页内容呈现给用户。
步骤 306: 用户操作后, 终端向服务器返回处理结果, 本次任务终止。
实施例四:
如图 4所示, 本实施例提供了一种服务器, 配置模块 401、 处理模块 402 和发送模块 403;
所述配置模块 401设置为: 为终端配置用于提示用户的富文本信息; 所述处理模块 402设置为: 根据当前管理的终端的标识信息选择对应的 富文本信息添加到 OMA-DM协议的通知命令新增的扩展字段中;
所述发送模块 403设置为: 将所述通知命令发送给所述终端, 以供所述 终端根据所述富文本信息提示用户。
本实施例的服务器可以通过 OMA-DM协议的通知命令下发带格式的文 字信息、 图片信息或者视频信息给终端用以提示用户, 极大提升了用户体验。
考虑到数据传输或协议要求, 在上述服务器的基础上, 如图 5所示本实 施例服务器的一种改进方案为: 可以还包括编码模块 404; 该编码模块 404 设置为: 在所述处理模块 402将所述富文本信息添加到所述扩展字段之前, 对所述富文本信息进行编码; 此时, 所述处理模块 402还设置为: 将所述编 码模块 404对所述富文本信息加密的加密算法信息添加到所述扩展字段中, 供所述终端对富文本信息进行解密。
考虑到数据传输的安全性, 在上述服务器的基础上, 如图 6所示, 本实 施例服务器的另一种改进方案为: 所述服务器还包括加密模块 405; 所述加 密模块 405设置为于在所述处理模块 402将所述富文本信息添加到所述扩展 字段之前, 对所述富文本信息进行加密; 此时, 处理模块 402还设置为将所 述加密模块 405对所述富文本信息加密的加密算法信息添加到所述扩展字段 中, 供所述终端对富文本信息进行解密。
若同时考虑上述数据传输的因素, 在上述服务器的基础上, 如图 7所示, 本实施例服务器的另一种改进方案为: 上述服务器还可以同时包括加密模块 405和编码模块 404; 所述加密模块 405设置为在所述处理模块 402将所述富 文本信息添加到所述扩展字段之前, 对所述富文本信息进行加密; 所述编码 模块 404设置为对经过所述加密模块加密后的富文本信息进行编码; 此时所 述处理模块 402还设置为将对所述富文本信息进行编码的编码格式信息以及 对所述富文本信息进行加密的加密算法信息添加到所述扩展字段中添加到所 述扩展字段中, 供所述终端对富文本信息进行解码和解密。
优先地, 本实施例中所述富文本信息包括 HTML格式数据或者网址。 本实施例中的服务器可以向用户推送带有格式的文字, 图片, 视频等信 息进行提示, 不在仅仅是提示一些简单的文字信息, 可以极大程度上改善用 户体验升级功能。
实施例五:
如图 8所示, 本实施例还提供了一种终端, 包括提取模块 801和提示模 块 802; 所述提取模块 801设置为于从 OMA-DM协议的通知命令新增的扩展字 段中提取富文本信息;
所述提示模块 802设置为根据所述富文本信息提示用户。
本实施例提供的终端可以利用格式的文字, 图片, 视频等信息提示用户, 提升了用户体验。
考虑到管理终端的服务器对富文本信息进行编码的情况, 如图 9所示, 在上述终端的基础上, 本实施例的终端还可以包括解码模块 803; 所述提取 模块 801还设置为从所述通知命令的扩展字段中提取编码格式信息; 所述解 码模块 803设置为在提示模块 802根据所述富文本信息提示用户之前, 所述 编码格式信息对所述富文本信息进行解码 .
考虑到管理终端的服务器对富文本信息进行加密的情况, 如图 10所示, 在上述终端的基础上, 本实施例的终端还可以包括解密模块 804; 所述提取 模块 801还设置为从所述通知命令的扩展字段中提取加密算法信息; 所述解 密模块 804设置为在提示模块根据所述富文本信息提示用户之前, 根据所述 加密算法信息对所述富文本信息进行解密。
同时考虑到管理终端的服务器对富文本信息进行加密和编码的情况, 如 图 11所示, 上述终端的基础上, 本实施例的终端还可以同时包括: 解码模块 803和解密模块 804; 此时, 所述提取模块 801还设置为从所述通知命令的扩 展字段中提取编码格式信息和加密算法信息; 所述解码模块 803用于在提示 模块 802根据所述富文本信息提示用户之前, 根据所述编码格式信息对所述 富文本信息进行解码; 所述解密模块 804设置为在提示模块 802根据所述富 文本信息提示用户之前, 根据所述加密算法信息对经过解码模块 803解码后 的富文本信息进行解密。
本实施例中终端接收到富文本信息可以包括: HTML格式数据或者网址; 针对这两种情况, 本实施例中提示模块 802提示用户的具体过程如下所述: 所述提示模块 802设置为当所述富文本信息包括 HTML格式数据时, 调 用所述终端本地的浏览器控件显示所述 HTML格式数据; 当所述富文本信息 包括网址时, 调用终端本地浏览器控件打开所述网址, 并显示所述网址对应 的网页内容。
本实施例的终端可以向用户显示带格式的文字信息、 图片信息或视频信 息, 提示了用户的体验。
实施例六:
如图 12所示, 本实施例还提供了一种终端管理系统, 包括服务器 40和 终端 80;
服务器 40包括配置模块 401、 处理模块 402和发送模块 403;
终端 80包括:提取模块 801和提示模块 802。
所述配置模块 401设置为对应不同的终端配置用于提示用户的富文本信 息;
所述处理模块 402设置为根据终端 90的标识信息选择对应的富文本信息 添加到 OMA-DM协议的通知命令新增的扩展字段中;
所述发送模块 403设置为将所述通知命令发送给所述终端 90;
所述提取模块 801设置为从 OMA-DM协议的通知命令新增的扩展字段 中提取富文本信息;
所述提示模块 802设置为根据所述富文本信息提示用户。
本实施例的终端管理系统, 服务器 40可以向用户推送带有格式的文字, 图片, 视频等信息进行提示, 不在仅仅是提示一些简单的文字信息, 可以极 大程度上改善用户体验升级功能。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机程序, 包括程序指令, 当该程序指令被 服务器执行时, 使得该服务器可执行实施例一所述的方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机程序, 包括程序指令, 当该程序指令被 终端执行时, 使得该终端可执行实施例二所述的方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种载有上述任一计算机程序的载体。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不能 认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干简单推演或 替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例可使得服务器灵活下发通知消息, 可以极大程度上改善用 户在终端管理过程中的体验, 并能够更好地帮助用户使用终端管理任务。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种终端管理方法, 其中包括:
服务器为终端配置用于提示用户的富文本信息;
服务器根据当前管理的所述终端的标识信息选择对应的富文本信息添加 到开放移动联盟规定的终端管理 OMA-DM协议的通知命令新增的扩展字段 中, 并将所述通知命令发送给所述终端, 以供所述终端根据所述富文本信息 提示用户。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的终端管理方法, 还包括:
在将所述富文本信息添加到所述扩展字段之前,对所述富文本信息进行 编码; 将对所述富文本信息编码的编码格式信息添加到所述扩展字段中, 供 所述终端对所述富文本信息进行解码;
或者
在将所述富文本信息添加到所述扩展字段之前,对所述富文本信息进行 加密; 将对所述富文本信息加密的加密算法信息添加到所述扩展字段中, 供 所述终端对所述富文本信息进行解密;
或者
在将所述富文本信息添加到所述扩展字段之前,对所述富文本信息进行 加密和编码; 将对所述富文本信息进行编码的编码格式信息以及对所述富文 本信息进行加密的加密算法信息添加到所述扩展字段中添加到所述扩展字段 中, 供所述终端对所述富文本信息进行解码和解密。
3. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的终端管理方法, 其中, 所述富文本信息 包括超文本标记语言 HTML格式数据或者网址。
4. 一种终端管理方法, 其中, 包括:
终端从开放移动联盟规定的终端管理 OMA-DM协议的通知命令新增的 扩展字段中提取富文本信息, 根据所述富文本信息提示用户。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的终端管理方法, 还包括: 在根据所述富文本 信息提示用户之前,
从所述通知命令的扩展字段中提取编码格式信息, 然后根据所述编码格 式信息对所述富文本信息进行解码;
或者
从所述通知命令的扩展字段中提取加密算法信息, 根据所述加密算法信 息对所述富文本信息进行解密;
或者
从所述通知命令的扩展字段中提取编码格式信息和加密算法信息, 根据 所述编码格式信息和加密算法信息对所述富文本信息进行解码解密。
6. 如权利要求 4或 5所述的终端管理方法, 其中,
所述富文本信息包括超文本标记语言 HTML格式数据, 所述根据所述富 文本信息提示用户的步骤包括: 所述终端调用本地的浏览器控件显示所述 HTML格式数据; 或者
所述富文本信息包括网址, 所述根据所述富文本信息提示用户的步骤包 括: 所述终端调用本地浏览器控件打开所述网址, 并显示所述网址对应的网 页内容。
7. 一种终端管理方法, 包括:
服务器为终端配置用于提示用户的富文本信息;
所述服务器根据当前管理的终端的标识信息选择对应的富文本信息添加 到开放移动联盟规定的终端管理 OMA-DM协议的通知命令新增的扩展字段 中, 并将所述通知命令发送给所述终端;
所述终端从 OMA-DM协议的通知命令新增的扩展字段中提取富文本信 息, 根据所述富文本信息提示用户。
8. 一种服务器, 包括: 配置模块、 处理模块和发送模块; 所述配置模块设置为: 为终端配置用于提示用户的富文本信息; 所述处理模块设置为: 根据当前管理的终端的标识信息选择对应的富文 本信息添加到开放移动联盟规定的终端管理 OMA-DM协议的通知命令新增 的扩展字段中;
所述发送模块设置为: 将所述通知命令发送给所述终端, 以供所述终端 根据所述富文本信息提示用户。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的服务器, 所述服务器还包括编码模块; 所述 编码模块设置为: 在所述处理模块将所述富文本信息添加到所述扩展字段之 前, 对所述富文本信息进行编码;
所述处理模块还设置为: 将所述编码模块对所述富文本信息加密的加密 算法信息添加到所述扩展字段中, 供所述终端对富文本信息进行解密;
或者
所述服务器还包括加密模块; 所述加密模块设置为: 在所述处理模块将 所述富文本信息添加到所述扩展字段之前, 对所述富文本信息进行加密; 所述处理模块还设置为: 将所述加密模块对所述富文本信息加密的加密 算法信息添加到所述扩展字段中, 供所述终端对富文本信息进行解密;
或者
所述服务器还包括加密模块和编码模块; 所述加密模块设置为: 在所述 处理模块将所述富文本信息添加到所述扩展字段之前, 对所述富文本信息进 行力口密;
所述编码模块设置为: 对经过所述加密模块加密后的富文本信息进行编 码;
所述处理模块还设置为: 将对所述富文本信息进行编码的编码格式信息 以及对所述富文本信息进行加密的加密算法信息添加到所述扩展字段中添加 到所述扩展字段中, 供所述终端对富文本信息进行解码和解密。
10. 如权利要求 8或 9所述的服务器, 其中, 所述富文本信息包括超 文本标记语言 HTML格式数据或者网址。
11. 一种终端, 包括:提取模块和提示模块; 其中,
所述提取模块设置为: 从开放移动联盟规定的终端管理 OMA-DM协议 的通知命令新增的扩展字段中提取富文本信息;
所述提示模块设置为: 根据所述富文本信息提示用户。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的终端, 所述终端还包括解码模块; 所述提取 模块还设置为: 从所述通知命令的扩展字段中提取编码格式信息; 所述解码 模块设置为: 在提示模块根据所述富文本信息提示用户之前, 所述编码格式 信息对所述富文本信息进行解码;
或者
所述终端还包括解密模块; 所述提取模块还设置为: 从所述通知命令的 扩展字段中提取加密算法信息; 所述解密模块设置为: 在提示模块根据所述 富文本信息提示用户之前, 根据所述加密算法信息对所述富文本信息进行解 密;
或者
所述终端还包括解码模块和解密模块; 所述提取模块还设置为: 从所述 通知命令的扩展字段中提取编码格式信息和加密算法信息; 所述解码模块设 置为: 在提示模块根据所述富文本信息提示用户之前, 根据所述编码格式信 息对所述富文本信息进行解码; 所述解密模块设置为: 在提示模块根据所述 富文本信息提示用户之前, 根据所述加密算法信息对经过解码模块解码后的 富文本信息进行解密。
13. 如权利要求 11或 12所述的终端, 其中, 所述提示模块是设置为: 当所述富文本信息包括 HTML格式数据时, 调用所述终端本地的浏览器控件 显示所述 HTML格式数据; 当所述富文本信息包括网址时, 调用终端本地浏 览器控件打开所述网址, 并显示所述网址对应的网页内容。
14. 一种终端管理系统, 包括如权利要求 8-10任一项所述的服务器和 如权利要求 11-13任一项所述的终端。
15. 一种计算机程序, 包括程序指令, 当该程序指令被服务器执行时, 使得该服务器可执行权利要求 1-3任一项所述的方法。
16. 一种载有权利要求 15所述计算机程序的载体。
17. 一种计算机程序, 包括程序指令, 当该程序指令被终端执行时, 使得该终端可执行权利要求 4-6任一项所述的方法。
18. 一种载有权利要求 17所述计算机程序的载体。
