Abstract

La présente invention concerne un extracteur de café au moyen duquel un liquide de café est extrait en plaçant de la poudre de café et de l'eau chaude dans un récipient, dans lequel l'extracteur de café comporte comme suit : un récipient (1) dont la partie supérieure est ouverte et qui reçoit un mélange de poudre de café et d'eau chaude; un piston plongeur (2) qui est inséré par l'ouverture supérieure du récipient et qui est comprimé vers le bas jusqu'à la partie inférieure du récipient; un filtre (3) qui est attaché au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure d'un élément de type tige (2a) du piston plongeur, qui est formé en combinant une couche de filtration constituée d'un matériau de filtration de type mailles métalliques et au moins une couche de renforcement constituée d'un élément de type mailles métalliques, et qui extrait le liquide de café par filtrage du mélange de poudre de café et d'eau chaude; et un élément d'étanchéité (4) qui est attaché sur le bord circonférentiel extérieur du filtre et qui empêche les fuites entre la surface circonférentielle intérieure du récipient et le bord circonférentiel extérieur du filtre.
