本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防改日期包装袋制造方法,用于制造一种防改日期包装袋,用于防止不法分子利用涂改药液涂改包装袋的生产日期以及保质期,维护消费者的权益。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:制造一种防改日期包装袋需要一种防改日期包装袋制造方法;防改日期包装袋由前塑料薄膜与后塑料薄膜热合熔接构成,防改日期包装袋设有热合封口;热合封口的旁边设有防涂改生产日期以及防涂改保质期,防涂改生产日期由印刷的生产日期以及对应的生产日期字孔构成,防涂改保质期由印刷的保质期以及对应的保质期字孔构成;生产日期以及保质期印刷于后塑料薄膜上,生产日期字孔以及保质期字孔设于前塑料薄膜上,前塑料薄膜的生产日期字孔与后塑料薄膜的生产日期的形状以及尺寸大小相同;前塑料薄膜的保质期字孔与后塑料薄膜的保质期的形状以及尺寸大小相同;前塑料薄膜的生产日期字孔位于后塑料薄膜的生产日期的对面,前塑料薄膜的保质期字孔位于后塑料薄膜的保质期的对面,生产日期与生产日期字孔之间以及保质期与保质期字孔之间设有防涂改封口膜,将印刷的生产日期以及保质期密封于防涂改封口膜里面;
防改日期包装袋制造设备包括有打孔印刷机、封字机、液压装置、机架以及控制器,打孔印刷机、封字机、液压装置以及控制器安装于机架上; 打孔印刷机包括有生产日期打孔机、保质期打孔机、印刷机、打孔垫模以及第一底模;封字机包括有热合机以及第二底模;
生产日期打孔机包括有第一压孔字模以及第一液压缸,第一液压缸的外壳与机架连接,第一液压缸的活塞杆与第一压孔字模连接,第一压孔字模为凸字冲模,凸字冲模的文字与生产日期的文字相同,用于在前塑料薄膜冲压出生产日期字孔;为了避免第一压孔字模运行时摆动,第一压孔字模设有第一导套,第一液压缸固定有第一导杆,第一导杆套在第一导套内,第一导杆与第一导套动配合连接;
保质期打孔机包括有第二压孔字模以及第二液压缸,第二液压缸的外壳与机架连接,第二液压缸的活塞杆与第二压孔字模连接,第二压孔字模为凸字冲模,凸字冲模的文字与保质期的文字相同,用于在前塑料薄膜冲压出保质期字孔;为了避免第二压孔字模运行时摆动,第二压孔字模设有第二导套,第二液压缸固定有第二导杆,第二导杆套在第二导套内,第二导杆与第二导套动配合连接;
打孔垫模包括有第六液压缸以及插板,第六液压缸的外壳与机架连接,第六液压缸的活塞杆与插板连接,插板位于第一底模的左侧;生产日期打孔机冲压生产日期字孔以及保质期打孔机冲压保质期字孔时,利用第六液压缸将插板插入到前塑料薄膜与后塑料薄膜之间,以免冲孔冲到后塑料薄膜;
印刷机包括有打印机、第三液压缸、第四液压缸、第一滑座、第一滑轨、第二滑轨以及第二滑套,第三液压缸以及第一滑轨安装于机架上,第三液压缸的活塞杆与第一滑座固定连接,第一滑座与第一滑轨动配合连接,利用第三液压缸控制第一滑座沿垂直方向移动;第四液压缸以及打印机安装于第一滑座上,打印机的打印头与第四液压缸的活塞杆固定连接,利用第四液压缸控制打印头沿水平方向移动,利用第三液压缸控制打印头沿垂直方向移动;
为了避免打印头摆动,第二滑套与打印头固定连接,第二滑轨与第四液压缸的外壳固定连接,第二滑轨套于第二滑套内,第二滑轨与第二滑套动配合连接;
热合机包括有第五液压缸以及热熔元件,第五液压缸的外壳安装于机架上,热熔元件与第五液压缸的活塞杆固定连接,利用热熔元件将防改日 期包装袋的前塑料薄膜以及后塑料薄膜与防涂改封口膜热熔连接,将生产日期以及保质期密封于对应的生产日期字孔以及保质期字孔里面;
控制器设有第一传感器、第二传感器、第三传感器、第四传感器、第五传感器、第六传感器、第七传感器以及第八传感器,第一传感器、第二传感器、第三传感器、第四传感器、第五传感器、第六传感器、第七传感器以及第八传感器固定于机架上;第一传感器位于第一导套的对面,用于控制第一压孔字模的行程;第二传感器位于第二导套的对面,用于控制第二压孔字模的行程;第三传感器位于第一滑座的第一感应件的对面,用于控制第一滑座的行程,以及利用第一滑座的移动来控制打印机的打印头沿垂直方向移动;第四传感器位于打印头的第二感应件的对面,用于打印头的水平移动行程以及控制生产日期打印的位置;第五传感器位于打印头的第二感应件的对面,用于打印头的水平移动行程以及控制保质期打印的位置;第六传感器位于第一底模上,用于检测第一底模是否放入防改日期包装袋;第七传感器位于第二底模上,用于检测第二底模是否放入防改日期包装袋;第八传感器位于插板的连接板的对面,用于控制插板行程。
防改日期包装袋制造方法是:利用生产日期打孔机于包装袋的热合封口的前塑料薄膜冲压出生产日期字孔;利用保质期打孔机于包装袋的热合封口的前塑料薄膜冲压出保质期字孔;于生产日期字孔对应的后塑料薄膜上印刷生产日期,于保质期字孔对应的后塑料薄膜上印刷保质期,于生产日期以及保质期面上设置防涂改封口膜,使防涂改封口膜位于前塑料薄膜与后塑料薄膜之间,利用防涂改封口膜将生产日期以及保质期盖住,利用热合机将与前塑料薄膜、防涂改封口膜以及后塑料薄膜热合在一起,防止不法分子涂改生产日期以及保质期。
本发明的有益效果是:利用防改日期包装袋制造方法,将普通的食品或者其他物品的包装袋制造成为具有防涂改功能的防改日期包装袋,使包装袋具有多重的防涂改功能;其一,后塑料薄膜印刷的生产日期以及保质期对面的前塑料薄膜上设有对应的生产日期字孔以及保质期字孔,使涂改液不能改变生产日期字孔以及保质期字孔的形状;其二,前塑料薄膜以及后塑料薄膜与防涂改封口膜热合熔接在一起,利用防涂改封口膜封住印刷的生产日期以及保质期,使涂改药液不能接触生产日期以及保质期的油墨;提高了包装袋的防涂改性能。

为了实施防改日期包装袋制造设备的自动控制以及手动控制,控制器15设有程序转换开关51,用于控制防改日期包装袋制造设备的自动控制以及手动控制;控制器15设有第一手动开关52,用于打孔印刷机11的手动控制;控制器15设有第第二手动开关53,用于封字机12的手动控制;液压装置13的液压油路与第一液压缸23、第二液压缸27、第三液压缸31、第四液压缸32、第四液压缸32、第五液压缸38以及第六液压缸55的液压油路连接;控制器15与液压装置13的控制电路连接;控制器15通过控制线与第一传感器42、第二传感器43、第三传感器44、第四传感器45、第五传感器46、第六传感器47以及第七传感器48连接。
为了利用控制器15控制防改日期包装袋制造设备的工作,控制器15与印刷机18的控制电路连接,控制器15设有显示屏54,显示屏54设有 触摸键,用于设置打印的生产日期以及保质期。
第一压孔字模22为凸字冲模,凸字冲模的文字与生产日期的文字相同,用于在前塑料薄膜2冲压出生产日期字孔8。第二压孔字模26为凸字冲模,凸字冲模的文字与保质期的文字相同,用于在前塑料薄膜2冲压出保质期字孔10。
为了使防改日期包装袋装好食物或者其他物品封口后,防改日期包装袋左端的前塑料薄膜2与后塑料薄膜3之间形成一个5°至15°的锐角,以方便打孔垫模19插入前塑料薄膜2与后塑料薄膜3之间,打孔印刷机11包括有锐角模板,锐角模板的锐角为5°至15°角,锐角模板的宽度小于防改日期包装袋端口的宽度,以便防改日期包装袋热合封口时,锐角模板59插入前塑料薄膜2与后塑料薄膜3之间;在防改日期包装袋放入第一底模20之前。
防改日期包装袋制造方法是:利用生产日期打孔机16于包装袋的热合封口4的前塑料薄膜2冲压出生产日期字孔8;利用保质期打孔机17于包装袋的热合封口4的前塑料薄膜2冲压出保质期字孔10;于生产日期字孔8对应的后塑料薄膜3上印刷生产日期7,于保质期字孔10对应的后塑料薄膜3上印刷改保质期9,于生产日期7以及保质期9面上设置防涂改封口膜41,使防涂改封口膜41位于前塑料薄膜2与后塑料薄膜3之间,利用防涂改封口膜41将生产日期7以及保质期9盖住,利用热合机40将与前塑料薄膜2、防涂改封口膜41以及后塑料薄膜3热合在一起,防止不法分子涂改生产日期以及保质期。
防改日期包装袋的制造流程是:冲压出生产日期字孔8→冲压保质期字孔10→印刷生产日期7→印刷保质期9→生产日期7以及保质期9热合;防改日期包装袋的制造流程具体是:
冲压出生产日期字孔8:将已经封口包装食品或者物品的防改日期包装袋1放置于第一底模20,利用控制器15控制第六液压缸55将插板56插入到前塑料薄膜2与后塑料薄膜3之间,利用控制器15控制生产日期打孔机16的第一液压缸23带动第一压孔字模22于前塑料薄膜2上冲压出生产日期字孔8,冲好生产日期字孔8后,控制器15控制第一液压缸23带动第一压孔字模22复位;
冲压保质期字孔10:第一压孔字模22复位后,利用控制器15控制保 质期打孔机17的第二液压缸27带动第二压孔字模26于前塑料薄膜2上冲压出保质期字孔10;冲好保质期字孔10后,控制器15控制第二液压缸27带动第二压孔字模26复位;
印刷生产日期7:第二压孔字模26复位后,利用控制器15控制印刷机18的第三液压缸31以及第四液压缸32带动打印头37沿垂直方向以及沿水平方向移动,使打印头37的打印部件位于生产日期字孔8的位置,利用控制器15控制打印头37于生产日期字孔8的位置以及后塑料薄膜3面上打印生产日期7;
印刷保质期9:生产日期7印刷后,利用控制器15控制印刷机18的第三液压缸31以及第四液压缸32带动打印头37沿垂直方向以及沿水平方向移动,使打印头37的打印部件位于保质期字孔10的位置,利用控制器15控制打印头37于保质期字孔10的位置以及后塑料薄膜3面上打印保质期9;
生产日期7以及保质期9热合:保质期9印刷后,将防改日期包装袋1置于第二底模21内,并将防涂改封口膜41插入前塑料薄膜2与后塑料薄膜3之间,利用控制器15控制热合机40的第五液压缸38带动热熔元件39将前塑料薄膜2以及后塑料薄膜3与防涂改封口膜41热合连接,将生产日期7以及保质期9密封。
为了方便插板56插入到前塑料薄膜2与后塑料薄膜3之间,防改日期包装袋装好食物或者其他物品利用热合设备封装时,于包装口的前塑料薄膜2与后塑料薄膜3之间插入锐角为5°至15°角的锐角模板59,然后再将锐角模板59尖角旁边的前塑料薄膜2与后塑料薄膜3热合连接,使热合后的前塑料薄膜2与后塑料薄膜3之间留有5°至15°角,以方便冲压出生产日期字孔8前将插板56插入到前塑料薄膜2与后塑料薄膜3之间。

    控制器(15)设有程序转换开关(51),用于控制防改日期包装袋制造方法的自动控制以及手动控制;控制器(15)设有第一手动开关(52),用于打孔印刷机(11)的手动控制;控制器(15)设有第第二手动开关(53),用于封字机(12)的手动控制;液压装置(13)的液压油路与第一液压缸(23)、第二液压缸(27)、第三液压缸(31)、第四液压缸(32)、第四液压缸(32)、第五液压缸(38)以及第六液压缸(55)的液压油路连接;控制器(15)与液压装置(13)的控制电路连接;控制器(15)通过控制线与第一传感器(42)、第二传感器(43)、第三传感器(44)、第四传感器(45)、第五传感器(46)、第六传感器(47)以及第七传感器(48)连 接;
    其特征在于:所述的防改日期包装袋制造方法是:利用生产日期打孔机(16)于包装袋的热合封口(4)的前塑料薄膜(2)冲压出生产日期字孔(8);利用保质期打孔机(17)于包装袋的热合封口(4)的前塑料薄膜(2)冲压出保质期字孔(10);于生产日期字孔(8)对应的后塑料薄膜(3)上印刷生产日期(7),于保质期字孔(10)对应的后塑料薄膜(3)上印刷保质期(9),于生产日期(7)以及保质期(9)面上设置防涂改封口膜(41),使防涂改封口膜(41)位于前塑料薄膜(2)与后塑料薄膜(3)之间,利用防涂改封口膜(41)将防涂改生产日期(5)以及防涂改保质期(6)盖住,利用热合机(40)将前塑料薄膜(2)、防涂改封口膜(41)以及后塑料薄膜(3)热合在一起,防止不法分子涂改生产日期以及保质期。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防改日期包装袋制造方法,其特征在于:所述的防改日期包装袋的制造流程是:冲压出生产日期字孔(8)→冲压保质期字孔(10)→印刷生产日期(7)→印刷保质期(9)→生产日期(7)以及保质期(9)热合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防改日期包装袋制造方法,其特征在于:所述的防改日期包装袋的制造流程具体是:
    冲压出生产日期字孔(8):将已经封口包装食品或者物品的防改日期包装袋(1)放置于第一底模(20),利用控制器(15)控制第六液压缸(55)将插板(56)插入到前塑料薄膜(2)与后塑料薄膜(3)之间,利用控制器(15)控制生产日期打孔机(16)的第一液压缸(23)带动第一压孔字模(22)于前塑料薄膜(2)上冲压出生产日期字孔(8),冲好生产日期字孔(8)后,控制器(15)控制第一液压缸(23)带动第一压孔字模(22)复位;
    冲压保质期字孔(10):第一压孔字模(22)复位后,利用控制器(15)控制保质期打孔机(17)的第二液压缸(27)带动第二压孔字模(26)于前塑料薄膜(2)上冲压出保质期字孔(10);冲好保质期字孔(10)后,控制器(15)控制第二液压缸(27)带动第二压孔字模(26)复位;
    印刷生产日期(7):第二压孔字模(26)复位后,利用控制器(15)控制印刷机(18)的第三液压缸(31)以及第四液压缸(32)带动打印头 (37)沿垂直方向以及沿水平方向移动,使打印头(37)的打印部件位于生产日期字孔(8)的位置,利用控制器(15)控制打印头(37)于生产日期字孔(8)的位置以及后塑料薄膜(3)面上打印生产日期(7);
    印刷保质期(9):生产日期(7)印刷后,利用控制器(15)控制印刷机(18)的第三液压缸(31)以及第四液压缸(32)带动打印头(37)沿垂直方向以及沿水平方向移动,使打印头(37)的打印部件位于保质期字孔(10)的位置,利用控制器(15)控制打印头(37)于保质期字孔(10)的位置以及后塑料薄膜(3)面上打印保质期(9);
    生产日期(7)以及保质期(9)热合:保质期(9)印刷后,将防改日期包装袋(1)置于第二底模(21)内,并将防涂改封口膜(41)插入前塑料薄膜(2)与后塑料薄膜(3)之间,利用控制器(15)控制热合机(40)的第五液压缸(38)带动热熔元件(39)将前塑料薄膜(2)以及后塑料薄膜(3)与防涂改封口膜(41)热合连接,将生产日期(7)以及保质期(9)密封。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防改日期包装袋制造方法,其特征在于:所述的防改日期包装袋装好食物或者其他物品利用热合设备封装时,于包装口的前塑料薄膜(2)与后塑料薄膜(3)之间插入锐角为5°至15°角的锐角模板,然后再将锐角模板尖角旁边的前塑料薄膜(2)与后塑料薄膜(3)热合连接,使热合后的前塑料薄膜(2)与后塑料薄膜(3)之间留有5°至15°角,以方便冲压出生产日期字孔(8)前将插板(56)插入到前塑料薄膜(2)与后塑料薄膜(3)之间。
