下面对前述技术方案的原理、 效果等进行说明:
1、 本发明所述支撑架由第一支撑架与第二支撑架可转动连接构成, 且第 一支撑架、 第二支撑架的顶部能沿着轨道移动, 将第一支撑架、 第二支撑架 顶部分别移动至轨道的两端并抵触轨道的两端, 将货物放置在支撑座, 随意 推送货物, 用以取代手提袋, 可以大大节省体力, 方便快捷; 不用时, 可以 将本发明所述购物车折叠放置于汽车后备箱以备下次使用, 体积小, 所占用 空间小, 方便携带。
2、 本发明所述购物车增设有扶手架与购物篮, 购物篮优选采用可折叠的 购物篮, 并与支撑座可拆卸连接, 尽量保持体积小的基础上增强购物车的使 用功能, 以提高产品的使用价值, 提高用户的使用舒适度。
3、 第二支撑架的第二支撑杆分为第一连接杆与第二连接杆, 第一连接杆 与第二连接杆可转动连接, 并在其连接处设置有限制转动机构, 用限制转动 机构将第一连接杆与第二连接杆相连, 以锁紧第一连接杆与第二连接杆。 当 需要将货物送至汽车后备箱, 可将购物车推到汽车后备箱处, 并将限制转动 机构的解锁杆推压汽车后备箱的后备箱盖胶圈, 限制转动机构即解锁, 第一 连接杆与第二连接杆相对转动, 支撑座前端朝向汽车后备箱倾斜, 并压在后 备箱门槛处, 继续将购物车购物篮推向汽车后备箱内, 同时, 第二横杆沿着 轨道移向第一横杆, 购物车被送入到汽车后备箱内后, 再沿轨道推入第一横 杆与第二横杆, 完成将购物车送入到汽车后备箱内整个歩骤。 可见, 本发明 所述购物车不仅能方便运输货物、 可折叠占用空间小, 还能非常方便的配合 汽车后备箱被送入到汽车后备箱内, 能极大的节省人力物力, 极其方便, 具 有极好的市场前景。 附图说明

具体实施方式 下面对本发明的实施例进行详细说明:
如图 1所示, 本发明所述的购物车, 包括支撑座 70、 用于支撑所述支撑 座 70的支撑架, 所述支撑座 70内设有轨道 71, 在本发明实施例中, 可将支 撑座 70设置为两个并列的安装块, 每个安装块内设置条形通道, 两个条形通 道位置相对, 两个条形通道即构成本发明的用于安装所述支撑架的轨道 71。 所述支撑架包括第一支撑架 10、 第二支撑架 20, 所述第一支撑架 10与所述 第二支撑架 20交叉设置且可转动连接, 所述第一支撑架 10的底部与所述第 二支撑架 20的底部均安装有滚轮 40, 所述第一支撑架 10的顶部与所述第二 支撑架 20的顶部均安装在所述轨道 71内, 且所述第一支撑架 10的顶部与所 述第二支撑架 20的顶部均能沿着所述轨道 71移动。
本发明所述支撑架由第一支撑架 10与第二支撑架 20可转动连接构成, 且第一支撑架 10、 第二支撑架 20的顶部能沿着轨道 71移动, 将第一支撑架 10、 第二支撑架 20顶部分别移动至轨道 71的两端并抵触轨道 71的两端, 将 货物放置在支撑座 70, 随意推送货物, 用以取代手提袋, 可以大大节省体力, 方便快捷; 不用时, 可以将本发明所述购物车折叠放置于汽车后备箱 90以备 下次使用, 购物车体积小, 占用空间小。
其中, 所述支撑座 70安装有扶手架 50, 如图 2所示, 所述支撑座 70上 可拆卸安装有购物篮 80。 本发明所述购物车增设有扶手架 50与购物篮 80, 购物篮 80优选采用可折叠的购物篮 80, 并与支撑座 70可拆卸连接, 尽量保 持体积小的基础上增强购物车的使用功能, 以提高产品的使用价值, 提高用 户购物车的使用舒适度。
再请参阅图 8, 本发明所述的购物车还包括压迫所述支撑架的压紧装置, 所述压紧装置靠近所述扶手架 50并位于所述轨道 71端部, 所述压紧装置包 括压紧件 72、 第一弹簧 74, 所述压紧件 72能垂直于所述轨道 71方向活动, 所述第一弹簧 74设置在所述压紧件 72与所述支撑座 70底部之间, 与所述压 紧件 72位置相应的轨道 71设置有用于卡接所述支撑架的卡槽 73。 在本发明 实施例中, 所述卡槽 73为一个以上, 图中示意出了三个半圆形卡槽 73, 串联 设置在所述轨道 71上侧。 所述卡槽 73位置相应的轨道 71下侧设有凹槽 76, 所述凹槽 76具有第一凸缘 75。 所述压紧件 72为盖体, 所述盖体的槽口具有 第二凸缘 721, 所述盖体底部位于所述凹槽 76外, 所述第二凸缘 721位于所 述凹槽 76内,所述第一弹簧 74位于所述盖体底部与所述凹槽 76之间。如此, 由于轨道 71上增设了卡槽 73, 第一横杆 11在压紧件 72压迫下位于卡槽 73 内, 能避免购物车在加速情况下第一横杆 1 1在轨道 71内移动现象, 提高本 发明所述购物车在行驶过程中的稳定度。
所述第一支撑架 10包括第一横杆 11、 位于所述第一横杆 11两端的两个 第一支撑杆 12,两个所述第一支撑杆 12的一端与所述第一横杆 11固定连接, 两个所述第一支撑杆 12的另一端均安装有所述滚轮 40 ; 所述第二支撑架 20 包括第二横杆 21、 位于所述第二横杆 21两端的两个第二支撑杆 22, 两个所 述第二支撑杆 22的一端与所述第二横杆 21固定连接, 两个所述第二支撑杆 22的另一端均安装有所述滚轮 40。 所述第一横杆 11、 第二横杆 21均安装在 所述轨道 71内, 所述第一支撑杆 12与所述第二支撑杆 22可转动相连, 且所 述第一横杆 11比所述第二横杆 21靠近所述卡槽 73。 两个所述第一支撑杆 12 间或两个所述第二支撑杆 22间连接有第三横杆 60。 所述第二支撑杆 22包括 第一连接杆 221、 与第一连接杆 221可转动相连的第二连接杆 222、 限制转动 结构 30, 所述第一连接杆 221与所述第二连接杆 222通过所述限制转动结构 30连接。
下面更进一歩的描述本发明所述的限制转动结构 30, 请再参阅图 9、 10, 其中, 每个所述第二支撑杆 22均包括第一连接杆 221、 第二连接杆 222、 紧 固杆 34、 第二弹簧 32、 解锁杆 31以及第三弹簧 35。 所述第一连接杆 221、 第二连接杆 222均设有用于紧固杆 34穿过的通孔, 所述紧固杆 34位于所述 通孔内并能沿所述通孔移动, 所述紧固杆 34的两端均具有抵触所述通孔的凸 起, 所述第三弹簧 35套设在所述紧固杆 34上并位于所述凸起与所述第一连 接杆 221或第二连接杆 222之间, 所述第一连接杆 221具有锁紧件 2211, 所 述第二连接杆 222具有与所述锁紧件 2211匹配的锁孔 2221。 所述解锁杆 31 具有直径渐变段, 所述渐变段设置在所述第一连接杆 221与所述第二连接杆 222之间, 并与所述第一连接杆 221、 所述第二连接杆 222抵触, 所述解锁杆 31端部具有端盖, 所述第二弹簧 32套设在所述解锁杆 31外, 并位于所述端 盖与所述第一连接杆 221或第二连接杆 222之间, 当向内压迫解锁杆 31, 渐 变段向内运动使得第一连接杆 221与第二连接杆 222逐渐分开, 锁紧件 2211 与锁孔 2221分离,实现解锁,第一连接杆 221与第二连接杆 222可相对转动。 在其中一个实施例中, 所述第一连接杆 221与所述第二连接杆 222之间设有 弹簧片 33, 所述弹簧片 33与所述锁紧件 2211可转动相连, 所述直径渐变段 位于所述弹簧片 33与所述第二连接杆 222之间, 弹簧片 33在水平方向上压 迫第一连接杆 221使第一连接杆 221与第二连接杆 222分离, 在竖直方向保 持不动, 配合解锁杆 31的解锁效果较佳,其中,所述解锁杆 31可向下倾斜设 置, 以垂直于后备箱门槛 92, 与后备箱门槛配合, 可较快捷的实现解锁。
综上, 本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明所述支撑架由第一支撑架 10与第二支撑架 20可转动连接构成, 且第一支撑架 10、 第二支撑架 20的顶部能沿着轨道 71移动, 将第一支撑架 10、 第二支撑架 20顶部分别移动至轨道 71的两端并抵触轨道 71的两端, 将 货物放置在支撑座 70, 随意推送货物, 用以取代手提袋, 可以大大节省体力, 方便快捷; 不用时, 可以将本发明所述购物车折叠放置于汽车后备箱 90以备 下次使用, 体积小, 所占用空间小, 方便携带。
2、本发明所述购物车增设有扶手架 50与购物篮 80, 购物篮 80优选采用 可折叠的购物篮 80, 并与支撑座 70可拆卸连接, 尽量保持体积小的基础上增 强购物车的使用功能, 以提高产品的使用价值, 提高用户的使用购物车舒适
3、第二支撑架 20的第二支撑杆 22分为第一连接杆 221与第二连接杆 222, 第一连接杆 221与第二连接杆 222可转动连接, 并在其连接处设置有限制转 动机构, 用限制转动机构将第一连接杆 221与第二连接杆 222相连, 以锁紧 第一连接杆 221与第二连接杆 222。当需要将货物送至汽车后备箱 90, 如图 3 所示, 可将购物车推到汽车后备箱 90处, 并将限制转动机构的解锁杆 31推 压汽车后备箱 90的后备箱盖胶圈 91, 限制转动机构即解锁, 第一连接杆 221 与第二连接杆 222相对转动, 如图 4所示, 支撑座 70前端朝向汽车后备箱 90 倾斜, 并压在后备箱门槛 92处, 继续将购物车购物篮 80推向汽车后备箱 90 内, 同时, 第二横杆 21沿着轨道 71移向第一横杆 11, 购物车被送入到汽车 后备箱 90内后。 再沿轨道 71推入第一横杆 11与第二横杆 21, 如图 5所示, 完成将购物车送入到汽车后备箱 90内整个歩骤。 当需要将购物车从汽车后备 箱 90中取出时, 再请参阅图 6、 7, 拾起购物篮 80两侧的第一支撑杆 12、 第 二支撑杆 22, 沿导轨拉出, 确保解锁杆 31压迫着后备箱盖胶圈 91, 并以支 撑架为杠杆, 后备箱门槛 92为支点, 撬动购物篮 80后部, 使其高于后备箱 门槛 92, 并向外稍微拉动, 使其放置于后备箱门槛 92上, 同时把支撑架轻放 于地面, 拉动扶手架 50, 用脚向前推动第三横杆 60, 将购物篮 80滑出汽车 后备箱 90, 支撑架由于购物篮 80自身重力沿导轨自动向前打开。 可见, 本发 明所述购物车不仅能方便运输货物、 可折叠占用空间小, 还能非常方便的配 合汽车后备箱 90被送入到汽车后备箱 90内, 并也可方便将购物车从汽车后 备箱 90中取出, 能极大的节省人力物力, 具有极好的市场前景。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的具体实施方式, 其描述较为具体和详 细, 但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。 应当指出的是, 对于 本领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若 干变形和改进, 这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、一种购物车, 包括支撑座、用于支撑所述支撑座的支撑架, 其特征在于, 所述支撑座内设有轨道, 所述支撑架包括第一支撑架、 第二支撑架, 所述第一 支撑架与所述第二支撑架交叉设置且可转动连接, 所述第一支撑架的底部与所 述第二支撑架的底部均安装有滚轮, 所述第一支撑架的顶部与所述第二支撑架 的顶部均安装在所述轨道内, 且所述第一支撑架的顶部与所述第二支撑架的顶 部均能沿着所述轨道移动。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的购物车, 其特征在于,所述支撑座安装有扶手架; 还包括压迫所述支撑架的压紧装置,所述压紧装置靠近所述扶手架并位于所述 轨道端部。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的购物车, 其特征在于,所述压紧装置包括压紧件、 第一弹簧, 所述压紧件能垂直于所述轨道方向活动, 所述第一弹簧设置在所述 压紧件与所述支撑座之间, 与所述压紧件位置相应的轨道设置有用于卡接所述 支撑架的卡槽。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的购物车, 其特征在于, 所述卡槽为一个以上, 且 串联设置在所述轨道上侧, 与所述卡槽位置相应的轨道下侧设有凹槽, 所述凹 槽具有第一凸缘, 所述压紧件为盖体, 所述盖体的槽口具有第二凸缘, 所述盖 体底部位于所述凹槽外, 所述第二凸缘位于所述凹槽内, 所述第一弹簧位于所 述盖体底部与所述凹槽之间。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的购物车, 其特征在于, 所述第一支撑架包括第一 横杆、 位于所述第一横杆两端的两个第一支撑杆, 两个所述第一支撑杆的一端 与所述第一横杆固定连接, 两个所述第一支撑杆的另一端均安装有所述滚轮; 所述第二支撑架包括第二横杆、 位于所述第二横杆两端的两个第二支撑杆, 两 个所述第二支撑杆的一端与所述第二横杆固定连接, 两个所述第二支撑杆的另 一端均安装有所述滚轮; 所述第一横杆、 第二横杆均安装在所述轨道内, 所述 第一支撑杆与所述第二支撑杆可转动相连, 且所述第一横杆比所述第二横杆靠 近所述卡槽。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的购物车, 其特征在于, 所述第二支撑杆包括第一 连接杆、 与第一连接杆可转动相连的第二连接杆、 限制转动结构, 所述第一连 接杆与所述第二连接杆通过所述限制转动结构连接。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的购物车, 其特征在于, 每个所述第二支撑杆均包 括第一连接杆、 第二连接杆、 紧固杆、 第二弹簧、 解锁杆以及第三弹簧;
所述第一连接杆、 第二连接杆均设有用于紧固杆穿过的通孔, 所述紧固杆 位于所述通孔内并能沿所述通孔移动, 所述紧固杆的两端均具有抵触所述通孔 的凸起, 所述第三弹簧套设在所述紧固杆上并位于所述凸起与所述第一连接杆 或第二连接杆之间, 所述第一连接杆具有锁紧件, 所述第二连接杆具有与所述 锁紧件匹配的锁孔;
所述解锁杆具有直径渐变段, 所述渐变段设置在所述第一连接杆与所述第 二连接杆之间, 并与所述第一连接杆、 所述第二连接杆抵触, 所述解锁杆端部 具有端盖, 所述第二弹簧套设在所述解锁杆外, 并位于所述端盖与所述第一连 接杆或第二连接杆之间。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的购物车, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接杆与所述第 二连接杆之间设有弹簧片, 所述弹簧片与所述锁紧件可转动相连, 所述直径渐 变段位于所述锁紧件与所述第二连接杆之间。
9、 根据权利要求 5所述的购物车, 其特征在于, 两个所述第一支撑杆间或 两个所述第二支撑杆间连接有第三横杆。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的购物车, 其特征在于, 所述支撑座上可拆卸安 装有购物篮。
