Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication et de remplissage d'un emballage avec un produit nutritionnel en poudre, tel qu'une formule lactée ou nutritionnelle pour bébé, lequel procédé met en œuvre l'utilisation d'un récipient thermoformé comprenant des parois latérales et une base définissant un espace de réception de produit, le remplissage de l'espace de réception de produit avec le produit nutritionnel en poudre, et le scellement hermétique d'une membrane sur une embouchure ouverte du récipient de façon à sceller hermétiquement le produit à l'intérieur de celui-ci ; et le pliage d'une ébauche en carton comprenant une pluralité de panneaux autour du récipient rempli de façon à former un manchon en carton, le manchon en carton comprenant une paroi périphérique renfermant au moins les parois latérales du récipient. L'invention porte également sur un emballage pour un tel produit nutritionnel en poudre, fabriqué selon ce procédé.
