Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a um método de fabricação e enchimento de uma embalagem com um produto nutricional em pó, como uma fórmula nutricional ou leite para bebês, o método compreendendo provisão de um reservatório termoformado tendo paredes laterais e uma base que define um espaço de recepção de produto, preenchimento do espaço de recepção de produto com o produto nutricional em pó, e vedação de uma membrana por um bocal aberto do reservatório para vedar o produto nele; e dobramento de um espaço vazio da caixa com uma pluralidade de painéis ao redor do reservatório cheio para formar uma manga de caixa, em que a manga de caixa compreende uma parede periférica que envolve pelo menos as paredes laterais do reservatório. a invenção também se refere a uma embalagem para esse produto nutricional em pó, fabricada de acordo com este método.
