Claims (15)

  1. Procédé de fabrication et de remplissage d'un emballage (1) avec un produit nutritionnel en poudre, le procédé comprenant :
    a) fournir une cuve thermoformée (2) ayant des parois latérales (16) et une base (14) définissant un espace de réception de produit (20), remplir l'espace de réception de produit avec le produit nutritionnel en poudre, et sceller une membrane (6) à travers une bouche ouverte de la cuve afin de sceller le produit à l'intérieur de celle-ci;
    b) plier une ébauche en carton (28) présentant plusieurs panneaux autour de la cuve remplie pour former une enveloppe en carton (4), dans lequel l'ébauche en carton comprend un panneau inférieur et des panneaux de parois latérales (30) et dans lequel après le pliage de l'ébauche en carton en une enveloppe, l'enveloppe en carton comprend une paroi périphérique renfermant les parois latérales et au moins une partie de la base de la cuve.
  2. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'étape b) comprend en outre une ou plusieurs des opérations suivantes :
    - coller les panneaux à la cuve ;
    - relier les panneaux les uns aux autres ;
    - coller le panneau inférieur à la base de la cuve ;
    - appliquer un déplacement latéral aux panneaux pour les amener en relation d'engagement avec les parois latérales de la cuve après les avoir pliées vers les parois latérales de la cuve ;
    - fournir l'ébauche de carton à partir d'un magasin d'ébauches de carton contenant de multiples ébauches de carton ; et
    - centrer l'ébauche de carton et la cuve thermoformée l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'étape a) comprend en outre relier un rebord inférieur (8) à un bord supérieur (18) de la cuve.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'étape a) comprend en outre l'assemblage d'un ensemble de couvercle (3) sur la cuve, l'ensemble de couvercle comprenant un rebord supérieur (10) et un couvercle refermable (12).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3 et la revendication 4, dans lequel le rebord supérieur et le rebord inférieur sont reliés mécaniquement l'un à l'autre par un ajustement serré.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque de revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'étape a) a lieu dans une zone de soins élevés définie par une pression supra-atmosphérique et une atmosphère filtrée et l'étape b) a lieu à l'extérieur de la zone de soins élevés.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le remplissage de l'espace de réception de produit par le produit nutritionnel en poudre a lieu sous une atmosphère pauvre en oxygène, de préférence une atmosphère de dioxyde de carbone.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque de revendications précédentes, dans lequel la cuve a une épaisseur de paroi comprise entre 0,10 mm et 0,50 mm, de préférence entre 0,15 mm et 0,40 mm.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque de revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'ébauche en carton a un poids compris entre 50 g/m2 et 400 g/m2, de préférence entre 100 g/m2 et 300 g/m2.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la cuve et l'enveloppe ont des parois latérales biseautées, avec un biseau compris entre 1° et 7°, de préférence autour de 3°.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la membrane comprend une ligne de déchirure affaiblie (22) définissant une région d'ouverture, et une tirette (26).
  12. Emballage de produit nutritionnel en poudre fabriqué par le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'emballage comprenant : une cuve thermoformée ayant des parois latérales et une base définissant un espace unique de réception de produit rempli par un produit nutritionnel en poudre et une membrane scellée à travers la bouche de la cuve ; et une enveloppe en carton comprenant une paroi périphérique enserrant étroitement les parois latérales et au moins une partie de la base de la cuve, l'enveloppe en carton comprenant une ébauche en carton ayant un panneau inférieur et des panneaux de parois latérales pliés vers le haut à partir du panneau inférieur et collés les uns aux autres et/ou à la cuve.
  13. Emballage selon la revendication 12, dans lequel le produit nutritionnel en poudre comprend une préparation lactée en poudre pour nourrisson.
  14. Emballage selon la revendication 12 ou la revendication 13, dans lequel la cuve est généralement rectangulaire et a une capacité comprise entre 800 et 3000 ml.
