Description

パック用シート
　本発明は、特許第５６７６８０４号公報と特願２０１５－０２９２１３号とを複合した左右の耳部に掛ける機能を有するパック用シートに関する。
　従来品の、顔面を覆い貼り付ける化粧用のフェイスマスクの輪郭線上につまんで引っ張るためのつまみ部を設けて折り畳み、美容液を含浸した状態でつまみ部を引っ張ることで平面体に広げるフェイスマスクがあるが、左右双方のほほ部から下顎部に首元部を加えてデコルテ形状を容易に平面体に展開できる機能に、左右双方の耳部に引っ掛ける機能を有すると更に利便性や機能性が向上する。
　特開２００４－９７７８５号公報の、顔面や顔面からと首元部までを覆い貼り付けるフェイスマスクの輪郭線上に、顔面につまみ部の図１～図６、図８～図１２があり、左右の耳部に掛け止めることができる図示と記述は、図７と段落の、「０００９」の（９）に（１）～（７）のいずれかに記載のフェイスマスクがあり、「００１０」、「００１７」がある。本発明は、長い爪を有している方々やデコレートされた爪を有している方々や化粧人口が高齢化している方々にも使い勝手がよく、折り畳みの状態から、ほほ部から頸部の、少なくとも１組の左右双方に延長させる端部に設ける切り欠き線に爪先や指先を引っ掛けて平面体に展開しながら、連続して左右両耳部に掛けることができる機能を備えているので、より早く装着が可能でストレッチングやマッサージの美容の作業は従来品よりもより楽しく行える。
　特許第３７８９４３１号公報の、実施の形態の段落００１８は、図２の第２にフェイスシート自体の密着性を高める機能、或いは、フェイスシートが顔面から剥離して落下を防止するための機能を有し、そのための左右の耳にかけ止めする実施例があり、図１～図５に図示されている。本発明は、長い爪を有している方々やデコレートされた爪を有している方々や化粧人口が高齢化している方々にも使い勝手がよく、折り畳みの状態から、ほほ部から頸部の、少なくとも１組の左右双方に延長させる端部に設ける切り欠き線に爪先や指先を引っ掛けて平面体に展開しながら、連続して左右両耳部に掛けることができる機能を備えているので、ストレッチングやマッサージが行えて美容の作業は従来品よりもより楽しく行える。
　特許第５３３４１５２号公報の、顔面に貼着するフェイスマスクの支持する補助具の、着用者の耳付近から下にある表情筋を被覆する弾性構造体の略Ｖ字帯形状の被覆体と、この被覆体を吊持する弾性構造体のヘアーバンド形状の頭部に周回させて装着させるフェイスマスクを支持するための補助具のヘアーバンド体があるが本発明の形態と用法が異なる。本発明は、長い爪を有している方々やデコレートされた爪を有している方々や化粧人口が高齢化している方々にも使い勝手がよく、折り畳みの状態から、ほほ部から頸部の、少なくとも１組の左右双方に延長させる端部に設ける切り欠き線に爪先や指先を引っ掛けて平面体に展開しながら、連続して左右両耳部に掛けることができる機能を備えているので、ストレッチングやマッサージが行えて美容の作業は従来品よりもより楽しく行える。
　特許第４５１５６６３号公報の、上下に分かれるフェイスマスクの、図１のリフトバンド(23)の美容方法がある。本発明は、長い爪を有している方々やデコレートされた爪を有している方々や化粧人口が高齢化している方々にも使い勝手がよく、折り畳みの状態から、ほほ部から首元部の、少なくとも１組の左右双方に延長させる端部に設ける切り欠き線に爪先や指先を引っ掛けて平面体に展開しながら、連続して左右両耳部に掛けることができる機能を備えているので、ストレッチングやマッサージが行えて美容の作業は従来品よりもより楽しく行える。
　実用新案登録第３１７６６３６号公報の、吸湿性及び伸縮性のある美容マスク顔部や顎下部に耳かけ部を有する美容用フェイスマスクがある。本発明は、長い爪を有している方々やデコレートされた爪を有している方々や化粧人口が高齢化している方々にも使い勝手がよく、折り畳みの状態から、ほほ部から首元部の、少なくとも１組の左右双方に延長させる端部に設ける切り欠き線に爪先や指先を引っ掛けて平面体に展開しながら、連続して左右両耳部に掛けることができる機能を備えているので、ストレッチングやマッサージの美容作業は従来品よりもより楽しく行える。
　本発明をした出願人が概出願の、特許第５４５７５１５号公報の、シート体の片面又は両面にフィルムが備えるパック用シートのこめかみ縁部につまみ部を設けて展開容易なパック用シートがある。本発明は、既出願と異なる新たな美容方法と展開容易で貼り付けることができる折り畳みを提供する。
　本発明は、特許第５４５７５１５号公報とは異なる頸部の広域に貼り付けるデコルテ形状に折り畳みの状態から、ほほ部から首元部の、少なくとも１組の左右双方に延長させる端部に設ける切り欠き線に爪先や指先を引っ掛けて平面体に展開しながら、左右双方に耳部に耳掛けを行い一連の貼り付ける造作ができるパック用シートである。従来品に加えて新たに、異なる部位に異なる用法で異なる新たな美容効果を求めることができる利便性と機能性の構成を備えて、従来品と対比して後述の、発明のより良い効果が得られるパック用シートの形態としている。
　本発明は、本人出願の、元となる特許第５６７６８０４号公報は、額上部から下顎部を経て首元部の広域に貼り付けるデコルテ形状に折り畳みの状態から左右双方の端部に設ける切り欠き線等に爪先や指先を引っ掛けて平面体に展開しながら、左右双方に耳部に耳掛けを行い一連の貼り付ける造作ができるパック用シートである。特許第５６７６８０４号公報に本願発明を加える（補正する）と、例えば、顔面の、額の上部から左右双方のほほ部を経て首元部までを覆い貼り付ける、左右双方のほほ部の端部を左右双方の耳部に掛け止めることで、ストレッチ等の効果の維持を継続する新たな形状と新たな折り畳みによって、新たな美容の用法と新たな美容の効果を求めることができる利便性と機能性を付加しているものであり、従来品と対比して後述は、より良い効果が得られるパック用シートである。
　フェイスマスクには、両眼や口に対抗する部分には切り欠き孔や鼻部に対向する部分は切り欠き線を設けて、美容液の含浸やシート体には美容効果が得られる原料を含ませて、刃型で打ち抜くことによって形成される。

　本発明が解決する課題は、顔面の、額の上部から左右双方のほほ部を経て首元部までの領域の、ほぼ顔面を覆う形状、ほぼ顔面を覆う形状に下顎裏と喉部、首部と首元部の領域を加えて覆うことができるデコルテ形状の、左右のほほ部を経て頸部までの鼻筋縦方向に対して、顔面の、横幅方向の、少なくとも１組の左右双方に延長させる端部に切り欠き線を設けて、左右双方の耳部に掛け止めてストレッチングやマッサージができる機能を設けるパック用シートを提供する。加えて、長い爪を有している方々やデコレートされた爪や化粧人口が高齢化している方々にも使い勝手がよい、左右双方の耳部に掛け止めて、造作なく顔面から首元部までを貼り付けることができる機能を設ける。
　本発明は、顔面を覆い貼り付けることができる、平面体の不織布シートからなるパック用シートの、縁部の左右双方に少なくとも１組の端部を設け、端部に左右双方の耳部に掛けるための少なくとも１本の切り欠き線を設けたパック用シートであって、
　少なくとも左右１組の端部は、平面体がどのように折り畳まれても、左右双方の端部の上部及び下部には他の平面体の部分が重ならないように折り畳まれるものであり、
　左右の端部に設けられた少なくとも１本の切り欠き線に指部を引っ掛けて互いの端部をそれぞれ違う方向に広げて展開できるものであり、液剤を有し、包装体に封入されるパック用シート
　で課題を解決する。以下、詳細は発明を実施するための形態で述べる。
　特許第５６７６８０４号公報と特願２０１５－０２９２１３号とを複合する本発明の効果を述べる。
　特願２０１５－０２９２１３号は、出願人が概出願の、特許第５４５７５１５号公報のパック用シートの平面体や通常の顔面に貼り付ける縦方向に１８０ｍｍ～２００ｍｍの平面積に、首元部の領域を加える額の上部から２８０ｍｍの平面積を貼り付ける従来品のデコルテ形状に左右双方のほほ部から首元部までの領域に、少なくとも１組の左右双方に延長させる端部に爪先や指先を掛けて広げながら耳部に掛けるための機能を設けることで、平面体は広域をスムーズに貼り付けて左右双方の耳部に端部を掛ける機能を有し、左右双方の端部の近傍の肌に本発明の美容効果を得ることができるパック用シートである。
　特許第５６７６８０４号公報は、第１に誰もが容易に展開しながら左右双方の顎裏と喉部、首部と首元部の縁部に左右双方に延長させて設ける双方の端部の切り欠きに指部を引っ掛けながら耳部に掛け止めて造作なく貼りつけることができる使用性の効果、第２に生産工程で、額の上部から首元部までの平面体をシンプルに折り畳む量産作業性とコストの効果と製品の作業工程時間の短縮による量産スピードが図れる効果、第３に広域に貼り付ける平面積にシート体の重量を有しながらの、折り畳まれる回数が少ないため折り畳まれるシートの厚みを薄くすることで薬剤の均一含浸ができる高い品質が得られる安定性と安全性の効果、第４に従来品に加えて新たな製品を開発は、新たな美容の訴求と新たな市場開拓の効果、の少なくとも第１から第４までの効果を得ることができる。
　特許第５６７６８０４号公報と特願２０１５－０２９２１３号とを複合することで、額の上部から首元部までを覆うことができる平面体の任意の縁部の、例えば、左右双方のほほ部にも美容の用法を加える新たな製品の開発は、新たな美容の訴求と新たな市場開拓の効果を得ることができる。

　本発明の、シート体の、不織布シートは、例えば、コットンとポリエチレンとポリエステルフタレートの繊維を有し、伸縮性を有する不織布シートの目付６０～７０（ｇ／ｍｍ２）を用いて具体例を示し、パック用シートとして用いられる、例えば、不織布シートの３０（ｇ／ｍｍ２）～１２０（ｇ／ｍｍ２）を採用することも可能である。不織布シートは、後述の不織布シートの具体例から任意に選択できる。パック用シートは、鼻筋縦方向を不織布シートの引っ張る縦の方向（縦方向は、不織布製造時の機械方向を示す。）と合わせて刃型などにより平面体に打ち抜かれる。
　不織布シートの具体例には、例えば、テンセルやリヨセル、レーヨン、ポリエステルフタレート、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン等の繊維或いは、少なくともいずれかの繊維を合せた不織布シート、伸縮性の不織布シート、バイオセルロースシート、ゲル状シート、金属箔のシート、シート体の片面または両面に樹脂フィルムや不織布等（片面または両面に離型（剥がす）できるタイプを備え或は、いずれかの面に樹脂フィルムや不織布（熱などで圧着している）を備えて構成するシート等であり、伸縮性を有することが望ましいが、選択は任意である。
　本発明の、不織布シートの具体例で打ち抜かれる平面体の形状は、例えば、顔面の、額の上部から左右双方のほほ部を経て首元部までの領域を覆う平面体の縁部の左右双方に少なくとも１組の端部を延長させて設けており、左右双方の耳部に左右双方の端部を掛け止めて貼り付けることができる機能を有し、不織布シートからなるタイプ１とタイプ２とタイプ３とタイプ４のパック用シートである。
　本発明が実施する左右双方に少なくとも１組の端部を延長させて設け、左右双方の耳部に掛けるパック用シートのパターンは、例えば、タイプ１は、ほぼ顔面を覆う形状である。タイプ２は、ほぼ顔面に加えて下顎裏と喉部を覆う形状である。タイプ３は、ほぼ顔面に加えて首部と首元部を覆う形状である。タイプ４は、セパレーツタイプであり、額符号２から首元部の下部符号１８までの領域を、鼻筋縦方向に交差して横方向に任意に分割するパック用シートである。少なくとも４つのタイプの平面体に打ち抜かれる。以下に示す例は、平面体の下部の少なくとも左右双方に延長させる１組の端部形態を示す。
　タイプ１のパック用シートに打ち抜かれる形態は、例えば、ほぼ顔面を覆う額の上部から下顎部分まで１９５ｍｍ、左の頬部の端部から右の頬部の端部までは２００ｍｍであり、下顎先部の左右双方の端部までは２４０ｍｍの形状である。
　タイプ２のパック用シートに打ち抜かれる形態は、例えば、ほぼ顔面に加えて下顎裏部と喉部を覆う形状であり、ほぼ顔面を覆う額の上部から左右双方のほほ部を経て喉部まで２４０ｍｍ、左の頬部の端部から右の頬部の端部までは２００ｍｍ、喉部の左右双方の端部までは２５０ｍｍの形状である。
　タイプ３のパック用シートに打ち抜かれる形態は、例えば、ほぼ顔面に加えて首部と首元部を覆う形状であり、ほぼ顔面を覆う額の上部から左右双方のほほ部を経て首元部まで２８０ｍｍ、左の頬部の端部から右の頬部の端部までは２００ｍｍ、首元部の左右双方の端部までは２６０ｍｍの形状である。
　タイプ４の形態は、セパレーツ型であり、例えば、ほぼ顔面を覆う額の上部から左右双方のほほ部を経て首元部の２８０ｍｍ、の領域を、鼻筋縦方向に対し横方向に交差して任意に分割して覆うことができる形態である。
　上述のパック用シートの、例えば、左右双方のほほ部に１組の端部を設けて打ち抜かれる形態の、左の頬部の端部から右の頬部の端部までは、従来のサイズに３０ｍｍ～４０ｍｍ程度を加えた形状が望まれる。
　パック用シートは、液剤（薬剤又は雑貨である薬事以外の材料）を有し、少なくともバリア機能を有する包装体に封入する。
　符号１に有する薬剤は、化粧品、医薬部外品、医薬品の効能効果が得られる。例えば、薬液、ゲル剤の塗布、粉末、粉黛の塗布、軟膏又は薬事シートの積層等である。薬事シートは、例えば、コラーゲンに化粧品原料、医薬部外品原料、医薬品原料の美白作用のビタミンＣや消炎作用のグリチルリチン酸等を溶かしてシート化したものである。

　本発明のパック用シートの封入は、例えば、バリアを有する袋、チャック機能を有する袋、フラップなる蓋を有する袋や樹脂容器等（以下、包装体という）に少なくとも１枚を少なくとも１回折り畳んで、液剤と共に袋に封入する。
　本発明は、本願の出願人の特許第５６７６８０４号公報と特願２０１５－０２９２１３号とを複合し、新たな機能を設ける平面体を使用性の優れる折り畳みについて記述する。図６は、本発明の平面体であり、例えば、幾種の折り畳みと、液剤を有した状態の不織布シートからなるパック用シートである。パック用シートは、封入袋から取り出され、スムーズに平面体に展開しながら左右双方の端部を左右双方の耳部に掛け止めて貼り付けることができる。
　本発明のパック用シートは、左右双方のほほ部符号７から下顎を経て首元部の領域の縁部に、顔面の鼻筋縦方向に対して交差する横幅方向の、左右双方に少なくとも１組の延長させる端部符号３を設け、パック用シートの内側から左右双方の外側に向かう少なくとも１組の切込み線符号９を設け、左右双方の端部に少なくとも１本の切り欠き線符号１３を設け、左右双方の端部の切り欠き線に爪先や指先等（以下、指部という。）を引っ掛けて左右双方の耳部に掛け止める、ほぼ顔面を覆うことができる形状やほぼ顔面を覆うことができる形状に下顎裏部までを覆う、又は、下顎裏部と喉部を覆うこととができる。更に、ほぼ顔面を覆うことができる形状に首部までを覆う、又は、首部と首元部を覆うことができる形状（デコルテ形状）である。
　本発明の、パック用シートの折り合わせは、図６により、例えば、平面体は、鼻筋縦軸符号２９を中心に左右に二つに折り合わされて折り畳まれる或は、上下折り横軸符号３０を中心に折り合わされて折り畳まれるものであり、双方の手順を分けて説明する。符号２９も符号３０のいずれの折り合わせも、平面体の輪郭線に鼻筋縦方向に交差して横方向に延長させて設ける少なくとも左右双方の１組の端部符号３の左の端部と右の端部は、折り畳みによって複数に重なり合う形態から外されて折り畳まれるものであり、外されて折り畳まれる左右双方の端部に設ける、少なくとも１本の切り欠き線に爪先や指先等（以下、指部という）を引っ掛けて、左右双方の互いの端部をそれぞれ違う逆の方向に広げて平面体に展開することができる形態である。
　外されて折り畳まれる左右双方の端部は、言いかえると、平面体をどのように折り畳まれても左右双方の端部の上方及び下方には他の平面体の部分が重ならないものである。すなわち、いかなる折り畳みであっても、左右双方の端部は他の部分と重ならないものである。
　本発明の、打ち抜かれたタイプ１とタイプ２とタイプ３とタイプ４のパック用シートを、例えば、第１、第２、第３、第４、第５に折り畳まれるパック用シートを図６の折り畳み手順に沿って記述する。
　第１のパック用シートは、打ち抜かれる平面体を、例えば、鼻筋縦軸符号２９を中心にして左右二つに折り合わせて鼻筋縦軸の辺符号１６を設け、折り合わせた顔面の横幅方向に延長する端部を設け、平面体の、鼻筋縦軸の辺の長手方向の、額上部符号２７と下部符号２８とが長手方向と交差する任意の線で折り返して畳まれる。折り返して畳まれる左右双方に延長する端部は、顔面の横幅よりも外側に位置している。
　第２のパック用シートは、打ち抜かれる平面体を、鼻筋縦軸符号２９を中心にして左右二つに折り合わせ鼻筋縦軸の辺符号１６を設け、折り合わせた顔面の横幅方向に延長する端部を設けた付け根符号３５の近傍と鼻筋縦軸の辺とを合わせて、少なくとも１回折り合わせ、鼻筋縦軸の辺の長手方向の、平面体の額上部符号２７と下部符号２８とが長手方向と交差する任意の線で折り返して畳まれる。
　第３のパック用シートは、打ち抜かれる平面体を、鼻筋縦軸符号２９を中心に左右二つに折り合わせ鼻筋縦軸の辺符号１６を設け、鼻筋縦軸の辺と右端部符号３２を設けた付け根の近傍との中程に右片折り軸符号３１を設け、右端部符号３２を鼻筋縦軸の辺の方向に内側巻きと反対の外巻きに少なくとも１回折り返し畳み、右端部符号３２を鼻筋縦軸の辺との重なりから外しており、鼻筋縦軸の辺と左端部符号３４を設けた付け根の近傍との中程に左片折り軸符号３３を設け、左端部符号３４を鼻筋縦軸の辺の方向に内側巻きと反対の外巻きに少なくとも１回折り返して畳み、左端部符号３４を鼻筋縦軸の辺との重なりから外して折り畳まれて、鼻筋縦軸の辺の長手方向の、平面体の額上部符号２７と下部符号２８とが長手方向と交差する任意の線で折り返して畳まれる。
　第４のパック用シートは、打ち抜かれる平面体を、上下折り横軸符号３０を中心にして、平面体の額上部符号２７と下部符号２８とが鼻筋縦方向の長手方向と交差する任意の線で折り合わせて、更に、鼻筋縦方向を中心に左右二つに折り合わせて鼻筋縦軸の辺符号１６を設け、鼻筋縦軸の辺と右端部符号３２を設けた付け根の近傍との中程に右片折り軸符号３１を設け、右端部を鼻筋縦軸の辺の方向に内側と反対の外巻きに少なくとも１回折り返し畳まれて、右端部符号３２を鼻筋縦軸の辺との重なりから外しており、
　鼻筋縦軸の辺と左端部符号３４を設けた付け根の近傍との中程に左片折り軸符号３３を設け、左端部を鼻筋縦軸の辺の方向に内側と反対の外巻きに少なくとも１回折り返して畳まれ、左端部を鼻筋縦軸の辺との重なりから外して折り畳まれる。
　第５のパック用シートの折り畳は、第１から第４の鼻筋縦方向の中心を左右いずれかにずらした状態で折り合わせて、左の端部と右の端部をずらし、延長させた左右双方の少なくとも１組の互いの端部に設ける切り欠き線等に指部を引っ掛けて左右双方の互い端部をそれぞれ違う逆の方向に広げて平面体に展開しながら左右双方の耳部に互いの端部を掛け止める。
　パック用シートの、左右双方のほほ部符号１５の輪郭線から首元部までの領域の輪郭線に左右双方に１組の延長の端部を複数に設けている場合、内側から外側の方向に向かう少なくとも１本の切込み線符号９が左右に向けて設けられている。加えて、内側から外側の方向に向かう切込み線の先端が輪郭線の直前に終端している。切込み線先端が輪郭線の直前に終端している場合は、切込み線先端のつながり部位を指等で千切り分けて美容の作業を行う。
　本発明の、少なくとも左右双方の端部に設ける、少なくとも１本の切り欠き線符号１３に少なくとも１つの切り残し部符号１２に少なくとも１本の切り欠き線符号１１を有する切り欠き線は、指部を切り欠き線に引っ掛けながら左右双方の耳に掛け止めて貼り付けるための、個々の左右双方のほほ部から左右双方の耳部までや首元部から左右双方の耳部までの距離を合せるものであり、距離が不足している場合は、少なくとも１つの切り残し部を千切ることにより距離が加わりフリーサイズとなる仕組みである。
　使用者の、個々のサイズに合わせるための切り欠き線と切り残し部は、例えば、不織布シートの破壊の強弱を考慮し、両端部に、耳に掛けるための、例えば、長さ４～６ｃｍの切り欠き線に２ｍｍ～５ｍｍの切り残し部を少なくとも１か所を加えて、更に長さ３ｍｍ～１ｃｍの切り欠き線を少なくとも１か所を加えて構成し、長さを長く調整する際に切り残し部を千切ると個々のサイズに合わせてストレッチングが行えるパック用シートとなる。
　続けて、切込み線と切り残し部を組み合わせると小顔サイズから大きいサイズとなり、例えば、女性のタイプの端部に切り残し部を加えることにより、男性用のサイズとなる工夫で、男女のサイズの統一したパック用シートとなり、資材の兼用ができる。目付の少ない不織布シートを採用する場合の、端部に設ける切り欠き線に加える切り残し部符号１２は、強く引っ張るとちぎれるので、任意に選択できるサイズの異なる切り欠き線を複数本設けるとよい。
　更に詳しくは、左右双方の端部に指部等を引っ掛けて平面体に展開ながら左右双方の耳部に掛け止めるための機能は、少なくとも１本の切り欠き線に代えて、少なくとも１つの切り欠いた孔、又は、少なくとも１本の切り欠き線又は、少なくとも１本の切り欠き線符号１３に少なくとも１つの切り残し部符号１２に少なくとも１本の切り欠き線符号１１を有する切り欠き線である。左右双方の耳部に掛け止めるための切り欠き線と切り欠き孔は、切り残し部によって任意に設けてもよい。
　不織布シートの引っ張る縦方向に鼻筋縦方向を合わせて打ち抜くパック用シートの、左右双方のほほ部から頸部の任意の領域の立体形状に対向して縦方向に伸びて横方向に並ぶ複数列に設けたミシン目状の切り込み線を設けて左右双方の耳部に掛けた状態は、複数列に設けたミシン目状の切込み線が個々の立体形状に対応して、複数列に設けたミシン目状の切込み線が徐々に開いてフィットさせて覆い、立体形状を包みこんで矯正しながら両手のひらや指の腹でストレッチングの効果やマッサージ効果を得ることができる。
　パック用シートの、平面体を左右二つに折り合わせ又は、平面体を上部と下部と二つに折り合わせた状態を、左右双方の端部の切り込み線等をずらして設ける場合は、鼻筋縦方向の軸を左右のいずれかにずらして折り畳むと左右双方の切り欠き線に指部等を引っ掛けるための切り欠き線等がずれて、引っ掛けることが容易で耳部に掛け止めることもスムーズである。
　本発明の技術を採用することで、図４に示す、例えば、左右双方のほほ部から首元部までの領域を覆うことができる平面体の左右双方の縁部に延長させる少なくとも１組の端部を設け、端部に設けられた切り欠き線等に指部を引っ掛けながら、引っ張ると容易に平面体に広げることができる。例えば、平面体に展開した状態の、左右双方のほほ部に設けた端部を右耳に掛け止めるための右の切り欠きを右耳に掛け止めて、左右双方のほほ部から首元部の領域にあてがいながら左耳も準じて掛け止めて、続いて左右双方の首元部に設けた端部も同様に双方の耳に掛け止めて、連続して顔面額から上部までを貼り付ける用法を用いると造作は簡単である。
　本発明の、パック用シートは、薬剤或は薬事以外の材料を有し、左右双方の端部に設けられた切り欠き線などに指部を引っ掛けながら、平面体に広げる方向に引っ張り広げて、バリア袋に封入されて折り畳まれた状態から首元部の領域を覆うことができる。左右双方の端部の切り欠き線を左右双方の耳部に掛け止めながら首元部から上部の顎から額の順に造作なく貼り付けることができる。
　折り畳まれた状態のパック用シートを平面体に展開させるのが難しい状況の、女性の方々、長い爪を有してネイルアートなる飾り物のデコレートを行うことが流行り、化粧人口も高年齢化の傾向があり、美容作業の際の、長い爪や高年齢化の化粧人口に対する老眼で見えにくい方々にもシンプルに折り畳まれて左右双方の少なくとも１組の端部に設けられた切り欠き線等に指部などをひっかけながら平面体に広げ、連続する造作で耳部に掛ける止めることができる切り欠き線等を設けているので、広げたパック用シートを額上部から首元部に至る順で貼り付ける或いは、左右双方の少なくとも１組の端部を左右双方の耳に掛けながら首元部から額の上部に至る順で容易に貼り付けることができるから美容用法の順がリズミカルでスムーズであり楽しい時間がつくれる。
　本願発明の、額の上部から首元部までの平面体をシンプルに折り畳む量産作業性とコストの効果は、シンプルに折り畳む効果は量産スピードとコスト効果と連動している。従来品の折り畳む作業の回数は少なくとも４回～５回であり、本発明の、課題を解決するための手段の折り畳み方法は２回若しくは３回と少ないので、作業時間が２回～３回／４回～５回と短縮されて量産のスピードが速く作業効率からより低いコストが得られる。
　本願発明の、広域に貼り付ける面積や重量を有しながらのシート体は、パック用シートの品質の必須条件に少なくとも粘性が高い薬剤が均一に含浸していることが求められる。従来品と対比して、従来品の鼻筋方向に上部から下部は１８０ｍｍ～２００ｍｍを有する汎用品（６０ｇ／ｍ２で約２ｇ）と本発明のパック用シートは鼻筋方向に上部から下部が２８０ｍｍ（６０ｇ／ｍ２で約３．７ｇ）は面積や重量のパック用シートにおいて凡そ１．７倍であるが、本発明の技術は、折り回数が少なく制限してもよいので、従来品の折り畳まれた形態の厚みを薄くして折り畳むことができるので折り畳まれた形態の中心部への含浸性が良く薬剤の均一含浸の品質が得られ、少なくとも薬事の条件で３カ年間の期間において、袋内部とパック用シートが防腐の状態であり、薬剤の効能効果がパック用シートに均一に保たれて肌に対向して均一に作用する安定性と安全性が保持されているから、製造者も消費者も製品に対して安心が得られる。
　加えて、新たな製品を開発することで新たな美容効果と新たな市場の効果は、従来品のフェイスマスクに加え、左右双方のほほ部から首元部までの任意の領域に新たな美容の効果が加わり、新たな市場が開拓できる。左右双方のほほ部から首元部までをケアする用法は、加齢や外界の刺激から肌を守る薬剤を手で塗布する用法に加え、新たなシート体に薬剤を含浸させて使用するパック用シートの開発は、新たな製造・販売・美容の市場が図れる。
　不織布シートの引っ張る縦方向に鼻筋縦方向をおよそ垂直に交差し合わせて打ち抜くパック用シート特許第４３４９５８８号公報の、左右双方のほほ部から頸部の任意の領域に対向する、シート体に横方向に伸びて複数条に並ぶミシン目状の切り込み線を設けて左右双方端部を左右双方の耳部に掛けた状態は、複数条のミシン目は個々の立体形状に対応して延び開いて、フィットさせて覆い、左右双方のほほ部から首元部を包みこんで矯正しながら両手のひらや指の腹でストレッチングの効果やマッサージ効果を得ることができる。
　パック用シート特許第５３４２０５６号公報の、左右双方のほほ部から首元部の任意の領域に対向するシート体に錐体形状の打ち抜き部を有する治具による打ち抜き、又は打ちこみ面が円弧形状若しくは多角形状の打ち込み部を有する治具による打ち込みを複数個行う。或は、特許第５５５１８２１号公報の縦方向の繊維と横方向の繊維を同時に交差して切り込む、斜め切り込み線を設けることで、個々の立体形状に対応して設けられた打ち抜きや打ち込み部や斜め切込み線は立体形状に対応して延び開き、左右双方のほほ部から頸部を包みこんで矯正しながら両手のひらや指の腹でストレッチングの効果やマッサージ効果を得ることができる。
　例えば、両手のひらや指の腹でストレッチングやマッサージを行うと、左右双方のほほ部や下顎裏部と喉部や首部と首元部の頤筋から頬骨筋に添って左右の耳側方向へ（二重顎の予防や頬のたるみの予防に効果が得られる）、口輪筋（ほうれい線への予防に効果が得られる）等への効果が得られる。
　本発明のパック用シートは、左右のほほ部から首元部の領域の、少なくとも１つの立体形状に対向するシート体に、鼻筋に沿って縦方向もしくはやや斜め方向のハ字状に走るミシン目状の切り込み線を複数列設ける。
　本発明のパック用シートは、左右のほほ部から首元部の領域の、少なくとも１つの立体形状に対向するシート体に錐体形状の打ち抜き部を有する治具による打ち抜き、又は打ちこみ面が円弧形状若しくは多角形状の打ち込み部を有する治具による打ち込みが複数個行う。
　本発明のパック用シートは、左右のほほ部から首元部の領域の、少なくとも１つの立体形状に対向する縦方向の繊維と横方向の繊維を有する不織布シートに交差して切り込む斜め切り込み線を複数列設ける。
　更に詳しくは、パック用シート符号１の平面体は、不織布シートの引っ張る縦方向に鼻筋縦方向を合わせて打ち抜かれ、額部符号２を設け、両眼に対応する箇所には長軸が顔面の横方向である切り欠き孔符号４を設け、又は両眼に対応する個所に両眼を覆う蓋状体を有し、蓋状体は、目尻付近と目頭付近とを結ぶ連続した切り欠き線又は一部不連続部を有する切り欠き線により形成されるフラップを設ける。
　鼻部に対応する箇所には切り欠き線符号６を設ける。設ける切り欠き線は、Ｕ字型の切り欠き線を設け、左右の鼻翼を結ぶ切り欠き線を設け、鼻翼からもう一方の鼻翼に至る形状に沿って結ぶ切り欠き線を設け、例えば、切り欠き線を下端とした鼻部の領域には鼻筋に沿って縦方向もしくはハ字状に走るミシン目状の切り込み線や斜め切り込み線や錐体形状の打ち抜きや円弧形状、多角形状の打ち込み或は、縦方向の繊維と横方向の繊維を同時に交差して切り込む、斜め切り込み線をそれぞれ複数列や複数個を設け、加えて、左右の鼻翼を結ぶ切り欠き線の中ほどに鼻尖符号２１に似たる貼り付ける際の目安を設ける。
　左右双方の両頬部符号７を設け、例えば、左右双方の両頬部の輪郭線符号１５に左右双方の端部を加えて、左右双方の端部に左右双方の耳部に掛け止めるための切り欠き線や切り欠き孔を設ける。左右双方の両頬部の領域には縦方向に伸びて横方向に並ぶミシン目状の切り込み線や錐体形状の打ち抜きや円弧形状、多角形状の打ち込みをそれぞれ複数列や複数個を設ける。或いは、左右双方の両頬部の外側の輪郭線上には矯正して貼り付けるためのつまみ用の突出部を設けて、つまみ用突出部を平面体の内側から外側方向のつまみ部の目印の直前で終端する切り込み線で少なくとも２つに分割して、左右双方の輪郭線上の目印を千切り、左右双方の上部の分割部を内側から外側方向に引っ張りながら矯正して貼り付け、左右下部の分割部をつまんで上部に引き上げるとリフトアップして貼り付けることができる。更には、左右双方の分割したつまみ部の一部を係止しながら矯正して引っ張り貼り付けることもできる。
口部に対向する孔符号８の、例えば、長軸の楕円孔や複数の孔を設ける。
　口部の周囲の皺やほうれい線に対向するシート体の領域に縦方向に伸びて横方向に並ぶミシン目状の切り込み線を設ける、或は、ハ字状のミシン目状の切込み線を設ける、錐体形状の打ち抜き、円弧形状、多角形状打ち込み或は、縦方向の繊維と横方向の繊維を同時に交差して切り込む、斜め切り込み線をそれぞれ複数列や複数個を設ける。
　顔面から首元部までの領域を覆うことができる本発明は、左右双方のほほ部から首元部まで縦方向の領域に対して顔幅の横方向に交差し、左右双方の耳部までに対応する少なくとも１組の端部を加え、左右双方の１組の端部に左右双方の耳部を掛けることができる切り欠き線や切り欠き孔を組み合わせて設ける。
　左右双方のほほ部から首元部の、立体形状に対応するシート体の領域に、不織布シートの引っ張る縦方向と鼻筋縦方向をあわせて、縦方向に伸びて横方向に並ぶ複数列のミシン目状の切り込み線や縦方向や横方向の繊維の方向に対して交差して切り込む複数列の斜め切り込み線や複数個の錐体形状での打ち抜きや円弧形状や多角形状の打ち込みを設ける。
　下顎近傍から首元部の、例えば、下顎の任意の部位から中央部を経て、喉部又は、首部又は、首元部に切り込むＳ字状符号１４に似たる切り込み線を設け、左右双方の下顎両辺部から喉部、首部、首元部までのそれぞれの外周縁部を結ぶ直前にＳ字状に似たる切り込み線の先端を終端させる。又は、Ｓ字状の切り込み線に一部不連続部を有する切り欠き線を設ける。Ｓ字状の切り込み線によって切り離された左右の両シート片は和服を着こむ互いの襟を重ねるが如く貼り付けるものである。
　加えて、Ｓ字状に似たる切り込み線又は、一部不連続部を有する切り欠き線に分けて設けられる互いのシート両片には縦方向に伸びて横方向に並ぶミシン目状の切り込み線を複数列設け、縦方向や横方向の繊維の方向に対して交差して切り込む複数列の斜め切り込み線を設け、複数個の錐体形状での打ち抜きや円弧形状や多角形状の打ち込みを設けて、Ｓ字状に似たる切り込み線で分けた左右の両シート片を、和服を着こむ際の互いの襟を重ねるが如く貼り付けると個々の立体形状に対応しながらフィットして貼り付けられる。加えて、打ち抜き方法の異なる鼻筋縦方向に対し不織布シートの縦方向を直角に合わせ打ち抜く領域に横方向に伸びる複数条の切り込み線を設ける。
　パック用シートの平面体に設ける、切込み線や切り欠き線は、例えば、切り分けたシートの片と片を重ね合わせることでパック用シートの輪郭線の長さを個々の立体形状に調整して合せることでフィット性を高める。平面体の内側から外側輪郭線に向かう少なくとも１本の切り欠き線、輪郭線に設ける目印等の直前で切り込み線先端が終端する切り込み線、少なくとも１本の内側から外側方向に向かい輪郭線を切り込む切り込み線、左右双方の端部に設ける切り欠き線、これらは直線以外に、波線又は、曲線又は、矩形線又は、ミシン目状の切り込み線等の連続する或は不連続を組み合わせた線である。
　上述の、平面体に施す切り込み線や切り欠き線状に設ける少なくとも一つからなる切り残し部を有する切り込み線は、貼り付ける際に切り込み線で両断して設けられた互いの片が互いもつれることなく、貼り付ける際に切り残し部を千切りながら順序良く貼り付けると造作が容易となり作業性が向上する。
　加えて、シート体に施す切り欠き線、切り欠き孔、切り込み線、斜め切り込み線等は、各商品の用法やコンセプトに応じて任意に設けるとよい。
　　　　　目印は、楔形以外に、半円形状又はくぼみ形状又は凸部形状等であってもよい。
　平面体の周縁部にスムーズに貼り付けるための少なくとも１つのつまみ部を設けてもよい。
　医療目的の、例えば、湿布シート等の形態や技術も、本発明の形態や技術に準ずるとよい。
　本発明に加えて、本発明の出願人が既に出願した特許第４３５２４１６号公報、特許第４３４９５８８号公報、特許第４４９２９８０号公報の縦方向やハ字状に走るミシン目状の切り込み線複数列又は横方向に延びて上下に複数条のミシン目状の切り込み線を設けてシートが横方向に延びて覆うことができる技術と併せることでより使用性が増すので何ら問題としない。
　本発明に加えて、本願発明の出願人が既に出願した特許第４９９５９８１号公報、特許第５４５７５１５号公報の、シート体の、片面または両面に樹脂フィルムや不織布等を備えて構成するシート体を用いて、封入袋から取り出し、折り畳まれた状態から容易に平面体に展開し、フィルムの折り曲がりの角につまみ用切り込み線を設けてつまみ用突出部を設けて、シート体からフィルムを剥がして貼り付けることができる技術と併せることでより使用性が増すので何ら問題としない。
　本発明に加えて、本発明の出願人が既に出願した特許５０６６７２２号公報の、矯正して貼り付けるシート体の、左右両頬部、左右下顎両辺部、喉から首元部の外周縁部のそれぞれにつまみ用の突出部を設け、前記シート体の内側から前記突出部の直前で終端する切り込み線を設ける。或いは、特許第４６４８４９４号公報、特許４６４８４９９号公報、特許４７０５１９８号公報のＳ字状に似たる切り込み線で分けて設けられる技術と併せることでより使用性が増すので何ら問題としない。
　本発明に加えて、本発明の出願人が既に出願した特許第５３４２０５６号公報の、錐体形状の打ち抜き部を有する治具による打ち抜き、又は打ちこみ面が円弧形状若しくは多角形状の打ち込み部を有する治具による打ち込みが複数個行われる技術と併せることでより使用性が増すので何ら問題としない。
　本発明に加えて、本発明の出願人が既に出願した特許第５５５１８２１号公報の、縦方向の繊維と横方向の繊維を同時に交差して切り込む、前記斜め切り込み線を少なくとも複数列を有する技術と併せることでより使用性が増すので何ら問題としない。
　本発明に加えて、本発明の出願人が既に出願した特許第５５８０４９６号公報の、包装体は、積層するシート体と板体とを収容する収容体とを備えてシート体には薬剤を有し、例えば、板体には取り出し口を備えて収容体に収容される。収容体の開口部をシート体の収容枚数以上の回数に開け閉め可能で、バリア性を有し、気密性の機能を備えた収容体であり、シート体を１枚ごと取り出すことができる取り出し口と共に薬事に対応する収容体に少なくとも指を入れて取り出すことができる開口部を設けて開口部の開け閉めが行える収容体であるの技術と併せることで使用性が増すので何ら問題としない。
　本発明の便利を期する実施例は、例えば、折り畳まれた状態のパック用シートを、包装体の袋符号２０に設けた切り口符号２６から切り欠き開封して取り出し、ほほ部から頸部までの少なくとも左右双方の１組の端部に設ける切り欠き線等に指部を引っ掛けて互いに違う方向に引っ張りながら、ほほ部から頸部に対向するシートの領域をそのままほほ部から頸部にあてがう要領で広げて少なくとも左右双方の１組の端部を左右双方の耳部に掛け止める。
　左右双方に１組の端部を複数の組に設けている場合の実施例は、例えば、複数組の端部を１組ごとに分ける内側から外側方向に向かう切込み線が設けられており、或は外側方向に向かう切込み線の先端が輪郭線の直前に設けているので千切り分けて、例えば、額上部から貼り付ける場合には左右双方のほほ部に設けられた端部を左右双方の耳部に掛け止め、続いて、下顎裏～首元部を貼り付ける場合には左右双方の下顎裏～首元部に設けられた左右双方の端部を左右双方の上部方向にリフトアップさせながら左右双方の耳部に掛け止めて美容の作業を行う。
　貼り付ける順序は、例えば、最初に下顎裏～首元部の領域を貼り付けて、額上部の縁部をつまみながら、口部や鼻部や両眼の孔を目安に額上部までを順に貼り付ける、又は、逆方法の、最初に額の上部から下顎裏～首元部の領域を貼り付けてもよい。両手のひらや指の腹で頸部から上方向の左右双方の両ほほ部までを、或は、左右双方のほほ部から左右双方の耳部までをストレッチング、マッサージ、持続するリフトアップの美容効果を体感させる。
　本発明を特許第５５８０４９６号公報の、本発明の左右双方の端部に左右双方の耳部に掛け止められるパック用シートと板体とを収容する収容体とを備える包装体から本発明のパック用シートを取り出しは、最初に取り出すパック用シートをつまみ、積層している次に続くパック用シートの任意の部位を板体の支持部で押さえて最初のパック用シートを取り出して用法に従い貼り付ける。
　パック用シートの貼り付ける時間は凡そ１５分、或は、能書の用法に従うとよい。

Claims (18)

  1. 　顔面を覆い貼り付けることができる、平面体の不織布シートからなるパック用シートの、前記パック用シートの縁部の左右双方に少なくとも１組の端部を設け、前記端部に左右双方の耳部に掛けるための少なくとも１本の切り欠き線を設けたパック用シートであって、
    　前記少なくとも前記左右１組の端部は、前記平面体がどのように折り畳まれても、前記左右双方の前記端部の上部及び下部には他の平面体の部分が重ならないように折り畳まれるものであり、
    　前記左右の前記端部に設けられた前記少なくとも１本の前記切り欠き線に指部を引っ掛けて前記互いの端部をそれぞれ違う方向に広げて展開できるものであり、液剤を有し、包装体に封入されるパック用シート。
  2. 　前記平面体は、更に下顎裏部までを覆う、又は、下顎裏部と喉部を覆うことができる請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
  3. 　前記平面体は、更に首部までを覆う、又は、首部と首元部を覆うことができる請求項２に記載のパック用シート。
  4. 　前記平面体を、前記顔面から首元部までの領域を、鼻筋縦方向に対し横方向に交差して任意に分割する請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
  5. 　前記平面体を、鼻筋縦軸を中心にして左右二つに折り合わせ、前記鼻筋縦軸を中心に折り曲げることで前記鼻筋縦軸の辺を設け、前記鼻筋縦軸の前記辺の長手方向の、前記平面体の額上部と下部とが前記長手方向と交差する任意の線で折り返して畳まれる請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
  6. 　前記平面体を、鼻筋縦方向を軸にして左右二つに折り合わせ、前記軸にして折り曲げた辺を設け、前記端部を設けた付け根の近傍と前記辺とを合せて少なくとも１回折り合わせ、前記辺の長手方向の、前記平面体の額上部と下部とが前記長手方向と交差する任意の線で折り返して畳まれる請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
  7. 　前記平面体を、鼻筋縦軸を中心にして左右二つに折り合わせ前記鼻筋縦軸の辺を設け、前記鼻筋縦軸の前記辺と右端部を設けた付け根の近傍との中程に右片折り軸を設け、前記右端部を前記鼻筋縦軸の前記辺の方向に内側巻きと反対の外巻きに少なくとも１回折り返し畳み、前記右端部を前記鼻筋縦軸の前記辺との重なりから外しており、前記鼻筋縦軸の前記辺と左端部を設けた付け根の近傍との中程に左片折り軸を設け、前記左端部を前記鼻筋縦軸の前記辺の方向に内側巻きと反対の外巻きに少なくとも１回折り返して畳み、前記左端部を前記鼻筋縦軸の前記辺との重なりから外して折り畳まれ前記鼻筋縦軸の前記辺の長手方向の、額上部と下部とが前記長手方向と交差する任意の線で折り返して畳まれる請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
  8. 　前記平面体を、上下折りの横軸を中心にして額上部と下部とが鼻筋縦方向の長手方向と交差する任意の線で折り合わせて、前記鼻筋縦方向を中心に左右二つに折り合わせて鼻筋縦軸の辺を設け、前記鼻筋縦軸の前記辺と右端部を設けた付け根の近傍との中程に右片折り軸を設け、前記右端部を前記鼻筋縦軸の辺の方向に内側と反対の外巻きに少なくとも１回折り返し畳まれて、前記右端部を前記鼻筋縦軸の前記辺との重なりから外しており、前記鼻筋縦軸の前記辺と左端部を設けた付け根の近傍との中程に左片折り軸を設け、前記左端部を前記鼻筋縦軸の前記辺の方向に内側と反対の外巻きに少なくとも１回折り返して畳まれて、前記左端部を前記鼻筋縦軸の前記辺との重なりから外して折り畳まれる請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
  9. 　前記平面体の、前記鼻筋縦軸を中心にして左右二つの折り合わせは、鼻筋縦方向の中心を左右いずれかにずらした状態で左の端部と右の端部をずらして折り畳まれる請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
  10. 　前記平面体の、内側から左右の外側に向かう少なくとも１組の切込み線は、輪郭線を切り離す、又は、前記切込み線の先端を前記輪郭線の直前に終端させる請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
  11. 　前記平面体の、内側から外側に向かう切込み線は、連続又は不連続につながる直線又は、波線又は、曲線又は、矩形線又は、ミシン目状の切り込み線である請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
  12. 　前記平面体の、前記少なくとも前記左右１組の前記端部に設ける前記少なくとも１本の前記切り欠き線に代えて、少なくとも１つの切り欠いた孔、又は、前記少なくとも１本の前記切り欠き線に少なくとも１つの切り残し部に少なくとも１本の切り欠き線を有する請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
  13. 　前記平面体の、左右のほほ部から首元部の領域の、少なくとも１つの立体形状に対向するシート体に、鼻筋に沿って縦方向もしくはやや斜め方向のハ字状に走るミシン目状の切り込み線を複数列設ける請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
  14. 　前記平面体の、左右のほほ部から首元部の領域の、少なくとも１つの立体形状に対向するシート体に錐体形状の打ち抜き部を有する治具による打ち抜き、又は打ちこみ面が円弧形状若しくは多角形状の打ち込み部を有する治具による打ち込みが複数個行う請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
  15. 　前記平面体の、左右のほほ部から首元部の領域の、少なくとも１つの立体形状に対向する縦方向の繊維と横方向の繊維を有する不織布シートに交差して切り込む斜め切り込み線を複数列設ける請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
  16. 　前記平面体の、下顎の任意の部位から前記下顎の中央部を経て喉部に至る又は、首部に至る又は、首元部に至る輪郭線の直前に終端するＳ字状の切り込み線を設け、又は、前記Ｓ字状の切り込み線に一部不連続部を有する切り欠き線を設ける請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
  17. 　前記平面体を積層する積層体と、前記積層体に接触して設置される板体と、前期積層体及び前記板体を収容する収容体とを備える包装体に収容される請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
  18. 　前記平面体の、両眼に対応する個所に前記両眼を覆う蓋状体を有し、前記蓋状体は、目尻付近と目頭付近とを結ぶ連続した切り欠き線又は一部不連続部を有する切り欠き線により形成されるフラップを設ける請求項１に記載のパック用シート。
