Description

一种电机控制器及其应用的电机 技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种电机控制器及其应用的电机。
背景技术:
传统滚筒类电机的线路板普遍没有带有控制盒,客户根据个人不同的使用需求将线路板安装在负载的控制盒里面或者其它地方,使用引线把线路板与电源和电机电连接在一起,但是这种结构的线路板的可靠性较低,容易在运输或者安装过程中损坏,而且使用引线连接的可靠性低,容易出错。所述的滚筒类电机是带有两个输出动力的轴伸端,并用U型支架支撑安装的电机,U型支架的两侧与电机端盖的凸台配合安装。
目前亦有针对小功率滚筒类电机的线路板设计的控制盒,但是这种采用塑料材料、密封结构的控制盒散热性能差,难以满足大功率电机的线路板的使用要求,而且也是需要通过引线把线路板和电机、电源连接在一起,连接麻烦、可靠性低。而且控制盒设计的不合理,导致控制盒的安装范围受限,通用性差,难以满足不同客户的使用需求。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电机控制器及其应用的电机,该电机控制器结构简单,采用接插件连接电机和电源,连接简单可靠,电机控制器的安装方便,可满足不同客户的使用安装需求,通用性强,而且电机控制器的散热性能好,可满足大功率电机的线路板的安装需求,该电机结构简单,和电机控制器的连接简单方便,可靠性高,而且散热性能好。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种电机控制器,包括上盒体、下盒体和线路板,上盒体和下盒体拼合安装在一起并在上盒体和下盒体之间形成空腔,线路板安装在空腔里面,其特征在于:在线路板上设置有第一接插件和第二接插件,在下盒体端部开设有两通孔,第一接插件和第二接插件分别安装在两通孔里面。
上述所述的上盒体端部伸出若干凸块,凸块把第一接插件和第二接插件压紧在通孔里面,第一接插件用于连接电机,第二接插件用于连接电源。
上述所述的上盒体的顶面上设置有安装支架。
上述所述的还包括若干螺钉和螺母,在上盒体和下盒体的内壁分别设置有上安装柱和下安装柱,螺钉穿过安装支架、上盒体、上安装柱、下安装柱和下盒体后与螺母拧紧。
上述所述的上盒体端部往下伸出若干卡扣,下盒体端部设置有若干卡槽,卡扣和卡槽扣合在一起。
上述所述的下盒体的底壁设置有若干凸柱,线路板安装在下盒体里面并支承在若干凸柱的顶面上。
上述所述的下盒体的底壁设置有凹槽,在凹槽里面安装有硅胶片,在下盒体的底壁上安装有绝缘片。
上述所述的下盒体的底面上设置有若干散热筋,下盒体是采用金属材料制成的。
一种电机,包括电机本体和电机控制器,所述的电机本体包括转轴、转子组件、定子组件、机壳和端盖,转子组件安装在转轴上,定子组件和机壳安装在一起并嵌套在转子组件外面,端盖安装在机壳两端,转轴支承在两端盖的轴承上并从两端盖往外伸出,所述的电机控制器包括上盒体、下盒体和线路板,上盒体和下盒体拼合安装在一起并在上盒体和下盒体之间形成空腔,线路板安装在空腔里面,其特征在于:在线路板上设置有第一接插件和第二接插件,在下盒体端部开设有两通孔,第一接插件和第二接插件分别安装在两通孔里面,电机本体伸出第三接插件与电机控制器的第一接插件电连接在一起,电机控制器的第二接插件用于连接电源。
上述所述的还包括U形支架,电机本体两端通过减震圈安装在U形支架上。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下效果:1)在线路板上设置有第一接插件和第二接插件,在下盒体端部开设有两通孔,第一接插件和第二接插件分 别安装在两通孔里面,第一接插件用于连接电机,第二接插件用于连接电源,采用接插件连接电机和电源,连接简单可靠;2)上盒体的顶面上设置有安装支架,电机控制器的安装方便,可满足不同客户的使用安装需求,通用性强;3)在上盒体和下盒体的内壁分别设置有上安装柱和下安装柱,螺钉穿过安装支架、上盒体、上安装柱、下安装柱和下盒体后与螺母拧紧,上盒体端部往下伸出若干卡扣,下盒体端部设置有若干卡槽,卡扣和卡槽扣合在一起,下盒体的底壁设置有若干凸柱,线路板安装在下盒体里面并支承在若干凸柱的顶面上,该结构简单、方便,生产效率高;4)下盒体的底壁设置有凹槽,在凹槽里面安装有硅胶片,在下盒体的底壁上安装有绝缘片,下盒体的底面上设置有若干散热筋,下盒体是采用金属材料制成的,电机控制器的散热性能好,可满足大功率电机的线路板的安装需求;5)该电机结构简单,电机控制器的连接简单方便,可靠性高、散热性能好。

下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一:如图1、图2、图3、图4和图5所示,本实用新型是一种电机控制器,包括上盒体1、下盒体2和线路板3,上盒体1和下盒体2拼合安装在一起并在上盒体1和下盒体2之间形成空腔11,线路板3安装在空腔11里面,在线路板3上设置有第一接插件4和第二接插件5,在下盒体2端部开设有两通 孔21,第一接插件4和第二接插件5分别安装在两通孔21里面。上盒体1端部伸出若干凸块12,凸块12把第一接插件4和第二接插件5压紧在通孔21里面,第一接插件4用于连接电机,第二接插件5用于连接电源。在上盒体1的顶面上设置有安装支架6。还包括若干螺钉7和螺母8,在上盒体1和下盒体2的内壁分别设置有上安装柱13和下安装柱22,螺钉7穿过安装支架6、上盒体1、上安装柱13、下安装柱22和下盒体2后与螺母8拧紧。上盒体1端部往下伸出若干卡扣14,下盒体2端部设置有若干卡槽23,卡扣14和卡槽23扣合在一起。下盒体2的底壁设置有若干凸柱24,线路板3安装在下盒体2里面并支承在若干凸柱24的顶面上。在下盒体2的底壁设置有凹槽25,在凹槽25里面安装有硅胶片26,在下盒体2的底壁上安装有绝缘片27。在下盒体2的底面上设置有若干散热筋28,下盒体2是采用金属材料制成的。
实施例二:如图1至图7所示,本实用新型是一种电机,包括电机本体9和电机控制器,所述的电机本体9包括转轴、转子组件、定子组件、机壳和端盖,转子组件安装在转轴上,定子组件和机壳安装在一起并嵌套在转子组件外面,端盖安装在机壳两端,转轴支承在两端盖的轴承上并从两端盖往外伸出,所述的电机控制器包括上盒体1、下盒体2和线路板3,上盒体1和下盒体2拼合安装在一起并在上盒体1和下盒体2之间形成空腔11,线路板3安装在空腔11里面,在线路板3上设置有第一接插件4和第二接插件5,在下盒体2端部开设有两通孔21,第一接插件4和第二接插件5分别安装在两通孔21里面,电机本体9伸出第三接插件91与电机控制器的第一接插件4电连接在一起,电机控制器的第二接插件5用于连接电源。还包括U形支架10,电机本体9两端通过减震圈92安装在U形支架10上。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电机控制器,其特征在于:上盒体(1)端部伸出若干凸块(12),凸块(12)把第一接插件(4)和第二接插件(5)压紧在通孔(21)里面,第一接插件(4)用于连接电机,第二接插件(5)用于连接电源。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电机控制器,其特征在于:在上盒体(1)的顶面上设置有安装支架(6)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电机控制器,其特征在于:还包括若干螺钉(7)和螺母(8),在上盒体(1)和下盒体(2)的内壁分别设置有上安装柱(13)和下安装柱(22),螺钉(7)穿过安装支架(6)、上盒体(1)、上安装柱(13)、下安装柱(22)和下盒体(2)后与螺母(8)拧紧。
