图 1 是本发明实施例中移动终端接入热点终端建立的无线局域网络的应 用场景示意图。如图 1所示,设备 A为热点终端,设备 A作为 WAN( Wide Area Network, 广域网)的应用接入点( Access Point, AP )登陆远程网络。 设备 B 为 LAN ( Local Area Network, 局域网)侧的移动终端, 移动终端接入作为 AP 的设备 A建立的 WLAN ( Wireless Local Area Networks, 无线局域网络), 来 实现数据业务, 如观看视频、 浏览网页、 即时通讯或者听音乐。 在本发明实施 的应用场景中, 操作设备 A的人被称为管理员, 操作设备 B的人被称为用户。
图 2 是本发明另一实施例中移动终端接入热点终端建立的无线局域网络 的应用场景示意图, 如图 2所示, 设备 A为热点终端, 作为 WAN的应用接入 点登陆远程网络。 设备 B为 LAN侧的移动终端, 移动终端接入作为 AP的设 备 A建立的 WLAN , 来实现数据业务, 如观看视频、 浏览网页、 即时通讯或 者听音乐。 设备 C为 LAN侧的移动终端, 被称为管理终端。 在本发明实施的 应用场景中, 操作设备 C的人被称为管理员, 操作设备 B的人被称为用户。
在本发明中,涉及到的移动终端例如可以为手机、 PC ( Personal Computer, 个人计算机)、 平板电脑 PAD、 数码相机、 游戏机等。 热点终端例如可以为无 线路由器、 便携式路由器、 无线猫、 手机、 PC ( Personal Computer, 个人计算 机)、 平板电脑 PAD、 数码相机等。 管理终端例如可以为手机、 PC ( Personal Computer, 个人计算机)、 平板电脑 PAD、 数码相机、 游戏机等。
现有技术中, 为了保障接入无线局域网络的移动终端的安全性, 热点终端 建立设有密码的无线局域网络。移动终端需要输入正确的密码才可以接入热点 终端建立的加密 WLAN来实现数据业务。 在一些应用场景中, 移动终端接入 热点终端建立的加密 WLAN时, 容易出现以下问题: 输入密码困难; 或者由 于密码太复杂而难以获取; 或者当密码被泄露时,任意的移动终端都可以接入 该加密 WLAN。 由此会导致移动终端接入热点终端建立的加密 WLAN的过程 繁瑣、 复杂。
图 3是本发明实施例提供的一种网络连接方法流程示意图。所述方法包括 以下步骤:
S301 , 热点终端接收移动终端发送的上网请求。
其中, 所述上网请求为所述移动终端根据所述热点终端的服务集标识 ( Service Set Identifier, SSID )接入所述热点终端建立的未加密的 WLAN后, 向所述热点终端发送的。 当移动终端根据热点终端的 SSID接入热点终端建立 的未加密的 WLAN时,热点终端获取移动终端的 MAC地址,移动终端的 MAC 地址用于唯一标识移动终端。
其中, 热点终端的 SSID可以由热点终端通过 WIFI ( Wireless Fidelity, 无线高保真) 的方式广播, 也可以由热点终端通过 NFC ( Near Field Communication, 近场通信 )等其他方式广播。
所述上网请求具体可以为: 请求登陆网站, 例如: sina (—个新闻网站)、 yahoo、 sohu (—个视频网站)、 或 youku (—个视频网站)等; 或者请求登陆 其他需要联网的应用程序, 例如: MSN或 QQ (—种聊天工具)等。
当移动终端搜索到热点终端的 SSID时, 移动终端根据搜索的热点终端的 SSID,请求接入热点终端建立的 WLAN。其中,热点终端建立未加密的 WLAN, 即, 移动终端在不需要输入密码的情况下, 根据 SSID名称可以接入热点终端 建立的未加密的 WLAN。
图 4为移动终端搜索到热点终端的 SSID的界面示意图, 如图 4所示, 移 动终端搜索到不需要输入密码的 SSID : E5730-Open , 移动终端根据 E5730-Open, 可以接入热点终端建立的未加密的 WLAN。
在移动终端接入热点终端建立的未加密的 WLAN之后,根据用户的需求, 例如, 观看视频、 浏览网页、 即时通讯或者听音乐等, 移动终端向热点终端发 送上网请求, 请求通过热点终端登陆远程网络。 例如, 请求通过热点终端登陆 sina (一个新闻网站)、 yahoo、 sohu (一个视频网站)或 youku (—个视频网 站)。
S302, 热点终端根据所述接收的上网请求, 向所述移动终端发送输入请求, 所述输入请求用于请求所述移动终端发送用户身份信息。 当热点终端接收到移动终端发送的上网请求时,热点终端根据接收的上网 请求, 向移动终端发送输入请求, 具体地, 移动终端请求通过热点终端登陆远 程网络, 热点终端根据接收的上网请求, 阻止移动终端登陆远程网络, 并向移 动终端发送输入请求, 请求移动终端发送用户身份信息。 其中, 用户身份信息 用于标识使用所述移动终端的用户, 用户身份信息可以包括: 用户姓名、 用户 昵称、 用户手机号和用户约定信息中的至少一种信息。 上述用户姓名、 用户昵 称、用户手机号和用户约定信息中的至少一种信息用于使管理员辨别用户的身 份。
在本发明另一实施例中, 热点终端根据接收的上网请求, 阻止移动终端登 陆远程网络, 并向移动终端发送输入请求, 可以由热点终端通过重定向方式实 现。 即, 热点终端通过重定向方式, 将移动终端发送的上网请求重新定向转到 输入请求。 例如, 移动终端请求登陆 sina, 热点终端通过重定向的方式, 向移 动终端发送输入请求, 输入请求的具体显示界面以图 5A为示例。
图 5A为热点终端向移动终端发送的输入请求的界面示意图, 如图 5A所 示, 热点终端根据所述接收的上网请求, 向所述移动终端发送输入请求, 请求 所述移动终端发送用户身份信息。
图 5A的界面示意图上面显示了要求输入的用户身份信息, 例如可以包括 以下任意一种或多种信息: 权限申请信息、 昵称和用户的电话号码。
S303 , 热点终端接收所述移动终端发送的所述用户身份信息。
用户身份信息, 例如, 可以为用户姓名、 用户昵称、 用户手机号和用户约 定信息中的至少一种信息。其中的用户约定信息可以为任意的用户和管理员之 间约定的信息, 例如: 一段特定的文字、 一串特定的数字等。

可选的,移动终端发送的用户身份信息可以仅包括权限申请信息,也可以 仅包括昵称, 也可以是其他用于使管理员辨别用户的身份信息, 例如, 用户姓 名、 用户手机号或者用户约定信息中的至少一种。
热点终端接收管理员根据所述用户身份信息输入的权限确认指令可以有 两种方式:
一种方式为: 热点终端向管理终端发送所述用户身份信息, 并且热点终端 接收管理终端发送的所述权限确认指令,所述权限确认指令为管理员根据所述 管理终端显示的所述用户身份信息输入的。
例如, 热点终端向管理终端发送所述用户身份信息, 用户身份信息包括: "我是李四, 我想通过你的 AP登陆远程网络, 请批准" 和昵称 "汤姆"。
管理终端的界面上,显示的用户身份信息包括:权限申请信息 "我是李四, 我想通过你的 AP登陆远程网络, 请批准" 和昵称 "汤姆"。 管理员根据管理 终端显示的用户身份信息, 包括: 权限申请信息 "我是李四, 我想通过你的 AP登陆远程网络, 请批准"和昵称 "汤姆", 管理员通过操作管理终端的触摸 屏或者按下管理终端的物理按键等方式, 输入权限确认指令。

图 8是本发明实施例提供的一种热点终端 80结构示意图, 热点终端 80 包括: 通信模块 801、 处理器 802、 存储器 803、 总线 804、 显示模块 805以及 输入模块 806等部件。
其中, 通信模块 801可以为 WIFI芯片、 或者带有 WIFI功能的集成芯片, 可以为支持 802.11 a、 802.11 b、 802.11g、 802.11η和 802. l lac 至少一种协议 的 WIFI芯片, 或者集成有 WIFI功能的复合芯片。
存储器 803可以是包括 RAM和 ROM、 或任何固定的存储介质、 或可移 动的存储介质,用于存储可以执行本发明实施例的程序或本发明实施例的应用 数据,通过总线 804接收其他组件的输入或被其他组件调用所存储的信息, 例 如移动终端发送的上网请求、 或者移动终端发送的用户身份信息。
如图 9所示,处理器 802包括算术逻辑单元(Arithmetic Logic Unit, ALU) 8022、 寄存器 8021和控制器 8023 , 其中, ALU8022负责处理器 802所能进行 的各种运算。 寄存器 8021用于暂时存放程序执行过程的代码和数据。 控制器 8023用于控制指令的执行和信息的传输。
存储器 803用于执行存储器 803存储的本发明实施例的程序,并通过总线
804与其他单元双向通信。
输出单元 805可以用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息。输入 单元 806可以用于接收用户的输入指令或者提供外部输入的接口。
存储器 803和处理器 802也可以整合成应用本发明实施例的物理模块,在 该物理模块上存储和运行实现该本发明实施例的程序。
热点终端 80的各个组件通过总线系统 804耦合在一起, 其中总线 804除 包括数据总线之外, 还可以包括电源总线、 控制总线和状态信号总线等。 但是 为了清楚说明起见, 在图中将各种总线都标为总线系统 804。
在本发明实施例中, 热点终端 80的各单元分别执行以下内容。
处理器 802, 用于建立未加密的 WLAN。
通信模块 801 , 用于接收移动终端发送的上网请求, 所述上网请求为所述 移动终端根据所述热点终端 80的服务集标识 SSID接入所述处理器 802建立 的未加密的无线局域网络 WLAN后, 向所述热点终端 80发送的。
处理器 802, 还用于根据所述接收的上网请求, 指令通信模块 801向所述 移动终端发送输入请求,所述输入请求用于请求所述移动终端发送用户身份信 息, 所述用户身份信息用于标识使用所述移动终端的用户。
通信模块 801,还用于接收所述移动终端发送的所述用户身份信息。其中, 用户身份信息包括: 用户姓名、 用户昵称、 用户手机号和用户约定信息中的至 少一种信息。
处理器 802, 还用于接收管理员根据所述用户身份信息输入的权限确认指 令,并根据通信模块 801接收的权限确认指令,确定所述移动终端的上网权限。 存储器 803 , 用于存储所述通信模块接收的上网请求, 所述处理器对通信 模块的指令以及接收的用户身份信息。
在本发明另一实施例中, 通信模块 801 , 还用于, 向管理终端发送所述用 户身份信息, 并接收管理终端发送的所述权限确认指令, 并将所述权限确认指 令发送给所述处理器,所述权限确认指令为管理员根据所述管理终端显示的所 述用户身份信息输入的。
在本发明另一实施例中, 显示模块 805 , 用于在通信模块 801接收移动终 端发送的用户身份信息之后, 显示用户身份信息。
处理器 802 , 在接收管理员根据所述用户身份信息输入的权限确认指令 时,具体用于通过输入模块 806接收管理员根据用户身份信息输入的权限确认 指令。
在本发明另一实施例中, 处理器 802, 还用于在根据所述权限确认指令, 确定所述移动终端的上网权限之后,根据预先设置的上网条件,设置所述移动 终端接入所述 WLAN的上网限制。
在本发明另一实施例中, 处理器 802, 还用于确定所述移动终端的上网权 限之后, 向所述移动终端发送提醒信息, 所述提醒信息用于提醒所述移动终端 的上网请求是否通过批准。
为描述的方便和简洁,本发明实施例中的热点终端用于执行前述方法实施 例中的方法, 具体可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程, 在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例中, 当热点终端接收了移动终端的上网请求时, 热点终端向 移动终端发送输入请求,热点终端接收管理员根据用户身份信息输入的权限确 认指令, 并根据接收的权限确认指令, 确定移动终端的上网权限。 解决了移动 终端通过热点终端登陆远程网络时, 输入密码复杂、 繁瑣的问题, 在保证移动 终端可以安全的通过热点终端登陆远程网络的前提下,提供了移动终端通过热 点终端进行网络连接的的方便快捷的方法。 更进一步地, 当管理终端确定移动 终端具有上网权限后, 管理终端根据移动终端的不同的 MAC地址, 细化不同 移动终端的上网限制, 并向热点终端发送设置的上网限制。 热点终端向移动终 端发送提醒信息,提醒移动终端的上网请求是否通过批准,在保证了移动终端 通过热点终端登陆远程网络的前提下,根据不同移动终端,设置不同的上网限 制, 移动终端高效快捷的登陆远程网络。
图 10是本发明实施例提供的一种管理终端 100结构示意图,管理终端 100 包括: 通信模块 1001、 处理器 1002、 存储器 1003、 总线 1004、 显示模块 1005 以及输入模块 1006等部件。
其中,通信模块 1001可以为 WIFI芯片、或者带有 WIFI功能的集成芯片, 可以为支持 802.11 a、 802.11 b、 802.11g、 802.11η和 802. llac 至少一种协议 的 WIFI芯片, 或者集成有 WIFI功能的复合芯片。
存储器 1003可以是包括 RAM和 ROM、 或任何固定的存储介质、 或可移 动的存储介质,用于存储可以执行本发明实施例的程序或本发明实施例的应用 数据, 通过总线 1004接收其他组件的输入或被其他组件调用所存储的信息, 例如移动终端发送的上网请求、 或者移动终端发送的用户身份信息。
存储器 1003用于执行存储器 1003存储的本发明实施例的程序,并通过总 线 1004与其他单元双向通信。
输出单元 1005可以用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息。 输 入单元 1006可以用于接收用户的输入指令或者提供外部输入的接口。
存储器 1003和处理器 1002也可以整合成应用本发明实施例的物理模块, 在该物理模块上存储和运行实现该本发明实施例的程序。

用户身份信息包括: 用户姓名、 用户昵称、 用户手机号和用户约定信息中 的至少一种信息。
处理器 1002, 用于通过所述输入模块 1006接收管理员根据所述显示模块 1005显示的用户身份信息输入的权限确认指令。
处理器 1002, 还用于根据所述权限确认指令, 指令所述通信模块 1001向 所述热点终端发送所述权限确认指令,以使所述热点终端确定所述移动终端的 上网权限。
通信模块 1001向所述热点终端发送所述权限确定信息之后, 所述处理器 1002还用于设置所述移动终端的上网条件。
通信模块 1001 , 还用于向所述热点终端发送所述处理器 1002设置的所述 上网条件。
为描述的方便和简洁,本发明实施例中的热点终端用于执行前述方法实施 例中的方法, 具体可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程, 在此不再赘述。

另外, 在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中, 也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元 中。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可 以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存 储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述的存储 介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于 此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到 变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应 以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种网络连接方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
热点终端接收移动终端发送的上网请求,所述上网请求为所述移动终端根 据所述热点终端的服务集标识 SSID接入所述热点终端建立的未加密的无线局 域网络 WLAN后, 向所述热点终端发送的;
所述热点终端根据接收的所述上网请求, 向所述移动终端发送输入请求 , 所述输入请求用于请求所述移动终端发送用户身份信息,所述用户身份信息用 于标识使用所述移动终端的用户;
所述热点终端接收所述移动终端发送的所述用户身份信息;
所述热点终端接收管理员根据所述用户身份信息输入的权限确认指令; 所述热点终端根据接收的所述权限确认指令,确定所述移动终端的上网权 限。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述热点终端接收管理员 根据所述用户身份信息输入的权限确认指令, 具体包括:
所述热点终端向管理终端发送所述用户身份信息;
所述热点终端接收所述管理终端发送的所述权限确认指令,所述权限确认 指令为管理员根据所述管理终端显示的所述用户身份信息输入的。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述热点终端接收管理员 根据所述用户身份信息输入的权限确认指令, 具体包括:
所述热点终端显示所述用户身份信息;
所述热点终端接收管理员根据所述用户身份信息输入的权限确认指令。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户身份信息 包括: 用户姓名、 用户昵称、 用户手机号和用户约定信息中的至少一种信息。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述热点 终端根据接收的所述权限确认指令,确定所述移动终端的上网权限之后, 所述 热点终端根据预先设置的上网条件, 设置所述移动终端接入所述 WLAN的上 网限制。
6、 一种网络连接方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
管理终端接收热点终端发送的用户身份信息;所述用户身份信息用于标识 使用移动终端的用户,所述移动终端为接入所述热点终端建立的未加密的无线 局域网络 WLAN、 且向所述热点终端发送上网请求的终端;
所述管理终端显示所述用户身份信息;
所述管理终端接收管理员根据所述管理终端显示的用户身份信息输入的 权限确认指令;
所述管理终端向所述热点终端发送所述权限确认指令,以使所述热点终端 确定所述移动终端的上网权限。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 在所述管理终端 向所述热点终端发送所述权限确认指令之后,所述管理终端设置所述移动终端 的上网条件 , 并向所述热点终端发送设置的所述上网条件。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户身份信息包 括: 用户姓名、 用户昵称、 用户手机号和用户约定信息中的至少一种信息。
9、 一种热点终端, 其特征在于, 所述热点终端包括通信模块和处理器; 所述处理器, 用于建立未加密的无线局域网络 WLAN;
所述通信模块, 用于接收移动终端发送的上网请求, 所述上网请求为所述 移动终端根据所述热点终端的服务集标识 SSID接入所述处理器建立的未加密 的无线局域网络 WLAN后, 向所述热点终端发送的;
所述处理器,还用于根据所述通信模块接收的所述上网请求,指令所述通 信模块向所述移动终端发送输入请求,所述输入请求用于请求所述移动终端发 送用户身份信息, 所述用户身份信息用于标识使用所述移动终端的用户;
所述通信模块, 还用于接收所述移动终端发送的所述用户身份信息; 所述处理器,还用于接收管理员根据所述用户身份信息输入的权限确认指 令, 并根据所述权限确认指令, 确定所述移动终端的上网权限。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的热点终端,其特征在于,所述通信模块还用于, 向管理终端发送所述用户身份信息,并接收所述管理终端发送的所述权限确认 指令, 并将所述权限确认指令发送给所述处理器, 所述权限确认指令为管理员 才艮据所述管理终端显示的所述用户身份信息输入的。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的热点终端, 其特征在于, 所述热点终端还包括 显示模块和输入模块;
所述显示模块,用于在所述通信模块接收所述移动终端发送的所述用户身 份信息之后, 显示所述用户身份信息; 所述处理器在接收管理员根据所述用户身份信息输入的权限确认指令时, 具体用于通过所述输入模块接收管理员根据所述用户身份信息输入的权限确 认指令。
12、 根据权利要求 9-11任一所述的热点终端, 其特征在于, 所述处理器, 还用于在根据所述权限确认指令,确定所述移动终端的上网权限之后,根据预 先设置的上网条件, 设置所述移动终端接入所述 WLAN的上网限制。
13、 根据权利要求 9-12任一所述的热点终端, 其特征在于, 所述用户身 份信息包括: 用户姓名、 用户昵称、 用户手机号和用户约定信息中的至少一种 信息。
14、 一种管理终端, 其特征在于, 所述管理终端包括: 通信模块、 显示模 块、 输入模块和处理器;
所述通信模块, 用于接收热点终端发送的用户身份信息; 所述用户身份信 息用于标识使用移动终端的用户,所述移动终端为接入所述热点终端建立的未 加密的无线局域网络 WLAN、 且向所述热点终端发送上网请求的终端;
所述显示模块, 用于显示所述用户身份信息;
所述处理器,用于通过所述输入模块接收管理员根据所述显示模块显示的 用户身份信息输入的权限确认指令;
所述处理器,还用于根据所述权限确认指令,指令所述通信模块向所述热 点终端发送所述权限确认指令,以使所述热点终端确定所述移动终端的上网权 限。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的管理终端, 其特征在于, 所述通信模块向所 述热点终端发送所述权限确定信息之后 ,所述处理器还用于设置所述移动终端 的上网条件;
所述通信模块,还用于向所述热点终端发送所述处理器设置的所述上网条 件。
16、 根据权利要求 14或 15所述的管理终端, 其特征在于, 所述用户身份 信息包括: 用户姓名、 用户昵称、 用户手机号和用户约定信息中的至少一种信 息。
