作为上述方案的优选,所述架体包括底座及设置于所述底座上的架身,所述多媒体显示屏活动地嵌入所述架身上,所述操作控制屏设于所述架身上,所述盛放盘铰接于所述底座上,所述架身上还设有挂耳及工具放置架。
本发明提供的一种多媒体智能采血系统,可以实现从采血到封口的智能控制,采血时通过称血仪时时称重,当采血量达到既定值时由流量控制装置阻止血液进一步流向血袋,再通过高频热合封口器将血袋进行密封,从而完成整个采血过程的智能控制,将多个功能集成在一个采血系统上,不仅节省了空间,使用起来也更加方便,从而提高了工作效率。

在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

下面参考图1-图10描述本发明的实施例。
一种多媒体智能采血系统,包括:
(1)架体,包括底座101及设置于底座上的架身102,所述架身呈曲线型,所述架身的侧面还设有挂耳一103及挂耳二104;该架体的结构不仅方便其他配件的融合,而且轻便美观、整体结构更加紧凑;
(2)称血仪,包括盛放盘201、摇摆机构及电机一202,所述摇摆机构可以采用图3(a)和图3(b)示出的结构,所述摇摆机构包括所述电机一的输出轴203、旋转轮204及拨动杆205,所述旋转轮与所述电机一的输出轴相连接,所述拨动杆偏心设置于所述旋转轮上,所述盛放盘的一侧铰接于所述架体的底座上、另一侧放置于所述拨动杆上,置于所述拨动杆侧的盛放盘的下部设有引向板 206,所述引向板与所述拨动杆相配合,所述旋转轮及电机一置于所述底座内部;摇摆机构中的电机一通过其输出轴将电能输出从而带动旋转轮转动,由于旋转轮与拨动杆之间存在偏心距,旋转轮转动过程中,拨动杆在垂直方向上发生位移,从而实现盛放盘的摆动,盛放盘下的导向板与拨动杆的配合,减小了摇摆过程中的震动;所述称血仪在称血的过程中,由摇摆机构不断对血液进行摆动,防止血液凝固影响血液质量;
摇摆机构还可以采用图4(a)和图4(b)示出的结构,所述摇摆机构包括滑道二207、与所述滑道二相配合的滑块二208、连杆一209、连杆二210,所述连杆一的一端与所述滑块二相铰接、另一端与所述连杆二的一端相铰接,所述连杆二的另一端与所述电机一的输出轴203相铰接,所述盛放盘的一侧铰接于所述架体的底座上、另一侧上固定有所述滑块二;电机一将电能通过其输出轴传递给连杆一,电机一的输出轴转动的过程中,连杆一会以电机一的输出轴为加以转动,连杆一转动带动连杆二上的滑块二在滑道二中滑动,滑块二在滑道二中来回滑动实现盛放盘的摆动;
(3)采血控制装置,包括血量控制组件及驱动机构,所述驱动机构为电机二301,所述血量控制组件包括设置于所述底座上的卡口座302、顶杆303、凸轮304及弹簧一305,本实施例中所述顶杆为包括大端面与小端面的T形杆,所述弹簧一套设于所述顶杆外,所述弹簧一的一端与所述顶杆的大端面相接触、另一端与所述底座内壁相接触,所述顶杆的大端面与所述凸轮相配合,所述凸轮通过凸轮轴306与所述电机二相连接,所述顶杆的小端面置于所述卡口座中、与所述卡口座的卡口内壁相对;当采血量达到一定时,电机二驱动顶杆朝向逼近卡口内壁的方向运动,从而堵住采血通路;
(4)高频热合封口器,包括触发开关、射频发射器401及发热体,所述触发开关包括枪形外壳及设置于所述枪形外壳内的连接组件,所述枪形外壳包括壳身402及铰接于所述壳身上的活动把手403,所述壳身上设有豁口404,所述连接组件包括连接杆405、套设于所述连接杆外的弹簧二406及设置于所述连接杆上的滑块一407,所述发热体包括分布于所述豁口两侧的发热体一408及发热体二409,所述连接杆的一端固定于所述活动把手上,所述连接杆的另一端设有所述发热体一,所述发热体二固定于所述壳身上,所述发热体二上设有滑道一,所 述滑块一置于所述滑道一上,所述弹簧二置于所述活动把手及发热体二之间,所述发热体与所述射频发射器电连接;当所述采血控制装置将采血通道堵住后,使用触发开关触发射频发射器从而使发热体发热,实现采血管的密封;
(5)可移动显示装置,如图1所示,所述可移动显示装置可以包括设置于所述架体上的旋转支架及与所述旋转支架相连接的多媒体显示屏501,所述多媒体显示屏嵌入所述架身上,本实施例中的多媒体显示屏既有显示功能,又有信息输入功能,显示功能表现为可以进行数据信息显示及多媒体播放,信息输入功能表现为操作员可以手动输入献血人信息、血液属性等;所述旋转支架包括支臂一502及支臂二503,所述支臂一的一端设置于所述多媒体显示屏上,所述支臂一的另一端通过铰接轴一504铰接于所述支臂二的一端上,所述支臂二的另一端通过铰接轴二505铰接于所述架体上,所述铰接轴一与铰接轴二相垂直;通过旋转支架实现多媒体显示屏位置的移动;事实上,也可以根据情况使多媒体显示屏只具有显示功能或信息输入功能;
实际操作过程中,献血者与工作人员的位置不一样,为了既方便献血者观看视频或数据信息,又不妨碍工作人员进行数据输入等工作,如图2所示,可在架身上设操作控制屏602,所述多媒体显示屏用于向献血者播放视频,所述操作控制屏用于工作人员进行数据输入等工作,这种结构使得多媒体显示屏可以方便地从架身中拿出,调整旋转支架的角度到合适献血者观看的角度;所述操作控制屏与所述多媒体显示屏相连接,工作人员可以通过操作控制屏进行工作,这样既不影响献血者观看多媒体显示屏中显示的信息,也不影响工作人员工作。
(6)扫描器601,若使用图1所示的多媒体智能采血系统,则所述扫描器与所述多媒体显示屏相连接,若使用图2所示的多媒体智能采血系统,则所述扫描器与所述操作显示屏相连接;通过扫描器扫描血袋二维码信息可以得知献血者信息及血袋上血液属性,所述献血者信息包括献血者姓名、身份证等身份信息,所述血液属性包括血型、采血量、存储单位、采血地点等;
(7)控制系统,包括主控器、设置于所述盛放盘下的压力传感器、数模转换模块,所述主控器包括血量监控模块和射频管理模块,所述压力传感器通过数模转换模块与所述血量监控模块电连接,所述电机一及驱动机构分别与所述血量监控模块电连接,所述血量监控模块用于预设采血量、存储所述压力传感器实时 采集的血量信息及发出切断血液回路的指令,所述触发开关及射频发射器分别与所述射频管理模块电连接;本实施例中的主控器选用PLC控制器,通过控制系统实现整个采血系统的自动化协同工作;
(7)电源(图中未视出),包括电池及插头电路,所述电池置于所述底座内部,所述插头电路外接插头,所述电池通过数模转换模块与所述主控器相连,再通过与主控器相连的多媒体显示屏可操作控制屏显示电池的电量;
(8)工具放置架701,设于所述架身上。
本发明提供的一种多媒体智能采血系统的工作流程为:
首先通过扫描器扫描血袋信息;
将采血的血袋放入盛放盘中,血袋的输血管卡入卡口座的卡口中,血袋采血的过程中,通过摇摆机构对盛放盘不断摇摆防止血液凝固;
当血袋采集的血量达到预定值时,血量控制组件中的顶杆上升切断血液回路,电机二通过凸轮轴二将电能输出,在凸轮轴转动的过程中,顶杆可以进行升降,当凸轮转动到最高位置时,弹簧一被压缩,顶杆处于最高位置将血液回路切断,当凸轮进一步往最低位置转动的过程中,弹簧一开始复位,顶杆下降,从而实现顶杆的上下移动;
血液回路切断后,将输血管放入壳身的豁口处,通过高频热合封口器将输血管密封,使用时,捏住活动把手,连接杆开始移动,此时弹簧二被压缩,滑块一沿着滑道一移动,发热体一向发热体二靠近,当发热体一与发热体二接触时,触发射频发射器产生高频电磁波,从而使发热体一及发热体二发热,从而将输血管熔化,实现密封,密封完成后,松开活动把手,弹簧二复位,发热体一与发热体二分离。
在输血的过程中,也可以通过多媒体显示屏实时显示血液采集量或播放一些宣传视频,若多媒体显示屏的位置不合适时,可通过旋转支架进行调整,通过旋转支臂一将多媒体显示屏移出架身,通过旋转支臂二使多媒体显示屏的方位更加合理。
在输血的过程中,采血者也会使用一些其他的工具,如剪刀、胶布等,这些工具可以放置在工具放置架上,方便拿放。
为了使整个采血系统外形更加紧凑,可以将高频热合封口器的枪形外壳放到 挂耳一中,将扫描器放入挂耳二中,且挂耳一与挂耳二分别位于所述架身的两侧。
进一步地,所述挂耳一及挂耳二均为外设开口的钳式支座。
图10为本发明提供的一种多媒体智能采血系统的控制系统的结构框图,具体控制方式为:通过扫描器扫描血袋信息,得到献血者的献血信息,包括献血者的身份信息及血液属性,该献血信息直接存储到操作控制屏的存储模块中,该存储模块可以为存储卡或硬盘,同时也可以手动向操作控制屏输入献血信息,若在扫描器出故障或不方便使用时,可以通过手动输入方式;该献血信息可以通过多媒体显示屏和操作控制屏进行显示;在输血的过程中,为了缓解献血者的紧张情绪,还可以通过多媒体显示屏播放视频,从而转移献血者的注意力,缓解紧张,如播放献血宣传片,里面讲述了献血的好处及正确的献血途径,一方面增加了献血者对献血的正确认识,另一方面由于宣传形式具有一定的美感及趣味性,使献血者在输血过程中轻松愉快,不仅对献血者的身体和身心更健康,同时更利于输血的顺利完成;通过操作控制屏向所述PLC控制器中的血量监控模块输入血液预采集量并启动称血仪,在输血过程中,压力传感器实时采集血袋的重量,并通过数模转移模块转换后传送到PLC控制器中进行处理,当采血量达到预设值时所述血量监控模块启动电机二,从而控制血量控制组件切断采血通路。此时捏住枪形外壳的活动把手,当发热体一与发热体二接触时,该信号发送到PLC控制器中的射频管理模块,该射频管理模块启动射频发射器促使发热体一及发热体二发热,从而将输血管熔化、实现密封。
为了实现多个子血站的统一管理,所述的多媒体智能采血系统还可以包括无线通讯模块,所述无线通讯模块与所述操作控制屏和PLC控制器相连,用于将献血信息传送到中心血站,方便中心血站进行数据监控及数据统计。所述无线通讯模块可以为Wifi/3G无线网络模块,包括无线路由器、3G模块以及相关组态软件;所述无线路由器将现场设备接入以太网,并与中心血站的的VPN网关建立加密的虚拟数据通道;从而实现中心血站对子血站的数据监控及数据统计。

工业实用性
本披露各实施例提供的一种多媒体智能采血系统,该系统便于实现,该设备不仅结构简单,而且能解决现有采血系统单调乏味且不便于管理的问题。因此,本披露各实施例提供的一种多媒体智能采血系统具有工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多媒体智能采血系统,其特征在于,包括:
    架体;
    称血仪,设置于所述架体上,所述称血仪包括盛放盘、摇摆机构及动力装置,所述盛放盘设置于所述摇摆机构上,所述摇摆机构与所述动力装置相连;
    采血控制装置,设置于所述架体上,所述采血控制装置包括血量控制组件及驱动机构,所述血量控制组件与所述驱动机构相连接;
    高频热合封口器,设置于所述架体上;
    电源,设置于所述架体上,所述电源用于给所述称血仪、采血控制装置及高频热合封口器提供电能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多媒体智能采血系统,其特征在于,所述动力装置为电机,还包括设置于所述架体上的旋转支架及与所述旋转支架相连接的多媒体显示屏,所述旋转支架包括支臂一及支臂二,所述支臂一的一端与所述多媒体显示屏相连,所述支臂一的另一端通过铰接轴一铰接于所述支臂二的一端上,所述支臂二的另一端通过铰接轴二铰接于所述架体上,所述铰接轴一与铰接轴二相垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多媒体智能采血系统,其特征在于,还包括主控器,所述主控器包括血量监控模块,所述称血仪还包括设于所述盛放盘下的压力传感器,所述压力传感器通过数模转换模块与所述血量监控模块电连接,所述动力装置及驱动机构分别与所述血量监控模块电连接,所述血量监控模块用于预设采血量、存储所述压力传感器实时采集的血量信息及发出切断血液回路的指令。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多媒体智能采血系统,其特征在于,所述高频热合封口器包括触发开关、射频发射器及发热体,所述主控器还包括射频管理模块,所述触发开关及射频发射器分别与所述射频管理模块电连接,所述发热体与所述射频发射器电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的多媒体智能采血系统,其特征在于,还包括操作控制屏及扫描器,所述操作控制屏分别与所述主控制器、多媒体显示屏相连接,所述扫描器与所述操作控制屏电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的多媒体智能采血系统,其特征在于,所述触发开关包括枪形外壳及设置于所述枪形外壳内的连接组件,所述枪形外壳包括壳身及 铰接于所述壳身上的活动把手,所述壳身上设有豁口,所述连接组件包括连接杆、套设于所述连接杆外的弹簧二及设置于所述连接杆上的滑块一,所述发热体包括分布于所述豁口两侧的发热体一及发热体二,所述连接杆的一端固定于所述活动把手上,所述连接杆的另一端设有所述发热体一,所述发热体二固定于所述壳身上,所述发热体二上设有滑道一,所述滑块一置于所述滑道一上,所述弹簧二置于所述活动把手及发热体二之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多媒体智能采血系统,其特征在于,所述摇摆机构包括旋转轮及拨动杆,所述拨动杆偏心设置于所述旋转轮上,所述旋转轮与所述动力装置的输出轴相连接,所述盛放盘放置于所述拨动杆上。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多媒体智能采血系统,其特征在于,所述摇摆机构包括滑道二、与所述滑道二相配合的滑块二、连杆一、连杆二,所述连杆一的一端与所述滑块二相铰接、另一端与所述连杆二的一端相铰接,所述连杆二的另一端与所述电机一的输出轴相铰接,所述滑块二固定于所述盛放盘的底部。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多媒体智能采血系统,其特征在于,所述驱动机构为电机二,所述血量控制组件为设置于所述底座上的卡口座、顶杆、凸轮及弹簧一,所述弹簧一套设于所述顶杆外,所述顶杆的一端与所述凸轮相配合,所述凸轮通过凸轮轴与所述电机二相连接,所述顶杆的另一端置于所述卡口座中、其端面与所述卡口座的卡口内壁相对。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的多媒体智能采血系统,其特征在于,所述架体包括底座及设置于所述底座上的架身,所述多媒体显示屏活动地嵌入所述架身上,所述操作控制屏设于所述架身上,所述盛放盘铰接于所述底座上,所述架身上还设有挂耳及工具放置架。
