上記酸化チタンは、例えば、INCI名「TITANIUM DIOXIDE」で表される。上記酸化チタンは、特に限定されず、例えば、微粒子酸化チタンであってもよく、顔料チタンであってもよい。上記酸化チタンは、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が用いられてもよい。上記酸化チタンの市販品としては、例えば、石原産業社製、商品名「TTO-55(A)」及び商品名「CR-50」等が挙げられる。
上記酸化亜鉛は、例えば、INCI名「ZINC OXIDE」で表される。上記酸化亜鉛は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が用いられてもよい。上記酸化亜鉛の市販品としては、例えば、堺化学工業社製、商品名「FINEX-30S-LP2」等が挙げられる。
上記ケイ酸カルシウムは、例えば、INCI名「CALCIUM SILICATE」で表される。上記ケイ酸カルシウムは、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が用いられてもよい。上記ケイ酸カルシウムの市販品としては、例えば、富田製薬社製、商品名「フローライトR」;日本インシュレーション社製、商品名「ゾノトライトパウダーXJ」及び商品名「トバモライトパウダーTK」等が挙げられる。
上記ケイ酸マグネシウムは、例えば、INCI名「MAGNESIUM SILICATE」で表される。上記ケイ酸マグネシウムは、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が用いられてもよい。上記ケイ酸マグネシウムの市販品としては、例えば、富田製薬社製、商品名「ケイ酸マグネシウム(軽質)」等が挙げられる。
上記ケイ酸アルミニウムは、例えば、INCI名「ALUMINUM SILICATE」で表される。上記ケイ酸アルミニウムは、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が用いられてもよい。ケイ酸アルミニウムとしては、特に限定されないが、合成ケイ酸アルミニウムが好ましい。合成方法としては、例えば、ミョウバンにNa2SiO3を加え、生成した沈殿を乾燥する方法や、電気透析法によりケイ酸ゾルを作り、これによりゲルを生成する方法、並びに、水ガラスにアルミニウム塩の水溶液を加える方法等が挙げられる。上記ケイ酸アルミニウムの市販品としては、例えば、富田製薬社製、商品名「合成ケイ酸アルミニウム(重質)」、及び商品名「合成ケイ酸アルミニウム(軽質)」等が挙げられる。
上記水酸化マグネシウムは、例えば、INCI名「MAGNESIUM HYDROXIDE」で表される。上記水酸化マグネシウムは、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が用いられてもよい。上記水酸化マグネシウムの市販品としては、例えば、富田製薬社製、商品名「水酸化マグネシウム(重質)」等が挙げられる。
上記成分(B)は、上記成分(B1)及び上記成分(B2)からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1の化合物である。上記成分(B)は、主として、形作られた後の整髪保持力を効果的に高める役割を有する。また、上記成分(B)の使用により、フレーキングを抑えて上記効果を発揮させることができる。さらに、上記成分(B)の使用により、髪につやを付与することができる。上記成分(B)は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が用いられてもよい。なお、上記成分(B1)、上記成分(B2)も、それぞれ、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が用いられてもよい。
上記成分(C)は、必須のモノマー成分として、ジアセトンアクリルアミドを用いて得られるアクリル共重合体である。上記成分(C)は、モノマー成分として、ジアセトンアクリルアミドとともに、ジアセトンアクリルアミド以外の他のモノマー成分をさらに用いて得られていてもよい。他のモノマー成分としては、(メタ)アクリル酸、及び(メタ)アクリル酸エステルからなる群から選ばれたモノマー(少なくとも1のモノマー)等が挙げられる。上記成分(C)は、主として、髪を形作る初期整髪力を効果的に高める役割を有する。特に、上記成分(A)及び上記成分(B)とともに上記成分(C)を用いることは、髪をまとめつつ立ち上げて、立ち上げられた髪の状態を保持することに大きく寄与する。上記成分(C)は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が用いられてもよい。
上記成分(D)は、上記成分(D1)及び上記成分(D2)からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1の化合物である。上記成分(D)の使用により、フレーキングをより一層抑え、かつ整髪後の洗い落ちを良好にし、かつ髪を形作る初期整髪力を維持しつつ整髪後の髪に良好な手触りを付与することができる。上記成分(D)は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が用いられてもよい。なお、上記成分(D1)、上記成分(D2)も、それぞれ、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が用いられてもよい。
上記成分(E)は、粘土鉱物である。上記成分(E)の使用により、髪を形作る初期整髪力や整髪剤組成物の保存安定性がより一層良好になる。上記成分(E)は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が用いられてもよい。
上記成分(F)は、多糖系化合物である。上記成分(F)の使用により、整髪剤組成物が適度に増粘するため、上記成分(A)の分散性がより一層良好になり、さらに整髪剤組成物が分離しにくくなり保存安定性がより一層良好になる。上記成分(F)は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が用いられてもよい。
本発明に係る整髪剤組成物は、特に限定されないが、水を含むことが好ましい。上記水は、特に限定されず、化粧料等に用いられる水等を用いることができ、精製水が好ましい。本発明に係る整髪剤組成物100質量%中、水の含有量は、好ましくは30質量%以上、より好ましくは40質量%以上、好ましくは95質量%以下、より好ましくは90質量%以下である。
本発明に係る整髪剤組成物の性状は、特に限定されず、液状、ジェル状、クリーム状及び固形状のいずれであってもよい。上記整髪剤組成物は、液状又はジェル状であることが好ましい。一般に、液状又はジェル状の整髪剤組成物において、粒子を用いると、整髪剤組成物の流動性が高いために、粒子の分散性が低下する傾向がある。この結果、上記液状又はジェル状の整髪剤組成物では、髪を形作る初期整髪力及び形作られた後の整髪保持力が低下しやすくなり、べたつき及びフレーキングが生じやすくなる傾向がある。これに対して、本発明に係る整髪剤組成物における上述した組成の採用によって、液状又はジェル状の整髪剤組成物であっても、フレーキングの発生及びべたつきを抑え、かつ髪を形作る初期整髪力及び形作られた後の整髪保持力を高めることができる。

下記の表1,2に示す配合成分を配合(配合単位は質量%)し、整髪剤組成物を調製した。実施例1~17で得られた整髪剤組成物の性状はいずれもジェル状であった。なお、表中の配合量は、純分での配合量で示した。
専門パネル20名が、上記整髪剤組成物をショートヘアのウィッグ(レッスンマネキン:ユーカリジャパン社製)の毛髪上に均一に塗布し、毛髪の根元から上向きに髪を立ち上げて整髪を施した後、立ち上げた髪の毛を触ってべたつきの有無を回答した。上記回答から、下記の基準でべたつきを評価した。
○(かなり良好):20名中16名以上が、べたつきが無いと回答
△(良好):20名中10~15名が、べたつきが無いと回答
×(不良):20名中9名以下が、べたつきが無いと回答
専門パネル20名が、上記整髪剤組成物をショートヘアのウィッグ(レッスンマネキン:ユーカリジャパン社製)の毛髪上に均一に塗布し、毛髪の根元から上向きに髪を立ち上げて整髪を施した後、初期整髪力の有無を回答した。なお、整髪した髪の形状がくっきりと保持されているものを初期整髪力があると判定した。上記回答から、下記の基準で初期整髪力を評価した。
○(かなり良好):20名中16名以上が、初期整髪力があると回答
△(良好):20名中10~15名が、初期整髪力があると回答
×(不良):20名中9名以下が、初期整髪力があると回答
専門パネル20名が、上記試験例2(初期整髪力の評価)の後、6時間経過後に整髪を施したウィッグの毛髪を観察し、立ち上げた後の整髪保持力の有無を回答した。なお、試験例2の整髪した髪の形状が保持され続けている場合を整髪保持力があると判定した。上記回答から、下記の基準で整髪保持力を評価した。
○(かなり良好):20名中16名以上が、整髪保持力があると回答
△(良好):20名中10~15名が、整髪保持力があると回答
×(不良):20名中9名以下が、整髪保持力があると回答
専門パネル20名が、上記試験例3(整髪保持力の評価)の後、ウィッグの毛髪を、指先で毛髪の根元から毛先へ連続して5回コーミングし、フレーキングの有無を回答した。なお、毛髪上に白い粉が付着しているように見える場合に、フレーキングがあると判定した。上記回答から、下記の基準でフレーキングを評価した。
○(かなり良好):20名中16名以上が、フレーキングが無いと回答
△(良好):20名中10~15名が、フレーキングが無いと回答
×(不良):20名中9名以下が、フレーキングが無いと回答
専門パネル20名が、上記試験例4(フレーキングの評価)の後、ウィッグの毛髪をシャンプー(商品名「ルシード シャンプー」、マンダム社製)を用いて、ぬるま湯にて洗髪した後に、乾燥し、洗い落ちの良否を回答した。なお、洗髪時の毛髪のきしみ感やべたつき感がない場合に、洗い落ちが良いとした。上記回答から、下記の基準で洗い落ちを評価した。
○(かなり良好):20名中16名以上が、洗い落ちが良いと回答
△(良好):20名中10~15名が、洗い落ちが良いと回答
×(不良):20名中9名以下が、洗い落ちが良いと回答
専門パネル20名が、上記試験例2(初期整髪力の評価)の後、ウィッグの毛髪のつやの有無を回答した。上記回答から、下記の基準でつやを評価した。
○(かなり良好):20名中16名以上が、つやがあると回答
△(良好):20名中10~15名が、つやがあると回答
×(不良):20名中9名以下が、つやがあると回答
調製直後の各整髪剤組成物を透明ガラス製容器に充填し、40℃の恒温槽で4週間保管した。保管後の各整髪剤組成物の外観及び性状を観察し、下記の基準で評価した。
○(かなり良好):組成物の離水や粘性の上昇が認められない
△(良好):組成物の離水又は粘性の上昇が僅かに認められる
×(不良):組成物の離水又は粘性の上昇が明らかに認められる
Claims (5)
- 下記成分Aと、下記成分Bと、下記成分Cとを含み、
前記成分Aの含有量が0.05質量%以上、7.0質量%以下であり、
前記成分Bの含有量が3.0質量%以上、35.0質量%以下であり、
前記成分Cの含有量が0.10質量%以上、3.0質量%以下である、整髪剤組成物。
成分A:シリカ、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、ヒドロキシアパタイト、酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛、ケイ酸カルシウム、ケイ酸マグネシウム、ケイ酸アルミニウム、及び水酸化マグネシウムからなる群より選ばれた粒子
成分B:数平均分子量が10000以上、20000以下であるポリオキシエチレン/ポリオキシプロピレンランダム共重合体、及び数平均分子量が300以上、1000以下であるポリオキシプロピレンソルビットからなる群より選ばれた化合物
成分C:必須のモノマー成分として、ジアセトンアクリルアミドを用いて得られるアクリル共重合体 - さらに、下記成分Dを含む、請求項1に記載の整髪剤組成物。
成分D:ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルグルコシド、及びポリオキシアルキレングリセリン脂肪酸エステルからなる群より選ばれた化合物 - さらに、下記成分Eを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の整髪剤組成物。
成分E:粘土鉱物 - さらに、下記成分Fを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の整髪剤組成物。
成分F:多糖系化合物 - さらに、下記成分Fを含み、
前記成分Eの含有量と前記成分Fの含有量との質量比が、2:1~10:1である、請求項3に記載の整髪剤組成物。
