Description

一种绝缘环拾取手臂、 绝缘环装配装置以及装配方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种可自动提取绝缘环的绝缘 环拾取手臂、 绝缘环装配装置以及装配方法。
背景技术
请参阅图 1, 现有技术中的电子烟包括: 用于雾化烟油以形成可供用户吸 食的烟雾的雾化器 110以及用于给所述雾化器 110供电的电池杆组件 120, 所 述雾化器 110具有雾化器电极连接头,所述雾化器电极连接头设置有雾化器电 极, 所述电池杆组件具有电池杆电极连接头, 所述电池杆电极连接头设置有电 池杆电极, 其中, 通过所述雾化器电极连接头与电池杆电极连接头进行连接, 以实现所述雾化器电极与所述电池杆电极电连接,即所述雾化器 110和所述电 池杆组件 120 分别通过作为电子烟电极连接头的所述雾化器电极连接头和所 述电池杆电极连接头相互连接实现两者的机械连接和电连接。
所述雾化器电极连接头包括外电极 111、 插设在所述外电极 111内的内电 极 112以及位于所述外电极 111和所述内电极 112之间的绝缘环 113。 所述电 池杆电极连接头包括外电极 121、 插设在所述外电极 121内的内电极 122以及 位于所述外电极 121和所述内电极 122之间的绝缘环 123。
在装配电极连接头时需要抓取绝缘环 113, 以将该绝缘环 113插设在所述 外电极 121和所述内电极 122之间, 因所述绝缘环 113由绝缘材质制成, 因而 绝缘环 113比较软, 所以在抓取过程中所述绝缘环 113容易发生形变, 且若抓 取的力量过大, 会损坏绝缘环 113。 若人工抓取绝缘环, 极容易污染所述绝缘 环 113, 进而影响电池杆组件 120为所述雾化器 110的正常供电。 且人工在装 配线上装配会使得整个电子烟电极连接头的装配相对緩慢, 装配效率低下, 浪 费过多人力, 对工厂的生产成本消耗较大。 而且现有的装配精度低, 在装配过 程中容易造成物料的损坏, 从而浪费物料, 生产成本较高。 且装配完成的电子 烟电极连接头各个物料之间相对松散, 进而影响电子烟的使用寿命和用户体 验。 发明内容
本发明提供一种可自动提取绝缘环的绝缘环拾取手臂、绝缘环装配装置以 及装配方法。
一种绝缘环拾取手臂, 用于装配电子烟电极连接头时拾取绝缘环, 其中, 所述绝缘环拾取手臂端部设置有抵持套及与所述抵持套活动插接相连并由弹 性材质制成的顶针,且所述顶针的直径大于所述绝缘环中空部的直径,使得所 述顶针在所述绝缘环拾取手臂拾取所述绝缘环时压入所述绝缘环中空部内,使 得所述顶针与所述绝缘环中空部过盈配合;
设置在所述抵持套内部,分别与所述抵持套和所述顶针连接设置有弹性机 构; 以使所述顶针抵持在用于放置所述绝缘环的物料固定座上时,使得所述顶 针朝向所述弹性机构运动, 直至所述顶针与所述绝缘环脱离。

用于震动并输送所述绝缘环以使所述绝缘环以预设状态运动至物料导轨 的绝缘环物料震动盘,所述预设状态为各个所述绝缘环中空部的轴线与所述绝 缘环物料震动盘所在平面垂直的状态;
设置于所述绝缘环物料震动盘与装配平台之间,用以将所述绝缘环物料震 动盘送出的所述绝缘环继续沿所述装配平台方向输送的物料导轨;
所述物料导轨靠近所述装配平台的端部设置有物料感应区;
所述物料感应区设置有感应器,以使所述感应器感应到位于所述物料感应 区的所述绝缘环并对应生成触发信号;
分别与所述感应器和所述绝缘环拾取手臂电连接设置有控制器,使得所述 控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂拾取所述绝缘环并将所述 绝缘环放置位于所述装配平台上的所述物料固定座上。

所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂沿朝向所述 物料固定座的方向下降, 直至所述顶针抵持所述物料固定座, 以使所述顶针与 所述绝缘环脱离;

本发明提供一种可自动提取绝缘环的绝缘环拾取手臂、绝缘环装配装置以 及装配方法,所述绝缘环拾取手臂端部设置有抵持套及与所述抵持套活动插接 相连并由弹性材质制成的顶针,且所述顶针的直径大于所述绝缘环中空部的直 径,设置在所述抵持套内部, 分别与所述抵持套和所述顶针连接设置有弹性机 构。通过本发明所示的绝缘环拾取手臂,使得所述绝缘环拾取手臂可自动拾取 所述绝缘环, 以实现所述绝缘环的自动装配。 且在拾取过程中, 是通过顶针与 绝缘环过盈配合以拾取所述绝缘环,从而有效的防止所述绝缘环变形,避免损 坏绝缘环, 提升了拾取所述绝缘环过程的安全性。 附图说明

实施例一, 本实施例对绝缘环拾取手臂的结构进行说明, 其中, 该绝缘环 拾取手臂用于装配电子烟电极连接头时拾取绝缘环, 以实现绝缘环的自动装 配。
首先请参见图 2所示,所述绝缘环拾取手臂端部设置有抵持套 201及与所 述抵持套 201活动插接相连并由弹性材质制成的顶针 202。
其中, 该 4氐持套 201 的结构还可参见图 3所示, 图 3为所述 ·ί氐持套 201 的整体结构示意图。
为使得所述绝缘环拾取手臂能够拾取所述绝缘环,且在拾取过程中避免绝 缘环变形, 则所述顶针 202的直径大于所述绝缘环中空部的直径。
通过本实施例所提供的所述绝缘环拾取手臂,使得在自动拾取所述绝缘环 时, 所述绝缘环拾取手臂控制所述顶针 202压入所述绝缘环中空部内, 因所述 顶针 202的直径大于所述绝缘环中空部的直径,则所述顶针 202与所述绝缘环 中空部过盈配合。
其中, 所述绝缘环拾取手臂拾取所述绝缘环时的结构可参见图 4所示, 图
4 为本发明实施例所提供的绝缘环拾取手臂已拾取绝缘环的一种较佳实施例 侧视结构示意图;
由图 4所示可知, 因所述顶针 202与所述绝缘环 301中空部过盈配合, 则 产生一定的膨胀的外压力, 使绝缘环 301和顶针 202相对固定。
在本实施例中,所述绝缘环拾取手臂将已拾取的所述绝缘环 301放置到物 料固定座上, 以完成所述绝缘环 301的自动装配。
具体请参见图 5所示,即所述绝缘环拾取手臂将所述绝缘环 301放置到物 料固定座 501上。
本实施例中对所述物料固定座 501的具体结构不作限定,只要所述绝缘环 拾取手臂将所述绝缘环 301放置于所述物料固定座 501即可完成雾化器电极连 接头或电池杆电极连接头的装配即可。
具体的, 所述绝缘环拾取手臂移动, 以使得所述顶针 202运动至所述物料 固定座 501的正上方。
所述绝缘环拾取手臂沿朝向所述物料固定座 501的方向运动,以使所述顶 针 202抵持所述物料固定座 501。
为使得所述绝缘环拾取手臂与所述绝缘环 301脱离, 则如图 6所示,在所 述抵持套 201内部,分别与所述抵持套 201和所述顶针 202连接设置有弹性机 构 601。
结合图 5和图 6所示,所述顶针 2024氐持在用于放置所述绝缘环的物料固 定座 501上时, 所述顶针 202给所述弹性机构 601—个远离所述物料固定座 501的力, 使得所述弹性机构 601回缩, 进而使得所述顶针 202朝向所述弹性 机构 601运动, 直至所述顶针 202与所述绝缘环 301脱离。
在本实施例中, 所述弹性机构 601为弹簧, 当然所述弹性机构 601还可釆 用其他设置方式, 只要其能够在受力时回缩即可, 具体设置方式在本实施例中 不作限定。
通过本实施例所示的绝缘环拾取手臂,使得所述绝缘环拾取手臂可自动拾 取所述绝缘环 301, 并可将所述绝缘环 301放置在所述物料固定座 501, 以实 现所述绝缘环 301 的自动装配。 且在拾取过程中, 是通过顶针 202与绝缘环 301过盈配合以拾取所述绝缘环 301, 从而有效的防止所述绝缘环 301变形, 避免损坏绝缘环 301, 提升了拾取所述绝缘环 301过程的安全性。
实施例二, 本实施例对所述绝缘环拾取手臂如何移动的进行说明: 由实施例一可知,在所述绝缘环拾取手臂拾取所述绝缘环 301的过程中以 及所述绝缘环拾取手臂将所述绝缘环 301放置到所述物料固定座 501上时,需 要所述 4氏持套 201沿所述绝缘环 301轴向方向上下移动。
具体的, 结合图 7和图 8所示, 与所述抵持套 201固定连接设置有第一固 定板 701 ;
与所述第一固定板 701活动连接设置有第一驱动装置 702;
在本实施例中, 所述第一驱动装置 702较佳的可为滑竿气缸。 为使得所述第一驱动装置 702控制所述抵持套 201上下运动,则所述第一 驱动装置 702靠近所述第一固定板 701的侧面上设置有第一导轨 703; 且所述 第一导轨 703的导向与所述绝缘环中空部的轴向平行。
所述第一固定板 701 靠近所述第一驱动装置 702的侧面上设置有第一滑 块, 且所述第一滑块滑动设置于所述第一导轨 703上。
即所述第一滑块可沿所述第一导轨 703的方向滑动,继而使得所述抵持套 201沿所述第一导轨 703的方向滑动。
与所述第一驱动装置 702电连接设置有控制器,以使所述控制器控制所述 第一驱动装置 702的第一推杆 704推动所述第一固定板 701, 以使所述第一滑 块在所述第一导轨 703上滑动,使得所述抵持套 201沿所述绝缘环轴向方向上 下移动。
因所述抵持套 201可沿朝向所述绝缘环方向移动,则可使得所述与抵持套 201连接的顶针 202插入所述绝缘环的中空部内, 以拾取所述绝缘环;
因所述抵持套 201 可沿远离所述绝缘环方向移动, 则可使得所述抵持套 201将所述绝缘环放置于所述物料固定座 501上后即可与所述绝缘环脱离, 以 完成所述绝缘环的自动装配。
以下说明所述 4氏持套 201如何沿与所述绝缘环轴向垂直方向左右移动的。 所述第一驱动装置 702远离所述第一固定板 701的侧面上固定连接设置有 第二固定板 705;
请参见图 2、 图 4以及图 5所示, 与所述第二固定板 705活动连接设置有 第二导轨 706, 且所述第二导轨 706的导向与所述绝缘环中空部的轴向垂直; 所述第二固定板 705远离所述第一驱动装置 702的侧面上设置有第二滑 块, 且所述第二滑块滑动设置于所述第二导轨 706上。
即所述第二滑块可在所述第二导轨 706上且沿所述第二导轨 706的导向自 由滑动, 进而使得所述抵持套 201可沿与所述绝缘环轴向垂直方向左右移动。
与所述第二导轨 706连接设置有第二驱动装置 707。
在本实施例中, 所述第二驱动装置 707为滑动气缸。
所述第二驱动装置 707与所述控制器电连接,以使所述控制器控制所述第 二驱动装置 707的第二推杆 708推动所述第二固定板 705, 以使所述第二滑块 在所述第二导轨 706上滑动,使得所述抵持套 201沿与所述绝缘环轴向垂直方 向左右移动。
通过本实施例使得所述绝缘环拾取手臂可使得所述抵持套 201 沿与所述 绝缘环轴向垂直方向左右移动以及使得所述 4氏持套 201 沿所述绝缘环轴向方 向上下移动, 进而使得所述绝缘环拾取手臂可自动拾取所述绝缘环, 并将已拾 取的所述绝缘环放置在所述物料固定座 501 上, 以实现所述绝缘环的自动装 配。
为进一步的防止所述绝缘环拾取手臂在拾取所述绝缘环的过程中刮伤所 述绝缘环, 以避免不必要的浪费, 则结合图 9和图 10所示的实施例对所述绝 缘环拾取手臂的结构进行进一步的详细说明:
所述顶针 202外周面设置有多个空心或实心的弹性凸起 901。
更进一步的, 所述弹性凸起 901为半圓形、 矩形、 三角形或不规则形状。 当然, 在所述顶针 202外周面设置的不仅仅局限于所述弹性凸起 901, 只 要可减少所述顶针 202 外周面与所述绝缘环中空部内周面之间的接触面积即 可, 例如还可在所述顶针 202外周面设置有螺旋形的摩擦纹, 具体设置方式在 本实施例中不做赘述。
因本实施例中, 所述顶针 202外周面设置有弹性凸起 901, 进而有效的减 少了所述顶针 202外周面与所述绝缘环中空部内周面之间的接触面积,进而有 效的避免了刮伤所述绝缘环,保障了绝缘环的安全,避免损害绝缘环以造成的 浪费。
本实施例中, 继续参见图 10所示, 所述弹性机构 601通过无头螺钉 902 与所述抵持套 201连接。 釆用无头螺钉 902定位弹性机构 601, 进而简化抵持 套 201的结构, 同时可改善外观。
实施例三,本实施例对用于装配电子烟电极连接头的绝缘环的绝缘环装配 装置进行详细说明:
该绝缘环装配装置请见图 11以及图 12所示; 其中, 图 11为本发明实施 例所提供的绝缘环装配装置的一种较佳实施例俯视结构示意图, 图 12为本发 明实施例所提供的绝缘环装配装置的一种较佳实施例正面侧视结构示意图; 所述绝缘环装配装置具体包括: 用于放置所述绝缘环的绝缘环物料震动盘 1101;
与所述绝缘环物料震动盘 1101连接设置有震动驱动装置, 以通过所述震 动驱动装置驱动所述绝缘环物料震动盘 1101震动以输送所述绝缘环;

所述绝缘环物料导轨 1102靠近所述装配平台的端部设置有物料感应区; 且所述物料感应区设置有感应器,所述感应器若感应到位于所述物料感应区的 绝缘环时, 则可对应生成触发信号。

本实施例中, 所述绝缘环拾取手臂 1104可拾取位于所述绝缘环物料导轨 1102上的物料感应区的绝缘环, 并将该绝缘环放置位于所述转盘 201上, 且 靠近所述物料感应区的物料固定座 501上。
本实施例中, 所述绝缘环拾取手臂 1104可拾取位于所述绝缘环物料导轨 1102上的物料感应区的绝缘环, 并将该绝缘环放置位于所述转盘 201上, 且 靠近所述物料感应区的物料固定座 501上。
为实现所述绝缘环的自动装配,则分别与所述感应器和所述绝缘环拾取手 臂 1104电连接设置有控制器, 使得所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述绝 缘环拾取手臂 1104拾取所述绝缘环并将所述绝缘环放置位于所述装配平台上 的所述物料固定座 501上。
通过本实施例使得所述控制器控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂 1104 自动拾取所 述绝缘环, 并将所述绝缘环放置到所述物料固定座 501上, 以实现所述绝缘环 的自动装配,因装配过程中不会造成所述绝缘环的变形,保障了绝缘环的安全。
实施例四, 本实施例对所述绝缘环装配装置的结构进行进一步的详细说 明:
其中, 所述装配平台可为输送带, 所述物料固定座 501依次排列设置在所 述输送带上; 或, 所述装配平台为可转动的转盘 1105 (如图 11和 12所示), 所述物料固定座 501围绕设置在所述转盘 1105上。
较佳的, 为使得输送所述物料感应区上的所述绝缘环更为平稳, 则可在所 述绝缘环物料导轨 1102的末端, 即靠近所述装配平台的一端设置有挡料阀, 以使所述物料在所述挡料阀的阻挡作用下,以所述预设状态停止固定在所述物 料感应区, 以被所述感应器感应。
更佳的, 为使得所述绝缘环输送至所述物料感应区更为顺畅, 则所述绝缘 环物料导轨 1102远离所述装配平台的一端所在的水平面高于所述绝缘环物料 导轨 1102靠近所述装配平台一端所在的水平面。 进而有效的减少转送所述物 料的耗时, 进一步提升自动装配的效率。
应用本实施例所提供的所述绝缘环装配装置进行装配绝缘环的具体方式 可为:
本实施例所示的绝缘环拾取手臂 1104的具体结构请参见实施例一至二所 示, 在本实施例中不做赘述。
在所述绝缘环拾取手臂 1104拾取所述绝缘环过程中, 即所述控制器通过 所述第二驱动装置 707控制所述第二固定板 705滑动,以使所述顶针 202位于 所述物料感应区的绝缘环的正上方;
所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置 702控制所述 ·ί氏持套 201沿朝向位于所 述物料感应区的绝缘环方向运动, 以使所述顶针 202压入所述绝缘环中空部 内; 本实施例中, 所述顶针 202的直径大于所述绝缘环中空部的直径, 则顶针 202压入所述绝缘环中空部的端部且与所述绝缘环过盈配合; 使得所述顶针 202产生一定的膨胀的外压力, 使绝缘环和顶针 202相对固定;
所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置 702控制所述 ·ί氏持套 201沿远离所述物 料感应区的方向运动, 以使所述绝缘环拾取手臂 1104拾取所述绝缘环;
在所述绝缘环拾取手臂 1104将所述绝缘环放置于所述物料固定座 501过 程中, 所述控制器通过所述第二驱动装置 707控制所述第二固定板 705滑动, 以使所述顶针 202位于靠近所述物料感应区的所述物料固定座 501正上方; 所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置 702控制所述 ·ί氏持套 201沿朝向所述物 料固定座 501方向运动, 直至所述顶针 202 4氐持在所述物料固定座 501上; 因所述顶针 2024氐持在所述物料固定座 501上,则所述顶针 202受到一个 向上的力, 所述顶针 202连接设置有弹性机构 601, 因该弹性机构 601可发生 弹性形变, 以使所述顶针 202朝向所述弹性机构 601运动, 直至所述顶针 202 与所述绝缘环脱离。
即脱离所述绝缘环的所述顶针 202缩回所述绝缘环拾取手臂 1104内部, 使得所述绝缘环退掉至物料固定座 501, 从而实现将绝缘环放置到物料固定座 501上的目的。
较佳的, 还可在所述绝缘环拾取手臂 1104内部, 与所述顶针 202和所述 控制器连接设置有伸缩驱动机构; 以使在所述绝缘环拾取手臂 1104拾取所述 绝缘环过程中, 所述伸缩驱动机构在所述控制器的控制下控制所述顶针 202 沿所述绝缘环方向延伸; 在所述绝缘环拾取手臂 1104将所述绝缘环放置于所 述物料固定座 501过程中,所述伸缩驱动机构在所述控制器的控制下控制所述 顶针 202沿所述抵持套 201方向回缩。 从而提升了拾取绝缘环过程中的效率。
通过本实施例所示的绝缘环装配装置能够实现自动的拾取绝缘环以及自 动将所述绝缘环放置在所述物料固定座 501上以实现自动装配的目的。而且通 过顶针 202与所述绝缘环的中空部过盈配合以拾取所述绝缘环,可解决绝缘环 较软夹取易变形问题, 实现绝缘环自动提取。有效的避免所述绝缘环受力过大 而损坏情况的出现。
实施例五,本实施例对基于实施例三至实施例四所示的绝缘环装配装置的 装配方法进行详细说明:
如图 13所示, 所述装配方法具体包括步骤:
其中, 所述绝缘环装配装置的具体结构请见实施例三至实施例四所示,在 本实施例中不做赘述。
1301、若所述感应器感应所述绝缘环位于所述物料感应区, 则所述感应器 对应生成所述触发信号;
1302、所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂拾取位于所 述物料感应区的所述绝缘环;
1303、所述控制器控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂将已拾取的所述绝缘环放置在 所述物料固定座上。
通过本实施例所示的装配方法实现了自动拾取所述绝缘环以及自动将绝 缘环放置于所述物料固定座上, 以实现所述绝缘环的自动装配。
实施例六, 本实施例对所述装配方法进行进一步的详细说明:
1401、若所述感应器感应所述绝缘环位于所述物料感应区, 则所述感应器 对应生成所述触发信号;
本实施例所示的步骤 1401与实施例五所示的步骤 1301过程相同,在本实 施例中不做赞述。
1402、所述控制器根据所述触发信号通过所述第二驱动装置控制所述绝缘 环拾取手臂的所述 4氏持套移动到位于所述物料感应区的所述绝缘环的正上方; 1403、所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂沿朝向 所述绝缘环的方向下降, 以使所述顶针压入所述绝缘环中空部内;
1404、所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂沿远离 所述绝缘环的方向上升, 以拾取所述绝缘环;
1405、所述控制器通过所述第二驱动装置控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂的所述 4氏持套移动到所述物料固定座的正上方;
1406、所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂沿朝向 所述物料固定座的方向下降, 直至所述顶针抵持所述物料固定座, 以使所述顶 针与所述绝缘环脱离;
1407、 所述控制器控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂复位。 以上所述, 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其限制; 尽 管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理 解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对其中部分 技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技术方案的本质脱 离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种绝缘环拾取手臂, 用于装配电子烟电极连接头时拾取绝缘环, 其 特征在于,所述绝缘环拾取手臂端部设置有抵持套及与所述抵持套活动插接相 连并由弹性材质制成的顶针, 且所述顶针的直径大于所述绝缘环中空部的直 径,使得所述顶针在所述绝缘环拾取手臂拾取所述绝缘环时压入所述绝缘环中 空部内, 使得所述顶针与所述绝缘环中空部过盈配合;
设置在所述抵持套内部,分别与所述抵持套和所述顶针连接设置有弹性机 构; 以使所述顶针抵持在用于放置所述绝缘环的物料固定座上时,使得所述顶 针朝向所述弹性机构运动, 直至所述顶针与所述绝缘环脱离。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的绝缘环拾取手臂, 其特征在于,
与所述抵持套固定连接设置有第一固定板;
与所述第一固定板活动连接设置有第一驱动装置;
所述第一驱动装置靠近所述第一固定板的侧面上设置有第一导轨,且所述 第一导轨的导向与所述绝缘环中空部的轴向平行;
所述第一固定板靠近所述第一驱动装置的侧面上设置有第一滑块,且所述 第一滑块滑动设置于所述第一导轨上;
与所述第一驱动装置电连接设置有控制器,以使所述控制器控制所述第一 驱动装置的第一推杆推动所述第一固定板,以使所述第一滑块在所述第一导轨 上滑动, 使得所述抵持套沿所述绝缘环轴向方向上下移动。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的绝缘环拾取手臂, 其特征在于,
所述第一驱动装置远离所述第一固定板的侧面上固定连接设置有第二固 定板;
与所述第二固定板活动连接设置有第二导轨,且所述第二导轨的导向与所 述绝缘环中空部的轴向垂直;
所述第二固定板远离所述第一驱动装置的侧面上设置有第二滑块,且所述 第二滑块滑动设置于所述第二导轨上;
与所述第二导轨连接设置有第二驱动装置,且所述第二驱动装置与所述控 制器电连接,以使所述控制器控制所述第二驱动装置的第二推杆推动所述第二 固定板, 以使所述第二滑块在所述第二导轨上滑动,使得所述抵持套沿与所述 绝缘环轴向垂直方向左右移动。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的绝缘环拾取手臂, 其特征在于, 所述顶针外周 面设置有多个空心或实心的弹性凸起;
所述弹性凸起为半圓形、 矩形、 三角形或不规则形状。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的绝缘环拾取手臂, 其特征在于,
所述弹性机构通过无头螺钉与所述抵持套连接。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 5所述的绝缘环拾取手臂, 其特征在于, 所述弹性 机构为弹簧。
7、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的绝缘环拾取手臂, 其特征在于, 所述第一 驱动装置和所述第二驱动装置为滑竿气缸。
8、 一种绝缘环装配装置, 用于装配电子烟电极连接头的绝缘环, 其特征 在于, 包括权利要求 1至 7任意一项所述的绝缘环拾取手臂; 其还包括: 用于震动并输送所述绝缘环以使所述绝缘环以预设状态运动至物料导轨 的绝缘环物料震动盘,所述预设状态为各个所述绝缘环中空部的轴线与所述绝 缘环物料震动盘所在平面垂直的状态;
设置于所述绝缘环物料震动盘与装配平台之间,用以将所述绝缘环物料震 动盘送出的所述绝缘环继续沿所述装配平台方向输送的物料导轨;
所述物料导轨靠近所述装配平台的端部设置有物料感应区;
所述物料感应区设置有感应器,以使所述感应器感应到位于所述物料感应 区的所述绝缘环并对应生成触发信号;
分别与所述感应器和所述绝缘环拾取手臂电连接设置有控制器,使得所述 控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂拾取所述绝缘环并将所述 绝缘环放置位于所述装配平台上的所述物料固定座上。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的绝缘环装配装置, 其特征在于, 所述物料导轨 远离所述装配平台一端所在的水平面高于所述物料导轨靠近所述装配平台一 端所在的水平面。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的绝缘环装配装置, 其特征在于, 所述物料导轨 设置有挡料阀,所述挡料阀用于将所述绝缘环以所述预设状态固定在所述物料 感应区。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的绝缘环装配装置, 其特征在于,
所述装配平台为输送带, 所述物料固定座依次排列设置在所述输送带上; 或,
所述装配平台为可转动的转盘, 所述物料固定座围绕设置在所述转盘上。
12、 一种基于权利要求 8至 11任一所述的绝缘环装配装置的装配方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
若所述感应器感应所述绝缘环位于所述物料感应区,则所述感应器对应生 成所述触发信号;
所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂拾取位于所述物 料感应区的所述绝缘环;
所述控制器控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂将已拾取的所述绝缘环放置在所述 物料固定座上。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的装配方法, 其特征在于, 所述控制器根据所 述触发信号控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂拾取位于所述物料感应区的所述绝缘环 包括:
所述控制器根据所述触发信号通过所述第二驱动装置控制所述绝缘环拾 取手臂的所述抵持套移动到位于所述物料感应区的所述绝缘环的正上方; 所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂沿朝向所述 绝缘环的方向下降, 以使所述顶针压入所述绝缘环中空部内;
所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂沿远离所述 绝缘环的方向上升, 以拾取所述绝缘环。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的装配方法, 其特征在于, 所述控制器控制所 述绝缘环拾取手臂将已拾取的所述绝缘环放置在所述物料固定座上包括: 所述控制器通过所述第二驱动装置控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂的所述抵持 套移动到所述物料固定座的正上方;
所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂沿朝向所述 物料固定座的方向下降, 直至所述顶针抵持所述物料固定座, 以使所述顶针与 所述绝缘环脱离;
所述控制器控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂复位。
