본 발명은 수면공간대에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 실시예로 설치면과 이격되어 연장되고 일정한 간격을 두고 배치되는 한 쌍의 고정공간대와, 양 끝단이 상기 고정공간대에 결합되어 상기 고정공간대 사이에 위치하는 지지대와, 설치면과 이격되어 연장되고 상기 고정공간대 사이에 위치하며 상기 지지대를 따라 이동하는 이동공간대 및 상기 고정공간대와 상기 이동공간대에 이불을 고정시키고 상기 이불이 상기 설치면에서 이격되어 위치하도록 하는 이불고정구를 포함하는 수면공간대를 제시한다.

Description

수면공간대
본 발명은 수면을 취하는 사람과 이불 사이에 공간을 만들어 주어 쾌적한 숙면을 이루게 하는 공간대와 관련된다.
수면은 피로를 풀고 원기를 재충전하기 위하여 사람에게 꼭 필요한 것이며 숙면을 취하는 것은 보약만큼이나 몸에 유익한 것으로 알려져 있다.
일반적으로 사람들은 침대 또는 온돌방에서 이불을 덮고 수면을 취한다. 수면시 체온에 의하거나 특히 난방기구인 보일러나 전기매트 등이 작동 중인 경우라면 이불 내에 열기가 발생하여 머물게 된다.
이와 같이 이불 내에 열기가 발생한 상태에서 이불을 덮고 밀착한 상태로 어느 정도의 시간이 지나면 땀, 습기, 열로 인하여 숙면을 취하기 어렵다.
종래에 이불의 위치를 고정하기 위한 수단으로서 대한민국 등록실용신안 제20-0307089호가 제시되어 있다. 이는 수면을 취하는 사람이 덮은 이불이 이탈되지 않게 침상에 고정하는 기구로서, 수면시에 무의식적인 몸부림을 치더라도 이불이 덮혀진 제 위치에서 이탈되지 않게 한다는 장점이 있지만, 수면을 취하는 사람과 이불이 밀착된 상태이므로 땀, 습기, 열로 인하여 숙면을 취하기 어렵다는 문제는 여전히 발생한다.
본 발명은 이불을 부착하여 수면을 취하는 사람이 공간 속에서 한결 시원함과 쾌적함으로 편안한 숙면을 취할 수 있게 하는 수면공간대를 제공한다.
그 외 본 발명의 세부적인 목적은 이하에 기재되는 구체적인 내용을 통하여 이 기술분야의 전문가나 연구자에게 자명하게 파악되고 이해될 것이다.
위 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 실시예로, 설치면과 이격되어 연장되고 일정한 간격을 두고 배치되는 한 쌍의 고정공간대와, 양 끝단이 상기 고정공간대에 결합되어 상기 고정공간대 사이에 위치하는 지지대와, 설치면과 이격되어 연장되고 상기 고정공간대 사이에 위치하며 상기 지지대를 따라 이동하는 이동공간대 및 상기 고정공간대와 상기 이동공간대에 이불을 고정시키고 상기 이불이 상기 설치면에서 이격되어 위치하도록 하는 이불고정구를 포함하는 수면공간대를 제시한다.
상기 수면공간대는 양 끝단이 상기 고정공간대에 결합되어 상기 고정공간대 사이에 위치하고 슬라이딩 홈이 형성되어 상기 이동공간대의 양 끝단이 상기 슬라이딩 홈을 따라 이동하도록 하는 가이드대를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한 상기 수면공간대는 상기 고정공간대에 결합되고 사용자의 다리를 올려놓는 다리올림대를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 수면을 취하는 사람이 이불이 형성하는 공간 속에서 쾌적하고 편안하게 숙면을 취할 수 있다는 효과가 있다. 수면시 외에는 이동공간대를 이동시켜 침대를 활용할 수 있다.
또한 가이드대는 이동공간대의 이동이 용이하게 하며, 가이드대를 고정공간대에 결합시킴으로써 구조적인 안정성을 부여할 수 있다.
또한 다리올림대는 사용자의 다리를 올려 놓을 수 있도록 하여 다리의 피로를 풀어주고 혈액순환을 원활하게 할 수 있다.
그 외 본 발명의 효과들은 이하에 기재되는 구체적인 내용을 통하여, 또는 본 발명을 실시하는 과정 중에 이 기술분야의 전문가나 연구자에게 자명하게 파악되고 이해될 것이다.

이하, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 수면공간대에 대해 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명한다. 본 명세서에서는 서로 다른 실시예라도 동일유사한 구성에 대해서는 동일유사한 참조번호를 부여하고, 그 설명은 처음 설명으로 갈음한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 수면공간대의 사시도이고, 도 2는 도 1에 도시된 실시예에 따른 수면공간대의 분해사시도이다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 수면공간대(100)는 고정공간대(1)와, 지지대(2), 이동공간대(3), 이불고정구(4)를 포함한다. 또한 가이드대(5)와 다리올림대(6)를 포함할 수 있다.
고정공간대(1)는 한 쌍으로 이루어지고 설치면과 이격되어 연장되고 일정한 간격을 두고 배치된다.
도면을 참조하면 고정공간대(1)는 절곡되어 이루어진 'ㄷ'자 형태의 프레임으로 이루어진다.
고정공간대(1)는 하나의 프레임으로 이루어질 수도 있지만 상하 방향으로 배치되는 2개의 수직프레임과 각 수직프레임의 상단을 잇는 1개의 수평프레임으로 이루어질 수도 있다.
본 실시예에서 고정공간대(1)는 'ㄷ'자 형상이지만 아치 모양 등으로 이루어질 수도 있고 도중에 지면과 이격되도록 하는 다른 모양을 채용할 수도 있다. 고정공간대(1)는 후술하는 이동공간대(3)와 함께 이불(10)을 고정하게 되는데 고정되는 이불(10) 내에 수면을 취하는 사람이 들어갈 수 있도록 공간을 형성할 수 있는 형상이라면 모두 채용이 가능하다.
즉 고정공간대(1)는 설치면과 이격되어 연장되는 형태로서 양 끝단은 설치면에 닿지만 이격되어 연장되는 부분에 침대(20)와 사람이 위치할 수 있는 공간이 형성되도록 하면 족하다.
또한 고정공간대(1)는 수평방향 또는 수직방향으로 길이를 조절하는 구조를 채용할 수도 있다. 길이를 조절하는 구조는 고정공간대(1)를 이루는 프레임을 복수로 구성하고 각 프레임을 서로 삽입이 가능한 구성으로 한 후 삽입된 부분을 조절하여 적당한 위치에서 체결구로 고정하는 방식 등의 일반적으로 공지된 구성을 채용할 수 있다.
이와 같이 길이를 조절하는 구조를 채용하는 경우에는 침대나 침구의 크기에 맞도록 수면공간대(100)의 크기를 조절할 수 있다.
지지대(2)는 양 끝단이 상기 고정공간대(1)에 결합되어 상기 고정공간대(1) 사이에 위치한다.
도면을 참조하면 지지대(2)는 수평방향으로 배치되는 프레임으로서 지지대(2)의 양 끝단은 고정공간대(1)에 결합된다. 결합은 용접이나 억지끼움 및 체결구를 이용한 결합 등을 통해 이루어질 수 있다.
이렇게 결합된 고정공간대(1)와 지지대(2)는 수면공간대(100)의 각 구성요소를 지지하는 뼈대의 역할을 한다. 한편 지지대(2)는 후술하는 이동공간대(3)가 이동하는 가이드프레임의 역할도 한다.
이동공간대(3)는 설치면과 이격되어 연장되고 상기 고정공간대(1) 사이에 위치하며 상기 지지대(2)를 따라 이동한다.
이동공간대(3)의 주요한 구성은 고정공간대(1)와 동일하다. 따라서 이동공간대(3)의 프레임 구성, 형상 및 길이 조절 구조 등은 고정공간대(1)와 동일한 설명이 적용될 수 있다.
다만, 이동공간대(3)는 원활한 이동을 위해 끝단에 바퀴(34)가 결합된다. 또한 지지대(2)를 따라 흔들림 없이 안정적으로 이동하기 위해 가이드브라켓(33)이 결합될 수 있다.
도 3을 참조하면 이동공간대(3)는 메인프레임(31)과, 휠브라켓(32), 가이드브라켓(33) 및 바퀴(34)를 포함한다.
메인프레임(31)은 지지대(2)를 따라 이동하고 메인프레임(31)의 양 끝단에는 휠브라켓(32)이 결합되며 휠브라켓(32)에는 베어링(35)을 개재하여 바퀴(34)가 축(36)에 결합된다.
또한 메인프레임(31)에는 지지대(2)가 관통하는 홀이 형성되고 이 홀에 지지대(2)가 삽입되어 결합된다. 지지대(2)가 관통하는 홀에는 지지대(2)를 가이드하기 위한 가이드브라켓(33)이 결합되어 메인프레임(31)이 흔들림 없이 이동하도록 가이드한다. 이 때 바퀴(34)는 가이드대(5)를 따라 이동할 수 있다.
이불고정구(4)는 상기 고정공간대(1)와 상기 이동공간대(3)에 이불(10)을 고정시키고 상기 이불(10)이 상기 설치면에서 이격되어 위치하도록 한다.
도면을 참조하면 이불고정구(4)는 원통체에 슬릿이 형성된 형태로서 고정공간대(1)나 이동공간대(3)에 이불(10)을 댄 상태에서 이불고정구(4)의 슬릿으로 이불(10)을 개재하여 고정공간대(1) 또는 이동공간대(3)에 삽입하여 끼운다. 이에 따라 이불(10)의 위치가 고정된다. 이불고정구(4)는 합성수지 소재를 사용하여 만들 수 있다.
도 4를 참조하면 이불고정구(4)는 단면이 초승달 모양으로서 슬릿 방향으로 갈수록 두께가 작아지는 형태이다. 이와 같이 슬릿 방향의 두께가 작으면 슬릿의 폭을 쉽게 조절할 수 있어 이불고정구(4)를 잘 끼울 수 있다.
이불고정구(4)는 이른바 찍찍이로 불리우는 벨크로 테이프(접착포)를 고정공간대(1), 이동공간대(3) 및 이불(10)에 부착시켜 이불(10)을 고정공간대(1) 및 이동공간대(3)에 고정시키는 방법을 채용할 수도 있다.
한편 수면공간대(100)는 양 끝단이 고정공간대(1)에 결합되고 고정공간대(1) 사이에 위치하며 슬라이딩홈(51)이 형성되어 이동공간대(3)의 양 끝단이 슬라이딩홈(51)을 따라 이동하도록 하는 가이드대(5)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
가이드대(5)는 이동공간대(3)가 이동하는 것을 더 원활하게 해 준다. 가이드대(5)는 길게 연장되는 바 형태로서 길이 방향으로 위한 슬라이딩홈(51)이 형성되고 있고 양 끝단에는 안착홈(52)이 형성된다.
슬라이딩홈(51)에는 이동공간대(3)의 바퀴(34)가 놓여지고 바퀴(34)가 슬라이딩 홈을 따라 이동함으로써 이동공간대(3)가 이동하게 된다. 또한 안착홈(52)에는 고정공간대(1)의 끝단이 결합된다.
가이드대(5)는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 모서리 부분을 둥글게 처리하는 것이 충격에 따른 안전사고 방지를 위해 좋다.
이와 같이 형성된 가이드대(5)는 이동공간대(3)가 안정적으로 이동할 수 있게 하는 한편 고정공간대(1)를 안정적으로 위치하게 함으로써 수면공간대(100)의 기능을 더욱 향상시킨다.
또한 수면공간대(100)에는 고정공간대(1)에 결합되고 사용자의 다리를 올려놓는 다리올림대(6)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
도 5는 도 1의 수면공간대(100)에 채용된 다리올림대(6)를 나타내는 도면이다.
다리올림대(6)는 수면을 취하는 사람이 다리를 올려놓을 수 있게 한 것으로서, 몸체(61)와, 중심축(62), 볼(63) 및 가이드프레임(64)을 포함한다.
몸체(61)는 원통형으로 이루어지고 복원력이 좋고 푹신한 쿠션을 가지는 재질로 이루어져 다리에 닿았을 때 편안한 느낌을 준다. 몸체(61)의 중심의 길이방향으로는 중심축(62)이 결합된다. 중심축(62)은 하중을 고려하여 하방으로 다소 처짐이 있도록 형성될 수 있다. 중심축(62)의 끝단에는 자유롭게 회전이 가능한 볼(63)이 결합된다.
가이드프레임(64)은 지지대(2) 또는 고정공간대(1)에 결합된다. 가이드프레임(64)은 사람이 눕는 방향으로 연장되어 있다. 가이드프레임(64)에는 단면이 원형인 홈이 형성되고 이 홈에 볼(63)이 결합됨으로써 몸체(61)가 홈방향을 따라 이동이 가능하다.
이에 따라 사용자는 다리올림대(6)를 사용하는 경우에는 몸체(61)를 다리 쪽으로 이동시켜 사용하고 사용하지 않는 경우에는 고정공간대(1) 쪽으로 밀어놓을 수 있다.
오랜 시간 서있는 업무를 하는 사람들의 경우 다리의 피로감이 높아 이를 풀어주어야 건강한 생활이 가능하다. 다리올림대(6)를 사용하면 인간생활의 필수적인 시간인 수면시간을 이용하여 다리의 피로감을 풀어 줄 수 있어 그 효용이 높다.
이와 같이 구성된 수면공간대(100)는 도시된 바와 같이 침대(20) 외측에 설치할 수도 있지만 온돌방에도 설치가 가능하다. 고정공간대(1)와 이동공간대(3) 및 가이드대(5)는 목재류, 합성수지류, 금속류 등을 사용할 수 있다.
또한 고정공간대(1)와 이동공간대(3) 및 이불고정구(4)는 이불(10)과 밀착되기 때문에 항균 처리하여 사용하는 것이 좋다. 다리올림대(6) 역시 사용자의 다리와 접촉하기 때문에 항균 처리하여 사용하는 것이 좋다.
다음은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 수면공간대(100)의 사용방법에 대하여 도면을 참고하여 상세하게 설명한다.
도 6은 도 1에 도시된 실시예에 따른 수면공간대의 사용상태도이다.
평상시에는 도 6(a)에 도시된 바와 같이 이동공간대(3)와 다리올림대(6)를 일측의 고정공간대(1) 쪽으로 밀어둔다.
이에 따라 이동공간대(3)와 다리올림대(6)가 일측에 모아져 위치하게 된다. 이불(10)은 접힘이 가능하므로 이불고정구(4)에 고정된 상태로 접혀져 일측의 고정공간대(1) 쪽에 위치한 상태가 된다. 이 상태에서 사용자는 침대(20)의 공간을 자유롭게 사용할 수 있다.
취침시에는 도 6(b)에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자가 침대(20)에 누은 상태에서 이동공간대(3)와 다리올림대(6)를 적절한 위치로 이동시키고 잠을 잘 수 있다. 이불(10)은 이동공간대(3)와 고정공간대(1)에 고정되어 있는 상태이므로 사용자로부터 이격되어 공간을 형성하고 사용자는 취침 중에 땀이나, 습기, 열이 발생하지 않고 숙면을 취할 수 있다. 다리올림대(6)를 사용하지 않는 경우에는 고정공간대(1) 쪽에 그대로 두면 된다.
도면에서는 이동공간대(3) 및 일측의 고정공간대(1)에 이불(10)을 고정하는 것으로 도시하였으나 다른 일측의 고정공간대(1)에도 이불(10)을 고정하여 이불(10)로 얼굴부분까지 공간을 형성하도록 하여 사용할 수도 있다.
한편 이불(10) 대신 모기장을 고정시키거나 이불(10)과 함께 모기장을 고정시켜 사용할 수도 있다. 이에 따라 모기의 접근을 막아 더 쾌적한 수면을 취할 수 있다.
앞서 설명한 본 발명의 상세한 설명에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술분야의 숙련된 당업자 또는 해당 기술분야에 통상의 지식을 갖는 자라면 후술될 실용신안등록청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 기술 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 설치면과 이격되어 연장되고 일정한 간격을 두고 배치되는 한 쌍의 고정공간대,
    양 끝단이 상기 고정공간대에 결합되어 상기 고정공간대 사이에 위치하는 지지대,
    설치면과 이격되어 연장되고 상기 고정공간대 사이에 위치하며 상기 지지대를 따라 이동하는 이동공간대 및
    상기 고정공간대와 상기 이동공간대에 이불을 고정시키고 상기 이불이 상기 설치면에서 이격되어 위치하도록 하는 이불고정구
    를 포함하는 수면공간대.
  2. 제1항에서,
    양 끝단이 상기 고정공간대에 결합되어 상기 고정공간대 사이에 위치하고 슬라이딩 홈이 형성되어 상기 이동공간대의 양 끝단이 상기 슬라이딩 홈을 따라 이동하도록 하는 가이드대를 더 포함하는 수면공간대.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에서,
    상기 고정공간대에 결합되고 사용자의 다리를 올려놓는 다리올림대를 더 포함하는 수면공간대.
