Description

电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及香烟替代品技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
如图1所示,现有技术的电子烟包括雾化组件110及与雾化组件110同轴设置的电池组件120,雾化组件110的一端作为供吸烟者吸食烟雾的吸烟端,用于存储烟油的储油腔及用于将储油腔内的烟油输送给电热丝114进行雾化的导油绳116均设置在雾化组件110内,形成储油腔与电池组件120上下串行连接放置形式。储油腔与电池组件120的上下串行连接方式使得电子烟的烟体太长,不方便携带,烟油容易因重力或毛细作用渗入到所述电池组件120内而使电池组件120内的电路容易短路;此外,现有技术的电子烟中由于所述储油腔设置在雾化组件内,用于供烟雾流通的烟雾通道穿过所述储油腔,容易造成烟油渗入到烟雾通道上、产生漏油及烟雾容易受到储油腔内的烟油吸热而冷凝,导致吸烟者容易吸到烟油的现象。另外由于所述储油腔设置在所述雾化组件110内,添加烟油时通过加油装置朝所述雾化组件110内注入烟油,因而若不慎将烟油添加过量或因震荡等原因时,容易将烟油注入烟雾通道内,导致雾化组件110内的电热丝114被烟油淹没而不能雾化烟油及用户吸食到烟油。同时,由于所述储油腔设在所述雾化组件110内,因而吸烟时容易因受到用户口腔的夹持力而容易将烟油挤入雾化通道内,导致容易吸食到烟油。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于储存烟油的烟油瓶、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件、与所述雾化组件电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件供电的电池以及用于显示电子烟信息的显示模块;所述烟油瓶设置在所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端的一端,所述电池与所述烟油瓶并列设置;
所述电子烟还包括用于盖设在所述烟油瓶上的保护盖,所述保护盖与所述电子烟本体滑动连接,所述显示模块设置在所述保护盖滑动途经的区域上,所述保护盖上设有用于观察所述烟油瓶内的烟油量的观察窗,当所述保护盖滑动至所述观察窗与所述显示模块重合时,通过所述观察窗观察所述电子烟信息。

实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
(1)设有与电子烟本体滑动连接的保护盖,当电子烟在运输或使用过程中受到振荡时,保护烟油瓶免受损坏;且在保护盖上与烟油瓶相对应的侧壁上设有观察窗,可通过观察窗观察烟油瓶内的烟油量,方便用户更换烟油;保护盖向上靠近吸烟端的一端滑动时,当保护盖滑动至其观察窗与显示模块重合时,又可通过显示模块观察电子烟的其它信息,提高用户体验,且可帮助用户戒烟;
(2)雾化通道不穿过烟油瓶,则雾化组件雾化烟油产生的烟雾不穿过储油区域,避免烟雾受到烟油的吸热而冷凝,从而避免了雾化通道被堵塞现象的发生及避免用户吸食到冷凝的烟油;
(3)烟油瓶设置在远离吸烟端的一端,电热丝组件设置在烟油瓶外侧,避免用户吸食到烟油;且在向烟油瓶内添加烟油时,避免烟油污染吸烟端,且烟油不会渗到电热丝组件上,提高用户体验;
(4)烟油瓶与电池并列设置,使电子烟的长度变短,方便用户携带;且烟油不会因重力的作用流至电池上,从而即使在发生漏油现象时,避免了电池发生短路的现象。

吸烟端 6 靠近用户口腔的端面上设有出气孔 61 ,用户通过该出气孔 61 吸食雾化组件 3 雾化烟油产生的烟雾,且该吸烟端 6 设置在电子烟本体之外。
烟油瓶 2 为透明体,且烟油瓶 2 上刻有显示烟油量的刻度,故可在烟油瓶 2 外面直接观察烟油瓶 2 内的烟油量,以便及时地补加烟油,提高用户体验。
电子烟本体还包括支架 11 ,电池 4 收容在支架 11 内,电池 4 与支架 11 之间连接方式可以是但不限于可拆卸连接。与电池 4 并列设置的烟油瓶 2 与支架 11 可拆卸连接,且烟油瓶 2 露置于支架 11 外部。
支架 11 内还安装有雾化组件 3 ,雾化组件 3 的一端插置于烟油瓶 2 内,雾化组件 5 的另一端收容在支架 24 内,安装在支架 11 内的雾化组件 3 的一端与吸烟端 6 相邻,且吸烟端 6 、雾化组件 3 和烟油瓶 2 同轴设置。雾化组件 3 与电池 4 电性连接,由电池 4 为雾化组件 3 供电。电子烟本体内部形成有位于烟油瓶 2 外部的、用于供雾化组件 3 雾化的烟雾排出至电子烟本体外的烟雾通道。因此本实施例的电子烟将烟雾通道设置于电子烟本体内部、烟油瓶 2 外侧,可以防止烟油渗到烟雾通道上,解决了漏液和吸到烟油的现象。

如图 3 所示,保护盖 5 为中空结构,其内部形成有容纳腔 52 并在容纳腔 52 的一侧形成朝向支架 11 的开口,开口的宽度与支架 11 的宽度适配,因此电子烟处于吸食状态时,烟油瓶 2 收容在容纳腔 52 与支架 11 围成的容纳空间内,开口的侧壁与支架 11 相对固定,使保护盖 5 保护烟油瓶 2 。

支架 11 上与第一滑槽 111 相对的侧壁上设有限位槽 113 ,且限位槽 113 是由支架 11 的侧壁向其内部凹陷形成的,并与第一滑槽 111 相连通。限位槽 113 内设有穿过通孔 551 滑动部 12 ,即在限位槽 113 内设有一滑动部 12 ,且滑动部 12 与限位槽 113 滑动连接。该滑动部 12 可穿过第一滑板 55 上的通孔 551 并与第一滑板 55 固定在一起。滑动部 12 大体为 T 型,包括端部(未标出)和与端部垂直的本体(未标出),其中本体穿过通孔 551 并与第一滑板 55 固定,则当保护盖 5 向上滑动时,滑动部 12 与第一滑板 55 一起向上滑动,且第一滑板 55 在第一滑槽 111 内滑动,滑动部 12 的端部在限位槽 113 内滑动。优选地,滑动部 12 为螺钉,则本实施例的电子烟,螺钉穿过螺孔从而与第一滑板 55 固定起来,且当保护盖 5 向靠近吸烟端 6 的一侧滑动时,螺钉和第一滑板 55 一起向上滑动。
进一步地,在滑动部 12 的端部上设有滑动套 13 ,滑动套 13 卡设在滑动部 12 的端部与第一滑板 55 的之间,滑动套 13 用于保护第一滑板 55 在滑动过程中免受损坏。即当保护盖 5 滑动时,滑动部 12 与第一滑板 55 一起滑动,滑动部 12 与第一滑板 55 之间存在摩擦作用,从而有可能造成第一滑板 55 损坏,故在滑动部 12 的端部上设置滑动套 13 进行保护,优选地滑动套 13 由弹性塑料制成。
如图 4 所示,雾化组件 3 包括电热丝组件 31 、导油机构 32 、套管 34 以及用于容纳电热丝组件 31 的雾化腔 33 。导油机构 32 套设在套管 34 内, 所述 导油机构 32 由棉或纤维等吸油材料制成, 所述 导油机构 32 的外周面与所述套管 34 的内周面相贴合,因而可避免在电子烟倒放时烟油从所述套管 34 泄露出来,且导油效果好 。 套管 34 的与吸烟端6相邻 的一端 设置有连通至吸烟端6的 开口,且套管 34 的具有开口的一端靠近所述电热丝组件 31 ,套管 34 的另一端插置于烟油瓶 2 的内部,且套管 34 的侧壁上开设有进油孔(未示出),以使烟油瓶 2 内的烟油通过进油孔流入导油机构 32 上。套管 34 的具有开口的一端内部形成中空的所述雾化腔 33 ,电热丝组件 31 收容在所述雾化腔 33 内,则电热丝组件 31 设置在烟油瓶 2 的外侧,电热丝组件 31 雾化烟油产生的烟雾不经过烟油瓶 2 ,避免受到烟油的吸热而被冷凝,防止了堵塞烟雾通道现象的发生。可以理解,所述雾化组件 3 还可只 包括电热丝组件 31 和导油机构 32 ,只要能够起到雾化烟油的作用即可,对于雾化组件 3 的具体结构在此不做限定。
支架 11 上设有与外界相同的进气孔(未标出),以使外界空气通过该进气孔进入电子烟内部,且该进气孔与雾化腔 33 、出气孔 61 相互连通,该烟雾通道用于将电热丝组件 31 雾化烟油产生的烟雾排出并供用户吸食,该烟雾通道不流经烟油瓶 2 ,避免了烟雾被冷凝而堵塞烟雾通道的缺陷。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:( 1 )设有与电子烟本体滑动连接的保护盖 5 ,当电子烟在运输或使用过程中受到振荡时,保护烟油瓶 2 免受损坏;且在保护盖 5 上与烟油瓶 2 相对应的侧壁上设有观察窗 51 ,可通过观察窗 51 观察烟油瓶 2 内的烟油量,方便用户更换烟油;保护盖 5 向上靠近吸烟端 6 的一端滑动时,当保护盖 5 滑动至其观察窗 51 与显示模块 7 重合时,又可通过显示模块 7 观察电子烟的其它信息,提高用户体验,且可帮助用户戒烟;( 2 )雾化通道不穿过烟油瓶 2 ,则雾化组件 3 雾化烟油产生的烟雾不穿过储油区域,避免烟雾受到烟油的吸热而冷凝,从而避免了雾化通道被堵塞现象的发生及避免用户吸食到冷凝的烟油;( 3 )烟油瓶 2 设置在远离吸烟端 6 的一端,电热丝组件 31 设置在烟油瓶 2 外侧, 避免用户吸食到烟油;且在向烟油瓶 2 内添加烟油时,避免烟油污染吸烟端 6 ,且烟油不会渗漏到烟雾通道而淹没电热丝组件 31 ,提高用户体验;( 4 )烟油瓶 2 与电池 4 并列设置,使电子烟的长度变短,方便用户携带;且烟油不会因重力的作用流至电池 4 上,从而即使在发生漏油现象时,避免了电池 4 发生短路的现象。
如图 9 所示,在本发明第二实施例提供的电子烟中,在显示模块 7 的环周面上还设有用于控制显示模块 7 工作 状态的开关 71 ,且开关 71 固定在支架 11 上并与显示模块 7 电 连接。只有当保护盖 5 向靠近吸烟端 6 的一侧滑动,且滑动至观察窗 51 与显示模块 7 重合时,开关 71 才能被保护盖 5 触发,所述显示模块 7 上才会显示电子烟的相关信息。具体的,是滑动部 12 向上滑动时(也即保护套 5 向上滑动时),开关 71 被滑动部 12 触发。即当电子烟处于工作状态时,被保护盖 5 包覆在内部的显示模块 7 是处于关闭状态的,其上并不显示电子烟的信息;而只有当保护盖 5 滑动至观察窗 51 与显示模块 7 相重合时,显示模块 7 才处于工作状态。本实施例的电子烟通过设置控制显示模块 7 状态的开关 71 ,并不使显示模块 7 一直处于显示工作状态,节约了电池 4 的电量,延长了电池 4 的使用时间,并具有节能环保的作用。本发明的优选实施例中,在电子烟本体上还设有用于防止保护盖 5 任意滑动的定位机构,该定位机构为 通过磁吸对所述保护盖 5 进行定位的 永磁铁或 通过弹性夹持或抵持对所述保护盖 5 进行定位的 定位弹片。具体地,在支架 11 上靠近限位槽 113 的位置设置定位机构,当保护盖 5 滑动至限位槽 113 的任意一端时,所述定位机构能够使滑动部 12 相对固定,避免保护盖 5 任意滑动,方便用户更换烟油瓶 2 或观察电子烟的信息。
如图 10 所示,在本发明第三实施例提供的电子烟中,在所述限位槽 113 的两端分别设有永磁铁 14 ,该永磁铁 14 固定在靠近限位槽 113 端部的支架 11 上。本实施例的滑动部 12 的端部由磁性材料制成,则当保护盖 5 滑至限位槽 113 的任意一端时,永磁铁 14 吸引滑动部 12 的端部使保护盖 5 相对固定;且在保护盖 5 滑动过程中,保护盖 5 所受阻力较小,方便滑动。如当电子烟处于吸食状态时,滑动部 12 位于限位槽 113 远离吸烟端 6 的一端,则下部的永磁铁 14 吸附滑动部 12 的端部使保护盖 5 固定,当电子烟在运输途中或用户在旅行途中时,防止由于保护盖 5 的误滑动而造成烟油瓶 2 裸露在外部,易造成损坏的风险;而当用户滑动保护盖 5 向上移动至观察窗 51 与显示模块 7 重合时,上面的永磁铁 14 也会吸附滑动部 12 的端部,防止保护盖 5 自动脱落,方便用户更换烟油瓶 2 。
如图 11 所示,本发明第四实施例提供的电子烟,在限位槽 113 的两端内部分别设有定位弹片 15 ,当保护盖 5 滑至限位槽 113 的任意一端时,所述滑动部 12 的端部卡合在定位弹片 15 上从而使保护盖 5 相对固定,即通过定位弹片 15 与所述 限位槽 113 的槽壁对所述 滑动部 12 进行夹持 使保护盖 5 相对固定。如当电子烟处于吸食状态时,滑动部 12 位于限位槽 113 远离吸烟端 6 的一端,则下部的定位弹片 15 将滑动部 12 固定在限位槽 113 内,当电子烟在运输途中或用户在旅行途中时,防止由于保护盖 5 的误滑动而造成烟油瓶 2 裸露在外部,易造成损坏的风险;而当用户滑动保护盖 5 向上移动至观察窗 51 与显示模块 7 重合时,上面的定位弹片 15 也会将滑动部 12 的端部固定在限位槽 113 内,防止保护盖 5 自动脱落,方便用户更换烟油瓶 2 。
定位弹片 15 可纵向设置在限位槽 113 的端部,则当滑动部 12 滑至限位槽 113 的端部时,滑动部 12 的端部抵接在限位槽 113 的侧壁和定位弹片 15 时间,从而使滑动部 12 相对固定。定位弹片 15 也可为倒 Y 型,则定位弹片 15 夹持在滑动部 12 的端部,使保护盖 5 相对固定。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端( 6 )、用于储存烟油的烟油瓶( 2 )、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件( 3 )、与所述雾化组件( 3 )电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件( 3 )供电的电池( 4 )以及用于显示电子烟信息的显示模块( 7 );所述烟油瓶( 2 )设置在所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端( 6 )的一端,所述电池( 4 )与所述烟油瓶( 2 )并列设置;
    所述电子烟还包括用于盖设在所述烟油瓶( 2 )上的保护盖( 5 ),所述保护盖( 5 )与所述电子烟本体滑动连接,所述显示模块( 7 )设置在所述保护盖( 5 )滑动途经的区域上,所述保护盖( 5 )上设有用于观察所述烟油瓶( 2 )内的烟油量的观察窗( 51 ),当所述保护盖( 5 )滑动至所述观察窗( 51 )与所述显示模块( 7 )重合时,通过所述观察窗( 51 )观察所述电子烟信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(3)包括设置在所述烟油瓶(2)外侧并与所述电池(4)电连接的电热丝组件(31)以及插设在所述烟油瓶(2)内并用于将烟油输送给所述电热丝组件(31)进行雾化的导油机构(32);所述电子烟本体内形成有连通至所述吸烟端(6)的用于供所述电热丝组件(31)雾化的烟雾排出的烟雾通道。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体上设有用于防止所述保护盖(5)任意滑动的定位机构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述定位机构为通过磁吸对所述保护盖(5)进行定位的永磁铁(14)或通过弹性夹持或抵持对所述保护盖(5)进行定位的定位弹片。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体包括支架(11),所述电池(4)安装在所述支架(11)内,所述雾化组件(3)安装在所述支架(11) 内的与所述吸烟端(6)相邻的一端,所述烟油瓶(2)与所述支架(11)可拆卸地连接,且所述吸烟端(6)、雾化组件(3)和烟油瓶(2)同轴设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述保护盖(5)为中空结构,所述保护盖(5)内形成有容纳腔(52)并在所述容纳腔(52)的一侧形成朝向所述支架(11)的开口,所述烟油瓶(2)收容在所述容纳腔(52)与所述支架(11)围成的容纳空间内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述保护盖(5)为半圆筒形,包括位置相对的第一侧壁(53)和第二侧壁(54),所述第一侧壁(53)与所述烟油瓶(2)相对的壁面上凸设有与所述第一侧壁(53)垂直的第一滑板(55),所述第二侧壁(54)与所述烟油瓶(2)相对的壁面上凸设有与第二侧壁(54)垂直的第二滑板(56),所述支架(11)上设有分别供所述第一滑板(55)和第二滑板(56)能够向靠近吸烟端(6)一侧滑动的第一滑槽(111)和第二滑槽(112)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一滑板(55)靠近所述吸烟端(6)的一端设有通孔(551),所述第一滑槽(111)的侧壁上设有限位槽(113),所述限位槽(113)与所述第一滑槽(11)相通,所述限位槽(113)内设有穿过所述通孔(551)的滑动部(12),所述滑动部(12)与所述限位槽(113)滑动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述滑动部(12)的端部上设有滑动套(13),所述滑动套(13)用于保护所述第一滑板(55)在滑动过程中免受损害。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟油瓶(2)可拆卸地外置在所述电子烟本体上。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体上设有用于控制所述显示模块(7)工作状态的开关(71),当所述保护盖(5)滑动至所述观察窗(51)与所述显示模块(7)重合时,所述开关(71)被所述保护盖(5)触发,所述显示模块(7)上显示所述电子烟信息。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述限位槽(113)的两端分别设有永磁铁(14),所述永磁铁(14)固定在所述支架(11)上,所述滑动部(12)的端部由磁性金属材料制成,当所述保护盖(5)滑至所述限位槽(113)的任意一端时,所述永磁铁(14)吸引所述滑动部(12)的端部使所述保护盖(5)相对固定。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述限位槽(113)的两端内分别设有定位弹片(15),当所述保护盖(5)滑至所述限位槽(113)的任意一端时,所述滑动部(12)的端部卡在所述定位弹片(15)上使所述保护盖(5)相对固定。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟信息为电池(4)的剩余电量信息、吸烟口数信息、吸烟次数信息、烟油口味信息、生产厂家信息中的一种或多种。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟油瓶(2)为透明体,且所述烟油瓶(2)上刻有显示烟油量的刻度。
  16. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括固定在所述支架(11)上的PCB板(8),所述PCB板(8)上设有控制模块,所述电池(4)和显示模块(7)均与所述PCB板(8)上的控制模块电连接。
  17. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(3)置于所述烟油瓶(2)外侧的一端内部形成中空的雾化腔(33),所述电热丝组件(31)收容在所述雾化腔(33)内。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架(11)上设有进气孔,所述吸烟端(6)上设有出气孔(61),所述进气孔、雾化腔(33)与所述出气孔(61)相互连通。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(3)包括与所述电池(4)电连接的电热丝组件(31)、插设在所述烟油瓶(2)内并用于将烟油输送给所述电热丝组件(31)进行雾化的导油机构(32)以及套设在所述导油机构(32)上并插设在烟油瓶(2)内的套管(34),所述套管(34)的与吸烟端(6)相邻的一端设置有连通至吸烟端(6)的开口,套管34的具有开口的一端内部形成中空的雾化腔33,电热丝组件31收容在所述雾化腔33内,所述导油机构(32)由吸烟材料制成,所述导油机构(32)的外周面与所述套管(34)的内周面相贴合。
  20. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端(6)、用于储存烟油的烟油瓶(2)、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件(3)、与所述雾化组件(3)电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件(3)供电的电池(4)以及用于显示电子烟信息的显示模块(7);所述烟油瓶(2)设置在所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端(6)的一端,所述电池(4)与所述烟油瓶(2)并列设置;
    所述雾化组件(3)包括设置在所述烟油瓶(2)外侧并与所述电池(4)电连接的电热丝组件(31)以及插设在所述烟油瓶(2)内并用于将烟油输送给所述电热丝组件(31)进行雾化的导油机构(32);所述电子烟本体内形成有连通至所述吸烟端(6)的用于供所述电热丝组件(31)雾化的烟雾排出的烟雾通道;
    所述电子烟还包括用于盖设在所述烟油瓶(2)上的保护盖(5),所述保护盖(5)与所述电子烟本体滑动连接,所述显示模块(7)设置在所述保护盖(5)滑动途经的区域上,所述保护盖(5)上设有用于观察所述烟油瓶(2)内的烟油量的观察窗(51),电子烟本体上设有用于控制所述显示模块(7)工作状态的开关(71)和用于防止所述保护盖(5)任意滑动的定位机构,当所述保护盖(5)滑动至所述观察窗(51)与所述显示模块(7)重合时,所述开关(71)被所述保护盖(5)触发,所述显示模块(7)上显示所述电子烟信息,且所述定位机构使所述保护套(5)相对固定。
