Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système pour la mise en œuvre d'une technologie d'entreposage en logistique du transport à température modérée, grâce auxquels tout le processus de transport de certaines marchandises se déroule de manière contrôlée dans des conditions de températures modérées incluant le stockage, le chargement, le transport lui-même, le placement des marchandises dans des locaux de stockage temporaires ou dans ceux de l'utilisateur final, et tout le processus de remise aux utilisateurs finals. Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'un signal d'avertissement est généré de différentes façons lorsqu'un écart se produit par rapport aux données du transport, et la détection de l'écart s'effectue également de différentes manières. Un écart déclenche déjà un signal d'avertissement dans le véhicule de transport (GK). Les données sont également surveillées au centre (KP) du système au cours de la procédure, et sont comparées aux données correspondantes de la feuille de route. Le centre (KP) du système génère un avertissement (FKSZ, FJV) ou une alarme (KR) en cas d'écart par rapport à la plage spécifiée. Le système selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'un ou plusieurs espaces de chargement (HR1, HR2, HR3) sont créés à l'intérieur du véhicule de transport (GK), chaque espace de chargement (HR1, HR2, HR3) peut avoir une température modérée contrôlée différente, et chaque espace de chargement (HR1, HR2, HR3) à température modérée a des capteurs de température (SE) étalonnés. Un récepteur GPS (GPSV) est installé à l'intérieur du véhicule de transport (GK) ou à bord du véhicule (GK), ce récepteur détermine la position réelle dudit véhicule de transport (GK), et un émetteur est aussi installé afin d'envoyer les données par satellite. Les capteurs de température (SE) sont reliés à une unité de collecte et de transfert de données (FDV) située à bord du véhicule (GK) par l'intermédiaire de canaux câblés ou sans fil, qui transmettent des données de position GPS et les données de températures mesurées au centre (KP). Un système de commande (LK) est monté à bord du véhicule (GK), et ce système peut servir à régler les températures des espaces de chargement (HR) ainsi que des conteneurs réfrigérés, et à modérer les températures réglées (refroidissement/chauffage). Un clavier (TA) conservé par le conducteur du véhicule (GK) ou par le convoyeur des marchandises (SZKSZ) est connecté à l'unité de collecte et de transfert de données (FDV) montée à bord du véhicule de transport (GK), et il peut servir à la fonction de feuille de route électronique, permettre d'identifier le véhicule et de recevoir et d'envoyer des messages courts, employant le GSM pour le lettrage, ce qui donne la possibilité de communiquer par le biais du système de téléphonie mobile.
