Abstract
一种眼部按摩器,包括眼罩(100)以及连接于眼罩(100)两端的绑带(200),该眼罩(100)包括扣合于一体的前壳(110)及后壳(120),后壳(120)上设有与眼部对应的两中空眼框(121),两中空眼框(121)前侧分别设有导温片(131),各所述导温片(131)的前表面分别设有半导体制冷片(140),各半导体制冷片(140)上均设有散热装置(150)。该眼部按摩器利用半导体制冷片(140)的制冷功能对眼部进行冷敷,此时,散热装置(150)对半导体制冷片(140)的热端散热,冷敷效果更好;当外部电源极性反接时半导体制冷片(140)迅速发热对眼部进行热敷,使眼部周围血管扩张,促进血液循环,缓解眼部疲劳、干涩。
Description
本实用新型涉及按摩器技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种眼部按摩器。
现有的眼部按摩器大多仅利用按摩头进行按摩,即是只具有按摩功能,不具有理疗作用,这种眼部按摩器功能单一。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种眼部按摩器,旨在解决现有技术中存在的眼部按摩器不具有理疗作用的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:提供一种眼部按摩器,包括眼罩以及连接于所述眼罩两端的绑带,所述眼罩包括扣合于一体的前壳及后壳,所述后壳上设有与眼部对应的两中空眼框,所述两中空眼框前侧分别设有导温片,各所述导温片的前表面分别设有半导体制冷片,各半导体制冷片上均设有散热装置。
具体地,各所述散热装置均包括贴设于所述半导体制冷片前表面的散热片、设于散热片前侧的散热风扇。
具体地,各所述散热装置均通过一散热支架固定于所述导温片上。
具体地,所述散热支架包括外框以及由所述外框两侧边伸出的L形支脚,所述两L形支脚固定于所述导温片上。
进一步地,所述散热片上设有多个散热鳍片。
进一步地,所述绑带可拆卸连接于所述眼罩上。
具体地,所述眼罩的两端分别设有卡钩,所述绑带的两端分别设有卡扣,各所述卡扣上分别设有可钩于各所述卡钩上的卡孔。
本实用新型中,眼部按摩器具有理疗功能,当电源电压的正负极性对接时利用半导体制冷片的制冷功能对眼部进行冷敷,使眼部周围血管收缩,帮助眼部消肿,抑制产生黑眼圈,此时,散热装置对半导体制冷片的热端散热,使制冷效果更好;当极性反接时半导体制冷片迅速发热对眼部进行热敷,此时散热装置不工作,此时热敷使眼部周围血管扩张,促进血液循环,缓解眼部疲劳、干涩。

为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
参照图1至图4,本实用新型提供的眼部按摩器,包括眼罩100以及连接于眼罩
100两端的绑带200。眼罩100包括扣合于一体的前壳110及后壳120。后壳120呈凹形框架状,其上设有与眼部对应的两中空眼框121。两中空眼框121前侧分别设有导温片131,两导温片131之间通过连接块132连接,连接块132上设置有控制电路板(图中未示出)。两导温片131分别对应安装于两中空眼框121处,即两导温片131的内表面可由中空眼框121中透过,这样,戴上眼部按摩器后,导温片131直接与眼部接触。各导温片131的前表面均设有半导体制冷片140,各半导体制冷片140上均设有散热装置150。半导体制冷片140,又叫热电制冷片,其特性为:输入电源电压时,正负极性对接时能迅速制冷,当极性反接时能迅速发热。这样,利用半导体制冷片140实现眼部按摩器的冷敷和热敷功能。各半导体制冷片140上均设有散热装置150。本实施例中,半导体制冷片140在制冷或制热时,其温度通过导温片131传递,对眼部进行冷敷和热敷,当半导体制冷片140在制冷时,其一面为冷端一面为热端,且冷端与热端的温差相差较大,于各半导体制冷片140的热端设置散热装置150来对其进行主动散热,来降低热端温度,那冷端温度也会相应的下降,从而达到更低的温度。
具体地,结合图5、图6,散热装置150均包括散热片151以及散热风扇152。其中,散热片151贴设于半导体制冷片140前表面即热端,而散热风扇152又设于散热片151前侧,最后通过一散热支架160将散热片151及散热风扇152夹紧后固定于导温片131上。
具体地,散热支架160包括外框161以及由外框161两侧边伸出的L形支脚162,两L形支脚162固定于导温片131上。外框161扣于散热风扇152外侧,外框161呈框架状,散热风扇152工作时吹出的风由外框161流出,保证热量的及时散出。而L形支脚162将散热片151及散热风扇152限位,L形支脚162通过紧固件如螺钉固定于导温片131上。
而为了保证散热效果,散热片151上设有多个散热鳍片1511。
本实施例中,为了便于清洗和收纳,绑带200是可拆卸连接于眼罩100上。具体地,后壳120的两端分别设有卡钩122,绑带200的两端分别设有卡扣210,各卡扣210上分别设有可钩于各卡钩122上的卡孔211。这样,利用卡钩122与卡孔211即将绑带200固定于后壳120上,且这种结构便于拆、装。
本实施例中,眼部按摩器主要利用半导体制冷片140对眼部进行理疗,当电源电压的正负极性对接时利用半导体制冷片140的制冷功能对眼部进行冷敷,使眼部周围血管收缩,帮助眼部消肿,抑制产生黑眼圈,此时,散热装置150对半导体制冷片140的热端散热,使制冷效果更好;当极性反接时半导体制冷片140迅速发热对眼部进行热敷,此时散热装置150不工作,此时热敷使眼部周围血管扩张,促进血液循环,缓解眼部疲劳、干涩。当然,本实施例中的眼部按摩器也可以进行改进,增加按摩结构,如在后壳120内侧增加按摩触头(图中未示出),并利用气袋或电动方式来驱动按摩触头进行眼部按摩。
以上仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
- 一种眼部按摩器,包括眼罩以及连接于所述眼罩两端的绑带,所述眼罩包括扣合于一体的前壳及后壳,其特征在于:所述后壳上设有与眼部对应的两中空眼框,所述两中空眼框前侧分别设有导温片,各所述导温片的前表面分别设有半导体制冷片,各半导体制冷片上均设有散热装置。
- 如权利要求1所述的眼部按摩器,其特征在于:各所述散热装置均包括贴设于所述半导体制冷片前表面的散热片、设于散热片前侧的散热风扇。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的眼部按摩器,其特征在于:各所述散热装置均通过一散热支架固定于所述导温片上。
- 如权利要求3所述的眼部按摩器,其特征在于:所述散热支架包括外框以及由所述外框两侧边伸出的L形支脚,所述两L形支脚固定于所述导温片上。
- 如权利要求2所述的眼部按摩器,其特征在于:所述散热片上设有多个散热鳍片。
- 如权利要求1所述的眼部按摩器,其特征在于:所述绑带可拆卸连接于所述眼罩上。
- 如权利要求6所述的眼部按摩器,其特征在于:所述眼罩的两端分别设有卡钩,所述绑带的两端分别设有卡扣,各所述卡扣上分别设有可钩于各所述卡钩上的卡孔。
