本发明涉及一种保健用品及其制备方法，具体涉及一种具有缓解眼部疲劳功能的眼保健仪。
技术背景
现代社会随着电脑、智能手机的广泛应用，基本每人都是“低头族”，眼睛长时间不离开电子屏幕，用眼过度问题已经是一个覆盖儿童、成人及老人的普遍问题。一般来说，看电脑或者手机一小时左右要让眼睛休息10分钟，但是基本没人能做到，长时间近距离的看电子屏幕产生眼部疲劳，几乎所有人都存在眼部疲劳的问题。视疲劳不是独立的疾病，而是由于各种原因引起的一组疲劳综合征，对“低头族”来说，主要与眼周肌肉紧张、眼周微循环不畅、晶状体长时间紧张、眨眼次数减少导致的干眼症等都有关系。缓解视疲劳的道理和方法都很简单，比如少用电脑和手机、做眼保健操或看远处来放松眼部，配合服用护眼营养品和使用滴眼液，但是由于消费者往往不能坚持做到前两项，因此不管服用多高级和护眼营养品和使用多好的滴眼液，都不能取得良好的效果。
眼部血液流通和视神经信息交换非常频繁，因此会产生大量热量，眼球在凉的环境下能够充分放松且自我调节，低温(0-10℃)对眼球有明显的修复和缓解疲劳的作用。
水凝胶医用护眼贴是近年来在外科手术时对全麻患者进行眼部保护的一种手术配用医疗用品，用来遮挡手术时全麻患者闭合不全的眼睛，保护角膜不脱水、不受无影灯照射损伤，使用方便，无副作用，用户体验好。目前已有使用不同配方的水凝胶眼贴来保护眼睛的产品，如CN104887561A《一种医用海洋生物成分的水凝胶眼贴》，其作用原理基本是利用水凝胶在眼部形成一个湿润的小环境，利用在水凝胶中添加的薄荷油和冰片等产品给眼部皮肤带来清凉的感受，通过添加玫瑰精油、薰衣草精油、柠檬精油等对眼部肌肤进行保护，解决黑眼圈眼袋等问题。但是由于眼球气血流通旺盛、信息交换频繁，不断的向外散发热量和水汽，使用凝胶黏附在眼部，时间稍长眼部就非常闷热，散发的水汽还会导致凝胶部分融化，黏在眼缝处非常不舒服，不小心还会进入眼球造成刺激。
静电纺丝技术制备的纳米纤维膜由于具有比表面积大、孔隙率高、纤维的精细程度与均一性高、长径比大等优点，对药物颗粒的吸附和控制缓释方面有独特的优势，已经在手术敷料等生物医学组织工程材料等领域有着重要的应用。
发明内容
本发明提出一种具有缓解眼部疲劳功能的眼保健仪，旨在为“低头族”提供一种保养眼部的产品。
本发明的具有缓解眼部疲劳功能的眼保健仪，由制冷系统、眼罩和护眼贴组成，所述制冷系统由半导体制冷片、散热片、温度调节模块、开关、电池组成；所述眼罩一面与半导体制冷片的冷端陶瓷面固定相连，另一面与所述护眼贴相连；所述护眼贴由无纺布支撑层、凝胶层和保养层组成；所述保养层是采用醋酸纤维素纳米纤维膜浸泡在由0.5-2％的辣木籽精油提取液、30-50％的苦刺花蒸馏提取液及纯化水混合而得的保养液中24h，然后经25℃低温干燥获得；所述凝胶层是由质量浓度为2-5％的壳聚糖溶液、0.5-1％的甘油混合后恒温水浴制备的凝胶，将制备得到的凝胶涂布到无纺布支撑层上，厚度为3-6mm，经-20℃低温放置12-24h，再经过50-60℃高温放置24-48h，固化成型，然后将所述保养层的纳米纤维膜用少量壳聚糖凝胶贴到上述凝胶层上，放置12-24h固定即可。
进一步，所述半导体制冷片的制冷温度控制在5-10℃。
优选地，所述保养层是醋酸纤维素纳米纤维膜浸泡在由1％的辣木籽精油提取液、40％的苦刺花蒸馏提取液及纯化水混合而得的保养液中24h，然后经25℃低温干燥获得。
优选地，所述凝胶层是由质量浓度为3％的壳聚糖溶液、1％的甘油混合后恒温水浴制备的凝胶。

1.可制冷、温度可调、实现眼部冷热交替、使用体验好：本发明改进了使用凝胶护眼贴会越来越热的眼部感受，当护眼贴在眼部起作用一段时间后，护眼贴会变得比较热，这次可以打开眼保健仪的开关制冷，使护眼贴温度下降同时也相当于给眼部做冷敷，如此冷热交替，是缓解眼部疲劳最有效的方法。本发明使用的护眼贴采用壳聚糖水凝胶做中间层，与眼部接触的是醋酸纤维素纳米纤维膜的保养层，正是这一层保养层，将凝胶与眼部隔离出一定的空间，使眼部皮肤细胞呼吸产生的热量有了回旋的余地，能透过保养层进入壳聚糖水凝胶的骨架空隙中，眼部没有潮湿闷热的感觉，使用体验好，消费者会自动延长使用时间，使眼睛获得更好的休息。
2.凉爽无刺激：传统护眼贴会添加薄荷油冰片等强刺激性物质，进入眼部会强烈的刺激眼部。本发明保健护眼贴，使用的壳聚糖无刺激性，与眼部直接接触的保养层，其挥发性成分为辣木籽精油、苦刺花蒸馏提取液，对眼球和接触的皮肤来说清凉无刺激。
3.保养层组分能有效缓解眼部疲劳：本发明的眼保健仪使用的保健护眼贴，保养层的原料组分包括醋酸纤维素纳米纤维膜、辣木籽精油、苦刺花蒸馏提取液，静电纺丝的纳米纤维膜在保养液中浸泡24小时，之后在25℃下低温干燥，后期在常温条件下放置，纳米纤维膜中吸附的辣木籽精油和苦刺花蒸馏提取液都不会挥发，能有效承载药物组分，当保养层接触眼部后，在眼部持续释放的热量积累下，温度上升并且开始缓释药物组分。本发明中，使用辣木籽精油和苦刺花蒸馏提取液作为缓解眼部疲劳的原料组分，苦刺花苦、寒，入肝胆经，云南民间常用来做蔬菜食用，或者晒干后泡水喝以清热去火；辣木籽精油具有极强的抗氧化和活化细胞的功能，常用于化妆品中；当此护眼贴放置在眼部时，眼球的热量会激发保养层释放辣木籽精油和苦刺花提取液的活性成分，这些小分子物质可以透过眼部肌肤到达眼底，进而对眼睛的角膜、神经细胞、肌肉细胞等各类组织和细胞进行保养作用。壳聚糖凝胶有效阻挡了这些小分子活性物质向外的挥发，促进其向眼部渗透；选用壳聚糖做凝胶层的组分，是因为壳聚糖本身具有一定的杀菌功能，可以避免使用过程中的细菌污染问题。虽然壳聚糖凝胶本身就是清凉的，但是当护眼贴在眼部放时间长了，温度也会升高，影响了使用效果和使用感受，这时打开眼保健仪开关开始制冷，如此交替几次，能有效促进眼部气血循环，缓解眼部疲劳。
4.个人使用时，每帖可多次使用：静电纺丝的纳米纤维膜有较强的缓释作用，在室温条件下，该静电纺丝纳米纤维膜中的辣木籽精油和苦刺花蒸馏液挥发非常缓慢，因此该护眼贴还可以多次使用，根据实验效果，建议每帖使用5-7次为宜。每盒成品眼保健仪中配一台眼保健仪和多片护眼贴，根据使用频率更换护眼贴，后期只需购买护眼贴即可，为消费者节省费用。
5.本发明工艺简单，成本低廉，原料易得，生产周期短，适用范围广。

具体实施方式
一种具有缓解眼部疲劳功能的眼保健仪，由制冷系统、眼罩7和护眼贴3组成，所述制冷系统由半导体制冷片6、散热片2、温度调节模块5、开关1、电池4组成；所述眼罩7一面与半导体制冷片的冷端陶瓷面固定相连，另一面与所述护眼贴3相连；所述护眼贴由无纺布支撑层11、凝胶层10和保养层9组成；所述保养层是采用醋酸纤维素纳米纤维膜浸泡在由1％的辣木籽精油提取液、40％的苦刺花蒸馏提取液及纯化水混合而得的保养液中24h，然后经25℃低温干燥获得；所述凝胶层是由质量浓度为3％的壳聚糖溶液、1％的甘油混合后恒温水浴制备的凝胶，将制备得到的凝胶涂布到无纺布支撑层上，厚度为4mm，经-20℃低温放置24h，再经过60℃高温放置48h，固化成型，然后将所述保养层的纳米纤维膜用少量壳聚糖凝胶贴到上述凝胶层上，放置12h固定即可。
所述半导体制冷片的制冷温度控制在5-10℃。
所述壳聚糖溶液为分子量为20万的壳聚糖溶于1％的稀醋酸中制备的溶液。
所述眼罩上设置一条松紧带。
所述护眼贴可更换。
本实施例所述眼保健仪放置在眼部，一开始眼部感觉清凉，这是护眼贴在眼球热量的作用下，缓慢释放出辣木籽精油和苦刺花蒸馏提取液的小分子物质，这些植物小分子活性物质具有较强的渗透性，可以到达眼底，同时具有较强的抗氧化特性，对眼部神经、肌肉、结缔组织等都有良好的修复功能，因此能起到静心养神，明目去火的功效，且这种清凉有下透到眼底的感觉，这是由于辣木籽精油的“深层渗透”的作用。使用10分钟左右，清凉感觉逐渐消失，眼部和护眼贴感觉热量升起来，这时打开半导体制冷片，约一分钟左右，眼部就可以感受到凉意，根据个人感受调节制冷片温度，冷敷10-20分钟左右，如果感觉还想再敷一会，可以把制冷片关掉，护眼贴温度又在眼部散发的热量下逐渐升高，到一定程度再把制冷片打开，如此冷热交替，使用后眼部感觉非常舒适，眼睛明亮有神，眼内血丝减少很多，眼周皮肤水润光滑，黑眼圈基本消失。由于使用本发明的眼保健仪感受非常舒适，使用者容易睡着，如果使用者在冷敷过程中睡着了，也不用特地关制冷片，在冷敷条件下，睡眠后的眼球能得到更好的修复，并且由于制冷片温度控制在5-10℃，且护眼贴凝胶层较厚，面积较小，只针对眼部，因此不会造成使用者睡着后着凉感冒的情况。

Claims (7)
1.一种具有缓解眼部疲劳功能的眼保健仪，由制冷系统、眼罩(7)和护眼贴(3)组成，所述制冷系统由半导体制冷片(6)、散热片(2)、温度调节模块(5)、开关(1)、电池(4)组成；所述眼罩(7)一面与半导体制冷片的冷端陶瓷面固定相连，另一面与所述护眼贴(3)相连；其特征在于，所述护眼贴由无纺布支撑层、凝胶层和保养层组成；所述保养层是采用醋酸纤维素纳米纤维膜浸泡在由1-10％的辣木籽精油提取液、30-50％的苦刺花蒸馏提取液及纯化水混合而得的保养液中24h，然后经25℃低温干燥获得；所述凝胶层是由质量浓度为2-5％的壳聚糖溶液、0.5-1％的甘油混合后恒温水浴制备的凝胶，将制备得到的凝胶涂布到无纺布支撑层上，厚度为3-6mm，经-20℃低温放置12-24h，再经过50-60℃高温放置24-48h，固化成型，然后将所述保养层的纳米纤维膜用少量壳聚糖凝胶贴到上述凝胶层上，放置12-24h固定即可；所述半导体制冷片的制冷温度控制在5-10℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有缓解眼部疲劳功能的眼保健仪，其特征在于，所述保养层是醋酸纤维素纳米纤维膜浸泡在由6％的辣木籽精油提取液、40％的苦刺花蒸馏提取液及纯化水混合而得的保养液中24h，然后经25℃低温干燥获得。
3.根据权利要求1所述具有缓解眼部疲劳功能的眼保健仪，其特征在于，所述凝胶层是由质量浓度为3％的壳聚糖溶液、1％的甘油混合后恒温水浴制备的凝胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述具有缓解眼部疲劳功能的眼保健仪，其特征在于，所述凝胶层厚度为6mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述具有缓解眼部疲劳功能的眼保健仪，其特征在于，所述壳聚糖溶液为分子量为20-30万的壳聚糖溶于1％的稀醋酸中制备的溶液。
6.根据权利要求1所述具有缓解眼部疲劳功能的眼保健仪，其特征在于，所述眼罩上设置一条松紧带。
7.根据权利要求1所述具有缓解眼部疲劳功能的眼保健仪，其特征在于，所述护眼贴可更换。
