但是,现有技术中的车身密封是通过封堵条的弹性形变来实现的,这种封堵方式需要被封堵物件对封堵条进行挤压才能实现,如封堵物未移至所需位置,则不能实现封堵,车内容易渗入粉尘、雨水和噪音,会严重影响驾驶员的行车安全性;且随着使用年限的增加,封堵条受腐蚀并老化,使得弹性形变差,封堵时的连接性能和部分密封性不佳。
本发明的目的在于提供一种密封系统,旨在解决现有技术中,通过封堵条密封车身,密封效果不佳,易渗入粉尘、雨水和噪音。
本发明是这样实现的:一种密封系统,用于电动汽车内,其包括设置在车门与车身之间并用于封堵车门与车身之间间隙的密封管,所述密封管的内部具有空心通道;所述密封系统还包括与所述密封管的空心通道连通并用于对所述密封管充气使其膨胀的气源。
进一步地,所述车身上顺序设有前行李舱、乘员舱和后行李舱,所述乘员舱上方罩设有能够相对开合的前厢门和后厢门;所述密封系统还包括于所述前厢门和所述后厢门闭合时用于封堵所述前厢门和所述后厢门之间间隙的活动连接管。
进一步地,所述前厢门具有与所述前行李舱连接的第一端及与所述第一端相对的第二端,所述后厢门具有与所述后行李舱连接的第三端及与所述第三端相对的第四端;所述前厢门能够绕第一端向外翻转,所述后厢门能够绕第三端向外翻转;所述活动连接管安装在所述前厢门的第二端上和/或安装在所述后厢门的第四端上。
进一步地,所述活动连接管内部中空,所述密封管上开设有气孔,所述活动连接管上设置有用于伸入所述气孔并连通所述密封管与所述活动连接管的气嘴。
进一步地,所述密封管包括一个用于封堵所述前厢门与所述车身之间及所述后厢门与所述车身之间缝隙的封堵部和与所述封堵部相对设置且用于连接所述车身的固定部;所述封堵部的两侧分别连接有纵向侧壁,每一所述纵向侧壁包括从所述封堵部的边缘成弧形向内且向所述固定部延伸的弧形部。
进一步地,所述活动连接管包括一个用于封堵所述前厢门和所述后厢门之间间隙的接触部和与所述接触部相对设置且用于固定的连接部。
进一步地,所述气源包括用于给所述密封管充气的高压风机及可选择性地连通所述高压风机与密封管的气体换向阀。
本发明的另目的在于提供一种电动汽车,包括车身和车门及上述的密封系统;所述密封系统包括设置在车门与车身之间并用于封堵车门与车身之间间隙的密封管,所述密封管的内部具有空心通道;所述密封系统还包括与所述密封管的空心通道连通并用于对所述密封管充气使其膨胀的气源;所述车身上设有用于安装所述密封管的第一安装槽,所述第一安装槽沿所述车身与所述车门配合的部位延伸。
进一步地,所述车身上顺序设有前行李舱、乘员舱和后行李舱,所述乘员舱上方罩设有能够相对开合的前厢门和后厢门;所述车身的两侧并位于所述前厢门和所述后厢门之间设有立柱。
进一步地,所述密封系统还包括于所述前厢门和所述后厢门闭合时用于封堵所述前厢门和所述后厢门之间间隙的活动连接管。
进一步地,所述前厢门具有与所述前行李舱连接的第一端及与所述第一端相对的第二端,所述后厢门具有与所述后行李舱连接的第三端及与所述第三端相对的第四端;所述前厢门能够绕第一端向外翻转,所述后厢门能够绕第三端向外翻转;所述前厢门的第二端上和/或所述后厢门的第四端上设置用于安装所述活动连接管的第二安装槽;所述活动连接管内部中空,所述密封管上开设有气孔,所述活动连接管上设置有用于伸入所述气孔并连通所述密封管与所述活动连接管的气嘴。
进一步地,所述密封管绕设在所述乘员舱且分别与所述前厢门和所述后厢门对接的位置,所述气嘴设置在所述活动连接管的两端,所述气孔位于各所述立柱的顶端。
进一步地,所述车身上设有两个气源,两个所述气源对称地设置在所述车身的两侧并均与所述密封管连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明提出的密封系统,在车门与车身之间设置有密封管,通过与该密封管连接的气源对密封管充气使其体积膨胀,体积倍增后的密封管使车身与车门之间的间隙得到封堵,这样,包裹在车门边缘的接触面积更大,由于密封管内填充有气体,密封管具有较大的弹性形变,使得封堵效果更佳,不易因管体的老化而影响车门的密封性。
本发明提出的电动汽车,由于车门与车身之间设置有密封管,通过气源对密封管充气使其体积膨胀,体积倍增后的密封管使车身与车门之间的间隙得到封堵,这样,包裹在车门边缘的接触面积更大,由于密封管内填充有气体,密封管具有较大的弹性形变,提高了电动汽车内部的密封性,增加了电动汽车对外界的防水、隔噪和防尘效果,进一步提升了行车过程的安全性。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图5所示,为本发明提供的一个较佳实施例。
本实施例提供的电动汽车1用密封系统10,其包括用于封堵车门9与车身2之间间隙的密封管1001,该密封管1001固定安装在车身2上并与车门9对应的位置,密封管1001的内部具有空心通道10011;密封系统10还包括与密封管1001的空心通道10011连通的气源1011,气源1011与设置在车身2内的电控模块相连接,电控模块在车门9闭合后控制气源1011对密封管1001充气使其膨胀。
上述的电动汽车1用密封系统10,在车门9与车身2之间设置有密封管1001,通过与该密封管1001连接的气源1011对密封管1001充气使其体积膨胀,体积倍增后的密封管1001使车身2与车门9之间的间隙得到封堵,这样,包裹在车门9边缘的接触面积更大,由于密封管1001内填充有气体,密封管1001具有较大的弹性形变,使得封堵效果更佳,不易因管体的老化而影响车门9的密封性。
本实施例中,密封管1001可采用耐臭氧老化的三元乙丙橡胶、或是具有较好弹性的热塑性弹性体制成,即保证密封管1001具有弹性体的优良工程性能,又具有塑料的优良特性,方便加工,且可回收重复利用。
参见图1,上述的车身2上由前至后顺序设有前行李舱201、乘员舱202和后行李舱203,电动汽车1的乘员舱202上方罩设有能够相对开合的前厢门901和后厢门902,车身2内的乘员舱202前部与前厢门901对应,后部与后厢门902对应,当前厢门901和后厢门902处于闭关状态时,前厢门901、后厢门902与车身2围合密封乘员舱202;密封系统10还包括于用于封堵前厢门901和后厢门902之间间隙的活动连接管1002,在前厢门901和后厢门902闭合时,活动连接管1002设置在前厢门901与后厢门902对接位置。这样,通过设置在前厢门901和后厢门902之间的活动连接管1002于前厢门901和后厢门902闭合时,对前厢门901与后厢门902对接位置的间隙进行封堵,使车身2的乘员舱202更好地密封。
上面描述了本发明对于应用在三厢双厢门车的基本结构,但是并不构成对本发明的限制,例如,在双门轿车、普通的两厢四门轿车、三厢四门轿车等内应用上述的密封系统10都是可行的。
在本实施例中,前厢门901具有与前行李舱201连接的第一端9011及与第一端9011相对的第二端9012,前厢门901能够绕第一端9011翻转,向外翻时打开乘员舱202的前部,后厢门902具有与后行李舱203连接的第三端9013及与第三端9013相对的第四端9014,后厢门902能够绕第三端9013并朝前厢门901相反的方向翻转;活动连接管1002安装在前厢门901的第二端9012上和/或安装在后厢门902的第四端9014上。活动连接管1002内部中空,密封管1001上开设有气孔10016,活动连接管1002上设置有与气孔10016配合的气嘴10021,当活动连接管1002随前厢门901和后厢门902闭合时,向下移动至密封管1001位置并与密封管1001接触,此时活动连接管1002的气嘴10021插入密封管1001的气孔10016内,并连通密封管1001的空心通道10011和活动连接管1002的内部空腔,在气源1011对密封管1001充气的同时,空气流入活动连接管1002内,使密封管1001和活动连接管1002同时膨胀,这样,体积倍增后的活动连接管1002使前厢门901和后厢门902之间的间隙得到封堵,这样,包裹在前厢门901和后厢门902边缘的接触面积更大,由于活动连接管1002内填充有气体,活动连接管1002具有较大的弹性形变,使得封堵效果更佳,不易因管体的老化而影响密封性。
在本实施例中,从图3可以看出,密封管1001包括一个用于封堵前厢门901与车身2之间及后厢门902与车身2之间缝隙的封堵部10012和与封堵部10012相对设置且用于连接车身2的固定部10013;封堵部10012的宽度大于固定部10013的宽度,封堵部10012的两侧分别连接有纵向侧壁10014,每一纵向侧壁10014包括从封堵部10012的边缘成弧形向内且向固定部10013延伸的弧形部10015。密封管1001可通过其弧形部10015与车身2的配合,使密封管1001固定在车身2上。
封堵部10012包括在用于接触前厢门901和后厢门902圆弧形面,在该封堵部10012上,位于圆弧形面的表面向密封管1001的固定部10013凹陷形成一个卡槽,在充气封堵过程中,前厢门901和后厢门902的边缘卡接入卡槽内,这样,
包裹性更好,密封效果更佳,而且在该卡槽处增加厚度和硬度,能在密封管1001封堵时快速对合,并能增加密封管1001的使用寿命。
活动连接管1002,其径向截面与密封管1001径向截面形状相近,包括一个用于封堵前厢门901和后厢门902之间间隙的接触部,和与接触部相对设置的连接部,该连接部用于将活动连接管1002固定安装在前厢门901的第二端9012上和/或后厢门902的第四端9014上。活动连接管1002的固定方式可与密封管1001的固定方式相同。
上述的气源1011包括用于给密封管1001充气的高压风机10111及可选择性地连通高压风机10111与密封管1001的气体换向阀10112。高压风机10111在电动汽车1开启后便开启,气体换向阀10112与电动汽车1内的电控模块连接,气体换向阀10112的输入端与高压风机10111连接,其输出端与密封管1001连接,在前厢门901和后厢门902闭合后,电控模块控制气体换向阀10112内的阀芯转动并连通高压风机10111与密封管1001,使高压风机10111能够对密封管1001内注入气体使密封管1001的体积膨胀,从而封堵间隙。
本发明还提供了电动汽车1,该电动汽车1包括车身2和车门9及上述电动汽车1用密封系统10;电动汽车1用密封系统10包括设置在车门9与车身2之间并用于封堵车门9与车身2之间间隙的密封管1001,密封管1001的内部具有空心通道10011;密封系统10还包括与密封管1001的空心通道10011连通并用于对密封管1001充气使其膨胀的气源1011;车身2上设有用于安装密封管1001的第一安装槽2021,第一安装槽2021沿车身2与车门9配合的部位延伸。
上述的电动汽车1,由于车门9与车身2之间设置有密封管1001,通过气源1011对密封管1001充气使其体积膨胀,体积倍增后的密封管1001使车身2与车门9之间的间隙得到封堵,这样,包裹在车门9边缘的接触面积更大,由于密封管1001内填充有气体,密封管1001具有较大的弹性形变,提高了电动汽车1内部的密封性,增加了电动汽车1对外界的防水、隔噪和防尘效果,进一步提升了行车过程的安全性。
在本实施例中,密封管1001置于第一安装槽2021内,第一安装槽2021的两侧顶部于密封管1001的弧形部10015对应的位置,相对地伸出两个凸缘,密封管1001通过其弧形部10015与第一安装槽2021的凸缘卡接配合,从而使密封管1001固定在车身2上。当然密封管1001也可以用螺钉、粘贴等方式固定。
在本实施例中,车身上由前至后顺序设有前行李舱201、乘员舱202和后行李舱203,乘员舱202上方罩设有能够相对开合的前厢门901和后厢门902,车身2内的乘员舱202前部与前厢门901对应,后部与后厢门902对应,当前厢门901和后厢门902处于闭关状态时,前厢门901、后厢门902与车身2围合密封乘员舱202;车身2的两侧并位于前厢门901和后厢门902之间设有立柱2023。前厢门901和后厢门902在闭合时,前厢门901和后厢门902分别与立柱2023的边缘相配合,并包围车身2内的乘员舱202。
密封系统10还包括于前厢门901和后厢门902闭合时用于封堵前厢门901和后厢门902之间间隙的活动连接管1002。在前厢门901和后厢门902闭合时,活动连接管1002设置在前厢门901与后厢门902对接位置。这样,通过设置在前厢门901和后厢门902之间的活动连接管1002于前厢门901和后厢门902闭合时,对前厢门901与后厢门902对接位置的间隙进行封堵,使车身2的乘员舱202更好地密封。
电动汽车1的前厢门901具有与前行李舱201连接的第一端9011及与第一端9011相对的第二端9012,从图1、图4和图5可以看出,前厢门901能够绕第一端9011翻转,向外翻时打开乘员舱202的前部,电动汽车1的后厢门902具有与后行李舱203连接的第三端9013及与第三端9013相对的第四端9014,后厢门902能够绕第三端9013并朝前厢门901相反的方向翻转;活动连接管1002安装在前厢门901的第二端9012上和/或安装在后厢门902的第四端9014上。前厢门901的第二端9012上和/或后厢门902的第四端9014上设置用于固定活动连接管1002的第二安装槽2022。活动连接管1002内部中空,密封管1001上开设有气孔10016,活动连接管1002上设置有与气孔10016配合的气嘴10021,当活动连接管1002随前厢门901和后厢门902闭合时,向下移动至密封管1001位置并与密封管1001接触,此时活动连接管1002的气嘴10021插入密封管1001的气孔10016内,并连通密封管1001的空心通道10011和活动连接管1002的内部空腔。
在本实施例中,密封管1001绕设在乘员舱202上且分别与前厢门901和后厢门902对接的位置,从图1、图2和图5可以看出,气嘴10021设置在活动连接管1002的两端,气孔10016位于各立柱2023的顶端。车身2上设有两个气源1011,两个气源1011对称地设置在车身2的两侧并均与密封管1001连接。每个气源1011包括用于给密封管1001充气的高压风机10111及可选择性地连通高压风机10111与密封管1001的气体换向阀10112。高压风机10111在电动汽车1开启后便开启,气体换向阀10112与电动汽车1内的电控模块连接,气体换向阀10112的输入端与高压风机10111连接,其输出端与密封管1001连接,在前厢门901和后厢门902闭合后,电控模块控制气体换向阀10112内的阀芯转动并连通高压风机10111与密封管1001,使高压风机10111能够对密封管1001内注入气体使密封管1001的体积膨胀,进而封堵车身2上结合处的间隙。
上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (13)
- 一种密封系统,用于电动汽车内,其特征在于:所述密封系统包括设置在车门与车身之间并用于封堵车门与车身之间间隙的密封管,所述密封管的内部具有空心通道;所述密封系统还包括与所述密封管的空心通道连通并用于对所述密封管充气使其膨胀的气源。
- 根据权利要求1所述的密封系统,其特征在于:所述车身上顺序设有前行李舱、乘员舱和后行李舱,所述乘员舱上方罩设有能够相对开合的前厢门和后厢门;所述密封系统还包括于所述前厢门和所述后厢门闭合时用于封堵所述前厢门和所述后厢门之间间隙的活动连接管。
- 根据权利要求2所述的密封系统,其特征在于:所述前厢门具有与所述前行李舱连接的第一端及与所述第一端相对的第二端,所述后厢门具有与所述后行李舱连接的第三端及与所述第三端相对的第四端;所述前厢门能够绕第一端向外翻转,所述后厢门能够绕第三端向外翻转;所述活动连接管安装在所述前厢门的第二端上和/或安装在所述后厢门的第四端上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的密封系统,其特征在于:所述活动连接管内部中空,所述密封管上开设有气孔,所述活动连接管上设置有用于伸入所述气孔并连通所述密封管与所述活动连接管的气嘴。
- 根据权利要求2所述的密封系统,其特征在于:所述密封管包括一个用于封堵所述前厢门与所述车身之间及所述后厢门与所述车身之间缝隙的封堵部和与所述封堵部相对设置且用于连接所述车身的固定部;所述封堵部的两侧分别连接有纵向侧壁,每一所述纵向侧壁包括从所述封堵部的边缘成弧形向内且向所述固定部延伸的弧形部。
- 根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的密封系统,其特征在于:所述活动连接管包括一个用于封堵所述前厢门和所述后厢门之间间隙的接触部和与所述接触部相对设置且用于固定的连接部。
- 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的密封系统,其特征在于:所述气源包括用于给所述密封管充气的高压风机及可选择性地连通所述高压风机与密封管的气体换向阀。
- 一种电动汽车,其特征在于:包括车身和车门及如权利要求1所述的密封系统;所述密封系统包括设置在车门与车身之间并用于封堵车门与车身之间间隙的密封管,所述密封管的内部具有空心通道;所述密封系统还包括与所述密封管的空心通道连通并用于对所述密封管充气使其膨胀的气源;所述车身上设有用于安装所述密封管的第一安装槽,所述第一安装槽沿所述车身与所述车门配合的部位延伸。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电动汽车,其特征在于:所述车身上顺序设有前行李舱、乘员舱和后行李舱,所述乘员舱上方罩设有能够相对开合的前厢门和后厢门;所述车身的两侧并位于所述前厢门和所述后厢门之间设有立柱。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电动汽车,其特征在于:所述密封系统还包括于所述前厢门和所述后厢门闭合时用于封堵所述前厢门和所述后厢门之间间隙的活动连接管。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电动汽车,其特征在于:所述前厢门具有与所述前行李舱连接的第一端及与所述第一端相对的第二端,所述后厢门具有与所述后行李舱连接的第三端及与所述第三端相对的第四端;所述前厢门能够绕第一端向外翻转,所述后厢门能够绕第三端向外翻转;所述前厢门的第二端上和/或所述后厢门的第四端上设置用于安装所述活动连接管的第二安装槽;所述活动连接管内部中空,所述密封管上开设有气孔,所述活动连接管上设置有用于伸入所述气孔并连通所述密封管与所述活动连接管的气嘴。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电动汽车,其特征在于:所述密封管绕设在所述乘员舱且分别与所述前厢门和所述后厢门对接的位置,所述气嘴设置在所述活动连接管的两端,所述气孔位于各所述立柱的顶端。
- 根据权利要求8至12任一项所述的电动汽车,其特征在于:所述车身上设有两个气源,两个所述气源对称地设置在所述车身的两侧并均与所述密封管连接。
