本发明涉及一种外滑式汽车全景天窗,其特征在于,包括安装框架,所述安装框架上设有第一窗口和第二窗口,所述第一窗口上设有第一遮挡部,所述第二窗口上设有第二遮挡部,所述第一遮挡部和第二遮挡部均采用透明材料制成;所述第二遮挡部固设在第二窗口上,所述安装框架两上侧部均设有滑轨,所述滑轨的一端位于第一窗口的一侧方,另一端位于第二窗口的一侧方,所述第一遮挡部通过四连杆机构与滑轨相连接,所述四连杆机构一端与第一遮挡部固定连接,相对的另一端与所述滑轨滑动连接;本发明的全景天窗设置有滑轨,第二遮挡部可在滑轨上滑动,实现通风透气的效果。

一种外滑式汽车全景天窗
技术领域
本发明涉及全景天窗,尤其涉及一种外滑式汽车全景天窗。
背景技术
全景天窗相比普通单天窗,具有更大的玻璃尺寸和开口,可使乘客视野更开阔,消除车厢内压抑感,增加乘客的驾乘乐趣;也可使整车外观大气、尊贵,增强整车品质感。
目前国内外普通轿车全景天窗结构有两种常见方式,一种是直接在车顶开设较大的开口,并在开口的两侧设置滑轨作为天窗玻璃的支撑框架,天窗玻璃一般包括前玻璃和后玻璃,前玻璃可滑动,后玻璃固定,这样运动玻璃既与固定玻璃有配合关系,又与车顶钣金有配合关系,对车顶开口的加工精度要求较高,否则会产生运动干涉。另外,由于滑轨直接通过螺母固定在车顶钣金上,连接处密封不严,容易导致漏水,还需另设排水管,增加了成本和加工;另一种全景天窗结构为固定玻璃式全景天窗,车顶大面积全玻璃,无车顶盖,天窗玻璃通过玻璃胶与车身固定密封,玻璃不可运动,仅通过遮阳帘的开闭实现透光及遮阳的效果,没有天窗通风透气的功能。
综上所述,现有的两种全景天窗结构,都存在相应的弊端,因此,本领域技术人员需要设计新型的全景天窗结构,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种外滑式汽车全景天窗。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种外滑式汽车全景天窗,其特征在于,包括安装框架,所述安装框架上设有第一窗口和第二窗口,所述第一窗口上设有第一遮挡部,所述第二窗口上设有第二遮挡部,所述第一遮挡部和第二遮挡部均采用透明材料制成;所述第二遮挡部固设在第二窗口上,所述安装框架两上侧部均设有滑轨,所述滑轨的一端位于第一窗口的一侧方,另一端位于第二窗口的一侧方,所述第一遮挡部通过四连杆机构与滑轨相连接,所述四连杆机构一端与第一遮挡部固定连接,相对的另一端与所述滑轨滑动连接;所述四连杆机构上设有驱动四连杆机构运动的驱动电机总成,所述安装框架上位于窗口的下方设有卷帘总成,所述卷帘总成上设有驱动卷帘总成运动的卷帘电机总成;所述第一窗口上设有挡风板,所述挡风板的两端均设有弹性支架,所述弹性支架与所述安装框架固定连接;所述安装框架的两侧前端均设有挡水板,两侧后端均设有排水器;所述安装框架中部设有中水槽总成。
进一步地,所述窗口与安装框架的连接处设有防水密封条。
进一步地,所述防水密封条为一体式结构,其厚度为4-9mm。
进一步地,所述防水密封条上涂覆有隔音材料。
进一步地,所述隔音材料由以下按重量份配比的原料组成:PVC树脂30-40份、偶氮二甲酰胺15-20份、无机粉10-13份、云母粉6-8份、功能化石墨烯5-9份、纳米二氧化硅3-6份。
本发明提供的用于外滑式汽车全景天窗的有益效果是:本发明的全景天窗设置有滑轨,第二遮挡部可在滑轨上滑动,实现通风透气的效果;且该天窗设有挡风板、挡水板、排水器、防水密封条和中水槽总成,避免天窗因自然因素而受到损坏,延长了天窗的寿命,且防水密封条上设有隔音材料,防水的同时实现了隔音的效果。

实施例
请参照图1,一种外滑式汽车全景天窗,包括安装框架1,安装框架1上设有第一窗口和第二窗口,所述第一窗口上设有第一遮挡部2,所述第二窗口上设有第二遮挡部3,第一遮挡部2和第二遮挡部3均采用透明材料制成;第二遮挡部3固设在第二窗口上,安装框架1两上侧部均设有滑轨4,滑轨4的一端位于第一窗口的一侧方,另一端位于第二窗口的一侧方,第一遮挡部2通过四连杆机构与滑轨4相连接,所述四连杆机构一端与第一遮挡部2固定连接,相对的另一端与滑轨4滑动连接,所述四连杆机构上设有驱动四连杆机构运动的驱动电机总成;这样在需要开启第一遮挡部2时,启动所述驱动电机总成,所述四连杆机构先向上顶起第一遮挡部2,然后带动第一遮挡部2沿滑轨4向后运动,实现通风透气的功能。
请参照图1,安装框架1上位于窗口的下方设有卷帘总成6,卷帘总成6上设有驱动卷帘总成运动的卷帘电机总成,第一窗口上设有挡风板8,挡风板8的两端均设有弹性支架9,弹性支架9与安装框架1固定连接,且安装框架1的两侧前端均设有挡水板10,两侧后端均设有排水器11,中部设有中水槽总成12;所述窗口与安装框架1的连接处设有防水密封条,防水密封条为一体式结构,其厚度为4-9mm,且所述防水密封条上涂覆有隔音材料,所述隔音材料由以下按重量份配比的原料组成:PVC树脂30-40份、偶氮二甲酰胺15-20份、无机粉10-13份、云母粉6-8份、功能化石墨烯5-9份、纳米二氧化硅3-6份;这样可以避免天窗因自然因素而受到损坏,延长了天窗的寿命,且防水密封条上设有隔音材料,防水的同时实现了隔音的效果。

1.一种外滑式汽车全景天窗,其特征在于,包括安装框架,所述安装框架上设有第一窗口和第二窗口,所述第一窗口上设有第一遮挡部,所述第二窗口上设有第二遮挡部,所述第一遮挡部和第二遮挡部均采用透明材料制成;所述第二遮挡部固设在第二窗口上,所述安装框架两上侧部均设有滑轨,所述滑轨的一端位于第一窗口的一侧方,另一端位于第二窗口的一侧方,所述第一遮挡部通过四连杆机构与滑轨相连接,所述四连杆机构一端与第一遮挡部固定连接,相对的另一端与所述滑轨滑动连接;所述四连杆机构上设有驱动四连杆机构运动的驱动电机总成,所述安装框架上位于窗口的下方设有卷帘总成,所述卷帘总成上设有驱动卷帘总成运动的卷帘电机总成;所述第一窗口上设有挡风板,所述挡风板的两端均设有弹性支架,所述弹性支架与所述安装框架固定连接;所述安装框架的两侧前端均设有挡水板,两侧后端均设有排水器;所述安装框架中部设有中水槽总成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外滑式汽车全景天窗,其特征在于,所述窗口与安装框架的连接处设有防水密封条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的外滑式汽车全景天窗,其特征在于,所述防水密封条为一体式结构,其厚度为4-9mm。
