図5には、センサヘッド510と、センサ制御部520と、漏出判断部530とを備える漏出検出システム501が示されている。
センサヘッド510は、薬液注入の際、患者の体の一部に密着もしくは近接させた状態で使用されるものである。センサヘッド510は、筐体515(図6参照)と、その内部に配置された発光素子511および受光素子512を有している。発光素子511の発光波長は、一例で、780~950nmの範囲内であり、好ましくは850~900nmの範囲内である。
(c1)センサ制御部520および漏出判断部530が独立のユニットとして構成される場合、漏出判断部530による判断結果を操作者に知らせるために、漏出検出センサ501は、表示装置および/または音声出力装置をさらに含むことができる。
(c2)一方、センサ制御部520および漏出判断部530が薬液注入装置の機能の一つとして構成される場合、これらセンサ制御部520および漏出判断部530は薬液注入装置の内部に組み込まれるため、センサヘッド510はケーブル516を介して薬液注入装置と接続されることになる。ケーブル516は、適宜のコネクタ(不図示)によって薬液注入装置に対して着脱自在に接続されてもよい。
(c3)漏出検出センサ501には電源装置(不図示)が接続され、漏出検出センサ501は、この電源装置から供給される電力で作動する。電源装置としては、商用電源より交流電力を入力して所定の直流電力を出力する直流電源や、乾電池、二次電池、燃料電池などのバッテリーを使用することができる。
(c4)通常、漏出検出センサ501を作動させるために専用の電源装置が用意される。ただし、センサ制御部520が薬液注入装置に組み込まれている場合は、薬液注入装置に電力を供給する電源装置を薬液注入装置と共用し、薬液注入装置用の電源装置からセンサ制御部520へ電力を供給することができる。
(c5)漏出判断部530は、薬液注入装置の制御部に接続され、漏出判断部530から出力された漏出検出信号が薬液注入装置の制御部に入力されるようにすることが好ましい。こうすることによって、薬液注入装置の制御部は、入力された漏出検出信号に基づいて薬液の注入動作を停止させ、漏出を最小限に抑えることができる。
(c6)以上のように漏出検出センサは、全ての機能がセンサヘッド510に内蔵されたり、一部の機能がセンサヘッド510とは別ユニットで構成されたり、一部の機能が薬液注入装置に組み込まれて構成されたりしてもよい。あるいは、一部の機能がセンサヘッド510と別ユニットで構成され、かつ、残りの機能の一部が薬液注入装置に組み込まれて構成されてもよい。センサヘッド510と、センサヘッド510とは別に構成されたユニット(薬液注入装置に組み込まれたユニットも含む)との接続は、前述したケーブル516等を介した有線接続によってもよいし、無線接続によってもよい。
(c7)発光素子511の数は、上記実施形態では4個の場合で説明したが、受光素子512を取り囲んで配置さえされていれば、2個としたり、3個としたり、あるいは5個以上とすることができる。発光素子511の数が4個以外の場合であっても、発光素子511の駆動については、前述したように、各発光素子511を1つずつ発光タイミングをずらして駆動したり、発光素子11をそれぞれ複数の発光素子11からなる複数のグループに分けて各グループ毎に発光タイミングをずらして駆動したりすることができる。
また、図11~図13に示すような筐体の形状のセンサヘッド550を用いてもよい。このセンサヘッド550は、センサ面557を一端面とする平たい円柱状のような形状を有している筐体555を有することができる。この筐体555の内部に、上述した実施形態と同様、複数の発光素子(不図示)および1つの受光素子(不図示)が配置される。患者へのセンサ面557には、受光素子に対応する1つの開口部557aおよび発光素子に対応する複数の開口部557bが形成される。筐体555の上面には、センサヘッド550を患者に固定する際のセンサヘッド550と注入針との位置合わせに利用される複数の凸状部555aが十字状に形成されている。筐体555の内部に配置された発光素子および受光素子は、ケーブル556を介して薬液注入装置と接続することができる。なお、センサヘッド550の内部構造に関しては、上述したセンサヘッド510のものを一部または全て利用することが可能であり、ここでは、重複する説明は省略するものとする。
センサパッドキット600は、図14に示すように、患者の体に貼り付けられる柔軟なセンサパッド601と、その裏面に貼付された剥離フィルム671とを備えている。図示は省略するが、センサパッドキット600は、剥離フィルム671が貼られた状態のセンサパッド601を収容する包装袋をさらに備えていてもよい。このように包装袋に入ったセンサパッドキット600は、ディスポーザブル製品として取り扱われるものであってもよい。
剥離フィルム671は、全体として単一のフィルムとしてもよいが、少なくとも2つに分割されるようなものであってもよい。剥離フィルム671は、例えば樹脂製のシート部材であってもよい。図14および図15の例では、剥離フィルム671は、前側の剥離フィルム671fと後側の剥離フィルム671rとに分けることができるように構成されている。2つの剥離フィルム671f、671rは予め完全に切り分けられていてもよいし、一部で接続していてもよい。この場合、前側の剥離フィルム671fと後側の剥離フィルム671rとは、その分割線を挟んで対称(線対称、または、分割線中心部を基準として点対称)に形成されていてもよい。このように対称に構成されている場合、剥離フィルム671をいずれの向きでも使用することが可能となる。つまり、剥離フィルム671fを前側にして使用することもできるし、他方の剥離フィルム671rを前側にして使用することもできる。
図20は、センサパッドキットの他の例を示す分解斜視図である。
(d1)センサ保持部620の突出部621aを省略し、センサヘッド550をセンサ保持部620に圧入することでセンサヘッド550が保持される構成とする。この場合、センサ保持部620の内径は、センサヘッド550の外径よりやや小さく設定されてもよい。
(d2)センサヘッド620が、形状の異なる複数種類のセンサヘッドを取り付けることができるように構成されている。
(d3)センサヘッド620の固定をより確実にするために、センサヘッド620を覆うように固定テープさらに貼り付ける。
(d4)剥離フィルム671fおよび/または剥離フィルム671rに、注入針の左右方向(図19参照)の位置に関する位置決めを行うためのインジケータが表示されている。このインジケータとしては、例えば、図19(a)において破線で示す注入針に沿うような直線状のインジケータであってもよい。
(d5)センサのケーブルを引き出す凹部620aを2つもしくは3つ以上形成する。例えば、2つの凹部620aを互いに180°間隔で配置してもよく、これにより、ケーブル配置の自由度が向上する。
(e1)上部剥離フィルムの延出部782bの数を2つではなく、1つとする。
(e2)延出部782b上の表示部782b-1、782b-2の数を3つ以上としたり、または、針先までの長さを示す数値等を併記したりするようにする。
(e3)粘着シート775、シート基材702、ゲルパッド703の全てまたは2以上に開口部(センサヘッドのセンサ面に面する領域の開口部)を設ける。全ての部材に開口部を設ける場合、センサヘッド550が皮膚に直接接触しないように他の保護フィルム(不図示)を介在させてもよい。
(e4)シート基材702の上面に印刷(706-1、706-2)を施す。
図24、図25は、センサパッドキットの他の例を示している。基本的な構成は、第2の実施形態のものと同様であるが、下記の点で相違している:
-上部剥離フィルム780′の形状、
-シート基材702の上面のガイドライン718g-1、718g-2、
-分割可能な剥離シート771。
図26A~図26Fに示すような筐体の形状のセンサヘッド1550を用いてもよい。このセンサヘッド1550は、基本的には図11~14と同様の外形であるがフランジ部1559が形成されている点で相違している。センサ内の発光素子および受光素子等については、上述したセンサヘッドと同様のものとすることができるので、下記では重複する説明は省略し、異なる構造部分のみについて説明する。
図27は、本発明の一形態に係るセンサパッドキットの分解斜視図である。同図に示すように、このセンサパッドキットは、センサパッド1701と、その下面に貼付される剥離フィルム1771と、センサパッド701の上面に貼付される粘着シート1775を備えている。図示しないが、粘着シート1775上の剥離シートを備えていてもよい。
図27の剥離フィルム1771は当然ながら2つまたは3つ以上に分割されたフィルムであってもよい。この場合の、分割線(図25の分割線771aに相当するもの)は、一例で、上記直線L27-1と平行または実質的に平行であってもよい。
ゲルパッド(703、1703)は、図30に示すような層構成であってもよい。この例では、ゲルパッド1703は、芯材となるベース層1703-1と、その両面に形成された粘着ゲル層1703-2とを含むものであってもよい。いずれの層も透光性を有する材質で構成されていることが、一形態で、好ましい。ベース層1703-1は、例えば不織布等の繊維質で構成されていてもよい。ゲルパッド1703の全体の層厚みは、一例で、0.3mm~2.0mm程度であってもよく、好ましくは0.5mm~1.5mm程度であってもよい。
漏出検出システムとしては、図31に示すように、センサヘッド1550と、操作ユニット1580と、基板モジュール1585とを備える構成としてもよい。
-血管外漏出を検出した場合、ブザーまたはスピーカ等からアラーム音を派生させる、
-血管外漏出を検出した場合、発光部の色を変更する(一例で赤色)、
-血管外漏出を検出した場合、薬液注入装置のディスプレイまたはそれに接続された他のディスプレイに、そのことを表わすためのグラフィカル画像(一例で操作ユニットの発光部の色、形状、および発光パターンの少なくとも1つと共通の色、形状、および発光パターンであるもの)を表示する、
-血管外漏出の検出中、操作ユニット1580のボタン1581を押すことで検出が停止または終了する、
-この停止または終了の操作をすることなく、センサヘッドが外された場合には、アラーム表示および/またはアラーム音を発する、等。
本出願は下記の発明を開示する:
1.患者の体に貼り付けられる粘着面(610b)が形成されたシート状の可撓性ベース部材(610)、および、該可撓性ベース部材(610)の一部に形成されセンサデバイス(550)が取外し自在に装着されるセンサ保持部(620)を有するセンサパッド(601)と、
該センサパッド(601)の前記粘着面(610b)に貼付された剥離フィルム(670)と、
を備えるセンサパッドキット(600)であって、
前記センサ保持部(620)は、弾性部材で構成されるとともに、前記センサデバイス(550)を取り付けると弾性変形して前記デバイスを保持するように構成されている、センサパッドキット(600)。
前記剥離フィルム(670)が貼付された状態の前記センサパッド(601)を収容する包装袋を備える、上記記載のセンサパッドキット。
該センサデバイスからの信号に基づき所定の演算処理を行う制御回路と、
上記記載のセンサパッドキット(600)と、
を備える漏出検出システム。
本出願は、また、下記の発明をも開示する:
1.可撓性を有し一方の面が粘着性を有するセンサパッド(701)であって、センサデバイス(550)が取り付けられるセンサ保持部(702a)を有し、かつ、平面視で、前記センサ保持部から外側に向かって延びる少なくとも2つの延出部(718)を有しているセンサパッド(701)と、
前記前記センサデバイス(550)を前記センサ保持部に固定する固定部材(775)と、
前記センサパッドの粘着面に貼付された剥離フィルム(771)と、
を備えるセンサパッドキット。
「粘着性を有する」とは、例えば、センサパッドを構成する部材(例えばゲルパッド)自体が粘着性を有することにより実現されるものであってもよいし、あるいはゲルパッド(または所定のシート状弾性部材)の一方の面に両面テープのような部材を貼ることで実現されるものであってもよい。
「固定部材」は、下記のとおり例えば両面テープのような粘着シートなどでもよいが、必ずしもそのように粘着性を利用してデバイスを固定するものに限定されない。例えば、機械的な係合により、デバイスの固定を行うものであってもよい。
前記粘着層または粘着シートに貼付される上部剥離フィルム(780′、780)を備える、上記記載のセンサパッドキット。
シート基材(1702)と、

Claims (20)
- 可撓性を有し一方の面が粘着性を有するセンサパッドであって、センサデバイスが取り付けられるセンサ保持部を有し、かつ、平面視で、前記センサ保持部から外側に向かって延びる少なくとも2つの延出部を有しているセンサパッドと、
前記センサデバイスを前記センサ保持部に固定する固定部材と、
前記センサパッドの粘着面に貼付された剥離フィルムと、
を備えるセンサパッドキット。 - 前記延出部の数が4つである、請求項1に記載のセンサパッドキット。
- 前記延出部が、互いに等間隔で放射状に延びている、請求項1または2に記載のセンサパッドキット。
- 少なくとも1つの前記延出部の先端側の輪郭が略円弧状に形成されている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のセンサパッドキット。
- 前記センサ保持部においては、前記センサデバイスのセンサ面が患者の体に直接触れないように構成されている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のセンサパッドキット。
- 前記センサパッドは、
前記センサ保持部が対向する領域のうち少なくとも前記センサデバイスの発光部および受信部に面する領域が、前記センサデバイスからの光およびその反射光に関して透光性を有するように構成されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のセンサパッドキット。 - 前記センサ保持部より外側の領域が遮光性を有するように構成されている、請求項6に記載のセンサパッドキット。
- 前記固定部材が、粘着層、または、両面に粘着性を有する粘着シートである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のセンサパッドキット。
- さらに、
前記粘着層または粘着シートに貼付される上部剥離フィルムを備える、
請求項8に記載のセンサパッドキット。 - 前記センサパッドの上面に、注入針の所定の基準位置と該注入針の先端との間の距離に対応した位置をガイドするガイドラインが表示されている、
請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のセンサパッドキット。 - 前記ガイドラインが円弧状のラインである、請求項10に記載のセンサパッドキット。

- 前記非粘着部が、前記延出部の先端部に形成されている、請求項13または14に記載のセンサパッドキット。
- さらに、
前記センサパッドを収容する包装袋を備える、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載のセンサパッドキット。 - 患者の血管内に注入されるべき薬液が血管外に漏出したことを検出するためのセンサデバイスと、
該センサデバイスからの信号に基づき所定の演算処理を行う制御回路と、
請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載のセンサパッドキットと、
を備える漏出検出システム。 - 前記薬液として、少なくとも造影剤の漏出を検出する請求項17に記載の漏出検出システム。
- 請求項17または18に記載の漏出検出システムと、
薬液として少なくとも造影剤を注入する薬液注入装置と、
を備える、薬液注入システム。 - 前記薬液注入装置として、
シリンジを保持するように構成され、かつ、該シリンジのピストンを進退させるためのピストン駆動機構を有する注入ヘッドと、
前記注入ヘッドに対して有線または無線で接続されたコンソールと、
を備える、請求項19に記載の薬液注入システム。
