FIG. 13 shows a pouch container manufactured using an example of a conventional packaging material for a pouch container (see Patent Document 1). The pouch container X shown in the figure includes a pair of exterior films 91, a bottom film 92, and a spout 93, and contains contents (not shown) such as beverages.
The exterior film 91 has a base 94, a first side 95, a second side 96, and a top 97. When the pouch container X is displayed at a storefront or the like, the bottom side 94 is a side that is intended to be in contact with a display shelf or the like by being positioned vertically downward. The top side 97 is a side located on the side opposite to the bottom side 94. The first side 95 and the second side 96 connect the bottom 94 and the top 97, respectively. The first side 95 is perpendicular to the bottom 94. The second side 96 has a vertical part 961 and an inclined part 962. The vertical portion 961 is located on the base 94 side and is perpendicular to the base 94. The inclined portion 962 is located on the top side 97 side and is inclined with respect to the bottom side 94. The bottom film 92 is sandwiched between a pair of exterior films 91 in a state of being folded in parallel with the bottom 94. The bottom film 92 has a pair of bottom sides that coincide with the bottom side 94.
The bottom seal portion 94 a is a portion where the exterior film 91 and the bottom film 92 are joined along the bottom side 94. The first side seal portion 95 a is a portion where a pair of exterior films 91 are joined along the first side 95. The second side seal portion 961 a is a portion where a pair of exterior films 91 are joined along the vertical portion 961. An insertion portion 93 a of a spout 93 is inserted between the inclined portions 962 of the pair of exterior films 91. The spout seal portion 962a is a portion along the spout seal portion 962a between the pair of exterior films 91 with the insertion portion 93a of the spout 93 interposed therebetween. The top seal portion 97 a is a portion where a pair of exterior films 91 are joined along the top side 97. In the manufacturing process of the pouch container X, for example, after forming the seal portion other than the top seal portion 97a, the contents are filled, and then the top seal portion 97a is formed.
The spout 93 is for pouring out the contents, and has a cylindrical portion that allows the contents to pass through as a whole. For this reason, a portion of the spout seal portion 962a where the insertion portion 93a of the spout 93 is sandwiched is joined to the insertion portion 93a so that the pair of exterior films 91 bypass the insertion portion 93a. The length that the pair of exterior films 91 detour depends on the size of the spout 93. For example, when powder or the like is selected as the contents of the pouch container X, the spout 93 becomes a large-sized one having an inner diameter larger than that when the liquid contents are poured out. When the spout seal portion 962a is formed with the spout 93 interposed therebetween, the length of the detouring of the pair of exterior films 91 becomes longer. As a result, the left end of the top side 97 in the figure is drawn obliquely downward, and the top side 97 is inclined by an angle θ with respect to the base 94 (horizontal line in the figure). If the angle θ is excessively large, the top 97 is inclined with respect to the horizontal line when the pouch container X is displayed, and the appearance of the pouch container X is impaired. In addition, when filling the contents in the manufacturing process of the pouch container X or when forming the top seal portion 97a, the top 97 is easily used as a positioning reference. If the top edge 97 is unintentionally inclined, there is a concern that the filling of the contents and the formation of the top seal part 97a cannot be performed appropriately.
Utility Model Registration No. 3093051
The present invention has been conceived under the circumstances described above, and provides a packaging material for a pouch container and a method for manufacturing the pouch container that can appropriately manufacture a pouch container having a beautiful appearance. Is the subject.
The packaging material for a pouch container provided by the first aspect of the present invention includes a pair of bases and tops that are opposite to each other, and a first side and a second side that connect the bases and the tops. A first side seal portion in which the pair of exterior films are joined to each other along the first side, and the pair of exteriors along the bottom side portion of the second side A second side seal part in which the films are joined together, a side opening part formed by an unjoined part of the second side part, and a top side opening part formed by the top part. The top side is inclined with respect to the bottom side so that the distance from the bottom side becomes larger toward the second side side.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second side is located on the bottom side and is perpendicular to the bottom side, and the second side is located on the top side and closer to the top side. And the second side seal portion is configured such that the pair of exterior films are sealed to each other along the vertical portion of the second side edge. The side opening is formed by the inclined portion of the second side.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a bottom film that is positioned between the pair of exterior films in a state of being folded in parallel with the bottom sides and has a pair of bottom sides along the bottom sides of the pair of exterior films, And a pair of bottom-side seal portions in which the pair of exterior films and the bottom-side film are joined along the bottom sides.
The method for manufacturing a pouch container provided by the first aspect of the present invention includes a step of preparing a packaging material for a pouch container provided by the first aspect of the present invention, and inserting a spout into the side opening. A step of forming a spout seal portion by joining the side openings in a state, a step of filling the contents from the top opening, and a joining of the top opening, And a step of forming a portion.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step of preparing the pouch packaging material, a pair of exterior film materials each having a width that forms the exterior film of the two pouch packaging materials are overlapped. In the width direction of each of the exterior film materials, the two exterior films are set so that the top sides thereof face each other in parallel.
When a spout is inserted into the side opening of the packaging material for the pouch container and the pair of exterior films are joined with the spout sandwiched therebetween, the apparent length in plan view of the second side is shortened. However, according to this invention, it inclines with respect to the said base so that the distance with the said base may become so large that the said top part goes to the said 2nd side. For this reason, after joining a pair of exterior films on both sides of the spout, the top can be made into the state where it is parallel or nearer parallel to the bottom. As a result, in the pouch container manufactured using the packaging material for the pouch container, it is possible to prevent the bottom side from being unduly inclined with respect to the top side. Therefore, the appearance of the pouch container can be kept more beautiful. In addition, in the content filling step and the step of joining the pair of exterior films along the top opening, it is common to use the top side for filling operation or positioning operation. Since the top side is not unreasonably inclined with respect to the bottom side and is parallel or more parallel to the bottom side, the filling step and the sealing step can be appropriately performed.
Other features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the detailed description given below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a pouch container packaging material according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The packaging material A1 for a pouch container according to the present embodiment includes a pair of exterior films 1 and a bottom film 2.
The exterior film 1 has a base 11, a top 12, a first side 13, and a second side 14. The base 11 extends in a straight line in the horizontal direction in the figure, and is intended to come into contact with a display shelf or the like when a pouch container manufactured using the pouch container packaging material A1 is displayed at a storefront or the like. It is. The top 12 is located on the opposite side of the bottom 11 in the vertical direction in the figure. The first side 13 connects the right ends of the base 11 and the top 12 in the figure, and is perpendicular to the base 11 in this embodiment. The second side 14 connects the left ends of the base 11 and the top 12 in the figure. In the present embodiment, the second side 14 has a vertical portion 141 and an inclined portion 142. The vertical portion 141 is located on the base 11 side and is perpendicular to the base 11. The inclined portion 142 is located on the top side 12 side and is inclined with respect to the bottom side 11.
The top 12 is inclined with respect to the bottom 11. The illustrated imaginary line is a line parallel to the base 11. That is, the top 12 is inclined with respect to the base 11 so that the distance from the base 11 increases in the vertical direction in the vertical direction as it goes toward the second side 14 in the horizontal direction in the figure. In the present embodiment, the top 12 is linear. The illustrated margin Mg is the distance between the left ends of the top 12 and the actual top 12 when the top 12 is parallel to the bottom 11, that is, horizontal in the figure. The margin Mg is set so as to achieve the effect intended by the present invention described later. An example of setting the margin Mg will be described later.
The bottom film 2 is positioned between the pair of exterior films 1 in a state where the bottom film 2 is folded in parallel with the bottom 11 at the folded portion 22. The bottom film 2 has a pair of bottom sides 21 located on the opposite side of the folded portion 22 in the vertical direction in the figure. Each bottom side 21 of the bottom film 2 coincides with the bottom side 11 of the exterior film 1 in this embodiment. The bottom film 2 has a notch 25 formed therein. The notch 25 is a part where a part of the bottom film 2 is notched, and penetrates in the thickness direction.
The pair of exterior films 1 and the bottom film 2 are usually composed of a resin film.
The resin film is required to have basic performance as a package, such as impact resistance, wear resistance, and heat resistance. Moreover, since each said seal | sticker part is normally formed by heat seal, the heat seal property is also requested | required of a sheet | seat. As the sheet, a multilayer sheet having a base film layer and a sealant layer that imparts heat sealability is suitable. When high gas barrier properties and light shielding properties are required, the base film layer and the sealant layer It is preferable to provide a barrier layer therebetween. In addition, you may provide barrier property to the base film layer itself. In this case, a multilayer sheet having a barrier layer and a sealant layer is obtained using the barrier layer as a base film layer.

The exterior film 1 or the bottom film 2 can be provided with a printing layer (not shown) for displaying the product name of the contents, the product description such as raw materials and precautions, and other various designs. . For example, the printing layer can be formed on the inner surface of the base film layer by a known method such as gravure printing.
The packaging material A1 for a pouch container has a bottom side seal part 15, a first side seal part 16, a second side seal part 171, a side opening part 170, and a top side opening part 180. The bottom seal portion 15 is a portion where the exterior film 1 and the bottom film 2 are joined by heat sealing along the bottom seal portion 15. In the present embodiment, the bottom seal portion 15 includes a main portion along the bottom side 11, and a portion extending upward along the first side 13 and the second side 14 at both ends of the main portion. have. In addition, by forming the notch portion 25 in the bottom film 2, the pair of exterior films 1 partially face each other in the notch portion 25. When forming the bottom-side seal part 15, the pair of exterior films 1 are joined through the notch part 25. This part fulfill | performs the function which prevents that the right-and-left end in the figure of the bottom side film 2 opens after filling the contents.
The first side seal portion 16 is a portion where a pair of exterior films 1 are joined together by heat sealing along the first side 13. The second side seal portion 171 is a portion where a pair of exterior films 1 are joined by heat sealing along the vertical portion 141. The side openings 170 are formed by the inclined portions 142 of the pair of exterior films 1. The top openings 180 are formed by the top openings 180 of the pair of exterior films 1. The side opening 170 and the top opening 180 are not sealed, and the internal space of the pouch container packaging material A1 communicates with the outside.
Next, a method for manufacturing a pouch container using the packaging material A1 for a pouch container will be described below.
2 and 3 show an example of a process for preparing the packaging material A1 for a pouch container. In this step, a pair of exterior film materials 1A and a pair of bottom film materials 2A are used. The pair of exterior film materials 1A and the pair of bottom film materials 2A are for sequentially manufacturing a plurality of pouch container packaging materials A1. That is, a plurality of pairs of exterior films 1 are formed from a pair of exterior film materials 1A, and a plurality of bottom films 2 are formed from the bottom film material 2A. A pair of exterior film materials 1A are overlapped with each other, and each has a strip shape in which the left-right direction in the drawing in FIG. 2 is the longitudinal direction and the up-down direction in the drawing is the width direction. A pair of bottom film material 2A is located between a pair of exterior film materials 1A, and is spaced apart in the up-down direction in the figure. As shown in FIG. 3, each bottom film material 2 </ b> A is folded at the folded portion 22. Moreover, in the example shown by the figure, a pair of edge of 2 A of bottom film materials corresponds with the edge of exterior film material 1A. Each bottom film material 2A has a plurality of notches 25 formed in advance.
As shown in FIG. 2, from a pair of exterior film materials 1A and a pair of bottom film materials 2A, a plurality of pouch container packages arranged in two rows in the vertical direction (width direction of the exterior film material 1A) in the figure. Material A1 is formed. In the sealing step and the cutting step for forming the plurality of pouch container packaging materials A1, the plurality of pouch container packaging materials A1 are set in the illustrated arrangement. That is, two exterior films 1 are set in the width direction of the exterior film material 1A. These exterior films 1 coincide with the other exterior film 1 when one exterior film 1 is rotated by 180 °. Further, the top sides 12 of the two exterior films 1 face each other in parallel.
A sealing step for forming the bottom side seal part 15, the first side seal part 16 and the second side seal part 171 with respect to the pair of exterior film materials 1A and the pair of bottom side films 2 shown in the figure, A cutting process for forming the base 11, the top 12, the first side 13 and the second side 14 is performed. Thereby, the packaging material A1 for pouch containers shown in FIG. 1 is obtained. The order of the sealing step and the cutting step for obtaining the packaging material A1 for the pouch container is not particularly limited, but the configuration in which the cutting step is performed after the sealing step is rational.
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the spout 3 is inserted into the side opening 170 of the packaging material A1 for the pouch container. The spout 3 is for pouring the contents in the pouch container using the packaging material A1 for the pouch container. The material of the spout 3 is not particularly limited, but is generally made of resin. Moreover, although the specific structure of the spout 3 is not specifically limited, in this embodiment, the case where the spout 3 has the cylinder part 31, the wide part 32, and the cap 33 is demonstrated to an example. The cylinder part 31 is a substantially cylindrical part and is used for allowing the contents to pass therethrough. The widened portion 32 is a portion where a part of the outer shape of the cylindrical portion 31 is widened in a specific direction. The widened portion 32 of the present embodiment is provided with wing-like portions extending on both sides in a direction perpendicular to the central axis of the cylindrical portion 31. The cap 33 is a part that fits into the cylindrical part 31 with a screw or the like.
Here, an example of setting the margin Mg of the packaging material A1 for the pouch container described above will be described. In this example, the average distance between the base 11 and the top 12 is about 150 mm to 200 mm. Moreover, the width dimension in planar view of the wide part 32 of the spout 3 is about 38 mm, and the joining length joined to one exterior film 1 among the wide parts 32 is about 47 mm. That is, when the pair of exterior films 1 are joined with the widened portion 32 interposed therebetween, the length in plan view of the inclined portion 142 is apparently shortened by the difference between the width dimension of the widened portion 32 and the joining length. For this reason, in this example, the length of the margin Mg in FIG. 1 is set to 9 mm which is the difference between the width dimension of the widened portion 32 and the joint length, and the top side 12 is set to the bottom side 11 so as to match this. Tilt against. On the assumption that such a setting has been made, the description of the method for manufacturing a pouch container using the pouch container packaging material A1 will be continued below.
In a state where the widened portion 32 of the spout 3 is inserted into the side opening 170, the pair of exterior films 1 are arranged along the vertical portion 141 with the widened portion 32 of the spout 3 interposed therebetween, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. Join by heat sealing. Thereby, the spout seal | sticker part 172 is formed. As shown in FIG. 6, a pair of exterior films 1 are joined to each other at the end portions of the spout seal portion 172. On the other hand, in the portion of the spout seal portion 172 where the widened portion 32 is sandwiched, the exterior film 1 and the widened portion 32 are joined in an airtight state.
When the spout seal portion 172 is formed, the pair of exterior films 1 have a shape that bypasses the widened portion 32 of the spout 3. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 5, the inclined portion 142 has a shorter length in plan view as much as it bypasses the widened portion 32. However, in the packaging material A1 for the pouch container, the margin Mg described above is taken into consideration when setting the shape of the top 12. For this reason, after forming the spout seal part 172, as shown in the figure, the top 12 is parallel to the base 11 or is more nearly parallel than before formation.
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the contents 4 are filled into the packaging material A1 for the pouch container. The filling of the contents 4 is performed, for example, by inserting the nozzle Nz from the top opening 180 and discharging the contents 4 from the nozzle Nz. In this filling step, it is necessary to accurately position the pouch container packaging material A1 and the nozzle Nz. This positioning can be appropriately performed by detecting the inclination of the top 12 or the positions of both ends of the top 12 using a predetermined sensor or the like.
After filling the contents 4, the pair of exterior films 1 are joined along the top 12. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 8, the top seal part 18 is formed, and the pouch container B1 is obtained. In the sealing step for forming the top seal portion 18, it is necessary to accurately position the mold for bonding by heat sealing and the packaging material A1 for the pouch container. Also in this positioning, it is possible to use detection of the inclination of the top 12 and the positions of both ends of the top 12 using a predetermined sensor or the like. The pouch container B1 contains a content 4 such as powder, and can hold the content 4 in an airtight state for a relatively long period of time. Further, when the content 4 is poured out from the pouch container B1, the content 4 can be extracted from the cylindrical portion 31 by removing the cap 33 of the spout 3.
Next, the operation of the pouch container packaging material A1 and the method of manufacturing the pouch container using the pouch container packaging material A1 will be described.
As described above, when the spout 3 is inserted into the side opening 170 of the pouch container packaging material A1 shown in FIG. 1 as shown in FIG. 4 and the pair of exterior films 1 are joined with the spout 3 sandwiched therebetween, FIG. As can be understood from the comparison between FIG. 5 and FIG. 5, the apparent length of the inclined portion 142 in plan view is shortened. However, according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the top side 12 is inclined with respect to the bottom side 11 so that the distance from the bottom side 11 becomes larger as it goes to the second side side 14.
For this reason, after forming the spout seal | sticker part 172, the top 12 can be made into the state parallel to the base 11 or a near parallel state. As a result, in the pouch container B1 shown in FIG. 8 manufactured using the packaging material A1 for the pouch container, the bottom 11 can be prevented from being unduly inclined with respect to the top 12. Therefore, the appearance of the pouch container B1 can be kept more beautiful. In addition, in the filling process of the contents 4 shown in FIG. 7 and the process of forming the top side seal portion 18 of the pouch container B1 shown in FIG. 8, the top 12 is generally used for positioning of filling work and forming work. It is. Since the top 12 is not unreasonably inclined with respect to the bottom 11 and is parallel or more parallel to the bottom 11, the filling step and the sealing step can be appropriately performed.
Especially, when the contents 4 are powder, in order to smoothly pour the contents 4, it is necessary to increase the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 31 of the spout 3. As the spout 3 is larger than the outer dimensions of the packaging material A1 for the pouch container, particularly the length of the inclined portion 142, the apparent shortening of the inclined portion 142 due to the formation of the spout seal portion 172 becomes more remarkable. According to the present embodiment, it is possible to set the margin Mg described above reasonably and accurately from the dimensions of the respective parts of the packaging material A1 for the pouch container and the dimensions of the spout 3, and the top 12 in the pouch container B1. It can be kept parallel or more parallel to the base 11.
As shown in FIG. 2, in the step of preparing the packaging material A1 for the pouch container, the two exterior films 1 are set in the width direction of the exterior film material 1A so that the top sides 12 face each other in parallel. Thereby, since the top 12 is inclined with respect to the bottom 11, the top 12 faces in the width direction of the exterior film material 1 </ b> A even though the top 12 is inclined with respect to the edge in the width direction of the exterior film material 1 </ b> A. The distance between the two exterior films 1 can be made as close as the case where the base 11 is parallel to the top 12. Thereby, it can avoid that the exterior film material 1A becomes the exterior film 1, and a useless part arises.
9 to 12 show a modified example and other embodiments of the present invention. In these drawings, the same or similar elements as those in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the above embodiment.
FIG. 9 shows a modification of the packaging material A1 for a pouch container. In the present modification, the top 12 is non-linear. More specifically, the top 12 has a wavy shape constituted by a plurality of irregularities. Also in the present modification, the top 12 is inclined with respect to the bottom 11 in accordance with the above-described margin Mg setting method. When the top 12 is a wavy line shape, for example, a comprehensive line at the apexes of a plurality of convex portions on the top of the top 12 in the figure is defined. Then, the relationship between the inclusion line (imaginary line in the figure) and the base 11 may be the inclined relationship described above. FIG. 10 shows a pouch container B1 using a modification of the pouch container packaging material A1 shown in FIG.
In this pouch container B1, the inclusive line (imaginary line in the figure) of the top 12 and the bottom 11 are parallel or closer to parallel. The more parallel this inclusion line is to the bottom 11, the more beautiful the appearance of the pouch container B1 is when the pouch container B1 is displayed.
As can be understood from the present modification, the shape of the top 12 is not limited to a straight line in the present invention. As described above, even in the case of the non-linear top 12, when a comprehensive line, a center line, or the like of a part that characterizes the shape is defined, the relationship between these comprehensive lines or the central line and the base 11 is Significantly affects the appearance of the pouch container B1. Therefore, by applying the configuration of the present invention also to the non-linear top 12, the appearance of the pouch container B1 can be kept more beautiful, and such a pouch container B1 can be appropriately manufactured. This also applies to the embodiments described below.
FIG. 11 shows a packaging material for a pouch container according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The packaging material A2 for the pouch container of the present embodiment is different from the above-described embodiment in the configuration of the second side 14. In the present embodiment, the second side 14 includes a vertical part 141 and a top vertical part 143.
The vertical portion 141 is located on the base 11 side and is perpendicular to the base 11. The top vertical part 143 is located on the top 12 side and is perpendicular to the bottom 11. That is, the second side 14 is linearly formed perpendicular to the bottom 11 as a whole. The vertical portion 141 and the top side vertical portion 143 are not particularly distinguished from each other due to the geometric shape, and the portion of the second side 14 where the second side seal portion 171 is formed is defined as the vertical portion 141.
Also in the manufacturing method of the pouch container using the packaging material A2 for the pouch container, the widened portion 32 of the spout 3 is inserted into the side opening 170. When the pair of exterior films 1 are bonded with the widened portion 32 interposed therebetween, the top vertical portion 143 is apparently shortened in a plan view as in the above-described embodiment. For this reason, also in this embodiment, the margin Mg is set in the pouch container packaging material A2 based on the same idea as in the setting example described above, and the top 12 is inclined with respect to the bottom 11. . FIG. 12 shows a pouch container B2 manufactured using such a pouch container packaging material A2. Also in the pouch container B <b> 2, the top side 12 is parallel to or closer to the base 11. Therefore, the appearance of the pouch container B2 can be made beautiful, and the pouch container B2 can be appropriately manufactured.
The pouch container packaging material and the method for manufacturing the pouch container according to the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments.
