现有中国专利申请号为02213872.2的实用新型专利,该实用新型涉及一种洗衣机内桶及内桶附件,它包括一附块,附块为流线形空腔薄壁,其上设有安装件,附块通过螺钉安装在内桶壁上,且上端靠近内桶顶部。这样内桶的转动带动附块不断地搅拌衣物,参与洗涤,衣物翻滚不缠绕,增大了水流翻滚的力度,从而有利于提高衣物的洗净率。
还有有中国专利申请号为02213885.4的实用新型专利,该实用新型涉及一种洗衣机内桶,它包括一附块,附块为流线形空腔薄壁,其上设有安装件,附块通过螺钉安装在内桶壁上,且上端靠近内桶顶部。这样内桶的转动带动附块不断地搅拌衣物,参与洗涤,衣物翻滚不缠绕,增大了水流翻滚的力度,从而有利于提高衣物的洗净率。
上述两篇专利通过在洗衣机内桶内增加附块结构来实现增大水流翻滚力度,虽然解决了现存的技术问题,但是上述专利增加的附块结构对衣物的摩擦损坏较大,而且形成的翻滚水流流向单一,洗涤效果提升不明显,不利于用户使用体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可增大洗涤水翻滚力度的洗衣机内桶附块结构,同时能够形成一定的立体水流效果,增强洗涤洁净度。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种洗衣机内桶附块结构,所述的附块结构为薄壁结构,薄壁结构安装在洗衣机内桶内壁上,薄壁结构朝向洗衣机内桶内部的一侧上设置一系列的凸起结构,所述的凸起结构沿着曲线排布。
进一步地,所述薄壁结构的上部靠近内桶顶部安装,薄壁结构的下部靠近内桶底部与桶体的连接处安装。
进一步地,所述薄壁结构的整体为长方形,薄壁结构的宽度是长度的1/5~2/3,薄壁结构的厚度是长度的1/20~1/5;薄壁结构的横截面为圆弧形,薄壁结构的纵截面为流线形。

2、本发明薄壁结构朝向洗衣机内桶内部的一侧上设置一系列的凸起结构,凸起结构可以与衣物进行接触摩擦,提升了衣物的洗涤洁净度;又由于凸起结构沿曲线分散设置,防止与衣物的接触面积过大造成对衣物的大面积摩擦损伤。
3、本发明的凸起结构沿着曲线设置,使洗涤过程中顺时针或者逆时针水流规则的运动的水流受到附块结构和凸起结构的共同作用而改变运动轨迹,增强了水流的翻滚轻度,而且具有一定的立体水流效果。
4、本发明将安装螺钉的螺钉柱的放缩结构设置在凸起结构的内部,不仅可以很好的起到螺钉柱放缩的作用,而且保持了附块结构外观的整体完整性和美观性。

如图1、图2、图3及图4所示,本发明的一种洗衣机内桶附块结构,所述的附块结构为薄壁结构,薄壁结构安装在洗衣机内桶内壁上,薄壁结构朝向洗衣机内桶内部的一侧上设置一系列的凸起结构1,所述的凸起结构1沿着曲线排布。
本发明的附块结构的主要作用是增大水流的翻滚强度,因此内桶附块的安装和具体的尺寸形状便尤为重要。为了自上而下的实现增大洗衣机内桶内的洗涤水的翻滚强度,本发明所述薄壁结构的上部靠近内桶顶部安装,薄壁结构的下部靠近内桶底部与桶体的连接处安装。
同时,现有的洗衣机内桶附块结构具有如下两个方面的缺点:第一,附块结构向洗衣机内桶方向延伸过大,造成洗涤过程中对衣物的阻碍摩擦较大,虽然增强了洗涤水翻滚强大,提了了衣物的洁净程度,但是对衣物的磨损也较大;第二,附块结构向洗衣机内桶方向延伸过小,不能很好的起到增强洗涤水翻滚响度的效果。为了克服上述的两个缺陷,本发明附块结构的薄壁结构的整体为长方形,薄壁结构的宽度是长度的1/5~2/3, 薄壁结构的厚度是长度的1/20~1/5;薄壁结构的横截面为圆弧形,薄壁结构的纵截面为流线形。本发明的附块结构的整体尺寸的外表面积较现有的附块结构更大,延长对洗涤水流的作用时间;厚度虽然较薄,但是通过薄壁结构外表面上的凸起结构,增大与洗涤水流的作用效果,同时增大与衣物之间的摩擦作用,提升衣物洗涤洁净度;凸起结构分散式设置不会对衣物造成大面积的磨损,能够更好的保护衣物。
本发明的附块结构是通过注塑工艺一次成型制成的,为了简化制造的工艺,本发明的凸起结构1与薄壁结构一体注塑成型,凸起结构的具体形状是可以被设计的,可以设计成长方体小块,椭球形小块或者是其它不规则的立体结构吗,优选地,本发明的凸起结构1为半圆球形,半圆球形可以更好的对水流进行导流作用,同时防止挂住衣物造成破坏。
本发明为了克服现有技术中存在的技术问题,创造性的将凸起结构1沿着曲线设置,因此,本发明的凸起机构1的具体设置方式对本发明的技术效果具有很大的影响。
由于洗衣机内桶中的水流在进行洗涤衣物时,不断的进行顺时针和逆时针的转动,因此本发明的附块结构应能对两个方向上的洗涤水进行作用,因此,本发明的凸起结构1在薄壁结构上呈中心对称排布,这样便实现了对顺时针和逆时针两个方向的水流进行相同的作用。
根据洗涤过程中对洗涤水流向的分析和作用力的分析,薄壁结构上的凸起结构的具体设置方式会对水流流向有所改变,因此,本发明的凸起结构1的排布曲线包括双曲线和正弦曲线,所述的双曲线位于正弦曲线两侧。
具体地,所述的正弦曲线沿着薄壁结构的对角线设置;所述的双曲线的焦点在X轴上,双曲线-X轴上的一支设置在正弦曲线的左侧,双曲线+X轴上的一支设置在正弦曲线的右侧,双曲线的渐近线为设置有正弦曲线的薄壁结构的对角线。这样的设置可以使得水流在顺时针和逆时针转动时,受到凸起结构1的作用力方向有所不同,而且本发明的附块结构一般对称安装在洗衣机内桶的两侧,因此两个附块结构对水流的作用不同,可在一定的范围内形成立体水流。所以本发明的附块结构不仅可以实现增大水流翻滚强度的作用,还可以得到一定的立体水流,提高了衣物洗涤的洁净度。
本发明的凸起结构1的数量可以根据实际的需要进行设计,本发明凸起结构1的数量为10-30个,优选为15-20个;所述凸起结构分别沿着双曲线和正弦曲线排布。
本发明的的凸起结构1通过螺钉安装在洗衣机内桶内壁上,薄壁结构的背部设置用 于安装螺钉的螺钉柱2,所述螺钉柱的防缩结构隐藏在相对应的凸起结构1内。螺钉柱背后经常会遇到缩水问题,常见的解决方案是增设放缩结构,具体的放缩结构为在螺钉柱上作火山口结构,所谓的火山口就是将螺钉柱的外圆柱面的孔缘和销同步向上延伸,此时螺钉柱根部的塑胶不那么集中,冷却充分,对防止缩痕有很好的效果。本发明将螺钉柱的放缩结构设置在凸起结构的内部,不仅实现了放缩的作用,而且保证了附块结构外观的整体完整性和美观性。为了防止洗涤过程中衣物夹入附块结构和内桶之间,本发明的附块结构的薄壁结构与洗衣机内桶之间为无缝安装。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机内桶附块结构,其特征在于,所述的附块结构为薄壁结构,薄壁结构安装在洗衣机内桶内壁上,薄壁结构朝向洗衣机内桶内部的一侧上设置一系列的凸起结构(1),所述的凸起结构(1)沿着曲线排布。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机内桶附块结构,其特征在于,所述薄壁结构的上部靠近内桶顶部安装,薄壁结构的下部靠近内桶底部与桶体的连接处安装。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机内桶附块结构,其特征在于,所述薄壁结构的整体为长方形,薄壁结构的宽度是长度的1/5~2/3,薄壁结构的厚度是长度的1/20~1/5;薄壁结构的横截面为圆弧形,薄壁结构的纵截面为流线形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机内桶附块结构,其特征在于,所述的凸起结构(1)与薄壁结构一体注塑成型,所述的凸起结构(1)为半圆球形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机内桶附块结构,其特征在于,所述的凸起结构(1)在薄壁结构上呈中心对称排布。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机内桶附块结构,其特征在于,所述的凸起结构(1)的排布曲线包括双曲线和正弦曲线,所述的双曲线位于正弦曲线两侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机内桶附块结构,其特征在于,所述的正弦曲线沿着薄壁结构的对角线设置;所述的双曲线的焦点在X轴上,双曲线-X轴上的一支设置在正弦曲线的左侧,双曲线+X轴上的一支设置在正弦曲线的右侧,双曲线的渐近线为设置有正弦曲线的薄壁结构的对角线。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机内桶附块结构,其特征在于,所述凸起结构(1)的数量为10-30个,优选为15-20个;所述凸起结构(1)分别沿着双曲线和正弦曲线排布。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机内桶附块结构,其特征在于,所述的凸起结构(1)通过螺钉安装在洗衣机内桶内壁上,薄壁结构的背部设置用于安装螺钉的螺钉柱(2),所述螺钉柱的防缩结构隐藏在相对应的凸起结构(1)内。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机内桶附块结构,其特征在于,所述的薄壁结构与洗衣机内桶之间为无缝安装。
