  • the laundry is stirred with a smaller turning radius at the center of rotation and with a larger turning radius near the outer periphery of the stirring blade. Therefore, depending on the position of the laundry, the washing effect varies (washing unevenness) even in the laundry in the same washing tub. Therefore, in the conventional washing machine, a complicated water flow is generated by the stirring blade by devising the shape of the base constituting the stirring blade and the shape of the raised blade provided on the base. Thereby, the opportunity for the position of the laundry to move in the washing water to be changed is increased, and the variation in the cleaning performance is reduced.
  • the above washing machine has less washing water at the time of washing with respect to the capacity of the laundry. At this time, since the sinked laundry is deformed along the uneven shape of the stirring blade to some extent, the weight of the laundry is likely to be applied to the upper surface of the stirring blade. In the case of the above state, the contribution of the effect of being moved by direct contact with the blades of the stirring blades is greater than the effect of the water flow. For this reason, in the configuration of the stirring blade of the conventional washing machine, there is less opportunity for the positions of the laundry items to be switched, particularly when the amount of washing water is small. Abstract

This washing machine has an inner tank which opens upward and accommodates wash water and the items to be washed, and an agitator (7) which is arranged at the bottom inside of the inner tank and which is driven to rotate by a rotation driving unit. Further, the agitator (7) is provided with central vanes (27) which rise upwards from the base (26) of the agitator (7) from the rotation center (7a) towards the outer periphery (7b), and peripheral vanes (28) which are formed rising upwards from the base (26) of the agitator (7) from the outer periphery (7b) towards the rotation center (7a). Further, the central vanes (27) and the peripheral vanes (28) are arranged in different positions in the circumferential direction of the agitator (7). Thereby, a washing machine is achieved which, even when using less wash water relative to the volume of items to be washed, is not prone to result in uneven washing.

Description

Washing machine
The present invention relates to a washing machine in which a washing tub is rotatably arranged in a washing machine, and washing clothes in the washing tub are washed.
Conventionally, there has been known a washing machine in which a stirring blade is rotatably disposed at the bottom of a washing tub and a laundry is washed by a water flow generated by the stirring blade (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The washing machine gives a washing effect to the laundry by the following synergistic effect. Specifically, there are an effect of the water flow generated by the rotation operation of the stirring blade and an effect of directly moving the laundry by the raised blades provided on the stirring blade. In other words, the above actions and effects are caused by temporary deformation of the shape of the laundry, friction due to contact between the laundry, friction due to contact between the laundry and the side wall of the inner tub, and separation of dirt from the laundry. It aims to.
However, normally, during the rotating operation of the stirring blade, the laundry is stirred with a smaller turning radius at the center of rotation and with a larger turning radius near the outer periphery of the stirring blade.
In recent years, while the washing capacity has been increased, a washing machine in which the amount of water used as washing water is set as small as possible has been developed due to an increase in water saving awareness.
The above washing machine has less washing water at the time of washing with respect to the capacity of the laundry. Therefore, the buoyancy from which the laundry is obtained is reduced in the washing water, and it is easy to sink. As a result, there has been a problem that unevenness in washing is likely to occur.

The present invention provides a washing machine that is less likely to cause uneven washing even when the amount of washing water used is small relative to the capacity of the laundry.
That is, the washing machine of the present invention has an inner tub that opens upward and accommodates laundry and washing water, and an agitating blade that is disposed on the inner bottom of the inner tub and is rotationally driven by the rotation drive unit. Furthermore, the stirring blades are formed so as to protrude upward from the base of the stirring blade toward the outer periphery from the rotation center, and are formed to protrude upward from the base of the stirring blade toward the rotation center from the outer periphery. A peripheral wing. The central blade and the outer blade are disposed at different positions in the circumferential direction of the stirring blade.
Thus, even when the amount of washing water used is small relative to the capacity of the laundry, it is possible to increase the chance that the positions of the laundry are switched by the rotating operation of the stirring blades. As a result, it is possible to realize a washing machine that is less likely to cause uneven washing of the laundry.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
(Embodiment)
Below, the schematic structure of the washing machine in embodiment of this invention is demonstrated using FIG. Note that the washing machine of the present embodiment will be described by taking as an example the configuration of a fully automatic washing machine that performs from washing to dehydration in a fully automatic manner.
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 7, the washing machine of the present embodiment includes at least a housing 1, an outer tub 3 housed in the housing 1, an inner tub 4, a motor 10, a control unit 11, and the like. ing. The outer tub 3 is disposed inside the housing 1 and is elastically supported by the housing 1 by a plurality of suspensions 2. Thereby, the vibration of the outer tub 3 generated during dehydration is absorbed by the suspension 2, and transmission of noise and vibration to the outside is reduced. The inner tank 4 is disposed in the outer tank 3, and a stirring blade 7 is disposed on the inner bottom of the inner tank 4.
The motor 10 is attached to the bottom of the outer tub 3 and is connected to the inner tub 4 and the stirring blade 7 via the clutch 23. Then, by switching the rotation of the motor 10 with the clutch 23, the inner tub 4 and the stirring blade 7 are individually driven to rotate. At this time, the output of the motor 10 is transmitted to the drive shaft 8 of the inner tub 4 via the speed reduction mechanism 9 and rotationally drives the inner tub 4.
Further, a balancer 6 is disposed on the upper part of the inner tank 4, and the balancer 6 suppresses vibration of the inner tank 4 that occurs when the inner tank 4 is rotated.
As described above, the washing machine of the present embodiment is configured.
The operation of the washing machine according to the present embodiment will be described below.
First, the user opens the lid 16 provided on the upper surface of the housing 1, puts the laundry 25 and detergent into the inner tub 4, and starts the operation of the washing machine.
When the operation is started, the control unit 11 opens the water supply valve 15 to supply water into the inner tank 4 and rotationally drives the stirring blade 7 via the motor 10. Thus, the washing step is performed by agitation caused by contact between the water flow caused by the rotation of the agitation blade 7 and the laundry 25.
Next, when the washing step for a predetermined time is completed, the control unit 11 drains dirty and washed water in the inner tub 4 through the drain hose 22. And if drainage is completed, a rinse step will be implemented.
In the rinsing step, the control unit 11 opens the water supply valve 15 and newly supplies water into the inner tank 4. Furthermore, the control unit 11 stirs the supplied water and the laundry 25 with the stirring blade 7 to rinse the laundry 25. And when a rinse step is complete | finished, a dehydration step is implemented.
In the dehydration step, the control unit 11 switches the rotation of the motor 10 to the inner tank 4 by the clutch 23 and transmits the rotation to drive the inner tank 4. And by the rotational drive of the inner tank 4, the washing water contained in the to-be-washed object 25 is dehydrated by centrifugal force, and is discharged in the outer tank 3 from the small hole 5 formed in the peripheral surface of the inner tank 4. Thereby, a series of steps from the washing step to the dehydration step is completed. The series of steps is controlled by the control unit 11 and is executed fully automatically in the case of the fully automatic washing machine of the present embodiment.
That is, in the present embodiment, the water flow by the stirring blade 7 and the stirring of the laundry 25 in the washing step are requirements that affect the washing performance such as washing unevenness.
Therefore, as described below, the stirring blade 7 according to the present embodiment has a laundry near the center of rotation and a laundry near the outer periphery in a state where the amount of washing water is small relative to the volume of the laundry. It is configured to increase the opportunity for replacement with things. As a result, washing unevenness is reduced. Furthermore, since a washing operation can be performed with a small amount of water, effects such as water saving can be improved.
Hereinafter, the configuration of the stirring blade 7 of the washing machine according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the stirring blade 7 of the present embodiment includes at least a base 26, a central blade 27 provided on the base 26, an outer peripheral blade 28, and the like. The board | substrate 26 is comprised by the substantially circular shape (a circle is included), and is formed in the inclined curved surface which inclines upwards toward the horizontal or the outer periphery 7b. Furthermore, a large number of small holes 29 are formed in the base 26. Thereby, the washing water in the inner tub can be efficiently drained through the small holes 29. In addition, washing water can be convected through the small holes 29 during stirring by the base 26. As a result, washing efficiency and the like can be improved. The center wings 27 are provided, for example, radially on the base 26 from the rotation center 7a toward the outer periphery 7b. The outer peripheral blades 28 are provided on the base 26 in, for example, a reverse radial shape from the outer periphery 7b of the stirring blade 7 toward the rotation center 7a.
In the present embodiment, as an example, a configuration in which the central blade 27 and the outer peripheral blade 28 are formed at three equal intervals, respectively, is shown. Specifically, the outer wing 28 is disposed with respect to the central wing 27, or the central wing 27 is disposed with respect to the outer wing 28 at a position displaced by 60 degrees with respect to the rotation center 7 a of the stirring blade 7.
The central blade 27 of the stirring blade 7 bulges upward from the base 26 continuously from the rotation center 7a of the stirring blade 7 toward the outer periphery 7b, for example, to a position of about 1/2 of the radius of the stirring blade 7. It is provided in the shape of a feather. On the other hand, the outer peripheral blade 28 has a blade shape that protrudes upward from the base 26 continuously from the outer periphery 7b of the stirring blade 7 toward the rotation center 7a, for example, to the position of about 1/2 of the radius of the stirring blade 7. Is provided.
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the center blade 27 includes a screw fastening portion 26 a provided at the rotation center 7 a of the stirring blade 7, and radially surrounds the rotation center 7 a of the stirring blade 7. It extends in the 7b direction. Further, the center blade 27 is formed so as to be gently inclined downward toward the base 26 from the rotation center 7a of the stirring blade 7 toward the outer periphery 7b. Further, the central blade 27 is formed in a shape in which the width with respect to the rotation direction (circumferential direction) becomes narrower from the rotation center 7a of the stirring blade 7 toward the outer periphery 7b.
The central wing 27 formed as described above has a blade side surface 27a that constitutes one side surface, a blade upper surface 27b that constitutes an upper surface, and a blade side surface 27c that constitutes the other side surface.
The blade upper surface 27b of the central wing 27 is a surface on which the laundry is placed. And as above-mentioned, the blade | wing upper surface 27b is formed in the shape which becomes a width | variety narrowing while it descends | falls gently as it goes to the outer periphery 7b from the rotation center 7a of the stirring blade 7. As shown in FIG. Further, the blade upper surface 27b has a shape in which the central portion 27bb is the highest with respect to the circumferential direction of the stirring blade 7, and is gently inclined from the central portion 27bb to both sides (blade side surface 27a and blade side surface 27c side) in the circumferential direction. Is formed.
Also, the blade side surface 27a and the blade side surface 27c of the central blade 27 are formed in a shape that rapidly descends and slopes in the circumferential direction of the stirring blade 7 from the outer peripheral end of the blade upper surface 27b.
At this time, the central blade 27 has a circumferential width W1 of the blade upper surface 27b at the base point on the rotation center 7a side of the stirring blade 7 and is approximately 1/20 of the length of the rotation locus of the tip 27d of the central blade 27. It is set above. Note that the above settings are obtained from various examination results.
With this configuration, when the washing step is performed with a small amount of water with respect to the volume of the laundry, the area receiving the frictional force by the rotational driving of the laundry is increased. Thereby, since it becomes easy to move the laundry, the position of the laundry is easily changed. As a result, washing unevenness can be reduced.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the outer peripheral blade 28 of the stirring blade 7 is formed to extend from the outer periphery 7b of the stirring blade 7 toward the rotation center 7a. Further, the outer peripheral blade 28 is the highest on the outer periphery 7b side of the stirring blade 7, and is formed so as to be gently inclined downward toward the base 26 from the outer periphery 7b of the stirring blade 7 toward the rotation center 7a. Furthermore, the outer peripheral blade 28 is formed in a shape in which the width with respect to the rotation direction becomes narrower from the outer periphery 7b of the stirring blade 7 toward the rotation center 7a.
The outer peripheral blade 28 formed as described above has a blade side surface 28a constituting one side surface, a blade upper surface 28b constituting an upper surface, and a blade side surface 28c constituting the other side surface.
The blade upper surface 28b of the outer peripheral wing 28 is a surface on which the laundry is placed. Then, as described above, the blade upper surface 28b is formed to have a shape that gradually falls and becomes narrower as it goes from the outer periphery 7b of the stirring blade 7 toward the rotation center 7a. Further, the blade upper surface 28b is the highest in the central portion 28bb with respect to the circumferential direction of the stirring blade 7, and is gently inclined from the central portion 28bb to both sides in the circumferential direction (blade side surface 28a and blade side surface 28c side). It is formed with.
In addition, the blade side surface 28a and the blade side surface 28c of the outer peripheral blade 28 are formed in a shape that rapidly descends and slopes in the circumferential direction of the stirring blade 7 from the outer peripheral end of the blade upper surface 28b.
At this time, in the outer peripheral blade 28, the circumferential width W2 of the blade upper surface 28b of the outer periphery 7b of the stirring blade 7 serving as a base point is set to about 1/20 or more of the outer peripheral length of the outer peripheral blade 28. Note that the above settings are obtained from various examination results.
With this configuration, when the washing step is performed with a small amount of water with respect to the volume of the laundry, the laundry has a low buoyancy and is in direct contact with the upper surface of the blade. Therefore, the area which receives a frictional force by the rotational drive of a stirring blade becomes large. Thereby, since it becomes easy to move the laundry, the position of the laundry is easily changed. As a result, washing unevenness can be reduced.
As described above, the stirring blade 7 is configured in the washing machine of the present embodiment.
Hereinafter, the operation and action of the stirring blade 7 configured as described above will be described in detail by taking a washing step as an example.
Usually, in the washing step, when washing is performed with a small amount of washing water with respect to the capacity of the laundry 25, the buoyancy obtained by the laundry 25 in the inner tub 4 is small. Therefore, the laundry 25 does not drift in the washing water and is easy to sink. The to-be-washed laundry 25 has a shape deformed to some extent along the uneven shape of the stirring blade 7 in the vicinity of the stirring blade 7. Thus, the laundry 25 is placed on the blade upper surface 27b of the central blade 27 and the blade upper surface 28b of the outer peripheral blade 28 rather than the base 26 of the stirring blade 7.
In the above state, for example, when the stirring blade 7 shown in FIG. 1 is rotationally driven clockwise, the central blade 27 has a strong force to move the laundry 25 in the order of the blade side surface 27a, the blade upper surface 27b, and the blade side surface 27c. Works. Therefore, the center wing 27 can easily move the laundry 25 in the above order.
This is because the laundry in the vicinity of the blade side surface 27a rotates in direct contact with the blade side surface 27a as the stirring blade 7 rotates. Therefore, a force in the rotation direction of the stirring blade 7 is easily applied to the laundry.
Also, the laundry near the upper surface 27b of the blade is in direct contact with the upper surface 27b of the blade because the buoyancy obtained from the washing water is small when there is little washing water in the inner tub 4. Therefore, the laundry 25 in the vicinity of the blade upper surface 27 b is given a rotational force by the frictional force with the blade upper surface 27 b by the rotational drive of the stirring blade 7.
The blade side surface 27a directly applies a rotational force to the laundry 25 near the rotation direction by the stirring action of the blade side surface 27a by the rotation of the stirring blade 7. Therefore, the stirring action on the laundry 25 is greater on the blade side surface 27a than on the blade upper surface 27b.
That is to say, the laundry in the vicinity of the blade side surface 27c only has an effect of moving when it comes into contact with the laundry moved by the blade upper surface 27b and the blade side surface 27c. Therefore, the stirring action of the blade side surface 27c on the laundry is smaller than that of the blade side surface 27a and the blade upper surface 27b.
Similarly to the central blade 27, when the stirring blade 7 is rotationally driven clockwise, the outer peripheral blade 28 is a force that moves the laundry 25 in the order of the blade side surface 28a, the blade upper surface 28b, and the blade side surface 28c shown in FIG. Works strongly. Therefore, the outer peripheral wing 28 can easily move the laundry 25 in the above order.
This is because the laundry in the vicinity of the blade side surface 28a rotates in direct contact with the blade side surface 28a as the stirring blade 7 rotates. Therefore, a force in the rotation direction of the stirring blade 7 is easily applied to the laundry.
Also, the laundry near the upper surface 28b of the blade has a small buoyancy obtained from the washing water when the amount of the washing water at the time of washing with respect to the capacity of the laundry 25 is small. Thereby, the laundry near the blade upper surface 28b is in direct contact with the blade upper surface 28b. Therefore, the laundry 25 in the vicinity of the blade upper surface 28b is given a rotational force by the frictional force with the blade upper surface 28b by the rotational drive of the stirring blade 7.
The blade side surface 28a directly applies a rotational force to the laundry 25 near the rotation direction by the stirring action of the blade side surface 28a due to the rotation of the stirring blade 7. Therefore, the stirring action on the laundry is greater on the blade side surface 28a than on the blade upper surface 28b.
That is, the laundry to be washed in the vicinity of the blade side surface 28c only has an effect of moving by coming into contact with the laundry to be moved by the blade upper surface 28b and the blade side surface 28a. Therefore, the stirring action of the blade side surface 28c on the laundry is smaller than that of the blade side surface 28a and the blade upper surface 28b.
On the other hand, the laundry in the washing water located higher than the vicinity of the bottom surface (stirring blade 7) of the inner tub 4 is intertwined with the laundry near the bottom surface (stirring blade 7) as the inner tub 4 rotates. The laundry is in contact with each other. That is, when the laundry near the stirring blade 7 moves, the laundry at a high position moves following the movement of the laundry near the bottom surface. Thereby, the same movement as the above-described movement of the laundry is generated. However, as the position of the laundry becomes closer to the water surface (the surface of the washing water (atmosphere side)), the influence of the movement of the laundry near the bottom surface (stirring blade) becomes smaller, so the movement of the laundry near the water surface Becomes smaller.
As described above, in the stirring blade 7 configured as described above, the stirring action by the central blade 27 and the stirring action by the outer peripheral blade 28 act simultaneously on the laundry to stir the laundry. Thereby, the laundry can be washed effectively.
Hereinafter, the state in which the position of the laundry is switched by the action of the stirring blade 7 will be specifically described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6.
FIG. 4 to FIG. 6 are diagrams for explaining the movement of the laundry by the rotational driving of the stirring blade in the washing step of the washing machine according to the embodiment. 4 to 6 show an example in which the stirring blade 7 rotates in the clockwise direction.
Specifically, FIG. 4 shows the position of the laundry in a state before stirring by the stirring blade 7. FIG. 5 shows the position of the laundry immediately after the start of the clockwise rotation operation. FIG. 6 shows the position of the laundry in the state where the stirring blade 7 is further rotated clockwise from the state of FIG.
First, as shown in FIG. 4, in a state before stirring by the stirring blade 7, for example, the laundry 25 b is positioned on the rotational direction side toward which the blade side surface 27 a of the central blade 27 is directed. Similarly, the laundry items 25e and 25h are located on the rotational direction side toward which the blade side surface 28a of the outer peripheral wing 28 is directed. Therefore, the force in the rotational direction of the stirring blade 7 is most likely to act on the laundry items 25b, 25e, and 25h, and as a result, the amount of movement increases.
Specifically, when the stirring blade 7 rotates clockwise, the laundry items 25b, 25e, and 25h move from the state shown in FIG. 4 in the directions indicated by arrows B, E, and H in FIG. At this time, the arrow B indicates the amount and direction of movement of the laundry 25b. An arrow E indicates the moving amount and moving direction of the laundry 25e. Similarly, an arrow H indicates the movement amount and movement direction of the laundry 25h.
Further, the laundry 25c shown in FIG. 4 is located near the blade upper surface 27b of the central wing 27, and the laundry 25f is located near the outer blade 28 blade upper surface 28b. Therefore, the laundry items 25c and 25f move due to frictional force caused by the contact between the blade upper surface 27b of the central wing 27 and the blade upper surface 28b of the outer peripheral wing 28. In other words, the laundry items 25c and 25f move from the state shown in FIG. 4 in the directions indicated by arrows C and F in FIG. At this time, the arrow C indicates the movement amount and movement direction of the laundry 25c, and the arrow F indicates the movement amount and movement direction of the laundry 25f.
Further, the laundry items 25a, 25d, and 25g shown in FIG. 4 are pushed by the laundry item having a large amount of movement, for example, the laundry item 25b, so that, for example, the arrows A and D in FIG. , Move in the direction indicated by G. At this time, the arrow A indicates the moving amount and moving direction of the laundry 25a. An arrow D indicates the moving amount and moving direction of the laundry 25d. Similarly, an arrow G indicates the movement amount and movement direction of the laundry 25g.
In addition, the length of the arrow shown in FIG. 5 relatively represents the magnitude of the amount of movement of each laundry item. That is, the magnitude of the amount of movement of the laundry is in the relationship of arrows B, E, H> arrow C, F> arrows A, D, G.
Next, the position of the laundry in a state where the stirring blade 7 is further rotated clockwise from the state of FIG. 5 will be described with reference to FIG.
First, for example, in the vicinity of the blade side surface 27a of the central wing 27 shown in FIG. There is a laundry 25a. Therefore, the laundry 25b is restricted from moving in the circumferential direction. On the other hand, on the outer periphery 7b side of the agitating blade 7 of the laundry 25b, a space is formed by the laundry 25e and 25f having a large amount of movement in the rotational direction.
Thus, the laundry 25b whose movement in the circumferential direction is restricted by the laundry 25a moves in the direction of the empty space as indicated by the arrow I in FIG. As a result, the laundry 25b moves from the vicinity of the central wing 27 to the vicinity of the outer wing 28.
In addition, a stirring force is not applied to the movement destination on the circumference in the rotation direction of the laundry 25h with a large amount of movement near the outer peripheral wing 28 shown in FIG. is there. Therefore, the movement of the laundry 25g in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral wing 28 is restricted. On the other hand, on the side of the rotation center 7a of the stirring blade 7 of the laundry 25g, the laundry 25b, 25c having a large amount of movement moves in the rotational direction, thereby forming a space.
Thus, the laundry 25h whose movement in the circumferential direction is restricted by the laundry 25g is moved in the direction of the empty space as indicated by the arrow J in FIG. As a result, the laundry 25h moves from the vicinity of the outer peripheral wing 28 to the vicinity of the central wing 27.
That is, by the operation of the laundry shown in FIG. 4 to FIG. 6, the opportunity to change the position of the laundry located on the inner peripheral side of the inner tub 4 and the laundry located on the outer peripheral side increases.
On the other hand, in the configuration of the stirring blades of the conventional washing machine, there are few opportunities to be replaced, so that the laundry on the inner peripheral side of the inner tub 4 was likely to have a smaller cleaning effect than the outer peripheral side.
However, according to the washing machine of the present embodiment, as described above, the opportunity for the positions of the laundry near the outer periphery of the stirring blade 7 and the laundry near the inner periphery to be increased increases. Thereby, washing unevenness of the laundry can be reduced. Furthermore, since water can be washed with less washing water, the water saving effect is also improved.
In addition, according to the washing machine of the present embodiment, it is difficult for the laundry to obtain buoyancy, particularly in the washing step in which washing is performed by reducing the amount of washing water used relative to the capacity of the laundry. In this case, when the stirring blade is rotationally driven, the contact area between the central blade and the outer peripheral blade of the stirring blade and the laundry is increased, and a large frictional force acts on the laundry. As a result, the laundry is more easily stirred than the conventional washing machine.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the central blade and the outer peripheral blade of the stirring blade are provided at different positions in the circumferential direction with respect to the rotation center. Therefore, the portion (position) that most acts on the laundry is divided by the difference in angle between the central wing and the outer wing. As a result, the laundry that has started to move due to direct contact with the central wing moves to the space where there was the laundry that has started to move due to direct contact with the outer peripheral wing. Conversely, the laundry that has started to move due to direct contact with the outer peripheral wing moves to the space where there was the laundry that has started to move due to direct contact with the central wing. As a result, the positions of the laundry near the center of the inner tub and the laundry near the outer periphery can be easily interchanged. Furthermore, with the above-described configuration, the washing step can be executed with less washing water, so that it is possible to simultaneously improve the water-saving effect and reduce washing unevenness.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the central blade and the outer peripheral blade of the stirring blade are alternately provided in the rotation direction. Thereby, a shift | offset | difference generate | occur | produces in the part which acts most with respect to the laundry to be rotationally driven, and the part with a small effect | action. Therefore, the replacement of the position of the laundry due to the deviation occurs uniformly in the entire stirring blade. As a result, the washing unevenness of the laundry can be more effectively suppressed.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the central blade and the outer peripheral blade of the stirring blade are provided at equal intervals in the rotation direction. As a result, a deviation occurs between the portion that acts most greatly on the laundry to be rotated and the portion that acts less. Therefore, the replacement of the position of the laundry due to the shift occurs more uniformly in the entire stirring blade. As a result, washing unevenness of the laundry can be more effectively suppressed.
In addition, according to the present embodiment, the radial lengths of the center blade and the outer wing are set so that the rotation locus of the tip of the central wing of the stirring wing is larger in diameter than the rotation locus of the tip of the outer wing. Set. Accordingly, it is possible to eliminate as much as possible the laundry to which the force in the rotational direction of the stirring blade does not act. Therefore, the change of the position of the laundry can be uniformly generated in the entire stirring blade. As a result, washing unevenness of the laundry can be reduced more effectively.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the central blade of the stirring blade has the blade upper surface and the blade side surfaces formed on both sides of the blade upper surface, and the width of the blade upper surface on the rotation center side of the center blade is It is set to be set to about 1/20 or more of the length of the rotation locus of the tip of the wing. Thereby, when performing a washing step with little washing water, it will be in the state where a to-be-washed object contacts a blade upper surface directly. For this reason, the area receiving the frictional force is increased by the rotational drive of the stirring blade, and the laundry is easily moved. As a result, since the position of the laundry is easily changed, the occurrence of uneven washing of the laundry can be further reduced.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the outer peripheral blade of the stirring blade has the upper surface of the blade and the blade side surfaces formed on both sides of the upper surface of the blade. It is set to be set to about 1/20 or more of the length of the outer periphery.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the radial length of the central blade of the stirring blade is set to about ½ of the radius of the stirring blade. Thereby, the replacement of the position of the laundry can be uniformly generated near the center and the outer periphery of the inner tub. As a result, washing unevenness of the laundry can be further reduced.
Also, according to the present embodiment, the radial length of the outer peripheral blade is set to ½ of the radius of the stirring blade. Thereby, the replacement of the position of the laundry can be uniformly generated near the center and the outer periphery of the inner tub. As a result, washing unevenness of the laundry can be further reduced.
Also, according to the present embodiment, the upper surface of the central blade is provided so as to be inclined downward so as to approach the base of the stirring blade as it goes in the outer circumferential direction of the stirring blade. Thereby, the laundry located in the outer peripheral side can be moved by the outer peripheral wing. As a result, since the position of the laundry is easily changed, washing unevenness can be reduced.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the upper surface of the blade of the central blade is provided so as to be inclined downward so as to approach the base of the stirring blade toward the blade side surface provided on both sides in the circumferential direction of the stirring blade. Thereby, the to-be-washed material located in the center side of a stirring blade can be moved to the blade | wing upper surface side of a center blade. As a result, since the position of the laundry is easily changed, washing unevenness can be reduced.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the upper surface of the central blade is provided so that the width in the circumferential direction becomes narrower toward the outer peripheral direction of the stirring blade. Thereby, the to-be-washed article located in the center side of a stirring blade can be moved toward an outer peripheral side. As a result, since the position of the laundry is easily changed, washing unevenness can be reduced.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the upper surface of the outer peripheral blade is provided so as to be inclined downward so as to approach the base of the stirring blade toward the rotation center direction of the stirring blade. Thereby, the laundry located in the inner peripheral side can be moved by the central wing. As a result, since the position of the laundry is easily changed, washing unevenness can be reduced.
In addition, according to the present embodiment, the upper surface of the outer peripheral blade is provided so as to be inclined downward so as to approach the base of the stirring blade toward the blade side surfaces provided on both sides in the circumferential direction of the stirring blade. Thereby, the laundry located in the outer peripheral side of a stirring blade can be moved to the blade | wing upper surface side of an outer peripheral blade. As a result, since the position of the laundry is easily changed, washing unevenness can be reduced.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the upper surface of the outer peripheral blade is provided so that the width in the circumferential direction becomes narrower toward the rotation center direction of the stirring blade. Thereby, the to-be-washed material located in the outer peripheral side of a stirring blade can be moved toward the inner peripheral side. As a result, since the position of the laundry is easily changed, washing unevenness can be reduced.
The present invention can be widely used in fields such as washing machines such as washing machines that require reduction in washing unevenness even when the amount of water used is small relative to the capacity of the laundry.
