Abstract

一种燃气与高温空气混合燃烧器,包括主火燃烧器(100),主火燃烧器(100)的主体(1)为圆柱状,其内部为环形腔膛(11),中心部上下贯通形成中空部(12)。主体(1)下部两侧贯通有两条高温混合气管(2),其延伸至环形腔膛(11)中。高温混合气管(2)的管口(21)处为弯曲形状,混合气经由高温混合气管(2)输出并于环形腔膛(11)形成旋转涡流。环形腔膛(11)底部设置有耐高温填充材料,并放置在高温混合气管(2)的管口(21)下方。主体(1)上设置有混合气喷出孔(18),混合气喷出孔(18)斜向上指向中空部(12)的上方。主火燃烧器(100)的主体(1)上方构成燃烧器的燃烧室。该燃烧器提高了炉灶的热效率并降低了烟气中的CO的排放量。

Description

燃气与高温空气混合燃烧器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃烧器,特别是一种燃气与高温空气混合燃烧器。
背景技术
燃气炉灶广泛使用于酒店和机关、学校、部队等食堂等场所,其核心部件为燃烧器,燃烧器的设计、质量优劣,决定了其使用效果、能耗高低等技术指标。
目前,传统燃气燃烧器的热效率较低,能耗指标并不理想。另外,在本申请人于早前提交的一份申请文献中,记载了一种其火孔设置于炉头主体顶部,其热效率有所提高,但是,仍未有达到最理想的状态。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术的不足,本发明提供一种热效率进一步提高、烟气CO排放量低、使用安全的燃气与高温空气混合燃烧器。
燃气与高温空气混合燃烧器,包括主火燃烧器,所述主火燃烧器的主体为圆柱状,其内部为环形腔膛,中心部上下贯通形成中空部,所述主体下部两侧贯通有两条高温混合气管,并延伸至环形腔膛中,所述高温混合气管的管口处为弯曲形状,混合气经由高温混合气管输出并于环形腔膛形成旋转涡流,环形腔膛底部设置有耐高温填充材料,并放置在高温混合气管的管口下方,主体上设置有混合气喷出孔,所述混合气喷出孔斜向上指向中空部的上方,主火燃烧器的主体上方构成燃烧器的燃烧室。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述主火燃烧器的主体上部设置有一环形沉台,所述环形沉台的立壁面上布置有与所述环形腔膛连通的混合气喷出孔,所述混合气喷出孔的孔口向上倾斜指向环形沉台上方,环形沉台组成燃烧器的燃烧室。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述主火燃烧器的上部设置有火圈,所述混合气喷出孔的孔口向上倾斜指向所述火圈,火圈与立壁面组成燃烧器的燃烧室。
进一步,所述火圈与主火燃烧器的主体为分体式组件,火圈置于所述主体的平台上。
进一步,所述混合气喷出孔在所述立壁面为单圈单层结构,混合气喷出孔的孔径相同并高度一致,并间隔均等有序地布置在立壁面上。
进一步,所述主火燃烧器的中空部下端设置有环形围板,中空部与所述环形围板的内空间安装有点火燃烧器和点火装置。
进一步,所述点火装置上端设置有点火针和火焰检测针。
进一步,所述环形围板上开有空气导流孔和点火装置固定孔。
本发明的有益效果是:此燃烧器可大幅度提高燃气炉灶的热效率,并大幅度降低烟气中CO的排放量,进一步推动燃气灶具产品节能环保技术向前发展。

具体实施方式
本发明的燃气与高温空气混合燃烧器,参照附图1,包括主火燃烧器,其主体1为圆柱状并由耐高温的金属材料制成,其内部设置有环形腔膛11,而中心部上下贯通形成中空部12;所述主体1的下部两侧贯通两条高温混合气管2,并延伸至所述环形腔膛11中,所述高温混合气管2的管口21处为弯曲形状,混合气体经由高温混合气管2输出并于环形腔膛11形成旋转涡流;环形腔膛11的底部设有耐高温填充材料3,并放置在高温混合气管2的管口21下方,所述耐高温填充材料3为耐高温防火棉,缩小了环形腔膛11的容积,起到防回火、脉冲震动及消音的作用;所述主体1上有混合气喷出孔18,所述混合气喷出孔18斜向上指向中空部12即主体1的上方,使该区域构成燃烧器燃烧室的局部或全部,气体经由混合气喷出孔18喷出,燃烧时可形成火力圈。
作为上述实施方式的改进,优选地,主火燃烧器的主体1上部设置有一环形沉台15,所述环形沉台15的立壁面151上布置有与所述环形腔膛11连通的混合气喷出孔18,混合气喷出孔18的孔口向上倾斜指向所述环形沉台15的上方,环形沉台15组成燃烧器的燃烧室。
作为上述实施方式的进一步改进,参照附图一、附图二和附图三,主火燃烧器的上部设置有一火圈6,所述混合气喷出孔18的孔口向上倾斜指向所述火圈6,环形沉台15的立壁面151与火圈6组成燃烧器的燃烧室,所述火圈6与主火燃烧器的主体1为分体式组件,火圈6置于主体1的平台14上,所述混合气喷出孔18与立壁面151成横向斜角状(具体参见图3所示),且为单圈单层结构,其孔径相同并高度一致,间隔均等有序地布置在立壁面151上。
进一步,参照附图1,所述主火燃烧器的中空部12下端设置有环形围板13,中空部12与所述环形围板13的内空间中安装有点火燃烧器7和点火装置5,点火装置5上端设置有点火针51和火焰检测针52。
参照附图2,混合气从所述混合气喷出孔18喷出,并与所述立壁面151及火圈6形成漩涡式的火力圈,而主火燃烧器的中空部12和环形沉台15提供二次供氧的渠道与空间。
进一步,参照附图4,所述环形围板13上开有数个空气导流孔131和点火装置固定孔132。
如附图6所示,本发明的一种实施例,主火燃烧器100安装于炉膛400中,并与鼓风装置800和电控组件900等配套成燃气炉具产品。
如附图6所示,安装有上述主火燃烧器100的全预混自动控制燃气炉,其中还包含炉膛400、鼓风装置800、燃气管道。炉膛中部安装有主火燃烧器100,燃气管道设有气阀,气阀出口分别连接常明火气管和主火燃烧器100喷嘴,喷嘴伸入混合膛前端中央,混合管另一端与主火燃烧器100连通;炉膛400为中空的双层不锈钢结构,炉膛400夹层设有进、出风口,进风口通过风管连接鼓风装置800,出风口通过热风管连通燃气喷嘴根部处的混合管,形成进入混合管的热空气通道。工作时空气先进入炉膛400夹层预热,再与燃气充分混合后从炉头喷出,使得燃烧速度快,火焰温度高。
本发明的燃气与高温空气混合燃烧器及点火燃烧器在正常运行时,燃气与高温空气混合后,先从高温混合气管2的管口21进入环形腔膛11中,然后从所述混合气喷出孔18喷出,并在中空部12的上方进一步与空气进行混合,燃烧时的旋转火焰进入燃烧室即火圈6围绕空间内,从而达成高效加热。
参照附图5,点火燃烧器7设置有喷嘴71、空气引射孔72和斜面火孔73,点火燃烧器7与主火燃烧器100配套使用,进一步完善了主火燃烧器100的使用效果。
以上所述仅为本发明的优先实施方式,只要以基本相同手段实现本发明目的的技术方案都属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 燃气与高温空气混合燃烧器,其特征在于:包括主火燃烧器,所述主火燃烧器的主体为圆柱状,其内部为环形腔膛,中心部上下贯通形成中空部,所述主体下部两侧贯通有两条高温混合气管,并延伸至环形腔膛中,所述高温混合气管的管口处为弯曲形状,混合气经由高温混合气管输出并于环形腔膛形成旋转涡流,环形腔膛底部设置有耐高温填充材料,并放置在高温混合气管的管口下方,主体上设置有混合气喷出孔,所述混合气喷出孔斜向上指向中空部的上方,主火燃烧器的主体上方构成燃烧器的燃烧室。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的燃气与高温空气混合燃烧器,其特征在于:所述主火燃烧器的主体上部设置有一环形沉台,所述环形沉台的立壁面上布置有与所述环形腔膛连通的混合气喷出孔,所述混合气喷出孔的孔口向上倾斜指向环形沉台上方,环形沉台组成燃烧器的燃烧室。
  3. 根据权利要求1或者2所述的燃气与高温空气混合燃烧器,其特征在于:所述主火燃烧器的上部设置有火圈,所述混合气喷出孔的孔口向上倾斜指向所述火圈,火圈与立壁面组成燃烧器的燃烧室。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的燃气与高温空气混合燃烧器,其特征在于:所述火圈与主火燃烧器的主体为分体式组件,火圈置于所述主体的平台上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的燃气与高温空气混合燃烧器,其特征在于:所述混合气喷出孔在所述立壁面为单圈单层结构,混合气喷出孔的孔径相同并高度一致,并间隔均等有序地布置在立壁面上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的燃气与高温空气混合燃烧器,其特征在于:所述主火燃烧器的中空部下端设置有环形围板,中空部与所述环形围板的内空间安装有点火燃烧器和点火装置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的燃气与高温空气混合燃烧器,其特征在于:所述点火装置上端设置有点火针和火焰检测针。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的燃气与高温空气混合燃烧器,其特征在于:所述环形围板上开有空气导流孔和点火装置固定孔。
