Abstract

La présente invention concerne l'adaptation du procédé de soudage sans bavure de machines à souder à deux et quatre têtes, caractérisé en ; un cadre de base (1), sur lequel des paliers linéaires (2) sont positionnés, un corps fixe (4), sur lequel la première unité de soudage (6) et la deuxième unité de soudage (7) sont positionnées, le mécanisme moteur à arbre de vis (5) qui permet le mouvement de la troisième unité de soudage (8) et de la quatrième unité de soudage (9), un corps (3), sur lequel la troisième unité de soudage (8), la quatrième unité de soudage (9), et le mécanisme moteur à arbre de vis (5) sont positionnés, une lame d'entaillage (12), qui amène les parois du profil appropriées pour le procédé de soudage, un servo-mécanisme d'action de commande de mouvement (13) qui permet le mouvement contrôlé des lames d'entaillage (12), un corps (14), sur lequel la lame d'entaillage (12) est positionnée, la plaque de résistance (10) avec un canal (10.1) sur elle, qui permet le chauffage des profils jusqu'à 200-250°C et leur jonction, et au moins une plaque chauffante (11).
