Description

室外机 技术领域
本发明涉及空调器领域,具体而言,涉及一种室外机。
背景技术
随着变频空调的普及,越来越多的家庭用户选择购买变频空调。变频空调室外机最主要的核心部件就是控制器(俗称电器盒),它是室外机执行器件(压缩机、风机等)的控制中枢,上述控制器是否正常运行直接关乎整机能否正常运行。
室外机由于本身电子器件多、复杂,运行环境恶劣的原因,导致控制器的故障率一直占据售后维修的首位,因此需要工作人员对控制器进行拆卸更换。
而现有技术中绝大多数变频空调的室外机的控制器都采用倒扣式摆放位置。即整个电器盒横跨风机腔和压缩机腔,靠中隔板支撑,由于支撑面较小,为了保证可靠固定,需要将其与右侧板、隔板甚至是面板多个方向可靠固定,螺钉数量较多且拆卸不方便,在后期工作人员维护时,由于操作空间较小,拆卸和安装操作较为不便。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种室外机,以达到便于对控制器进行维护的目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种室外机,包括:壳体,具有安装腔体和与安装腔体相对的面板;隔板,设置于安装腔体内;控制器,支撑于隔板上,控制器包括控制器本体和设置于控制器本体上与面板配合的第一固定部;其中,第一固定部配置为适于使控制器本体从面板外侧进行拆卸操作。
进一步地,第一固定部为设置于控制器本体上靠近面板一侧端部的固定柱,面板上设置有与固定柱配合的配合孔,在装配位置时,固定螺钉穿过配合孔并与固定柱可拆卸地连接。
进一步地,控制器本体沿竖直方向设置于隔板上,并与面板之间倾斜设置,固定柱的延伸方向与面板所在的平面垂直。
进一步地,室外机还包括设置于壳体内的冷凝器边板,控制器本体上还设置有用于与冷凝器边板卡接配合的第二固定部。
进一步地,冷凝器边板与面板相对设置,第二固定部为设置于控制器本体上远离面板一侧端部的卡钩。
进一步地,卡钩具有沿水平方向设置的卡钩连接部和设置在卡钩连接部远离控制器本体一侧端部的卡合部,其中,卡合部与控制器本体之间形成用于容纳冷凝器边板的卡接空间。
进一步地,控制器还包括第三固定部,设置于控制器本体朝向隔板的一侧面上,第三固定部与隔板卡接配合,以限定控制器本体的水平方向位移。
进一步地,隔板上设置有卡槽,第三固定部为与卡槽配合卡接的卡接凸起。
进一步地,卡接凸起为多个,沿控制器本体的长度方向间隔布置。
进一步地,本发明还提供了一种室外机,包括:壳体,具有安装腔体和与安装腔体相对的面板;隔板,设置于安装腔体内;控制器,支撑于隔板上,控制器包括控制器本体和设置于控制器本体上的第一固定部、第二固定部和第三固定部;其中,第一固定部配置为适于使控制器本体从面板外侧进行拆卸操作,第二固定部设置在控制器本体的远离第一固定部的一侧端部并与设置在安装腔体内的冷凝器边板卡接配合,第三固定部设置在控制器本体朝向隔板的一侧面上并与隔板卡接配合。
应用本发明的室外机,通过将第一固定部配置成适于从面板处进行拆卸操作的结构,能够不需对整个室外机壳体进行拆卸便可对控制器进行更换,使工作人员能够很快捷地将控制器拆卸下来,进而达到便于对控制器进行维护的目的。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
如图1至图6所示,本发明实施例提供了一种室外机,包括壳体10、隔板20和控制器。壳体10具有安装腔体和与安装腔体相对的面板11。隔板20设置于安装腔体内控制器支撑于隔板20上,控制器包括控制器本体31和设置于控制器本体31上的第一固定部32;其中,第一固定部32配置为适于从面板11外侧进行拆卸操作。
通过将第一固定部32配置成适于从面板11处进行拆卸操作的结构,能够不需对整个室外机的壳体10进行拆卸便可对控制器进行更换,使工作人员能够很快捷地对控制器进行拆卸,进而达到便于对控制器进行维护的目的。
具体地,如图1所示,本发明实施例中的控制器本体31沿竖直方向设置于隔板20上,并与面板11之间倾斜设置。此处的竖直方向设置是指接触面较小的四侧边中任一侧边与隔板20抵接,而两个接触面积较大的侧面垂直于隔板20所在的平面。
进一步地,第一固定部32为设置于控制器本体31上靠近面板11一侧端部的固定柱,固定柱的延伸方向与面板11所在的平面垂直。面板11上设置有与固定柱配合的配合孔。在装配位置时,固定螺钉穿过配合孔并与固定柱可拆卸地连接。
在拆卸操作时,由于面板11位于室外机的正面位置,操作空间一般都比较大,在此处进行拆卸操作可以便于工作人员使用操作工具,有利于装机后的维护和保养。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的室外机,在面板11位置的各个螺钉的轴线方向或尽可能多的螺钉的轴线方向均与面板11所在平面垂直。而控制器除该位置有固定螺钉以外,其他位置均不设置螺接固定结构。
优选地,本发明实施例中的固定柱设置在控制器本体31的一侧端部的上侧,对应的,可以在面板11的配合孔处设置对应的凹陷定位结构,以保证安装位置的准确性。当然上述固定柱也可以设置成多个,沿靠近面板11的一侧面间隔分布,以保证控制器本体的固定稳固。
本发明实施例中的室外机还包括设置于壳体10内的冷凝器边板40,控制器本体31上还设置有用于与冷凝器边板40卡接配合的第二固定部33。设置第二固定部33与冷凝器边板40配合,可以对控制器本体31起到固定的作用,从而使控制器本体31安装更加稳固。
具体地,如图3和图4所示,上述冷凝器边板40与面板11相对设置,第二固定部33为设置于控制器本体31上远离面板11一侧端部的卡钩。本发明实施例中的卡钩具有沿水平方向设置的卡钩连接部和设置在卡钩连接部远离控制器本体31一侧端部的卡合部,其中,卡合部与控制器本体31之间形成用于容纳冷凝器边板40的卡接空间。冷凝器边板40上设置有卡接凹槽,卡钩与卡接凹槽配合卡接,以限制控制器本体31的水平方向位移。
设置卡钩和卡接凹槽结构,可以节省螺钉或螺栓等需要安装工具的固定方式,可以使安装和拆卸操作变得更加方便,有利于工作人员对控制器进行后期的维护和保养。
优选地,上述控制器还包括第三固定部34,设置于控制器本体31朝向隔板20的一侧面上,第三固定部34与隔板20卡接配合,以限定控制器本体31的水平方向位移。
第三固定部34为控制器的底部固定结构,用于限制控制器本体31的水平方向位移,与上述第二固定部33的作用相似。
具体地,如图5和图6所示,本发明实施例中的隔板20上设置有卡槽,第三固定部34为与卡槽配合卡接的卡接凸起。在安装时,直接将卡接凸起按压进卡槽内部即可完成安装,拆卸时,将控制器本体31竖直向上提起,使卡接凸起和卡槽分离。
优选地,卡接凸起为多个,沿控制器本体31的长度方向间隔布置,既可以保证定位准确性,也可以实现可靠固定。
在工作人员对本发明实施例中的室外机进行维护时,可以分为以下两种情况:
1、当室外机的顶部存在空间时(无任何遮挡物),在拆除壳体10的顶盖和面板11的螺钉后,拆除相应的接线端,此时,控制器可以直接向上提起,使第二固定部33 和第三固定部34对应向上移动,以脱离其原限位位置,使控制器本体31解除限位约束,方便控制器从顶部取出。需要说明的是,上述安装过程与拆卸过程相反。
2、当室外机的顶部空间狭小时(存在遮挡物),需要先将顶盖和面板11的螺钉拆除,之后对应拆除面板11并断开相应的接线端。控制器由于竖直设置,行程较短(10-20mm),在竖直向上提起后,第二固定部33和第三固定部34对应解除限位,使控制器可以从面板11直接取出。同样的,上述安装过程与拆卸过程相反。
本发明还提供了一种空调器,包括上述室外机。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:通过将第一固定部配置成适于从面板处进行拆卸操作的结构,能够不需对整个室外机壳体进行拆卸便可对控制器进行更换,使工作人员能够很快捷地将控制器拆卸下来,进而达到便于对控制器进行维护的目的,能够有效降低工作人员的劳动强度。

    壳体(10),具有安装腔体和与所述安装腔体相对的面板(11);
    隔板(20),设置于所述安装腔体内;
    控制器,支撑于所述隔板(20)上,所述控制器包括控制器本体(31)和设置于所述控制器本体(31)上与所述面板(11)配合的第一固定部(32);其中,所述第一固定部(32)配置为适于使所述控制器本体(31)从所述面板(11)外侧进行拆卸操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的室外机,其特征在于,所述第一固定部(32)为设置于所述控制器本体(31)上靠近所述面板(11)一侧端部的固定柱,所述面板(11)上设置有与所述固定柱配合的配合孔,在装配位置时,固定螺钉穿过所述配合孔并与所述固定柱可拆卸地连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的室外机,其特征在于,所述控制器本体(31)沿竖直方向设置于所述隔板(20)上,并与所述面板(11)之间倾斜设置,所述固定柱的延伸方向与所述面板(11)所在的平面垂直。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的室外机,其特征在于,所述室外机还包括设置于所述壳体(10)内的冷凝器边板(40),所述控制器本体(31)上还设置有用于与所述冷凝器边板(40)卡接配合的第二固定部(33)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的室外机,其特征在于,所述冷凝器边板(40)与所述面板(11)相对设置,所述第二固定部(33)为设置于所述控制器本体(31)上远离所述面板(11)一侧端部的卡钩。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的室外机,其特征在于,所述卡钩具有沿水平方向设置的卡钩连接部和设置在所述卡钩连接部远离所述控制器本体(31)一侧端部的卡合部,其中,所述卡合部与所述控制器本体(31)之间形成用于容纳所述冷凝器边板(40)的卡接空间。
