一种多功能镀锌管 技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能镀锌管。
背景技术
在水循环或是液体流动中用到管道,由于长期使用管道内壁会出现锈蚀,出现杂质污染水质并降低管道的使用寿命。因此提高管道的抗腐蚀能力是加工管道需要考虑的问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种多功能镀锌管,该多功能镀锌管通过在管道的内壁上镀锌形成镀锌层,该镀锌层能有效提高管道的抗腐蚀能力,使管道内壁不易锈蚀或积存水垢,提高管道的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种多功能镀锌管,包括管体,所述管体的内壁上镀有一层锌形成镀锌层,所述镀锌层的厚度为10~15微米。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述镀锌层上覆有钝化膜。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述管体为铝管。
本发明的有益效果是:该多功能镀锌管能有效提高管道的抗腐蚀能力,使管道内壁不易锈蚀或积存水垢,提高管道的使用寿命。

优选地,所述镀锌层2上覆有钝化膜3。镀锌层2和钝化膜3能有效地提高管道的抗腐蚀能力。
优选地,所述管体1为铝管。
本发明多功能镀锌管的有益效果是:
本发明的多功能镀锌管能有效提高管道的抗腐蚀能力,使管道内壁不易锈蚀或积存水垢,提高管道的使用寿命。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能镀锌管,其特征在于,所述管体为铝管。
