本发明涉及金属管技术领域,尤其是一种防腐蚀杀菌金属管。
背景技术
金属管作为建材和建筑材料使用广泛,普通的金属管耐酸防腐蚀性能差,在环境恶劣的情况下使用容易被腐蚀,并且一般的金属管作为水管使用时,其内壁容易粘上污垢,平时很难对其进行清洗从而影响水质的清洁度,也不易于健康。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为克服上述存在的问题,提供一种防腐蚀杀菌金属管。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防腐蚀杀菌金属管,包括金属管本体,所述的金属管本体外壁上涂覆有环氧耐油防腐层,所述的金属管本体内壁上涂覆有纳米杀菌层。
进一步地,所述的环氧耐油防腐层的厚度为0.2mm~0.5mm,所述的纳米杀菌层的厚度为0.2mm~0.3mm。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的防腐蚀杀菌金属管表面涂覆防腐层,有效加强了金属管的耐腐蚀性,并且内壁设置有纳米杀菌层,能够起到有效的杀菌作用,保持水质的干净清洁,有利于人体健康。

如图1所示的防腐蚀杀菌金属管,包括金属管本体1,金属管本体1外壁上涂覆有环氧耐油防腐层2,金属管本体1内壁上涂覆有纳米杀菌层3。其中,环氧耐油防腐层2的厚度为0.2mm~0.5mm,纳米杀菌层3的厚度为0.2mm~0.3mm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的防腐蚀杀菌金属管,其特征是:所述的环氧耐油防腐层(2)的厚度为0.2mm~0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防腐蚀杀菌金属管,其特征是:所述的纳米杀菌层(3)的厚度为0.2mm~0.3mm。
