背景技术
金属管作为建材和建筑材料使用广泛,普通的金属管耐酸防腐蚀性能差,在环境恶劣的情况下使用容易被腐蚀,并且一般的金属管不具有阻燃性,在用于煤气和天然气的管道输送时,容易造成安全隐患。另外,传统的金属管基本都是圆形管状结构,不能满足各方面的使用需求。

本发明要解决的技术问题是:为克服上述存在的问题,提供一种六边形耐酸阻燃金属管。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种六边形耐酸阻燃金属管,包括金属管本体,所述的金属管本体外壁和内壁均为正六边形,所述的金属管本体外壁上涂覆有耐酸防腐层,所述的耐酸防腐层表面涂覆聚磷酸铵阻燃层,所述的金属管本体内壁具有经抛光处理的塑膜层。
进一步地,所述的耐酸防腐层的厚度为0.2mm~0.5mm,所述的聚磷酸铵阻燃层的厚度为0.3mm~0.6mm。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的六边形耐酸阻燃金属管结构新颖,满足了多元化的市场需求,其表面涂覆耐酸防腐层,有效加强了金属管的耐腐蚀性,并且能够起到有效的阻燃效果,使用安全可靠。
