本实用新型涉及一种镀锌管,尤其是用于冰箱制冷系统镀锌管,具有坯管,在坯管外有镀锌层,在镀锌层外有军绿色钝化膜,绿色钝化膜厚度为0.2~0.6微米,能解决现有镀锌管蓝白钝化膜老化周期短的问题,大大提高冰箱冷柜制冷系统管件防腐性,延长使用寿命,甚至在环境条件较恶劣的情况下仍具有优良的防腐能力。

本实用新型涉及一种镀锌管,尤其是用于冰箱制冷系统镀锌管。
背景技术
镀锌管表层一般有钝化膜,提高镀锌管的抗腐蚀能力,传统多采用蓝白钝化膜,蓝白钝化膜一般来说较薄且成膜原理为气相成膜,蓝白钝化液可粗略的看做化学抛光作用,抗腐蚀能力差,钝化膜的老化周期短。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:针对现有镀锌管钝化膜老化周期短的问题,提供一种军绿色的镀锌管。
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种镀锌管,具有坯管,在坯管外有镀锌层,在镀锌层外有军绿色钝化膜。
本实用新型中所述的军绿色钝化膜厚度为0.2~0.6微米。
本实用新型解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,大大提高冰箱冷柜制冷系统管件防腐性,延长使用寿命,甚至在环境条件较恶劣的情况下仍具有优良的防腐能力。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
如图1中所示的镀锌管结构,具有坯管1,坯管1采用冷轧超低碳钢带作为主要原料,原材料性能要求:抗拉强度≥280MPa、屈服强度130~250MPa、延伸率38%,化学成分(质量分数)C(碳)≤0.008、Si(硅)≤0.03、Mn(锰)≤0.25、P(磷)≤0.02、S(硫)≤0.03,超低碳钢的强度、硬度低,塑性、韧性高,焊接性能好,可锻可冲压性好,同时碳含量低也带来了较好的抗腐蚀性,坯管1外都有6.5微米厚的镀锌层2,镀锌管在钝化液中钝化形成军绿色钝化膜3,钝化膜3的厚度约为0.5微米,钝化过程中注意事项:1.温度为20~30摄氏度,2.钝化时间为10~15秒,3.钝化出槽后应避免划伤。

1、一种镀锌管,具有坯管,在坯管外有镀锌层,其特征在于:在镀锌层外有军绿色钝化膜。
2、如权利要求1所述的镀锌管,其特征在于:所述的军绿色钝化膜厚度为0.2~0.6微米。
