Description

一种紧急逃生窗 技术领域
本发明涉及一种逃生装置,更确切的说是一种紧急逃生窗。
背景技术
目前,大多数汽车的车窗上都是采用了逃生锤击打玻璃来应对突发事件,但是由于逃生锤数量有限,另外由于在紧急情况下,人们都会紧张不知所措,便会发生即使有逃生锤也会造成乘客的伤亡,此外,一旦玻璃被击碎,也会造成财产损失。
发明内容
本发明目的在于弥补现有技术的空白,提供了一种简易逃生窗,不需使用逃生锤击碎玻璃,同时也防止了财产损失。
一种紧急逃生窗,包括外框,设于外框内的内框以及设置于内框上的玻璃,其特征在于:所述外框的上部分设有电磁弹力锁,所述内框的上部设有与电磁弹力锁相配合的锁槽,所述内框的下部设有转轴,所述转轴的左右两侧与外框相连接。
进一步的,所述的电磁弹力锁采用气动式控制或者液压式控制。
进一步的,所述的转轴上设有卷簧。
进一步的,所述的转轴为阻尼转轴。
进一步的,所述外框的下部外侧设有阻力挡件。
进一步的,所述转轴上方的外框内侧上设置有限位件。
进一步的,所述转轴分设在偏向窗子内框下部的两端,采用偏向窗子内侧,可使在电磁弹力锁打开后,在重力的作用下,窗子绕转轴向外打开。
进一步的,所述内框上部与外框之间设有弹性部件。
进一步的,所述弹性部件是弹簧或者弹片。
进一步的,所述内框沿转轴与外框的分离角度为 130 度-150度。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明中的它具有构造新颖,易于制造,在发生突发事件时,按下一键式控制按钮,电磁弹力锁通过气压或者液压方式控制使得电磁弹力锁的锁簧伸缩入锁的空腔内,从而使内框与外框分离,人沿着内框和玻璃的转动角度滑下,安全逃离,同时也避免了财产损失。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和本发明优选的具体实施例,对本发明作进一步地阐述:第一实施例,一种紧急逃生窗,包括外框 1 ,设于外框 1 内的内框 2 以及设置于内框上的玻璃 21 ,所述外框 1 的上部分设有电磁弹力锁 5 ,所述内框 2 的上部设有与电磁弹力锁 5 相配合的锁槽 51 ,所述内框 2 的下部设有转轴 3 ,所述转轴 3 的左右两侧与外框 1 相连接,转轴 3 上设有卷簧,所述外框的下部外侧设有阻力挡件。本发明中的电磁弹力锁也就是电磁锁,是通过磁铁原理进行运动,当磁铁吸引锁簧时,锁簧伸缩至锁的空腔内,使得内框上部与外框分离,从而可以将内框连带玻璃一起打开,人员安全逃离。具体到本实施例中,当液压启动电磁弹力锁 5 时,磁铁吸引锁簧使得锁簧伸缩至锁的空腔内,使得内框 2 上部与外框 1 分离,由于转轴 3 上卷簧的作用,使得内框 2 自动沿转轴 3 旋转,由于在逃生窗外框 1 的外侧下部设有阻力挡件 4 ,避免了内框 2 突然转动后撞击受到损害且可以使得内框 2 转动 角度α ,本实施例中优选为 130 度,人便可以从上面滑下,操作简单,方便逃生,附图中由于卷簧设置在转轴上,图示中并未画出,当逃离后,可以手动恢复车窗,本实施例中将锁簧设置成图中所示的成一定倾斜角度,便于恢复车窗时候复位。
第二实施例中,与第一实施例不同之处在于,转轴 3 为阻尼转轴,所述转轴 3 分设在偏向窗子内框 2 下部的两端,在转轴 3 上方的外框 1 内侧上设置有限位件,当气动方式开启电磁弹力锁 5 后,磁铁吸引锁簧伸缩至锁的空腔内,使得内框 2 上部与外框 1 分离,阻尼转轴偏向窗子内侧,可使在电磁弹力锁 5 打开后,在重力的作用下,窗子绕转轴向外打开,使得内框 2 下落速度缓慢一些,不至于突然下落损害内框 2 ,且由于限位件的作用,使得进一步确保了内框和外框的分离角度,保证了财产安全,当下落至外框 1 下部外侧的阻力挡件 4 时,人员可以安全沿着内框 2 玻璃滑下,此时角度为 α,优选140度。
第三实施例中,与上述实施例不同之处在于,转轴 3 为阻尼转轴,所述转轴 3 分设在偏向窗子内框 2 下部的两端,在转轴 3 上方的外框 1 内侧上设置有限位件,在内框 2 上部与外框 1 之间设有弹性部件,本实施例中采用的是弹簧,当内框 2 处于关闭状态时,内框 2 压缩着弹簧且由于电磁弹力锁 5 的作用使得内框 2 关闭,当液压方式开启电磁弹力锁 5 后,磁铁吸引锁簧伸缩至锁的空腔内,使得内框 2 上部与外框 1 分离,此时内框 2 上部与外框 1 之间的弹簧由压缩状态变为伸张状态,促使内框 2 向外沿转轴 3 转动,由于转轴 3 是阻尼转轴,使得内框 2 下落速度缓慢一些,不至于突然下落损害内框 2 ,保证了财产安全,当下落至外框 1 下部外侧的阻力挡件 4 时,人员可以安全沿着内框 2 玻璃滑下,此时角度为 α,优选150度。
上述实施例中,第一实施例的转轴是一根转轴,第二实施例和第三实施例的转轴都是阻尼转轴,分设在两端,是两根独立的轴;限位件位于转轴上方的外框的内侧上,也就是在窗体的内侧上,由于内框的厚度小于外框的厚度,所以可以在外框的内侧上设置限位件,以达到进一步限定分离角度的目的,该限位件的设置位置和内框与外框的分离角度有关,由于以上实施例差别在于部分部件,因而在附图中仅给出了第一实施例的简略视图,但第一实施例附图并不能限定本发明的实质精神。

  1. 一种紧急逃生窗,包括外框,设于外框内的内框以及设置于内框上的玻璃,其特征在于:所述外框的上部分设有电磁弹力锁,所述内框的上部设有与电磁弹力锁相配合的锁槽,所述内框的下部设有转轴,所述转轴的左右两侧与外框相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的紧急逃生窗,其特征在于:所述的电磁弹力锁采用气动式控制或者液压式控制。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的紧急逃生窗,其特征在于:所述的转轴上设有卷簧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的紧急逃生窗,其特征在于:所述的转轴为阻尼转轴。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的紧急逃生窗,其特征在于:所述外框的下部外侧设有阻力挡件。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的紧急逃生窗,其特征在于:所述转轴上方的外框内侧上设置有限位件。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的紧急逃生窗,其特征在于:所述转轴分设在偏向窗子内框下部的两端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的紧急逃生窗,其特征在于:所述内框上部与外框之间设有弹性部件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的紧急逃生窗,其特征在于:所述弹性部件是弹簧或者弹片。
  10. 根据权利要求1-4、7、8、9任一项所述的紧急逃生窗,其特征在于:所述内框与外框的分离角度为130度-150度。
