Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 유로 상에 유체의 이동 방향과 수직하게 배치되며, 상기 유체가 통과하는 하나 이상의 제 1 유체통과홀이 형성되며, 상기 제 1 유체통과홀과 대응되는 부분에 상기 유체가 유입되는 방향으로 기울어져 틸팅 가능하게 구비되며 상기 유체의 유압에 의해 가압되어 틸팅 됨으로써 상기 제 1 유체통과홀의 개도를 조절하는 유량조절편이 형성되는 유량조절 플레이트; 및상기 제 1 유체통과홀과 연통되는 제 2 유체통과홀이 형성되며, 상기 제 2 유체통과홀의 직경은 상기 제 1 유체통과홀의 직경보다 작게 형성되어 상기 유량조절편이 지지됨으로써 상기 유량조절편의 틸팅 각도를 제한하는 틸팅 각도 제한 플레이트;를 포함하는 유량 조절 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 틸팅 각도 제한 플레이트는,상기 유량조절편과 상기 유량조절 플레이트가 최소한의 각도를 이루도록 함으로써 상기 유량조절편이 상기 유체의 유압에 의해 상기 유량조절 플레이트와 수평해져 상기 유체의 유동이 차단되는 것을 방지하는 유량 조절 유닛.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 틸팅 각도 제한 플레이트에는,상기 제 2 유체통과홀의 테두리 부분의 적어도 일부에 높이를 가지도록 구비되며 상기 제 1 유체통과홀을 관통하여 상기 플레이트의 전방으로 돌출되는 닫힘방지부가 형성되는 유량 조절 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 유체통과홀의 크기는 상기 제 2 유체통과홀의 크기보다 크게 형성되고,상기 틸팅 각도 제한 플레이트에는 상기 제 2 유체통과홀 주변이 상기 유량조절 플레이트 측으로 돌출되어 상기 제 1 유체통과홀에 삽입됨으로써 상기 유량조절 플레이트의 수평이동을 제한하는 제 1 수평이동 방지부가 형성되는 유량 조절 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 유체통과홀 및 상기 제 2 유체통과홀과 연통되는 제 3 유체통과홀이 형성되며, 상기 틸팅 각도 제한 플레이트와 접하게 구비되어 유체의 역류를 방지하는 역류방지 플레이트를 더 포함하는 유량 조절 유닛.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 역류방지 플레이트에는,상기 유체가 배출되는 방향으로 기울어져 틸팅 가능하게 구비되며, 유체의 역류 시 유압에 의해 가압되어 유체가 유입되는 방향으로 틸팅 됨으로써 유체의 역류를 방지하는 역류방지편이 형성되는 유량 조절 유닛.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 역류방지편의 크기는 상기 제 2 유체통과홀의 크기보다 크게 형성되어 상기 역류방지편이 상기 틸팅 각도 제한 플레이트에 의해 지지되는 유량 조절 유닛.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 역류방지 플레이트는,상기 유량조절 플레이트보다 얇은 두께를 가지는 박판으로 형성되는 유량 조절 유닛.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 틸팅 각도 제한 플레이트의 가장자리에는 상기 유체가 배출되는 방향으로 돌출되는 제 2 수평이동 방지부가 형성되며, 상기 역류방지 플레이트가 상기 제 2 수평이동 방지부의 내측에 삽입됨으로써 상기 역류방지 플레이트의 수평이동이 제한되는 유량 조절 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유량조절편은 상기 유량조절 플레이트로부터 일부분이 절개되어 유체가 유입되는 측으로 절곡되어 상기 유량조절 플레이트와 기울기를 이룸으로써 상기 유체통과홀을 형성하는 유량 조절 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유량조절편은 별도의 부재로서 상기 유량조절 플레이트에 결합되는 틸팅 각도 제한 플레이트가 구비되는 유량 조절 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유량조절편은,상기 유압이 제거되면 원상태로 복원될 수 있도록 탄성력 및 복원력을 가지는 유량 조절 유닛.
