图1是根据本发明实施例的一种应用于网管的监控终端设备方法的流程图。如图1所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S100:下发配置参数至终端,其中,所述配置参数用于设置所述终端的业务参数的监控属性;
终端上的业务参数可以包括与用户日常使用业务相关的参数,比如宽带业务下的宽带帐号/密码、语音业务下的语音帐号密码,都属于业务参数。在日常运营维护过程中,用户的业务会出现各种各样样的故障。体现在业务参数就是问题值:如果用户使用宽带帐号test1和密码123456不能上网,那么宽带帐号和密码的值就是问题值。
步骤S102:接收所述业务参数的变化值;
业务参数的变化值:当终端上的业务出现故障或者更新、更改业务、注销、追加业务时,业务的参数值会发生变化,比如用户的宽带帐号变成了test1,密码变成了123456,均属于变化值。
步骤S104:将所述业务参数的变化值与所述业务参数的健康数据进行对比;
业务参数的健康数据,即用户正常使用业务时体现的参数值。即相关网络要求的标准值,比如某用户的宽带帐号是test,密码是12345,使用这个帐号和密码可以正常上网,那么对于该用户宽带帐号的健康数据是test,密码的健康数据是12345。
步骤S106:根据预先设置的策略进行故障恢复或告警。
在相关技术中,对于用户日常使用业务过程中出现的问题,需要用户自主报障,维护人员手动进行检测,网管不能及时发现故障以及上报警告并进行处理。将本发明实施例提供的监控终端设备的方法应用于网管上,由于网管对终端设备下发了相关业务的配置参数,并对其设置了监控属性,使之在故障和问题发生时,即业务的参数值发生变化时,能够及时收集相关问题,与业务参数的健康数据进行对比,得出问题所在,进行故障恢复或上报告警。本发明实施例的方法可以使网管主动监控终端设备健康状态,节省运营维护的人力投入,提高处理故障的效率以及用户满意度。
在可选实施过程中,所述健康数据通过以下至少之一的方式获取:确定终端首次开通业务成功,获取所述业务参数的健康数据;确定业务更新或者追加或者注销,更新所述业务参数的健康数据。
网管负责维护终端设备上业务参数的监控数据。运营商可以在网管上手动设置该业务参数的健康数据,也可以自动获取。例如,在终端设备上首次开通业务成功时,运营商对该业务记录有相关业务参数,网管可以获得该业务参数的健康数据。或者,用户在业务更新或者追加或者注销时,网管获取该业务的最新参数,更新所述业务参数的健康数据。
在可选实施过程中,网管可以根据预先设置的策略,对终端设备进行故障恢复或告警。在网管将业务参数的变化值与对应的业务参数健康值进行对比后,如果变化值不是健康数据或者超出了健康数据的范围,则说明出现了问题或故障。此时,网管知道发生了故障,即主动发现了问题。根据运营商或用户事先设置的处理策略,网管对故障进行处理。可以是网管将该业务参数的健康数据发送给终端设备,进行故障恢复。如果无法恢复,则可以报警 的方式上报运营商或者用户,通知出现了故障进行处理。
在可选的实施过程中,网管根据TR-069协议设置业务参数的监控属性。网管对终端设备的业务参数设置监控属性可以包括多种方式。例如可以是网管根据TR-069协议设置业务参数的监控属性。根据TR-069协议设置监控属性:对应TR069参数的Notification属性,每个TR069参数都有这个属性。该业务参数可以包括以下之一或者其组合:参数名和TR-069协议参数路径。
对于每台或者每种类型终端设备,网管中维护一份关键参数的健康数据,同时配置关键参数的监控属性,即设置参数属性为参数值发生变化后需要上报Inform消息通知对应的网管系统。基于TR-069协议设置监控属性,在业务参数值发生变化后可以由终端设备主动上报给网管。由于网管根据TR-069协议对终端设备设置了监控属性,即业务的参数值发生变化时,能够及时收集相关问题,与业务参数的健康数据进行对比,得出问题所在,进行故障恢复或上报告警,可以使网管主动监控终端设备健康状态,有效地节省运营维护的人力投入,提高处理故障的效率以及用户满意度。
图2是根据本发明实施例的一种应用于终端的监控终端设备方法的流程图。如图1所示,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
步骤S200:根据网管下发的配置参数,设置终端的业务参数的监控属性;可选地,该设置业务参数的监控属性可以包括多种方式。例如,可以是根据TR-069协议设置业务参数的监控属性,该业务参数可以包括以下之一或者其组合:参数名和TR-069协议参数路径。
业务参数:同用户日常使用业务相关的参数,比如宽带业务下的宽带帐号/密码、语音业务下的语音帐号密码,都属于业务参数。由于对业务参数设置了监控属性,尤其是根据TR-069协议设置的监控属性,终端可以判断该业务参数值是否发生了变化。
业务参数的监控属性:对应TR069参数的Notification属性,即会根据TR069参数设置该业务参数的监控属性。配置参数:即配置TR069参数的Notification属性,通过Set Parameter Attributes方法设置,比如将Notification Change的值设置为true,Notification的值设置为1,即代表被设置属性的参数值发生变化,需要自动上报给对应的远程管理系统(网管)。
步骤S202:在所述业务参数值变化的情况下,上报所述业务参数的变化值至网管。判断业务参数值是否发生变化,在变化的情况下,上报变化值给网管。业务参数的变化值:即参数值发生变化,比如用户的宽带帐号变成了test1,密码变成了123456。问题值:如果用户使用宽带帐号test1和密码123456不能上网,那么宽带帐号和密码的值就是问题值。
根据本实施例,将该监控终端设备的方法应用于终端设备上。由于终端设备上的业务参数值设置了监控属性,在通过设置业务参数的监控属性,可以使终端主动发现所述业务参数值是否发生变化。当终端发现业务参数值变化时,可以主动上报给对应的网管。相关技术中,因终端设备自身问题导致用户业务中断,终端设备不能发现故障的问题所在,使维护人员不能及时有效的发现和处理故障。通过该实施例,根据业务参数的监控属性,终端设备可以主动发现故障和问题,上报给网管,可以及时有效地提供给维护人员。有效地节省运维人力投入,提高处理故障的效率以及用户满意度。
可选地,接收所述网管发送的、用于恢复的所述业务参数的健康数据。健康数据:即相关网络要求的标准值,比如某用户的宽带帐号是test,密码是12345,使用这个帐号和密码可以正常上网,那么对于该用户宽带帐号的健康数据是test,密码的健康数据是12345。终端设备可以接收网管给其下发的健康数据。即终端给网管上报故障和问题后,网管做出恢复故障的处理,向终端设备下发该业务参数的健康数据,进行恢复。终端设备接收该健康数据,恢复健康状态。通过该实施例,在发现故障后,根据预先设置的策略,可以主动地处理一部分故障和问题,节省了人力和成本,提高了维护效率。

网管接收到终端设备上报的业务参数的变化值,并将该变化值与网管维护的业务参数的健康数据进行对比,对比后得出业务参数的问题所在,并进行下一步操作。
步骤S310:根据预先设置的策略,所述网管进行故障恢复或告警。

相关技术中,网管设备并不能主动发现或者接收终端设备上的业务故障或问题。根据本实施例提供的装置,所述装置中维护一份关键参数的健康数据,同时配置关键参数的监控属性,即设置参数属性为参数值发生变化后需要上报Inform消息通知对应的网管系统。通过对业务参数设置监控属性,在业务参数值发生变化后可以由终端设备主动上报给网管。网管在业务的参数值发生变化时,能够及时收集相关问题,与业务参数的健康数据进行对比,得出问题所在,进行故障恢复或上报告警。可以使网管主动监控终端设备健康状态,有效地节省运营维护人力投入,提高处理故障的效率以及用户满意 度。
图5是根据本发明实施例的一种应用于终端的监控终端设备的装置图;如图5所示,该装置包括处理器、程序存储器和数据存储器,还包括如下模块:
设置模块50,适用于根据网管下发的配置参数,设置业务参数的监控属性;

根据本实施例,由于对终端装置上的业务参数值设置了监控属性,可以使终端装置主动发现所述业务参数值是否发生变化。当发现业务参数值变化时,可以主动上报给对应的网管。相关技术中,因终端设备自身问题导致用户业务中断,终端设备不能发现故障的问题所在,使维护人员不能及时有效的发现和处理故障。通过该实施例,根据业务参数的监控属性,终端设备可以主动发现故障和问题,上报给网管,可以及时有效地提供给维护人员。有效地节省运营维护的人力投入,提高处理故障的效率以及用户满意度。

本发明实施例还提供了一种实施方式,可以包括如下步骤:
步骤一:网管识别出终端设备上相关的业务参数;业务参数:同用户日常使用业务相关的参数,比如宽带业务下的宽带帐号/密码、语音业务下的语音帐号密码,都属于业务参数。网管识别与之对应终端设备上的业务参数,如果需要对该参数进行监控,即下发该配置参数给终端设备。
步骤二:终端设备首次开通业务成功时,网管记录该业务参数的健康数据,同时网管根据TR-069协议设置终端设备上业务参数的监控属性;监控属性:对应TR069参数的Notification属性,每个TR069参数都有这个属性。
鉴于用户首次开通业务,我们认为该业务参数均是正常的,业务参数值通过网管记录下来,维护一个业务参数值的健康数据,用于对比判断业务参数是否出现了问题以及用来后续恢复健康数据给终端设备。
所述配置业务参数的监控属性,即设置参数属性为参数值发生变化后需要上报Inform消息通知对应的网管系统;
步骤三:终端设备实现业务更新、追加或者业务注销成功时,网管更新对应的业务参数的健康数据;健康数据:即现网要求的标准值,比如某用户的宽带帐号是test,密码是12345,使用这个帐号和密码可以正常上网,那么对于该用户宽带帐号的健康数据是test,密码的健康数据是12345。
步骤四:终端设备上的业务参数发生变化时,终端设备主动上报变化值给网管;变化值:即参数值发生变化,比如用户的宽带帐号变成了test1,密码变成了123456。
步骤五:网管将上报的业务参数的变化值于健康数据进行比对,记录问题值。问题值:如果用户使用宽带帐号test1和密码123456不能上网,那么宽带帐号和密码的值就是问题值。
步骤六:根据事先定义的处理策略,网管可以将健康值恢复给终端设备,也可以将问题参数以告警形式展现给运维人员,等待后续处理。
步骤七:故障处理完毕后,选择继续监控或者取消监控。

  1. 一种网管监控终端设备的方法,包括:
    下发配置参数至终端,其中,所述配置参数用于设置所述终端的业务参数的监控属性;
    接收所述终端发送的所述业务参数的变化值;
    将所述业务参数的变化值与所述业务参数的健康数据进行对比;
    根据预先设置的策略对所述终端进行故障恢复或告警。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,获取所述业务参数的健康数据的方式包括:
    确定终端首次开通业务成功,获取所述业务参数的健康数据;和/或,
    确定业务更新或者追加或者注销,更新所述业务参数的健康数据。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据预先设置的策略进行故障恢复或告警包括:
    将所述业务参数的健康值恢复给终端,和/或;
    将所述业务参数值以告警形式展现给运营商或用户。
