本发明涉及包装领域, 尤其涉及一种液晶模组包装袋。 背景技术
液晶显示装置 ( Liquid Crystal Display, LCD )具有机身薄、 省电、 无 辐射等众多优点, 得到了广泛的应用, 如移动电话、 个人数字助理 ( PDA ) 、 数字相机、 计算机屏幕或笔记本电脑屏幕等。
现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置, 其包括壳 体、 设于壳体内的液晶模组。 请参阅图 1, 现有的液晶模组主要包括背光 模组 100、 设于背光模组 100上的液晶显示面板 300及设于液晶显示面板 300上的前框 500, 当所述背光模组 100、 液晶显示面板 300及前框 500组 装在一起时, 需要进行运输或仓储, 这时, 需要对液晶模组进行包装。
请参阅图 2, 一般情况下, 液晶模组组装及质检完成后, 液晶模组还 被定位于流水线上, 这时, 先用美纹胶带 150将保护膜贴 250于液晶模组 的正面前框上, 这里至少四个位置需固定, 分别为左上、 右上、 左下、 及 右下, 左上一般位于左侧前框靠上角处, 右上一般位于右侧前框靠上角 处, 左下和右下分别贴在地侧前框靠左下角和右下角处, 再套上静电袋 350, 通常静电袋 350 的宽度尺寸会比液晶模组的宽度宽, 将液晶模组放 入下緩冲 (未图示)后, 将比液晶模组宽出的部分向液晶模组的背面弯折 以便静电袋 350 能将液晶模组完好包装, 避免外界灰尘等进入, 再放上緩 冲前(未图示) , 然后再包装外箱 (未图示)等。
那么液晶电视整机厂在拆除包装时刚好和包装过程相反, 即先打开包 装, 将液晶模组的静电袋 350脱去, 再撕除美纹胶带 150从而去掉保护 膜。
可见, 在现有的包装流程中, 会有一个贴美纹胶带以及撕除美纹胶带 的工序。 而贴美纹胶带以及撕除美纹胶带的工序均较为浪费时间, 不利于 提高生产效率, 进而导致生产成本较高。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶模组包装袋, 其结构简单, 成本低, 能有效简化包装流程。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种液晶模组包装袋, 包括: 位于液晶 模组正面的正面单元及位于液晶模组背面的背面单元, 所述正面单元的厚 度大于所述背面单元的厚度。
所述正面单元为双层结构, 其包括静电层及保护层, 所述静电层与背 面单元三端连接形成一端开口的袋体, 所述保护层由所述背面单元向外延 伸设置, 包装时, 先将液晶模组置于袋体内, 再将所述保护层朝向静电层 折叠后于液晶模组正面插入该袋体内。
所述保护层的宽度小于背面单元的宽度。
所述保护层与背面单元之间设有折弯线。
所述静电层和背面单元由静电材料制成, 所述静电材料为聚对苯二曱 酸乙二醇酯、 高密度聚乙烯、 低密度聚乙烯或高密度聚乙烯与聚乙烯发泡 材料的复合材料。
所述保护层与背面单元、 及静电层一体成型制成。
所述保护层由聚乙烯发泡材料制成。

请参阅图 3 至图 5, 本发明提供一种液晶模组包装袋, 包括: 位于液 晶模组 10正面的正面单元 2及位于液晶模组 10背面的背面单元 4, 所述 正面单元 2 的厚度大于所述背面单元 4 的厚度。 本发明的液晶模组包装 袋, 通过加厚位于液晶模组 10 正面的正面单元 2, 有效保护液晶模组 10, 同时, 避免了现有的包装流程中美纹胶带的粘贴, 有效简化了包装流 程, 提高了包装效率, 降低了包装成本。
具体地, 请参阅图 5, 在本实施例中, 所述正面单元 2 为双层结构, 其包括静电层 22及保护层 24, 所述静电层 22与背面单元 4三端连接形成 一端开口的袋体, 所述保护层 24 由所述背面单元 4 向外延伸设置, 包装 时, 先将液晶模组 10置于袋体内, 再将所述保护层 24朝向静电层 22折 叠后于液晶模组 10正面插入该袋体内。 即在液晶模组 10的正面设置两层 结构, 其中一层为由背面单元 4 延伸设置的保护层 24, 另一层为静电层

请参阅图 7, 为本发明液晶模组包装袋的第二实施例的结构示意图, 在本实施例中, 所述保护层 24与背面单元 4之间设有折弯线 244, 该折弯 线 244可呈锯齿状或牙线状, 以便于保护层 24进行折弯, 进一步提高包 装效率。
请参阅图 8, 为本发明晶模组包装袋的第三实施例的剖面结构示意 图, 在本实施例中, 所述正面单元 2,为单层结构。 该正面单元 2,可由聚对 苯二曱酸乙二醇酯、 高密度聚乙烯、 低密度聚乙烯度聚乙烯制成, 也可由 高密度聚乙烯与聚乙烯发泡材料的复合材料制成。 该正面单元 2,制作时, 直接设置厚度大于背面单元 4即可。

本发明的液晶模组包装袋, 通过加厚位于液晶模组正面的正面单元, 有效保护液晶模组, 同时, 避免了现有的包装流程中美纹胶带的粘贴, 有 效简化了包装流程, 提高了包装效率, 降低了包装成本。

1、 一种液晶模组包装袋, 包括: 位于液晶模组正面的正面单元及位 于液晶模组背面的背面单元, 所述正面单元的厚度大于所述背面单元的厚 度。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶模组包装袋, 其中, 所述正面单元为双 层结构, 其包括静电层及保护层, 所述静电层与背面单元三端连接形成一 端开口的袋体, 所述保护层由所述背面单元向外延伸设置, 包装时, 先将 液晶模组置于袋体内, 再将所述保护层朝向静电层折叠后于液晶模组正面 插入该袋体内。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的液晶模组包装袋: 其中, 所述保护层的宽度 小于背面单元的宽度。
4、 如权利要求 2 所述的液晶模组包装袋: 其中, 所述保护层与背面 单元之间设有折弯线。
5、 如权利要求 2 所述的液晶模组包装袋: 其中, 所述静电层和背面 单元由静电材料制成, 所述静电材料为聚对苯二曱酸乙二醇酯、 高密度聚 乙烯、 低密度聚乙烯或高密度聚乙烯与聚乙烯发泡材料的复合材料。
6、 如权利要求 5 所述的液晶模组包装袋: 其中, 所述保护层与背面 单元、 及静电层一体成型制成。
7、 如权利要求 5 所述的液晶模组包装袋: 其中, 所述保护层由聚乙 烯发泡材料制成。
8、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶模组包装袋: 其中, 所述正面单元为单 层结构。
9、 如权利要求 8 所述的液晶模组包装袋: 其中, 所述正面单元由聚 对苯二曱酸乙二醇酯、 高密度聚乙烯、 低密度聚乙烯度聚乙烯制成。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的液晶模组包装袋, 其中, 所述正面单元由高 密度聚乙烯与聚乙烯发泡材料的复合材料制成。
11、 一种液晶模组包装袋, 包括: 位于液晶模组正面的正面单元及位 于液晶模组背面的背面单元, 所述正面单元的厚度大于所述背面单元的厚 度;
其中, 所述正面单元为双层结构, 其包括静电层及保护层, 所述静电 层与背面单元三端连接形成一端开口的袋体, 所述保护层由所述背面单元 向外延伸设置, 包装时, 先将液晶模组置于袋体内, 再将所述保护层朝向
静电层折叠后于液晶模组正面插入该袋体内;
其中, 所述保护层的宽度小于背面单元的宽度。
12、 如权利要求 11 所述的液晶模组包装袋, 其中, 所述保护层与背 面单元之间设有折弯线。
13、 如权利要求 11 所述的液晶模组包装袋, 其中, 所述静电层和背 面单元由静电材料制成, 所述静电材料为聚对苯二曱酸乙二醇酯、 高密度 聚乙烯、 低密度聚乙烯或高密度聚乙烯与聚乙烯发泡材料的复合材料。
14、 如权利要求 13 所述的液晶模组包装袋, 其中, 所述保护层与背 面单元、 及静电层一体成型制成。
15、 如权利要求 13 所述的液晶模组包装袋, 其中, 所述保护层由聚 乙烯发泡材料制成。
