Abstract

本发明提供一种液晶模组包装袋,包括:位于液晶模组(10)正面的正面单元(2)及位于液晶模组(10)背面的背面单元(4),所述正面单元(2)的厚度大于所述背面单元(4)的厚度。本发明的液晶模组包装袋,通过加厚位于液晶模组正面的正面单元,有效保护液晶模组,同时,避免了现有的包装流程中美纹胶带的粘贴,有效简化了包装流程,提高了包装效率,降低了包装成本。

液晶模组包装袋
技术领域
本发明涉及包装领域,尤其涉及一种液晶模组包装袋。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用,如移动电话、个人数字助理(PDA)、数字相机、计算机屏幕或笔记本电脑屏幕等。
现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括壳体、设于壳体内的液晶模组。请参阅图1,现有的液晶模组主要包括背光模组100、设于背光模组100上的液晶显示面板300及设于液晶显示面板300上的前框500,当所述背光模组100、液晶显示面板300及前框500组装在一起时,需要进行运输或仓储,这时,需要对液晶模组进行包装。
请参阅图2,一般情况下,液晶模组组装及质检完成后,液晶模组还被定位于流水线上,这时,先用美纹胶带150将保护膜贴250于液晶模组的正面前框上,这里至少四个位置需固定,分别为左上、右上、左下、及右下,左上一般位于左侧前框靠上角处,右上一般位于右侧前框靠上角处,左下和右下分别贴在地侧前框靠左下角和右下角处,再套上静电袋350,通常静电袋350的宽度尺寸会比液晶模组的宽度宽,将液晶模组放入下缓冲(未图示)后,将比液晶模组宽出的部分向液晶模组的背面弯折以便静电袋350能将液晶模组完好包装,避免外界灰尘等进入,再放上缓冲前(未图示),然后再包装外箱(未图示)等。
那么液晶电视整机厂在拆除包装时刚好和包装过程相反,即先打开包装,将液晶模组的静电袋350脱去,再撕除美纹胶带150从而去掉保护膜。
可见,在现有的包装流程中,会有一个贴美纹胶带以及撕除美纹胶带的工序。而贴美纹胶带以及撕除美纹胶带的工序均较为浪费时间,不利于提高生产效率,进而导致生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶模组包装袋,其结构简单,成本低,能有效简化包装流程。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种液晶模组包装袋,包括:位于液晶模组正面的正面单元及位于液晶模组背面的背面单元,所述正面单元的厚度大于所述背面单元的厚度。
所述正面单元为双层结构,其包括静电层及保护层,所述静电层与背面单元三端连接形成一端开口的袋体,所述保护层由所述背面单元向外延伸设置,包装时,先将液晶模组置于袋体内,再将所述保护层朝向静电层折叠后于液晶模组正面插入该袋体内。
所述保护层的宽度小于背面单元的宽度。
所述保护层与背面单元之间设有折弯线。
所述静电层和背面单元由静电材料制成,所述静电材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯或高密度聚乙烯与聚乙烯发泡材料的复合材料。
所述保护层与背面单元、及静电层一体成型制成。
所述保护层由聚乙烯发泡材料制成。
所述正面单元为单层结构。
所述正面单元由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯度聚乙烯制成。
所述正面单元由高密度聚乙烯与聚乙烯发泡材料的复合材料制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的液晶模组包装袋,通过加厚位于液晶模组正面的正面单元,有效保护液晶模组,同时,避免了现有的包装流程中美纹胶带的粘贴,有效简化了包装流程,提高了包装效率,降低了包装成本。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图3至图5,本发明提供一种液晶模组包装袋,包括:位于液晶模组10正面的正面单元2及位于液晶模组10背面的背面单元4,所述正面单元2的厚度大于所述背面单元4的厚度。本发明的液晶模组包装袋,通过加厚位于液晶模组10正面的正面单元2,有效保护液晶模组10,同时,避免了现有的包装流程中美纹胶带的粘贴,有效简化了包装流程,提高了包装效率,降低了包装成本。
具体地,请参阅图5,在本实施例中,所述正面单元2为双层结构,其包括静电层22及保护层24,所述静电层22与背面单元4三端连接形成一端开口的袋体,所述保护层24由所述背面单元4向外延伸设置,包装时,先将液晶模组10置于袋体内,再将所述保护层24朝向静电层22折叠后于液晶模组10正面插入该袋体内。即在液晶模组10的正面设置两层结构,其中一层为由背面单元4延伸设置的保护层24,另一层为静电层22,在有效缓冲液晶模组10正面的同时,有效防止静电的产生,避免静电对液晶模组10的损坏。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述保护层24的宽度小于背面单元4的宽度。以便保护层24能方便的插入袋体中,同时也方便将保护层24由袋体内抽出,有效提高包装及拆包效率。
在本实施例中,所述背面单元4与静电层22由同种材料一体成型制成,优选静电材料,其可为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、低密度聚乙烯度聚乙烯(LDPE)或高密度聚乙烯与聚乙烯(PE)发泡材料的复合材料;而保护层24可与背面单元4及静电层22由静电材料一体成型制成,也可以由聚乙烯发泡材料制成(如图6所示);均可实现本发明的提高包装效率的技术效果。
请参阅图7,为本发明液晶模组包装袋的第二实施例的结构示意图,在本实施例中,所述保护层24与背面单元4之间设有折弯线244,该折弯线244可呈锯齿状或牙线状,以便于保护层24进行折弯,进一步提高包装效率。
请参阅图8,为本发明晶模组包装袋的第三实施例的剖面结构示意图,在本实施例中,所述正面单元2’为单层结构。该正面单元2’可由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯度聚乙烯制成,也可由高密度聚乙烯与聚乙烯发泡材料的复合材料制成。该正面单元2’制作时,直接设置厚度大于背面单元4即可。
包装时,先将液晶模组置于袋体内,再将超出液晶模组的正面单元2’朝向背面单元4折叠即可完成包装。
本发明的液晶模组包装袋,通过加厚位于液晶模组正面的正面单元,有效保护液晶模组,同时,避免了现有的包装流程中美纹胶带的粘贴,有效简化了包装流程,提高了包装效率,降低了包装成本。

Claims (10)

1.一种液晶模组包装袋,其特征在于,包括:位于液晶模组(10)正面的正面单元(2)及位于液晶模组(10)背面的背面单元(4),所述正面单元(2)的厚度大于所述背面单元(4)的厚度。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶模组包装袋,其特征在于,所述正面单元(2)为双层结构,其包括静电层(22)及保护层(24),所述静电层(22)与背面单元(4)三端连接形成一端开口的袋体,所述保护层(24)由所述背面单元(4)向外延伸设置,包装时,先将液晶模组(10)置于袋体内,再将所述保护层(24)朝向静电层(22)折叠后于液晶模组(10)正面插入该袋体内。
3.如权利要求2所述的液晶模组包装袋,其特征在于,所述保护层(24)的宽度小于背面单元(4)的宽度。
4.如权利要求2所述的液晶模组包装袋,其特征在于,所述保护层(24)与背面单元(4)之间设有折弯线(244)。
5.如权利要求2所述的液晶模组包装袋,其特征在于,所述静电层(22)和背面单元(4)由静电材料制成,所述静电材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯或高密度聚乙烯与聚乙烯发泡材料的复合材料。
6.如权利要求5所述的液晶模组包装袋,其特征在于,所述保护层(24)与背面单元(4)、及静电层(22)一体成型制成。
7.如权利要求5所述的液晶模组包装袋,其特征在于,所述保护层(24)由聚乙烯发泡材料制成。
8.如权利要求1所述的液晶模组包装袋,其特征在于,所述正面单元(2’)为单层结构。
9.如权利要求8所述的液晶模组包装袋,其特征在于,所述正面单元(2’)由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯度聚乙烯制成。
10.如权利要求8所述的液晶模组包装袋,其特征在于,所述正面单元(2’)由高密度聚乙烯与聚乙烯发泡材料的复合材料制成。
