Description

饮料萃取装置的送包脱包机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料萃取装置的送包脱包机构,其中饮料萃取装置主要是以咖啡机为主。
背景技术
咖啡机是饮料萃取装置中的一种,为使操作方便,现有的咖啡机有实现自动脱包的功能。如一公告号为CN1130345Y(专利号为94193279.6)的中国发明专利《定量袋装磨碎咖啡的包装和使用这种包装咖啡的压力式咖啡机》披露了一种允许咖啡包自动掉落的咖啡机结构,该咖啡机虽然可使咖啡袋脱落,但需专门设计驱动挡块转动的结构,使得结构显得复杂,而且其在说明书中没有给出具体驱动挡块转动的机械结构。
为此有人发明了一种结构简单合理、操作稳定方便、且手感好的咖啡机,公告号为CN201044719Y(专利号为200720110811.2)的中国实用新型专利《咖啡机中咖啡包的自动脱落机构》披露了这样一种咖啡机,通过位于第二机件两侧的夹板,及与夹板配合的轴槽导向结构使第二机件后退过程中至少驱动夹板前端相对第二机件进行一次张合,为方便脱包其在第一机件的容腔内设有弹簧。前述咖啡机结构有所改进,但其存在脱包掉包不可靠的缺陷。如果第一机件的容腔内没有设置弹簧,那在脱包过程中需要依靠咖啡包与第二机件前端面之间的粘贴力将咖啡包从容器内拉出,如果粘贴力较小的话,可能出现存在咖啡包会留在凹腔内导致不能实现掉包;如果凹腔内设有弹簧,在第一机件和第二机件合拢后,弹簧会对咖啡包施加较大的力,咖啡包与第二机件的前端面之间的粘贴力过大,脱包过程中可能出现咖啡包吸附在第二机件的前端面上,导致即使夹板张开,咖啡包也不易脱落;另外出于设置有弹簧,萃取后弹簧会浸泡在咖啡饮料中,而污染咖啡饮料,影响口感。
又一公告号为CN202619402U(专利号为ZL201220211428.7)的中国实用新型专利《饮料制备装置的自动掉包机构》披露了这样一种掉包机构,包括有机座;具有容装带环形边沿的饮料包的容置腔的第一机件;第二机件;两块夹板;其特征在于:第一机件的后端面左右两侧开有供阻挡部容置的缺口;机座上设有两组给夹板的前轴和后轴导向的引导槽:在第一机件和第二机件完全合拢的状态下,两夹板上的阻挡部位于第一机件的缺口内;在第二机件后移的状态下,两夹板上的阻挡部随第二机件后移并与饮料包的环形边沿接触而带动饮料包后移出容置腔。阻挡部的推动能平稳将饮料包从第一机件的容置腔内推出,确保掉包的可靠性,整个咖啡包的脱落过程简洁,另外无需在容置腔内设置弹簧。
前述两个改进专利均在机座上设有两组给夹板的前轴和后轴导向的引导槽,夹板在整个送包过程中均要随第二机件一起前移,夹板与第二机件之间没有相对空行程,因此为完成将咖啡包完全送入容置腔中,引导槽能引导夹板按脱包需要进行张合,必须将引导槽整体长度做长,引导槽包括后直槽部、前直槽部、中弧形槽部和前弧形槽部,前直槽部位于后直槽部前方并偏外,中弧形槽部位于后直槽部外侧,中弧形槽部与后直槽部之间通过第一挡壁隔开,前弧形槽部位于前直槽部外侧,前弧形槽部与前直槽部之间通过第二挡壁隔开。因此前述两专利引导槽整体长度较长,咖啡机的工作过程复杂,且还会导致整个机座的长度不能做短,咖啡机不能做到小型化。
在没有放置咖啡包,进行煮开水清洗咖啡机时,两机件之间由于没有咖啡包的环形边沿,导致两机件间会存在间隙,无法形成密封,为确保两机件在萃取时形成良好的密封,为此前述两个改进专利将第二机件内设置一液压活塞,来补充这段间距,即第二机件出外壳和位于外壳内的活塞体组成,萃取时通过液压能驱动活塞体前移补偿

这一间隙。但这种方式使得第二机件的结构更为复杂,成本也会增加。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种结构更为简单合理且送包脱包可靠的饮料萃取装置的送包脱包机构,该机构整体尺寸更为小巧、且成本低、装配方便。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种饮料萃取装置的送包脱包机构,包括具有装包口和掉包口的机座;第一机件,其固定在机座内的前部,第一机件内具有容装带环形边沿的饮料包的容置腔;第二机件,其位于机座内的后部并可在驱动结构的驱动下相对第一机件前后滑移;两块夹板,它们分别设于第二机件的左右两侧并能左右张合,各夹板的前端具有延伸至第二机件前端面的前方的阻挡部;
其特征在于:所述阻挡部的前方形成有向内弯折用于将咖啡包的环形边沿勾住并将咖啡包拖出的第一钩部,所述第一机件的左右两侧具有用以与所述第一钩部的前外表面导向配合的引导面,该引导面具有第一位置和第二位置,第二位置位于第一位置外侧并相对靠前,第一位置和第二位置之间平滑过渡;
在夹板随第二机件前移至与引导面的第一位置接触后再继续前移,所述引导面将对夹板的前端施加有向外的推力,迫使夹板沿引导面外移至引导面的第二位置而处于张开让位状态;
夹板上开有沿前后方向设置的引导孔,第二机件的左右两侧具有第二钩部,第二钩部位于引导孔内并能相对引导孔前后滑移,第二钩部的前外端面与引导孔的前内端面之间为第一接触配合,在夹板随第二机件继续前移过程中,所述第一接触配合将对夹板施加有向内的推力,迫使夹板前端从引导面的第二位置移动至第一位置

处于合拢状态, 并保证在两夹板最后合拢后所述饮料包的环形边沿位于第一钩部内,第二钩部的后钩面与引导孔的后内端面之间为第二接触配合,所述第二接触配合将对夹板施加有向后的推力,以能使第二机件在后移过程中带动夹板后移,同时第一钩部勾住饮料包的环形边沿带动饮料包退出容置腔。
上述第一机件的左右两侧各具有一开口朝后的内凹部,该内凹部的底面形成所述引导面。内凹部对夹板的第一钩部的外张有限位约束作用,确保夹板在合理范围内张合。上述第一钩部的前外表面为弧面,这样当第一钩部的前外表面与引导面接触时为弧面接触,使夹板发生偏转更轻松。
上述第一接触配合为斜面配合。斜面配合能让第二钩部更平稳推动夹板的前端朝合拢方向偏转。
上述第二接触配合为斜面配合,在该第二接触配合的作用下,该第二钩部使夹板保持合拢趋势。第二接触配合使夹板保持合拢趋势,这样第二机件后退时使夹板始终保持夹持住饮料包的环形边沿趋势,更好确保第一钩部能顺利勾出饮料包,使脱包顺利进行。
上述机座和第一机件一体注塑成型在一起形成为具有轴向通道的一体注塑件,所述第二机件位于通道的后部,第二机件的左右两侧具有侧凸的条形限位部,所述通道后部的左右内侧具有与所述条形限位部相配的导向槽,所述条形限位部插设在所述导向槽内。机座一体化成型而成,简化装配工艺,便于批量生产,降低成本:通过限位槽与条形限位部的配合,使第二机件更稳妥约束在机座后部,并对第二机件起到导向作用。
上述夹板约束在条形限位部和导向槽的底面之间,导向槽的后部底面为平面,导向槽的前部底面为向前向外倾斜的斜面,所述条形限位部的前部外端面为平面,条形限位部的后部外端面为向后向内倾斜的斜面。在第二机件在前移过程的前半段时间内,夹板在条形限位部的前部平面及导向槽的底面的后部平面夹持作用下,确保夹板在第二机件在前移过程的前半段时间内不会发生偏转,而当夹板前移至需要发生偏转位置时,导向槽的底面的前部斜面及条形限位部的后部斜面又给夹板的偏转提供空间同时对夹板偏转角度有一定约束作用。
上述阻挡部中的内端面下部为一向内弯的弧面。这样可保证在夹板合拢状态下,阻挡部的内端面下部对饮料包外周面下部有一定的支撑作用,可使饮料包更稳定搁置在由两阻挡部之间形成的夹口内,适合用于硬质咖啡包。
上述阻挡部位置处具有向后延伸的延展壁,延展壁的内表面为向内弯的弧面。该夹板结构适合夹持需要刺破萃取的饮料包类型,其外形整体类似果冻包,其主体为由塑料制成的薄壁壳体,纵截面成圆台状,饮料包的四周壁以及上下端面均封闭,装包后饮料包的环形边沿置于两延展壁之间。
饮料包大致可分为两种,一种是不需要刺破萃取的饮料包类型,如截面呈圆锥形的壳体,壳体的四周壁是刚性的,壳体的上下端面则布满很多细小的孔;另一种是需要刺 破萃取的饮料包类型,其外形整体类似果冻包,其主体为由塑料制成的薄壁壳体,横截面成锥形,饮料包的四周壁以及上下端面均封闭,当该送包脱包机构用于这种需要刺破的饮料包时,就需要在上述第一机件的容置腔内固定有前刺针盘,第二机件的前端面固定有后刺针盘,且第二机件的前端面还设有密封圈。
上述驱动结构包括连杆,该连杆的下部转动连接在位于机座后部的转轴上,连杆由手柄带动旋转,连杆的上部的左右两侧通过连杆轴分别转动连接有一传动杆,各传动杆的下端则通过销轴与第二机件转动连接在一起,所述连杆具有内腔,该内腔的左右侧壁上开有条形孔,所述连杆轴的端部穿设在所述条形孔内,所述内腔中还设有一顶持在连杆轴下方并使连杆轴保持上移趋势的弹簧。通过弹簧推动连杆轴在条形孔内的前后滑移来消除因没有放置饮料包而在两机件之间形成的间隙,该结构去掉原有依靠活塞来实现补偿间隙的目的,使第二机件的结构可以采用最为简单的板状结构,有效降低成本,同时该弹簧还能改善手柄扳动时的手感。当然驱动结构可采用现有其它驱动结构。
上述转轴上螺纹连接有螺栓,螺栓的杆部伸入所述内腔中,螺栓的杆部上固定有弹簧座,所述弹簧的下端套设在弹簧座上,弹簧的上端与所述连杆轴接触。其为一种将弹簧约束在内腔中的具体实现方式。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:在第一机件和第二机件完全打开的状态下,两夹板处于合拢状态而能夹持饮料包:在第二机件前移至饮料包部分位于容置腔内的状态下,第一钩部的前外表面刚与引导面接触;第二机件继续前移,第一钩部的前外表面沿引导而外移追使两夹板的前端外张让位,以确保饮料包进一步被推入容置腔内;第二机件进一步前移,第二钩部相对引导孔前移,同时在第二钩部的前外端面与引导孔的前内端面之间的第一接触配合作用下迫使两夹板合拢,并使所述饮料包的环形边沿位于第一钩部内,同时第一机件和第二机件完全合拢形成萃取腔,完成装包;第二机件后移,第二钩部相对引导孔后移并带出饮料包,直至第二钩部与引导孔的内后端面接触后,第二机件的进一步后移带动两夹板上的第一钩部后移将饮料包带出容置腔完成脱包。因此本送包脱包机构主要通过第一钩部、夹板上的导向孔、引导面以及第二钩部与导向孔之间的斜面配合结构的各种联动配合关系来实现送包脱包,送包脱包设计非常巧妙,夹板的张开是在饮料包基本进入容置腔内才进行,此过程中第二钩部在导向孔内有空行程,故整体行程很短,使该送包脱包机构整体尺寸变小,利于咖啡机的小型化,另外其省掉原有复杂的轴槽配合结构,故整体结构及制造工艺更为简单,成本低。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~17所示,为本发明的一个优选实施例。
一种饮料萃取装置的送包脱包机构,包括具有装包口11和掉包口12的机座1;
第一机件2,其固定在机座1内的前部,第一机件2内具有容装带环形边沿41的饮料包4的容置腔21,第一机件2上具有出液通道;
第二机件3,其位于机座1内的后部并可在一驱动结构的驱动下相对第一机件2前 后滑移,第二机件3上具有进液通道;
两块夹板5,夹板5基本呈L形,它们分别设于第二机件3的左右两侧并能左右张合。
其中,所述机座1和第一机件2一体注塑成型在一起形成为具有轴向通道13的一体注塑件,第二机件2位于通道13的后部,第二机件3的左右两侧具有侧凸的条形限位部32,通道13后部的左右内侧具有与所述条形限位部32相配的导向槽15,条形限位部32插设在导向槽15内;
所述驱动结构包括呈L形的连杆6,该连杆6的下部转动连接在位于机座1后部的转轴18上,连杆6由手柄7带动旋转,连杆6的上部的左右两侧通过连杆轴61分别转动连接有一传动杆8,各传动杆8的下端则通过销轴81与第二机件3转动连接在一起,连杆6具有内腔62,内腔62的左右侧壁上开有条形孔63,连杆轴61的端部穿设在条形孔63内,内腔62中还设有一顶持在连杆轴61下方并使连杆轴61保持上移趋势的弹簧9。转轴18上螺纹连接有螺栓10,螺栓10的杆部伸入内腔62中,螺栓10的杆部上固定有弹簧座91,弹簧9的下端套设在弹簧座91上,弹簧9的上端与连杆轴61接触。
各夹板5的前端具有延伸至第二机件3前端面的前方的阻挡部51,两阻挡部51间隔设置形成可夹持饮料包4的夹口,阻挡部51中的内端面下部为一向内弯的弧面511;阻挡部51的前方形成有向内弯折用于将咖啡包的环形边沿勾住并将咖啡包拖出的第一钩部52,第一钩部52实际为竖直贯穿的U形槽,第一钩部52的前外表面521为弧面。
所述第一机件2的左右两侧具有用以与第一钩部52的前外表面521导向配合的引导面22,该引导面22具有第一位置221和第二位置222,第二位置221位于第一位置222外侧并相对靠前,第一位置221和第二位置222之间平滑过渡。第一机件2的左右两侧各具有一开口朝后的内凹部23,该内凹部23的底面形成前述引导面22。
在夹板5随第二机件3前移至与引导面的第一位置221接触后再继续前移,所述引导面22将对夹板5的前端施加有向外的推力,迫使夹板5沿引导面22外移至引导面的第二位置222而处于张开让位状态;夹板5上开有沿前后方向设置的引导孔53,第二机件3的左右两侧具有第二钩部31,第二钩部31位于引导孔53内并能相对引导孔53前后滑移,第二钩部31的前外端面311与引导孔53的前内端面531之间为第一接触配合,第一接触配合为斜面配合,在夹板5随第二机件3继续前移过程中,第一接触配合将对夹板5施加有向内的推力,迫使夹板5前端从引导面的第二位置222移动至第一位置221而处于合拢状态,并保证在两夹板5最后合拢后饮料包4的环形边沿41位于第一钩部52内,第二钩部31的后钩面312与引导孔53的后内端面532之间为第二接触配合,第二接触配合也为斜面配合,第二接触配合将对夹板5施加有向后的推力,以能使第二机件3在后移过程中带动夹板5后移,同时第一钩部52勾住饮料包4的环形边沿41带动饮料包4退出容置腔21。
即:如图2、3所示,在第一机件2和第二机件3完全打开的状态下,两夹板5处于合拢状态而能夹持饮料包4,饮料包4置于两阻挡部之间,饮料包4的身部的下部搁置在阻挡部51中的弧面511上,饮料包4的环形边沿41则位于第二机件3的前端面和阻挡部51的后端面之间。
如图4所示,在第二机件3前移至饮料包4部分位于容置腔21内的状态下,第一钩部52的前外表面521刚与引导面22接触。
如图5所示,第二机件3继续前移,引导面22将对夹板5的前端施加有向外的推力,第一钩部52的前外表面521沿引导面22外移迫使两夹板5的前端外张让位,以确保饮料包4进一步被推入容置腔21内。
如图6、7所示,第二机件3进一步前移,第二钩部31相对引导孔53前移,同时在第二钩部31的前外端面311与引导孔53的前内端面531之间的斜面配合作用下,对夹板5施加向内的推力,迫使夹板5前端从引导面的第二位置222移动至第一位置221而处于合拢状态,并使饮料包4的环形边沿41位于第一钩部52内,同时第一机件2和第二机件3完全合拢形成萃取腔,完成装包。
如图8、9、10所示,萃取完成后,第二机件3后移,第二钩部31相对引导孔53后移,直至第二钩部31与引导孔53的后内端面532接触后,第二机件3的进一步后移带动两夹板5上的第一钩部52后移将饮料包带出容置腔21完成脱包。
夹板5约束在条形限位部32和导向槽15的底面之间;导向槽15的后部底面151为平面,导向槽15的前部底面152为向前向外倾斜的斜面,条形限位部32的前部外端面321为平面,条形限位部32的后部外端面322为向后向内倾斜的斜面。
前述实施例中的饮料包以硬质咖啡包为例,硬质饮料包的外壳纵截面成圆台状,外壳的四周壁是刚性的,且具有一定厚度,外壳的上下端面则布满很多细小的

如图17~20所示,需要刺破萃取的饮料包类型,其外形整体类似果冻包,其主体为由塑料制成的薄壁壳体,纵截面成圆台状,饮料包的四周壁以及上下端面均封闭,第一机件2的容置腔21内固定有前刺针盘14,第二机件3的前端面固定有后刺针盘16,且第二机件3的前端面还设有密封圈17。针对这种饮料包,我们对夹板5结构作适应性改进,即在阻挡部51位置处具有向后延伸的延展壁512,延展壁512的内表面为向内弯的弧面,装包后饮料包的环形边沿41置于两延展壁512之间。
本送包脱包机构的工作过程如下:
装包过程:驱动结构带动第二机件3后移打开,两夹板5处于合拢状态而能夹持饮料包4,将饮料包4从装包口11装入,饮料包4置于两阻挡部之间,饮料包4的身部的 下部搁置在阻挡部51中的弧面511上,饮料包4的环形边沿41则位于第二机件3的前端面和阻挡部51的后端面之间。
送包过程:第二机件3前移,由于饮料包4的环形边沿41位于第二机件3的前端面和阻挡部51的后端面之间,故第二机件3前移能带动饮料包及夹板一起前移,在饮料包4部分位于容置腔21内的状态下,第一钩部52的前外表面521与引导面22的第一位置221接触。第二机件3继续前移,引导面22将对夹板5的前端施加有向外的推力,第一钩部52的前外表面521沿引导面22外移至第二位置222处,迫使两夹板5的前端外张让位,以确保饮料包4进一步被推入容置腔21内。第二机件3进一步前移,第二钩部31相对引导孔53前移,同时在第二钩部31的前外端面311与引导孔53的前内端面之间的第一接触配合作用下迫使两夹板5合拢,并使饮料包4的环形边沿41位于第一钩部52内,同时第一机件2和第二机件3完全合拢形成萃取腔,完成装包,可以进行萃取。
脱包过程:萃取完成后,第二机件3后移,第二钩部31相对引导孔53后移,直至第二钩部31与引导孔53的后内端面532接触后,第二机件3的进一步后移带动两夹板5上的第一钩部52后移将饮料包带出容置腔21,饮料包4从掉包口12掉落,完成脱包。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种饮料萃取装置的送包脱包机构,包括具有装包口(11)和掉包口(12)的机座(1):
    第一机件(2),其固定在机座(1)内的前部,第一机件(2)内具有容装带环形边沿(41)的饮料包(4)的容置腔(21);
    第二机件(3),其位于机座(1)内的后部并可在驱动结构的驱动下相对第一机件(2)前后滑移;
    两块夹板(5),它们分别设于第二机件(3)的左右两侧并能左右张合,各夹板(5)的前端具有延伸至第二机件(3)前端面的前方的阻挡部(51);
    其特征在于;所述阻挡部(51)的前方形成有向内弯折用于将咖啡包的环形边沿勾住并将咖啡包拖出的第一钩部(52),所述第一机件(2)的左右两侧具有用以与所述第一钩部(52)的前外表面(521)导向配合的引导面(22),该引导面(22)具有第一位置(221)和第二位置(222),第二位置(221)位于第一位置(222)外侧并相对靠前,第一位置(221)和第二位置(222)之间平滑过渡;
    在夹板(5)随第二机件(3)前移至与引导面(22)的第一位置(221)接触后再继续前移,所述引导面(22)将对夹板(5)的前端施加有向外的推力,迫使夹板(5)沿引导面(22)外移至引导面的第二位置(222)而处于张开让位状态;
    夹板(5)上开有沿前后方向设置的引导孔(53),第二机件(3)的左右两侧具有第二钩部(31),第二钩部(31)位于引导孔(53)内并能相对引导孔(53)前后滑移,第二钩部(31)的前外端面(311)与引导孔(53)的前内端面(531)之间为第一接触配合,在夹板(5)随第二机件(3)继续前移过程中,所述第一接触配合将对夹板(5)施加有向内的推力,迫使夹板(5)前端从引导面的第二位置(222)移动至第一位置(221)而处于合拢状态,并保证在两夹板(5)最后合拢后所述饮料包(4)的环形边沿(41)位于第一钩部(52)内:
    第二钩部(31)的后钩面(312)与引导孔(53)的后内端面(532)之间为第二接触配合,所述第二接触配合将对夹板(5)施加有向后的推力,以能使第二机件(3)在后移过程中带动夹板(5)后移,同时第一钩部(52)勾住饮料包(4)的环形边沿(41)带动饮料包(4)退出容置腔(21)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的送包脱包机构,其特征在于:所述第一机件(2)的左右两侧各具有一开口朝后的内凹部(23),该内凹部(23)的底面形成所述引导面(22),所述第一钩部(52)的前外表面(521)为弧面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的送包脱包机构,其特征在于:所述第一接触配合为斜面配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的送包脱包机构,其特征在于:所述第二接触配合为斜面配合,在该第二接触配合的作用下,该第二钩部(31)使夹板(5)保持合拢趋势。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的送包脱包机构,其特征在于:所述机座(1)和第一机件(2) 一体注塑成型在一起形成为具有轴向通道(13)的一体注塑件,所述第二机件(2)位于通道(13)的后部,第二机件(3)的左右两侧具有侧凸的条形限位部(32),所述通道(13)后部的左右内侧具有与所述条形限位部(32)相配的导向槽(15),所述条形限位部(32)插设在所述导向槽(15)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的送包脱包机构,其特征在于:所述夹板(5)约束在条形限位部(32)和导向槽(15)的底面之间,导向槽(15)的后部底面(151)为平面,导向槽(15)的前部底面(152)为向前向外倾斜的斜面,所述条形限位部(32)的前部外端面(321)为平面,条形限位部(32)的后部外端面(322)为向后向内倾斜的斜面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的送包脱包机构,其特征在于:所述阻挡部(51)中的内端面下部为一向内弯的弧面(511)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的送包脱包机构,其特征在于:所述第一机件(2的容置腔(21)内固定有前刺针盘(14),第二机件(3)的前端面固定有后刺针盘(16),且第二机件(3)的前端面还设有密封圈(17)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的送包脱包机构,其特征在于:所述阻挡部(51)位置处具有向后延伸的延展壁(512),延展壁(512)的内表面为向内弯的弧面。
  10. 根据权利要求1~9任一所述的送包脱包机构,其特征在于:所述驱动结构包括连杆(6),该连杆(6)的下部转动连接在位于机座(1)后部的转轴(18)上,连杆(6)由手柄(7)带动旋转,连杆(6)的上部的左右两侧通过连杆轴(61)分别转动连接有一传动杆(8),各传动杆(8)的下端则通过销轴(81)与第二机件(3)转动连接在一起,所述连杆(6具有内腔(62),该内腔(62)的左右侧壁上开有条形孔(63),所述连杆轴(61)的端部穿设在所述条形孔(63)内,所述内腔(62)中还设有一顶持在连杆轴(61)下方并使连杆轴(61)保持上移趋势的弹簧(9)。
