本发明提供的头发检测装置在被佩戴在头发上并启动时,能够自动采集与头发有关的数据,并将采集的数据发送给具有数据处理能力的数据处理装置,从而实现对头发质量的自动检测。另外,由于本发明提供的头发检测装置具有固定部,因此可以直接佩戴在头发上,不会影响使用者的其他活动,从而提供了更为方便的检测方式。
为了实现本发明目的,还公开了一种头发检测系统,包括:头发检测装置、数据处理装置和显示装置,其中:所述头发检测装置为上述的头发检测装置;
所述数据处理装置用于接收由所述头发检测装置采集的数据,对采集的数据进行处理以得出处理结果,并向所述显示装置发送处理结果;并且
所述显示装置用于接收并显示所述处理结果。
优选地,上述头发检测系统中,所述数据处理装置包括存储单元和比较及分析单元,所述存储单元用于存储头发参数的参考值,所述比较及分析单元用于根据所述数据处理装置接收到的所述采集的数据来得到头发参数的当前值,所述比较及分析单元将所述当前值与所述参考值进行对比以得到差值,并根据所述差值判断头发质量。
优选地,上述头发检测系统中,所述比较及分析单元将所述差 值分级,根据分级后的差值判断头发质量。
优选地,上述头发检测系统中,所述数据处理装置设置在所述固定部上;或者,所述数据处理装置位于外置的电脑或手机上。
优选地,上述头发检测系统中,所述显示装置设置在所述固定部上;或者,所述显示装置位于外置的电脑或手机上。
优选地,上述头发检测系统中,所述显示装置为显示屏。
本发明提供的头发检测系统,包括上述头发检测装置,协同上述数据处理装置和显示装置共同完成上述检测功能。

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
请参考图1和图2,图1为本发明实施例提供的头发检测系统的示意性的功能框图;图2为本发明实施例提供的头发检测装置的固定部的结构示意图。
如图1所示,本发明提供的头发检测装置1包括数据采集部4和发送部5,其中数据采集部4用于采集与头发有关的数据并向发送部5发送采集的数据,发送部5用于接收由数据采集部4采集的数据并将采集的数据发送到具有数据处理能力的数据处理装置2,以通过数据处理装置2对采集的数据进行处理。该头发检测装置1还包括用于将自身固定到头发的固定部7(见图2),上述数据采集部4和发送部5均可以位于该固定部7上。
在将本发明提供的头发检测装置1佩戴在头发上并将其启动时,头发检测装置1开始自动采集与头发有关的数据,并将采集的数据发 送给具有数据处理能力的数据处理装置2,从而实现对头发质量的自动检测。另外,由于本发明提供的头发检测装置1具有固定部7,因此可以直接佩戴在头发上,不会影响使用者的其他活动,从而提供了更为方便的检测方式。
具体的,数据采集部4可以为传感器,发送部5可以为信号发射器。
在一个优选实施例中,数据采集部4可以为(但不限于)图像传感器,通过图像传感器拍摄头发的图像,并将图像通过例如无线方式发送至数据处理装置2进行处理。具体的,图像传感器可以为CCD图像传感器或CMOS图像传感器。CCD(Charge-coupled Device电荷耦合元件)图像传感器可直接将光学信号转换为模拟电流信号,并将得到的电流信号进行放大和模数转换,从而实现图像的获取、存储、传输、处理和复现。CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor互补金属氧化物场效应管)图像传感器的芯片采用了CMOS工艺,因此具有高集成特性。当采用CMOS图像传感器时,可将图像采集电路和信号处理电路集成到同一块芯片上,使得包括该CMOS图像传感器的头发检测装置可以具有更小的尺寸。
下面将说明图像传感器的参数的选择。图像传感器的重要参数包括分辨率和镜头焦距。
图像传感器的分辨率的计算公式如下:
S=(A/D)×2   …………(1)
公式(1)中,S为图像传感器分辨率,A为可检测区域(可以采集到数据的范围)的尺寸,D为目标最小特征(能检测到的最小特征的大小)。
假设S=30k,A=5mm,则根据公式(1),可得:
D=(A/S)×2=(5/30)×2=0.33μm。
由于头发的直径约在40~100μm之间,在上述参数下目标最小特征D为0.33μm,远小于40μm,因此即使S=30k的分辨率也完全能满足对头发粗细、分叉的检测要求。
镜头焦距的计算公式如下:
L1×A=B×L2   …………(2)
公式(2)中,L1为镜头焦距,A为可检测区域的尺寸,B为图像传感器尺寸,L2为物距。对公式(2)进行等式变换得到:
L1=(B×L2)/A   …………(3)
假设B=10mm,L2=1mm,A=5mm,则根据公式(3)可得:
L1=(10×1)/5=2mm。
即L1=2mm的镜头可以满足本发明的头发检测装置的要求。
综上可知,可以采用分辨率为30k、焦距为2mm的图像传感器作为本发明的头发检测装置中的数据采集部。
在本发明实施例中,固定部7可以是便于固定到头发上的小型和轻型的部件,比如发贴。如图2所示,作为发贴的固定部7为扁平的长方体,在其一个表面上具有密集的抓手,用于直接附着在头发上以起到将头发检测装置1相对于头发固定的作用。发贴的优点在于,即使长时间通过发贴固定佩戴这样的头发检测装置1也不会使头发变形。本实施例中,将数据采集部4(具体的,可以为传感器)设置在发贴中且能与头发接触,即数据采集部4处在发贴的具有抓手的一侧的表面上。因此,当发贴附着在头发上时,数据采集部4能够直接和头发接触,便于数据采集。另外,发送部5(具体的,可以为信号发射器)可以设置在发贴的与具有抓手的一侧相对的另一侧的表面上。数据采集部4在采集到数据后可以直接将采集的数据发送至发送部5。由于固定部7是诸如发贴之类的便于固定到头发的小型和轻型的部件,并且数据采集部4和发送部5均可以由高度集成的电子器件构成,因此,本发明的头发检测装置1整体十分轻便小巧,提高了佩戴时的舒适性。
在一个优选实施例中,发贴的主体由柔性材料制成,并且发贴上设置有柔性印刷电路板(FPCB),数据采集部4和发送部5位于柔性印刷电路板上。柔性印刷电路板是一种利用柔性基材制成的具有图形的印刷电路板,因此,其具有可挠性及可弹性形变的特点。当发贴附着在头发上后,由于头部具有弧度,发贴会有一定的形变。由于柔性印刷电路板具有上述特点,因此也能够随之一起发生形变,提高了 使用者佩戴本发明的头发检测装置1时的舒适感。
当然,固定部7还可以有其他实现形式,比如,发带、发夹等,只要在能够起到将头发检测装置1固定到头发的作用的同时,又能为数据采集部4和发送部5提供载体即可。
进一步地,出于对美观的考虑,本实施例中,在FPCB板上还设置有外层装饰6。
在一个优选实施例中,在头发检测装置1靠近头发一侧设置有LED灯,用以在数据采集部4(具体的,可以为图像传感器)拍摄图像时对被拍摄的头发区域进行照明。
本发明还公开了一种头发检测系统,包括头发检测装置、数据处理装置和显示装置,其中,头发检测装置为上述的头发检测装置1。数据处理装置用于接收从头发检测装置发送来的采集的数据,处理采集的数据以得出处理结果,并向显示装置发送处理结果。显示装置用于接收从数据处理装置发送来的处理结果,并显示处理结果。
下面参照图3描述根据本发明的数据处理装置2。
图3为本发明实施例提供的数据处理装置的示意性的功能框图。数据处理装置2可以是任何具有数据处理功能的装置,比如微处理器、微计算机等。如图3所示,数据处理装置2包括接收单元21、比较及分析单元22、存储单元23和发送单元24。接收单元21用于接收由头发检测装置1采集的与头发有关的数据,并将接收的数据传输到比较及分析单元22。接收单元21例如可以是无线接收器。例如,与头发有关的数据可以是通过图像传感器获取的部分头发的图像等,也可以是通过其他类型的数据采集装置采集到的诸如头发密度、头发油性程度之类的数据。本发明不限于此。比较及分析单元22可以根据与头发有关的数据来得到反映头发状况的各种参数(比如,头发色泽、头屑密度等)的值,将得到的关于头发的参数的值(头发参数的当前参数值)与预先存储在存储单元23中的关于头发的相应参数的参考值进行比较,以判断头发的健康状况。存储单元23可以存储上面所述的参数的参考值、用于判断的阈值或范围的上下限数值等。发送单元24可以将比较及分析单元22所得的判断结果发送到显示装置 3以进行显示。发送单元24也可以在发送判断结果的同时附带地发送检测到的参数值和对应参数的参考值,以便于使用者详细地了解头发状况。发送单元24例如可以是无线发送器。发送单元24可以与接收单元21集成为收发器。
具体地,比较及分析单元22将当前参数值与参考值进行对比得到差值,通过该差值判断头发质量。
例如,对于头发色泽的检测,数据处理装置2将采集的数据中的色泽数值与色泽的参考值进行对比,得到两者的差值。当该差值处于一定范围内时,判断头发的色泽为好,反之则判断为不好。进一步地,为了细化处理结果,还可以对上述差值进行分级,从而得到不同的色泽等级。可以采用类似的方式来判断头发的其他参数(例如头发光泽度)的情况。随后,比较及分析单元22可以根据多项参数的比较结果来对头发的健康状况进行综合判断,或者也可以仅根据一项参数的比较结果来简单地判断头发健康状况,以得到可供用户参考的最终的健康状况结论。
可以理解,存储在存储单元23中的参数的参考值可以是通过医学的或统计学的方式得到的表示健康状况的临界值或标准值。例如,参考值可以取决于医学领域中已经得到的与健康有关的数值。另外,可以将通过抽样调查获取的大多数人的样本均值作为参考值。可以例如通过图像传感器在头发的同一位置拍摄多个图像,将其发送至数据处理装置2,提取同一区域的图像数据,并且进行分析比较后得到平均值,该平均值为头发平均状况的样本值。
本发明实施例提供的头发检测系统,只需将头发检测装置的固定部固定在头发上即可完成对头发质量的自动检测,还不对使用者的其他行动造成任何不便影响。因此,该头发检测系统的操作及携带均十分方便,可以进行大规模推广,用于对样本值进行收集,从而获得一定地区内大部分人的参考值,使得参考值更具备参考性。
本发明实施例中,显示装置3用于接收并显示数据处理装置2的处理结果,其设置位置并不局限,可以直接设置在外置的电脑或手机上,也可以设置在本发明的头发检测装置1中,例如设置在固定部 7上。优选地,将显示装置3设置在发贴上。在一个具体示例中,将显示装置3设置于发贴的FPCB板上方,通过无线接收器接收来自数据处理装置2的发送单元24发送来的处理结果。
具体地,上述显示装置3为显示屏,用于直观显示处理结果。当然也可以采用LED灯,通过灯光的闪烁或灯的不同颜色,来传递头发质量的检测情况。
数据处理装置2的设置位置并不局限,可以设置在外置的电脑上,便于用户操作、储存测试资料;也可以设置在手机、IPAD等便携式外设上,便于随身携带;另外,还可以设置在固定部7上。
综上所述,本发明提供的头发检测装置,在将其自身固定到头发的同时,还可以实时检测头发质量,实现头发的毛糙度、色泽、光泽度、洁净度等参数的检测。另外,本发明的头发检测装置体积小巧、易于携带。本发明提供的头发检测系统,包括该头发检测装置,协同上述数据处理装置和显示装置共同完成上述检测功能。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种头发检测装置,其特征在于,包括数据采集部和发送部,所述数据采集部用于采集与头发有关的数据并向所述发送部发送采集的数据,所述发送部用于从所述数据采集部接收所述采集的数据并将采集的数据发送给具有数据处理能力的数据处理装置,所述头发检测装置还包括用于固定到头发的固定部,所述数据采集部和发送部位于所述固定部上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的头发检测装置,其特征在于,所述数据采集部为传感器,所述发送部为信号发射器。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的头发检测装置,其特征在于,所述传感器为图像传感器。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的头发检测装置,其特征在于,所述图像传感器为CCD图像传感器或CMOS图像传感器。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的头发检测装置,其特征在于,还包括靠近头发一侧设置的LED灯,用于在所述图像传感器进行图像采集时对头发进行照明。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的头发检测装置,其特征在于,所述固定部为发贴。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的头发检测装置,其特征在于,所述发贴上设置有柔性印刷电路板,所述发送部位于所述柔性印刷电路板上。
  8. 一种头发检测系统,其特征在于,包括:头发检测装置、数 据处理装置和显示装置,其中:
    所述头发检测装置为权利要求1-7任一项所述的头发检测装置;
    所述数据处理装置用于接收由所述头发检测装置采集的数据,对采集的数据进行处理以得出处理结果,并向所述显示装置发送处理结果;并且
    所述显示装置用于接收并显示所述处理结果。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的头发检测系统,其特征在于,所述数据处理装置包括存储单元和比较及分析单元,所述存储单元用于存储头发参数的参考值,所述比较及分析单元用于根据所述数据处理装置接收到的所述采集的数据来得到头发参数的当前值,将所述当前值与所述参考值进行对比得到差值,并且根据所述差值判断头发质量。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的头发检测系统,其特征在于,所述比较及分析单元将所述差值分级,根据分级后的差值判断头发质量。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的头发检测系统,其特征在于,所述数据处理装置设置在所述固定部上;
    或者,所述数据处理装置位于外置的电脑或手机上。
  12. 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的头发检测系统,其特征在于,所述显示装置设置在所述固定部上;
    或者,所述显示装置位于外置的电脑或手机上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的头发检测系统,其特征在于,所述显示装置为显示屏。
