所述缓冲构件104为发泡塑料、橡胶或瓦楞纸中的任意一者。所述缓冲构件104中混合有固体颗粒,所述固体颗粒均匀地遍布于所述缓冲构件104中,所述固体颗粒与所述缓冲构件104的重量之比或体积之比处于0.2至0.8的范围内,例如,所述固体颗粒与所述缓冲构件104的重量之比或体积之比为0.2、0.25、0.28、0.33、0.37、0.44、0.47、0.50、0.53、0.56、0.61、0.65、0.69、0.72、0.77、0.80中的任意一者。所述固体颗粒的形状可以为球体,当然,也可以为正方体、长方体,或者其他规则立方体或不规则立方体状。所述固体颗粒可以为金属颗粒、瓷质颗粒、塑料颗粒,等等。
本发明的包装箱100的第二实施例与上述第一实施例相似,不同之处在于:
所述缓冲构件104与所述巩固板103通过至少一个第二螺钉相固定。
本发明的包装箱100的第三实施例与上述第一或第二实施例相似,不同之处在于:
所述缓冲构件104的所述第一表面和所述巩固板103的所述第三表面之间还设置有粘胶。通过在所述第一表面和所述第三表面设置所述粘胶,可以使得所述巩固板103和所述缓冲构件104更加稳固地固定为一体,从而有利于所述巩固板103接收所述缓冲构件104所施加的力。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种包装箱,其包括:
    一顶板;
    一底板;
    四侧板,相邻两所述侧板相互连接;以及
    至少四个巩固构件,所述巩固构件设置于相邻两所述侧板的连接处的内侧,所述巩固构件包括:
    一巩固板,所述巩固板所在的平面垂直于所述底板,所述巩固板的两侧边分别与相邻的两所述侧板连接,所述巩固板具有第三表面,所述第三表面为所述巩固板背向所述连接处的一面;以及
    一缓冲构件,所述缓冲构件的第一表面固定于所述巩固板的所述第三表面上,所述缓冲构件的第二表面设置有一限位部;
    所述巩固板的两所述侧边均设置有一弯折部,所述弯折部嵌入到所述侧板内;
    所述巩固板包括第一基板、巩固夹层和第二基板,所述第一基板、所述巩固夹层和所述第二基板叠加组合为一体,所述巩固夹层设置于所述第一基板和所述第二基板之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中
    所述弯折部具有至少一第一螺孔,所述侧板具有至少一第二螺孔,所述第一螺孔与所述第二螺孔的位置对应,所述第一螺孔与所述第二螺孔通过第一螺钉耦接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中
    所述缓冲构件的所述第一表面上设置有第一卡设部,所述巩固板的所述第三表面上设置有第二卡设部,所述第一卡设部和所述第二卡设部相互卡设。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装箱,其中
    所述第一卡设部为凹陷/凸起,所述第二卡设部为凸起/凹陷。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中
    所述缓冲构件与所述巩固板通过第二螺钉相固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1或4或5中任意一项所述的包装箱,其中
    所述缓冲构件的所述第一表面和所述巩固板的所述第三表面之间还设置有粘胶。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中
    所述限位部为一凹槽,所述凹槽所在的直线垂直于所述底板。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中
    所述巩固板所在的平面与相邻两所述侧板中的任意一者具有一夹角,所述夹角处于25度至65度的范围内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的包装箱,其中
    所述夹角处于30度至60度的范围内。
  10. 一种包装箱,其包括:
    一顶板;
    一底板;
    四侧板,相邻两所述侧板相互连接;以及
    至少四个巩固构件,所述巩固构件设置于相邻两所述侧板的连接处的内侧,所述巩固构件包括:
    一巩固板,所述巩固板所在的平面垂直于所述底板,所述巩固板的两侧边分别与相邻的两所述侧板连接,所述巩固板具有第三表面,所述第三表面为所述巩固板背向所述连接处的一面;以及
    一缓冲构件,所述缓冲构件的第一表面固定于所述巩固板的所述第三表面上,所述缓冲构件的第二表面设置有一限位部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中
    所述巩固板的两所述侧边均设置有一弯折部,所述弯折部嵌入到所述侧板内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的包装箱,其中
    所述弯折部具有至少一第一螺孔,所述侧板具有至少一第二螺孔,所述第一螺孔与所述第二螺孔的位置对应,所述第一螺孔与所述第二螺孔通过第一螺钉耦接。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中
    所述缓冲构件的所述第一表面上设置有第一卡设部,所述巩固板的所述第三表面上设置有第二卡设部,所述第一卡设部和所述第二卡设部相互卡设。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的包装箱,其中
    所述第一卡设部为凹陷/凸起,所述第二卡设部为凸起/凹陷。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中
    所述缓冲构件与所述巩固板通过第二螺钉相固定。
  16. 根据权利要求20或14或15中任意一项所述的包装箱,其中
    所述缓冲构件的所述第一表面和所述巩固板的所述第三表面之间还设置有粘胶。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中
    所述限位部为一凹槽,所述凹槽所在的直线垂直于所述底板。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中
    所述巩固板所在的平面与相邻两所述侧板中的任意一者具有一夹角,所述夹角处于25度至65度的范围内。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的包装箱,其中
    所述夹角处于30度至60度的范围内。
  20. 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中
    所述巩固板包括第一基板、巩固夹层和第二基板,所述第一基板、所述巩固夹层和所述第二基板叠加组合为一体,所述巩固夹层设置于所述第一基板和所述第二基板之间。
