背景技术
现有的包装材料主要采用EPS板(聚苯乙烯泡沫板)或者EPE珍珠棉,体积大,占用空间多,且浪费材料的使用,更不方便运输。
另外,现有的显示设备边框越来越窄,背板厚度越来越薄,甚至背板直接烤漆作为整机后壳的一部分,而主要采用EPS板或者EPE珍珠棉材质制作而成的包装装置对显示设备进行包装时,由于EPS板或者EPE珍珠棉材质本身材质较软,易导致显示设备的面板变形或者面板跳脱出前框造成破片。
因此,需要进行改进。

鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种包装装置,旨在使得显示设备的包装体积小,防止被包装的显示设备面板变形或者破片。

具体地,所述第一框体10、第二框体20、第三框体30及第四框体40的横截面均呈U型结构。在使用时,将凹槽内贴附有弹性缓冲件50的第一框体10、第二框体20、第三框体30及第四框体40分别卡合在显示设备的四边,当显示设备发生碰撞时,贴附于凹槽内壁的弹性缓冲件50发生形变,从而更好的保护显示设备,同时,由于弹性缓冲件50容置于容置凹槽内,相较于现有的包装装置100主要采用弹性材料制成,减少了更多的弹性材料的使用,从而进一步减小了包装装置100的体积,在装入包装箱空间时占用空间小,方便运输。
另外,根据显示设备的形状的不同,边框的数量和形状也不同:如当显示设备为五边形时,包装装置100还包括第五边框,第一框体10、第二框体20、第三框体30、第四框体40及第五边框依次首尾连接,所述第五框体为具有支撑强度的纸质材料;当显示设备为六边形时,包装装置100还包括第六边框,第一框体10、第二框体20、第三框体30、第四框体40、第五边框及第六边框依次首尾连接;……;再如:当显示设备的边缘呈曲面结构时,如圆形,则第一边框10也为曲面结构,第一边框10首位连接并卡合在显示设备的外周,从而对显示设备进行保护;当然第一边框10、第二边框20、第三边框30及第四边框40同为曲面结构,且第一边框10、第二边框20、第三边框30及第四边框40依次首位连接卡合在显示设备的外周,从而对显示设备进行保护。
优选地,所述第一框体10、第二框体20、第三框体30及第四框体40均为具有支撑强度的纸质材料,即第一框体10、第二框体20、第三框体30及第四框体40的材质较硬,从而,防止显示设备的面板跳脱出前框造成破片。
进一步地,所述弹性缓冲件50为可发性聚乙烯材料(EPE),从而使得弹性缓冲件50的缓冲效果更好。
本发明的包装装置100的其中一实施例中,所述弹性缓冲件50的横截面均呈U型结构,从而使得弹性缓冲件50与凹槽的内壁结合的更好,缓冲效果更好。
本发明的包装装置100的另一具体实施例中,所述弹性缓冲件50的横截面呈V型结构,在显示设备发生震动或者碰撞时,弹性缓冲件50发生形变并挤压框体,由此,弹性缓冲件50和框体结合的更好,结构更稳定。
优选地,所述包装装置100还包括连接件,所述连接件连接相邻两框体的端部,使得,包装装置100的结构更为稳定,缓冲效果更好,防止显示设备的面板变形或者面板跳脱出前框造成破片。进一步地,所述连接件为卡扣和卡合部。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种包装装置,用于包装显示设备,其中,所述包装装置包括:依次首尾抵接成环状的框体,所述框体采用具有支撑强度的材料制作,框体内开设有容置凹槽,所述包装装置还包括弹性缓冲件,所述弹性缓冲件贴附于所述容置凹槽内壁,所述显示设备的边分别卡合于所述容置凹槽,并与弹性缓冲件接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装装置,其中,所述包装装置包括:第一框体、第二框体、第三框体及第四框体,所述第一框体、第二框体、第三框体及第四框体依次首尾抵接,所述第一框体、第二框体、第三框体及第四框体内端分别开设有第一容置凹槽、第二容置凹槽、第三容置凹槽及第四容置凹槽,所述弹性缓冲件至少贴附于第一容置凹槽内壁、第二容置凹槽内壁、第三容置凹槽内壁、第四容置凹槽内壁其中之一,所述显示设备的边分别卡合于第一容置凹槽、第二容置凹槽、第三容置凹槽及第四容置凹槽,并与弹性缓冲件接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装装置,其中,所述第一框体、第二框体、第三框体及第四框体横截面均呈U型结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装装置,其中,所述第一框体、第二框体、第三框体及第四框体均为具有支撑强度的纸质材料。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的包装装置,其中,所述弹性缓冲件为可发性聚乙烯材料。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的包装装置,其中,所述弹性缓冲件的横截面呈U型结构。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的包装装置,其中,所述弹性缓冲件的横截面呈V型结构。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的包装装置,其中,所述包装装置还包括连接件,所述连接件连接相邻两框体的端部。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的包装装置,其中,所述包装装置还包括第五框体,所述第一框体、第二框体、第三框体、第四框体及第五框体依次首尾抵接,所述第五框体开设有第五容置凹槽,所述弹性缓冲件至少贴附于第一容置凹槽内壁、第二容置凹槽内壁、第三容置凹槽内壁、第四容置凹槽内壁和第五容置凹槽内壁的其中之一,所述显示设备的边分别卡合于第一容置凹槽、第二容置凹 槽、第三容置凹槽、第四容置凹槽及第五容置凹槽,并与弹性缓冲件接触。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的包装装置,其中,所述第一框体、第二框体、第三框体、第四框体及第五框体的横截面均呈U型结构。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的包装装置,其中,所述第一框体、第二框体、第三框体、第四框体及第五框体均为具有支撑强度的纸质材料。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的包装装置,其中,所述弹性缓冲件为可发性聚乙烯材料。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的包装装置,其中,所述弹性缓冲件的横截面呈U型结构。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的包装装置,其中,所述弹性缓冲件的横截面呈V型结构。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的包装装置,其中,所述包装装置还包括连接件,所述连接件连接相邻两框体的端部。
