Abstract

L'invention concerne un connecteur optique (1) confectionnable sur le lieu d'utilisation et servant au raccordement amovible d'au moins une ligne (6) à un élément (15) de connecteur optique. La ligne (6) peut être un câble à fibres optiques. Le connecteur comprend au moins deux tubes de guidage (2, 3) comprenant chacun une ouverture de guidage axiale servant à recevoir la ligne (6) ou l'élément (15) de connecteur optique, en particulier une partie (5) de ligne associée à ce dernier. Les tubes de guidage (2, 3) sont agencés dans au moins une douille de centrage commune (4). La ligne (6) logée à l'intérieur et la partie (5) de ligne sont en contact côté frontal en alignement axial l'une sur l'autre. Les tubes de guidage (2, 3) peuvent être maintenus assemblés par la force d'un ressort (10) et/ou présenter un évidement servant à recevoir du gel. De ce fait, on exclut largement les erreurs de montage et autres problèmes concernant l'alignement radial ainsi que le positionnement axial de la ligne à raccorder (6), et donc les perturbations consécutives de la transmission de données.
